2. The Nature of Lectures and the Wisdom of Experience

On Saturdays, the format is a lecture, where I speak unilaterally. Sundays are more engaging because they involve questions and answers, much like a university class where students and professors engage in dialogue. However, during a lecture, questions are not typically entertained. This gathering is truly remarkable, as we have all traveled from afar to meet the Divine Being. My lectures are given in recognition of the sincerity of those who come here. In the past, this was referred to as meaning to request and listen to a lecture. Many pastors in Korea are pastors, selected by elders from a pool of candidates. A key condition for selection is that they must be over 45 years old, as experience before this age is considered insufficient, often limited to academic learning. However, even with social experience after 45, there’s a retirement age for pastors, limiting their active years to a mere decade or so. Unlike them, I am fortunate to be able to lecture for 40, 50, or even 60 years. While some churches practice hereditary succession, especially those founded through significant personal effort, this is generally discouraged to prevent churches from becoming family enterprises. In Buddhism, abbots are appointed for fixed terms. However, a Divine Being is not appointed by anyone, nor is there a fixed term. It takes decades to truly change people’s habits. Alpha offers opportunities to many, allowing them to study through videos as if attending a distance learning university.

3. The Peril of Hatred: Its Impact on Health and Well-being

When you harbor anger, your genes change. Your mitochondria struggle to respire properly, failing to supply adequate oxygen, causing your face to flush. Even merely contemplating anger releases adrenaline, filling your body with toxins. When your spouse returns home, they can sense this toxicity in your eyes, creating an immediate barrier. A person should feel at ease upon entering their home, but even a fleeting glance can reveal underlying emotions, signaling an impending “missile attack” or Such negative emotions transform the entire body into a reservoir of toxins.

The moment you hate another, your body enters a state receptive to cancer. This is truly remarkable. A key characteristic before cancer develops is a drop of 0.5 degrees in body temperature. Hatred causes this 0.5-degree drop. Furthermore, as people age past 70 or 80, their body temperature naturally decreases by 0.2 to 0.5 degrees, placing them in a “minefield” of cancer. Heaven’s command is to swiftly eliminate these conditions. While younger individuals maintain a stable temperature, older individuals experience this decline. Hatred further lowers body temperature, allowing over a million cancer cells to enter the body daily through food and respiration. These cells are constantly active, but a healthy immune system, especially when one is joyful, eliminates them all. When you are happy and engaging in pleasant conversation, receiving compliments, your mood improves, regardless of material circumstances. This joy eradicates cancer cells. At Alpha, body temperature does not drop; it rises to a normal 36.5 degrees Celsius because there are no negative emotions.

4. The Blessing of Adversity: A Path to Spiritual Awakening

Witnessing the Divine Being in person is a miracle in this era. Those who lived thousands of years ago in the Silla or Joseon dynasties could not. You would not have met me if you had not experienced utter ruin. There are two types of blessings: the blessing of complete downfall and the blessing of rising up. The true blessing is complete downfall. For instance, a woman whose husband’s business failed found herself working as a cleaner in a hospital. During a break, she saw me on her phone. If her husband’s business had prospered, she would never have come to Alpha. When her family was ruined, she entered the workforce, felt hopeless, and then found hope in my teachings, discovering the path to Empyrean and blessings.

In the past, when I was Jesus, I told a rich young man to give away all his possessions and come to me, for he could not serve both money and me. Deliberately seeking ruin is difficult; it must happen naturally. Therefore, a husband who squanders his fortune, even through drinking, is a blessing, for it allows his wife to see Empyrean. If a couple prospers, they might focus on buying apartments, which ultimately leaves them empty. A husband might secretly pursue other women, while his wife remains oblivious. Increased wealth can be detrimental to a woman. True happiness for a woman is a husband who returns home and provides enough to eat. A man’s pursuit of wealth can lead to imprisonment, bankruptcy, and immense debt inherited by his children. A husband’s failed business can burden his children and relatives with debt. Such dangerous ventures, though seemingly prosperous, ultimately benefit no one but the man, as the woman has no need for such excessive wealth.

It is when a person is utterly ruined that the Divine Being becomes visible. Therefore, ruin is a tremendous blessing. The blessing of ruin is greater than the blessing of wealth. One must meet a husband who drinks, or is boastful, or eccentric, to have the opportunity to see the Divine Being. In the past, Christians risked their lives to follow their faith. You are fortunate that you are not facing such extreme persecution. We view the world in reverse. You believe prosperity is good, but adversity makes you reflect on life and question whether your path is truly glorious. The broad paths of this world are paths of decadence. Therefore, suffering due to a difficult husband is a door to blessing, a narrow gate. Those who find blessings in such narrow gates are like miners unearthing diamonds.

5. The Transformative Power of Divine Encounter

Consider a woman who lived a virtuous life, raising children with her husband, and diligently attending church. One summer, a tragic accident in Gangwon Province claimed her daughter’s life and left her son disabled. Her husband also died, leaving her alone to care for her disabled son. This sudden misfortune led her to question everything: Did she marry the wrong man? Why did God allow such a tragedy to befall her devout family? Was she a wicked woman who brought ruin upon her husband’s family? Overwhelmed by these questions, she found no answers. While cleaning floors in a hospital to support her son, she stumbled upon my videos on her phone. Having lost everything, she saw me, whom she had previously dismissed as a madman. She realized there might be truth in my words and entered the threshold of Empyrean.

Upon meeting me, she discovered the past lives of her deceased daughter, her disabled son, and her late husband, resolving all her questions. Before this encounter, she was tormented by guilt, wondering if she had sinned against God or if her family’s misfortunes were due to her own karma or her husband’s ill fate. She had no answers to why her devout family suffered such devastation. But after watching my YouTube videos and meeting me, she learned that her deceased daughter was in the waiting room of Empyrean and could enter immediately with a nameplate. She realized that death and life were not absolute, and all her confusion was resolved. Empyrean rejoices when people find such clarity.

Those who possess wealth and status do not see me; they dismiss me as a madman. But when they face utter ruin and lose everything, I become visible. They realize that I hold the answers to their deepest questions, even about their ancestors. I can send their ancestors to Empyrean with nameplates. This woman, who once thought her accident was a misfortune, now deciphers it was a blessing that prevented her from being consumed by worldly pursuits. She realized her suffering was not a misfortune, and her body temperature returned to normal. She was on the verge of a mental breakdown, cleaning hospital toilets, when she found a breakthrough in her phone and met me. Meeting the Divine Being is not for everyone; it happens when one is pushed to the brink of despair by what they once cherished, be it a spouse or child. Those who succeed in life do not see me; only those who have fallen do. Those who rely on their strength, job, or youth do not see me. But when they face terminal illness or their loved ones suffer, they see me. You are truly blessed.

6. The Narrow Path to Empyrean

The path to the narrow gate is arduous. No one would willingly choose to suffer a car accident or lose their children. It is not something one can intentionally bring upon themselves. Coming to me after enduring countless hardships is not a human endeavor; it is predetermined. This woman was destined to meet the Divine Being and send her family to Empyrean, embarking on a journey towards Empyrean rather than being confined to her earthly family. If she had remained engrossed in her family, she would have ended up as an animal in her next life or in a nursing home in old age. By seeing me directly, you will realize in Empyrean that your difficult spouse, who abused you, was a blessing that led you to me. Prosperity is not always good. When you feel your life is over, that is when you meet the Divine Being.

7. The Principle of <First Illness, Then Healing>

There is a saying, “諸Act莫作 Self淨Return依”, which means <Do not commit any evil, purify your mind, and take refuge in the eternal world.> This means we should not engage in useless actions but rather reflect on ourselves and take refuge in the eternal world, not in our ancestors or this fleeting material world. This world is merely a temporary dwelling; our eternal home is Empyrean. <Jehaengmakjak” means to avoid useless actions. All human endeavors, even those of heroes, are like ant hills. All nations and cities will eventually become ant hills. You stake your lives on these transient things, like apartments. Our bodies, too, become food for bacteria and maggots after death. Therefore, there is no reason to engage in useless actions. We must purify ourselves and return to our true home.

However, people do not think of returning to their true home. They are like those who leave their hometowns to earn money but forget their parents and build grand houses in foreign lands. Only one among them realizes the futility of it all without his parents and decides to return home. This is returning to one’s true home. When the time comes to take refuge, we should readily accept it and go.

You are all fixated on the principle of “先Illness後Heal”, which means <First illness, then healing.> Those who have experienced illness can become doctors to others. They can share their experiences with high blood pressure or diabetes, advising on treatments, exercises, and diets. This is the natural order. We suffer in this world to realize the value of our true home. However, many fall ill and remain trapped in their sickness, never becoming healers. If you experience diabetes, you should learn to avoid sweets, but many continue to consume them. is the truth; everyone is a doctor because everyone has experienced pain. Yet, people with this truth cannot dream of escaping Earth. That is why I have appeared in the New Jerusalem. Pastors worldwide do not recognize me, but I am here. They preach about the coming of Jesus, urging vigilance and preparation. But I have built the New Jerusalem in this sacred place during the COVID-19 pandemic, an impossible feat for humans. The timing of COVID-19 and all its processes are intertwined with my actions.

8. The Divine Timing of Alpha’s Establishment

If the THAAD missile crisis had not occurred, Chinese tourists would not have left. This area, once a bustling tourist destination for college students, became deserted when the government cut off the railway line due to overcrowding. Motels, once numbering over a hundred, thrived as a paradise for young people. Im Chae-moo even built a park here. The entire area was filled with attractions. When I first came, I knew it wasn’t the right time to acquire land, as no one was selling. I waited until I was 70, when the area declined. The railway was cut, and the THAAD crisis further deterred Chinese tourists, who once filled the hotels. When the area was in ruins, I came and gradually acquired land. This happened during the COVID-19 pandemic. Until then, I didn’t even own a single room; it was owned by a supporter. But when that supporter’s aunt passed away during COVID-19, I bought the house from her son. From that moment, COVID-19 intensified, and I acquired the entire area, about 700 properties, including land, during a time when others were selling their homes. I also bought about 40 stores in Jongno 3-ga. This was possible because I am not interested in worldly possessions or financial gain. I am not like ordinary humans who must experience illness to become healers. I know everything in advance.

9. The Emperor’s Lament: The Emptiness of Worldly Pleasures

Just as bamboo grows with nodes, Empyrean sent demons to strengthen us, allowing only those who resist temptation to enter Empyrean. Emperor Wu of Han wrote “秋風辭, Autumn Wind Poem>, lamenting the insignificance of human pursuits. The poem describes how life is fleeting, like white clouds drifting in the autumn wind, and how time passes like lightning. The poem concludes with the line, “歡樂Extreme, Duodecillion兮 哀情Abundance?, meaning “When joy reaches its peak, sorrow abounds.> Even an emperor, surrounded by thousands of concubines, experienced immense pleasure but was ultimately filled with sadness and loneliness in old age. His body ached, and he feared death. After indulging in pleasures, his body was sore. He wondered why sorrow arose after extreme joy. This is because his body temperature would drop from 36.5 degrees Celsius. Worldly pleasures do not bring lasting happiness. The woman whose family was devastated found salvation by meeting me. Her suffering was not a path of pleasure, but it led her to me. Those who pursue worldly pleasures, like buying apartments for their children, will ultimately experience sorrow. Even an emperor, with all his power, felt lonely and sad, regretting his past actions. He would have been overjoyed to meet me and receive blessings.

10. The Significance of Body Temperature and the Power of Love

The 0.5-degree difference in body temperature is crucial. As we age, our body temperature drops, making us susceptible to cancer. Raising it too high is also dangerous. This less than one-degree difference completely dictates our fate. A one-degree increase indicates excessive greed, and a one-degree decrease also indicates excessive greed. A stable 36.5 degrees Celsius indicates a healthy, cancer-free state. Therefore, you should always check your temperature. If it fluctuates, it indicates mental distress. You should be grateful for your difficult spouse and love your enemies, not for their sake, but for your own hormones. Love releases endorphins, while hatred releases adrenaline. Why suffer twice? Love your enemies quickly. Just as an oyster transforms an irritant into a pearl, you should coat your difficult spouse’s insults with love. This creates a shield, preventing you from being hurt. If you fight back, your body will be flooded with adrenaline, and you will look older the next day.

When facing an enemy, you must love them to survive. I, too, am slandered and criticized, but my face remains bright because such things do not hinder my path. It is natural for such challenges to arise when establishing the New Jerusalem. These dramatic experiences make for compelling stories later. Even a Divine Being must experience worldly things, buying land and paying taxes like everyone else. People will envy, hate, and torment me, but I must love them. It is natural, and I can face it with a smile if I am innocent. Adversity is a blessing from Empyrean, leading to inner peace. You should not be swayed by such things. I am in a state where I can love my enemies and envelop them like a pearl oyster. Do not sharpen the insults and hurt yourself. When your husband criticizes you, think of it as an opportunity to go to Empyrean. He is pushing you towards Empyrean, telling you not to settle for this world or trust a mortal man.

11. The Importance of Mindful Eating and Environmental Responsibility

When you see food, you must practice “Eumsiksinjeol” “飮Food愼Node>, meaning “prudence and moderation in eating.> If you do not, you will consume poison. You must be cautious and moderate. When eating, your words and language should be polite. If you curse others while eating, adrenaline and toxins will mix with your food. Those who frequently curse others while eating often develop salivary gland cancer. Anger stops saliva flow, while joy stimulates it. If saliva flow is constantly interrupted, it thickens, blocking the salivary glands and leading to cysts, which are cancerous tumors. This can cause swelling in the neck and eventually death due to proximity to the brain. Therefore, to prevent salivary gland cancer, first, do not curse others, and second, drink plenty of water. Lack of water makes saliva sticky, and cold temperatures can solidify it, forming stones that become tumors.

Cursing others can lead to various cancers in the mouth and throat, such as colon cancer, salivary gland cancer, tongue cancer, tonsil cancer, and esophageal cancer. Sins committed with the mouth lead to cancers in these areas. Be careful. I am telling you this so you can go to Empyrean without cancer. Rejoice in others’ success and be prudent in your own. Those who do not approach food with prudence and moderation can develop stomach or colon cancer. Do not eat excessively or without chewing properly. I, myself, eat very little, even at buffets. Some people pile their plates high and return multiple times, as if performing a ritual to invite cancer. Such people cause hotels to fail. When you see delicious food, think of your parents and offer it to them. Eating alone without such thoughts can lead to cancer.

At restaurants, view food with reverence, showing respect in your heart. Meeting food is like meeting a new lover. You examine it, and if it pleases you, you allow it to mix with your cells. When you put it in your mouth, it’s like a kiss, and then it becomes one with your body. Food is not merely consumed; it is a process of communion. You assess the food, and the food assesses you, wondering if it will be properly digested or become cancerous. If there is mutual agreement, you kiss, and then you become one. The food transforms into you, managing your soul and body.

12. The Environmental Impact of Our Choices

Do not pursue excessive pleasure. If you experience hardship, remember that it is not truly hardship. Do not overindulge in dopamine. The four main culprits of ozone layer depletion and global warming are carbon dioxide <CO2″, nitrogen dioxide <NO2″, methane <CH4″, and chlorofluorocarbons . Methane primarily comes from animal waste, and CFCs from refrigerators. The amount of global warming caused by consuming beef or pork is unimaginable.

One kilogram of beef pollutes 1,500 liters of water. A single cow pollutes an immense amount of water. Furthermore, one pair of jeans pollutes 7,500 liters of water during its production and washing, totaling about 10,000 liters by the time it is discarded. Over 100 years, our meals pollute approximately 100 million liters of water. Therefore, we must practice moderation in eating. The environmental impact of our consumption is enormous.

The Bible provides evidence of the negative effects of meat consumption. Methuselah’s father, Enoch, lived for 365 years, and Methuselah himself lived for 969 years, both as vegetarians. After Noah’s Ark, when all vegetation was destroyed, humans began to raise and eat animals, leading to a drastic reduction in lifespan. Eating animals not only shortens life but also transfers animal DNA and characteristics into humans. Children today are often ill-tempered because they are raised on cow’s milk, not their mothers’ milk. Animal DNA enters their bodies, making them aggressive. Mother’s milk, at the perfect temperature, fosters gentle dispositions. Bottle-feeding with formula leads to dental problems. I am saddened to see how human lineage has been corrupted.

I guarantee a long life if you eat vegetables soaked in vinegar. Do not eat greedily. We should return to the pre-Noah’s Ark diet, which was vegetarian. I, myself, could not tolerate the smell of meat until I joined the army. I would vomit if I smelled meat. But in Vietnam, the only food available was meat, like turkey, as part of military rations. I had to eat it to survive. I do not enjoy meat now. I only need to live for 362 years, not a thousand. You should also refrain from excessive meat consumption. Korea is a for importing so much beef. We must abandon the pleasure of eating meat. Most people are turning into animals, with their DNA transforming into animal DNA.

The Earth itself, when viewed from a distance, appears as a mere speck, a “microorganism preservation center> yet it contains a vast, interconnected web of life. All elements within it are harmoniously fused, forming a chain of existence.

Huh further elaborates on the Buddhist concept of <Jebeopbudongbonraejuk” “諸MethodNotMove本來寂”, meaning that all phenomena, though seemingly distinct, are fundamentally unified and inherently tranquil. We may perceive movement and require energy, but at their core, all things are still and quiet. This comprehension reveals that our true nature is calm and peaceful, not inherently conflictual.

3. The Inverse Relationship Between Materialism and Spirituality

Huh explains that when people are consumed by worldly desires—such as beauty or wealth—they lose sight of the divine. It is often in times of profound hardship, when all material comforts and support systems are stripped away, that the divine becomes visible. This phenomenon was evident during the Korean War and subsequent periods of extreme poverty, when religious institutions flourished.

There is an inverse relationship between religion and economy. When the economy prospers, people’s focus shifts to material wealth, and their need for spirituality diminishes. Those who once prayed frequently may cease to do so when they achieve financial success. Conversely, when faced with financial difficulties, people are more likely to seek solace and guidance in religion. This is encapsulated in the proverb “窮則Through”, meaning “when one is in dire straits, a solution will emerge.> When one is “empty> “Emptiness>, the divine becomes visible; when one is <Full” <Full” of material possessions, it becomes obscured.

This dynamic is evident in Europe, where economic prosperity has led to a decline in church attendance and the closure of religious institutions. Huh asserts that the era of traditional religion is drawing to a close because humanity has largely transitioned into a materialistic world. Human emotions and aspirations have become entirely absorbed by the material realm, which Huh likens to the influence of “demons> “마귀”. This materialism, driven by money, is eroding traditional values and destroying the environment.

Humanity has crossed a critical threshold. Excessive consumption, such as eating beef, depletes oxygen for future generations, and driving cars chokes their breathing. Our current economic expansion shortens the lifespan of our descendants. In this materialistic age, people are unlikely to seek the divine. Huh states that He has come to intervene at this critical juncture, to “harvest> humanity before it completely decays, much like the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, where divine intervention occurred when humanity had become utterly corrupt.

4. The Spiritual Awakening of Stanford and the Impermanence of Material Wealth

Huh illustrates this point with the story of Leland Stanford, the American railroad magnate and founder of Stanford University. Despite his immense wealth, Stanford experienced profound despair when his only son, a brilliant student, died suddenly from typhoid fever. His wealth, he realized, was powerless against such tragedy.

In his grief, Stanford’s son appeared to him in a dream, asking, “Am I your only son? Many children like me cannot go to school because they lack money. If you use your wealth to educate them, you can meet me again. I am not dead; I am in Heaven.> This dream awakened Stanford to a higher purpose. He dedicated his vast fortune to establishing Stanford University, providing scholarships to countless underprivileged students. His son’s message transformed his perspective, showing him that material wealth is not an end in itself but a means to do good.

This spiritual awakening, triggered by the loss of his “only begotten son> led Stanford to abandon materialism and embrace a spiritual path, profoundly influencing the development of education in America. Huh emphasizes that we, too, must move towards a spiritual world, as excessive materialism ultimately leads to sorrow.

This sentiment echoes the experiences of historical figures like Emperor Wu of Han, who, despite his immense power and pleasure, found only sadness in the end. Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, also experienced this disillusionment, leaving his opulent palace life after witnessing the suffering of his court. Both realized that extreme pleasure inevitably leads to profound sorrow. Thus, when people pursue material gain, religion recedes; when material possessions are lost, spirituality strengthens.

5. The Innate Talent and Predetermined Destiny: comprehension

Huh explains that a person’s “전생”, or past life, profoundly influences their current life, determining their talents and aptitudes. For example, someone who sang in a past life will naturally be good at singing in this life, and a past researcher will excel in research. Conversely, those without a relevant past life experience may struggle in certain fields. This past life influence accounts for 90% to 99% of one’s present abilities.

Huh’s future “Employment Department> will place job seekers in roles that align with their interests and aptitudes, thereby reducing youth unemployment and wasted talent. When connecting individuals to jobs, this department will consider factors like their past lives and “사주팔자”, or four pillars of destiny.
