3.2. The Unseen Flowers of the Heart and the Ethics of Nature
It is a pleasure to be here. It feels as though there are a hundred thousand people offering bouquets, does it not? This is because I perceive the bouquets that arise from your hearts; they are all visible to me. Even if you do not physically offer them, I am aware of your intentions. There are visible bouquets, and there are also those perceived by the heart. You may not discern them, but I see them all. Indeed, bouquets are attached to each of your heads, though you cannot see them. If such sentiments reside within your heart, then a bouquet exists.

When one observes flowers blooming in spring, a conscientious person would not pluck them. Instead, they would exercise caution to avoid trampling them. If flowers bloom in a field, we instinctively avoid them. While it is not ideal to sever a flower’s stem to bring it to me, florists cultivate and cut them as part of their trade, which is an unavoidable aspect of their livelihood. However, wild flowers, which belong to the collective, should not be cut. Plucking wild flowers is problematic. Acquiring flowers from a florist is acceptable, as they are cultivated for sale, and new ones are planted after cutting. Yet, indiscriminately cutting wild flowers poses an issue. Even when a mountain fire occurs, it consumes only the trees, leaving wild flowers and other vegetation unharmed. Grass remains intact. Even after a fire, flowers and grass will regrow.

3.3. Forest Management, Wildfires, and the Culture of Yoon-dal
Some unscrupulous mountain owners intentionally set their mountains ablaze. This is because a burnt mountain facilitates easier development, bypassing the complex and troublesome permit acquisition process. Once a fire has cleared the land, development can commence on areas that were previously untouched. In Korea, limited logging and hunting are permitted for forest management. Wealthy individuals can select specific trees on their land, removing all undergrowth and leaving only pine trees. This practice is allowed. However, when undergrowth is neglected and left unprotected, it accumulates as dry leaves, leading to forest fires. Wild boars, which are usually unseen, suddenly emerge from the dense forest. If the forest floor were clear, as it is in our Sky Palace, one could spot a wild boar in advance and avoid it. Instead, wild boars suddenly leap out of the forest, colliding with people. This poses a significant danger. The current failure of forest management by government officials responsible for our forests is a primary cause of these fires.

Furthermore, the recent increase in fires is attributed to the intercalary month (Yoon-dal), during which many people tend to their ancestral graves. This widespread activity has resulted in fires across the nation. These incidents are not the result of deliberate arson. During Yoon-dal, people visit and relocate ancestral graves. Consequently, a large number of individuals visit mountainous areas where graves are located. They tend to neglected graves, often cooking ramen, smoking, and engaging in other activities that lead to fires. Many fires are caused by brush cutters. Sparks from stones struck by brush cutters are reported to have ignited fires. This entire phenomenon is a consequence of the Yoon-dal culture. The occurrence of Yoon-dal exacerbates these incidents. This differs from fires in the United States, which are not caused by Yoon-dal. American fires are typically caused by electrical sparks, whereas ours are a direct result of Yoon-dal. This year, particularly in March and April, fires have been severe due to Yoon-dal. This is the month when people visit ancestral graves to clear weeds and perform other maintenance. Farmers and city dwellers alike converge on the mountains simultaneously to perform these tasks. This inevitably leads to fires. Huh Kyung young observes these events calmly. Television broadcasts do not mention this perspective, but my explanation clarifies the situation. This is the underlying cause.

3.4. A Policy Proposal for Cigarette Butt Management
This phenomenon occurs infrequently. People decide to tend to their parents’ graves, clear weeds, or perform maintenance, leading them to the mountains where fires are ignited. I believe the government should implement a policy regarding cigarette smokers. The Korea Tobacco & Ginseng Corporation (KT&G) sells cigarettes, and we cannot prohibit their sale. However, a policy could be implemented where smokers must return a pack’s worth of cigarette butts to receive another pack. This addresses the habit of many Koreans who discard cigarette butts indiscriminately, treating public spaces like their own alleys. After smoking, one could extinguish the cigarette, discard the tobacco, but retain the filter. Twenty filters would be required to exchange for a new pack of cigarettes. These filters would need to be kept in one’s pocket. This would necessitate extinguishing the cigarette completely before collecting the butt. Even if one filter is missing, a new pack would not be issued. If a store sells cigarettes without this exchange, its license would be revoked. This policy would encourage people to smoke less, as they would be less likely to lose their cigarette butts. Initially, if someone only has 19 butts, they might have to wait a month to find the missing one. This would gradually reduce cigarette consumption, as people struggle to collect enough butts. This could even lead to a “cigarette butt war.” While some might attempt to counterfeit butts, it would be difficult. This system would prevent people from carelessly discarding cigarette butts.

Cleaners would no longer be burdened with collecting cigarette butts. A single cigarette butt can ruin the cleanliness of an area. Is it pleasant to see cigarette butts scattered around? No. We have been fortunate that fires have not occurred more frequently. Even in mountainous areas, cigarette butts are visible everywhere. I often think, “This is a serious problem. Why doesn’t the government implement such a policy?” Smokers should be required to place 20 cigarette butts in a bag to purchase a new pack. If a butt is lost at home, it could even lead to marital disputes. If a wife secretly disposes of her husband’s collected butts, he would be unable to buy cigarettes, causing a significant uproar. Imagine searching for free butts for a week. Some people might even collect discarded butts from the street. Such an absurd situation is necessary to prevent fires.

No. People who smoke would chase after any butt they see, putting it in their pocket. This would lead to cleaner streets and reduced smoking, with no one to blame.

Indonesia, for example, canes people for spitting. An American was caned in Singapore. We tend to take smoking lightly, but the policy is not to stop smoking, but to exchange butts for new cigarettes. This is a unique policy that only Huh Kyung young could propose. There is an old saying: “Do not walk disorderly on a snow-covered field.” This means, “Do not walk haphazardly.” If one walks disorderly, leaving chaotic footprints, those who follow will lose their way. If one wanders aimlessly, those behind will be unable to find the path. Therefore, we must follow the correct path, lest those who follow become lost. When walking on a snow-covered field, one must never walk disorderly. “Horanhaeng” refers to walking haphazardly. “Geumil Ahaengjeok” refers to one’s actions today. We live each day, and our actions today, or over the past 50 years, should not be a source of shame. I have distributed Buddhist scriptures and other sacred texts worldwide, approximately one million copies. The air quality must be poor, as I, who rarely cough, am now coughing. Please open the window slightly. It seems there is dust, which irritates my bronchial tubes. I usually do not cough, but I am now. Therefore, we must prevent dust. When coming to Sky Palace, please dust off your clothes. Is it good to dust off your clothes before entering? Yes. If you sit on a lawn and then enter, I will cough. Is it good for Huh Kyung young to cough? No. Huh Kyung young also has bronchial tubes, just like you. Therefore, you must protect them. My coughing reminds me of a poem. Is it cute when a child coughs? Yes.

Our actions should not be limited to a single instance. “Geumnyeon Ahaengjeok” refers to what I have done this year. “Geumil Haru-e Mwo Haetnya” refers to what I have done today. “50-nyeon Ahaengjeok” refers to my actions over 50 years. This is our history. Those who appreciate this will, in the future, become a guidepost for those who follow. “Hu-injeong” means a guidepost for those who come after. We should not allow this to be seen. Our nation ranks first in the world for lawsuits. When one Japanese person files a lawsuit, how many Koreans do? 197 people. When 10 Japanese people file lawsuits, we file 1,970. This is unsustainable. I do not know who created this system, but judges, lawyers, and all those involved in litigation in Korea are destined to prosper. This is because we have the most lawsuits in the world. We are a nation that ranks first in lawsuits. The statistic is 197 lawsuits by Koreans for every one by a Japanese person. How many lawsuits is that? If 10 Japanese people file lawsuits, we have approximately 2,000 lawsuits, requiring an enormous number of lawyers. If 100 Japanese people file lawsuits, we have 20,000. In Gangnam, many buildings are filled with law offices. As a national leader, I must rectify this. This national spirit is a serious problem. Our people were not originally like this. Our people, whose national name is “Chungcheong-do people,” are pure-hearted. They were once pure, like the “Cheongpungmyeong” (clear wind and bright moon), but now they are devouring each other. This must be corrected.

3.6. Regional Characteristics and the Path of Leadership
Where are these people from? These people are from Jeolla-do. Why are they called “Pungjeon Seryu” (willow in the wind)? This refers to the abundance of rice paddies and plains in the Honam region. The people of Honam are like willows in the wind. All culture, art, and music originate from Honam because there were many wealthy landowners with abundant rice. They would sit and sing, enjoying music and entertainment. Thus, “Pungjeon Seryu” represents Honam. The people of Honam are truly pure. “Pungjeon Seryu” is Honam, and our people are a pure people.

Next, Gyeongsang-do does not have many plains. There are many mountains but few plains, and families live in every valley. They only have small fields, with few rice paddies. It is impossible for ten siblings to live off such land. Therefore, they must all leave their hometowns. Honam, in contrast, lacks sufficient people for farming due to its vast rice paddies. But what about Gyeongsang-do? Each valley has only a few rice paddies, and most of the land is fields. Can ten children survive by farming there? No, they must leave. The people of Gyeongsang-do have many “Taesan” (great mountains). Because there are so many great mountains, what phenomenon occurs? They are like “Taesan Juryeong” (mountain ranges). With many great mountains and ranges, their spirit is strong. That is why most presidents come from Gyeongsang-do. Because it is difficult to make a living due to the “Taesan Juryeong,” they all leave their hometowns to build factories and make a living. Thus, they embody the “Taesan Juryeong.”

Each province in Korea has eight such characteristics, and people who come after them imitate these traits. This leads to the “Dap-yeo Jun-geo” (the path trodden by the predecessor). “Su-jak Hu-in-jeong” means that what I have done will be followed by those who come after. However, in North Korea, the people have a character described as “Ijeon Tugu” (dogs fighting in a muddy field). They are very strong. Therefore, the people of the North have a strong will to live. “Ijeon Tugu” succinctly describes North Korea. While North Koreans may not appreciate such a description, viewing it as disrespectful, they possess a powerful spirit of “Ijeon Tugu.” Our descendants follow this spirit of “Ijeon Tugu” that North Koreans possess. Our Chungcheong-do people are very pure. If a Gyeongsang-do person says, “Ah, yes, that’s right,” and a Jeolla-do person says, “Oh, that’s right,” they tend to sway back and forth like a willow branch in the wind, depending on what benefits them. Willow branches hang low. They do not need to look up. Why look at the sky when things are difficult? Therefore, these people have the least presidential fortune. They lack presidential fortune because they look down, not up. The people of Honam and Chungcheong-do rarely become president. President Kim Dae-jung was from an island in Honam, but he was originally from Gimhae, a Gyeongsang-do area. So, he was from the Gyeongsang-do side. The Honam region has a rich culture of entertainment, with developed singing and other arts. Descendants follow this. This is what descendants follow. Therefore, the saying “Dap-yeo Jun-geo Bul-sseo Ho-ran-haeng” (do not walk disorderly on a snow-covered field) has existed since ancient times. And then, “Geumil Ahaengjeok Su-jak Hu-in-jeong” (my actions today will be a guidepost for those who come after). People follow. Therefore, as adults, we must be careful in every action we take.

I have distributed umbrellas, performed volunteer work in rural areas, and done extensive volunteer work in prisons. I have dedicated my entire life to service, even going to Vietnam. I almost died there, spending a year and a half in a war zone. It is fortunate that I returned alive. I was in a barracks when a bomb exploded next to a barbershop, killing four people. I was at the replacement depot on the day I arrived in Vietnam, waiting for my assignment. While I was sleeping at the depot, soldiers who were returning home were getting haircuts at the barbershop when the bomb fell, killing four. But I did not die. It was a close call, as it was in the same building. One never knows when such an event might occur. I survived that experience. That was the Vietnam War. It was a B40 bomb, I believe. It makes a whooshing sound when it flies, but then it is silent. When it explodes without warning, that is a B40. Individuals carry and fire them. They fly and land somewhere. It was a mortar. It flew in, and four army sergeants from the White Horse Division, who were about to be discharged, died within the camp. There was no safe place. I went there and returned. All of this was done at the command of the nation. I even received a medal for my good deeds. How can such a person be called a thief or accused of sexual misconduct? Did I do such things here, in this place? If it were in a hotel, that would be different.

My message is to be careful with cigarette fires. If I discard a cigarette butt, others will follow suit, potentially leading to fires. Have you seen the recent earthquake in Myanmar? A 7.7 magnitude earthquake is one of the strongest in the world. A building in Thailand, 1,000 kilometers away from the epicenter in Myanmar, collapsed. This is equivalent to a 30-story building collapsing in Tokyo from here. The dust was immense, like the collapse of the Twin Towers in the United States. It shook violently and then disappeared. Bangkok experienced a tremendous shock. What is more concerning is that the buildings that did not collapse are now considered dangerous. People are afraid to enter them, wondering if they might collapse at any moment. Residents of Bangkok are unable to sleep, fearing a sudden collapse. If such an earthquake were to occur on the Korean Peninsula, all apartment buildings would need to be rebuilt. We are living on the edge, like a lamp in the wind. Our survival is in the hands of Baekgung. One tremor, and it is all over. No matter how many buildings you construct, if they all collapse like dominoes, where will the citizens of Seoul go? You must not portray Huh Kyung young as a strange person. There is a reason why Huh Kyung young is here. You must never treat Huh Kyung young disrespectfully. When I say these things, I am giving you an opportunity.

3.9. The System of Level Accumulation and Divine Observation
The person with the highest level among us has accumulated 110 billion units. What I have given is not even 10 billion units. Baekgung has bestowed these levels upon you. It is immense. That is how levels are given. So, Baekgung gives about a thousand times more than I do. Therefore, when you come to Sky Palace, your level increases significantly. I give very little. This is because I cannot evaluate everyone comprehensively. But Baekgung observes your every action as if through a microscope. “Oh, six hairs fell out today,” or “30 hairs fell out for that person.” Baekgung observes everything and bestows levels accordingly. Can I do that individually? No. So, I just give a lump sum, like 10,000 units. This is how levels are given. They are accumulating tremendously. Later, this will increase exponentially. A few years ago, I did not give even one unit of level. I only gave 20,000 units as a number. Now, it is increasing like this. It is like an airplane that starts slowly on the ground and then soars high.

While a tree should not be under a large tree, a person can succeed by being next to a great person. However, even if one is next to a great person, it is better to have experienced some hardship during one’s growth. Therefore, parents are like large trees when their children are young. But if parents are removed, as in my case, one becomes a person without protection. Furthermore, it was during the Korean War, when I was born. So, as a child, I was an orphan on the streets during wartime. Many orphanages were established, and I grew up among many such children. Thus, Huh Kyung young came to Earth during such a period and grew up.

However, it is important to note that trees root themselves in the ground. But where should humans root themselves? In heaven. The difference between humans and plants is that plants cannot move. They cannot move at all. Once they root themselves, they cannot divorce the ground. They cannot move unless a tree specialist comes and uproots them. Therefore, plants have clear limitations. They cannot move from their location. But humans can move. One can be under a large tree and then move under a small tree. Trees only need to grow towards the sky. They grow as much as they desire, and that is the end of it. But humans, when they desire to grow, must humble themselves. If humans want to rise, they must lower themselves. It is the opposite. If a tree branch wants to grow, it cannot go downwards. But the stronger a human’s desire to rise, the more they must descend. Do you understand now? Therefore, if you want to build a tall building, you must dig a basement of equal depth. A tall building can only be maintained if its basement is as deep as its height. If I have a lofty dream, I must descend to the bottom to an equal extent. Only by experiencing life at the bottom will a person remain unshaken when they rise. If someone rises effortlessly due to their parents’ influence and then suddenly becomes unemployed, they may become a ruined person, even if they graduated from Seoul National University and had a successful early career. There are many such people. Why? People who graduated from local universities become wealthy and influential, while many who graduated from Seoul National University rely solely on their academic background and end up in miserable situations. What is this? They rose not through their own efforts but through their parents’ influence. They rose through their parents’ influence but never experienced hardship. Then, their parents pass away, and they face difficulties, leading to their downfall. Therefore, if a person wants to rise high, they must endure suffering and crawl on the ground to that extent. Do you understand my words? That is the difference from plants. If humans have a strong desire to rise, they must descend. They must humble themselves. They must be free from arrogance. They must be humble. Then, that person can rise later.

If I have lofty ideals and, because I am superior to others, I disregard people, thinking, “I am good at studying, I am the top student in my class,” such a person will not succeed. What will they become in the end? Only a prosecutor, judge, or lawyer? That is not success in life. They will spend their lives dealing with other people’s cases. They will be entangled in cases unrelated to themselves, constantly chasing after outcomes, and their lives will end. They cannot do what they truly desire. They may have studied well and come from a good family, but they end up dealing with other people’s cases, divorces, and fraud. They spend their entire lives entangled in things that are not their own. From an artist’s perspective, this is pathetic. An artist who paints and lives in the mountains, pursuing art, would look at such a person and think, “Why is that prosecutor or judge doing that? Why are they spending their entire lives entangled in other people’s cases when even their own cases are difficult? It’s pitiful, isn’t it?” So, being good at studying is not necessarily good. Those who wish to reach great heights must humble themselves. They must lower themselves to that extent. Then, they will rise. Who will raise them? Heaven will raise them. Heaven raises those who humble themselves. If one tries to rise like a tree, they will eventually fall. Therefore, understanding the opposite is very important.

3.13. The American Approach to Child Rearing and the Metaphor of the Building
If you want to succeed, Americans, when their son says, “Dad, I’m going to study and become a global entrepreneur,” respond, “Okay, try it.” And they stop giving him money from high school. He has to work part-time to learn how to earn money. Then, his spending habits change in college. “Oh, if I work for a week, this is what I get.” No matter how much money they have, they do not take it for granted. American children are like that. They learn how to live independently while their father is still alive. But in Korea, parents help their children as much as possible while they are alive. What happens to such a child later? They cannot survive when their father is gone. Americans make their children work part-time, even if they are rich, while the father is alive. They say, “You don’t know when your father will die, so learn how to live independently while I’m here.” This is why American children have a strong spirit of self-reliance. But Korean children, with their fathers and mothers around, think, “Oh, I see, it’s urgent.” They become arrogant and presumptuous, not knowing how to serve others, not even greeting people. If they act so arrogantly, they will fail later, won’t they? It’s a shortcut to failure. Therefore, we must learn from plants. Plants grow as much as they descend into the earth. Similarly, humans can build tall buildings as much as they descend into the earth, as much as they humble themselves.

However, a person who builds a single-story house does not need to dig a basement. But a person who wants to build a 200-story building must dig 10 or 20 stories underground. Only then can the building stand firm, like a driven pile. If there is no foundation, the building will collapse in strong winds. Do you understand now? Therefore, those who wish to succeed must descend deeply, humbling themselves immensely. When I was a bus assistant, there was the owner’s daughter. She was the same age as me, but she wore a school uniform and went to school while I was working as a bus assistant. I could not attend school then. It was frustrating to see her every day. Yet, I studied harder than her. I studied at night in the bus, using a light, fixing the bus, and studying whenever I had time. I slept under a blanket made of the seat cushions, but then a fire broke out, and I had to flee. The owner’s daughter, just when she was starting to treat me better, made me run away. The cruelty was beyond words. I understand everything in my heart; I know why Baekgung did that. But could I avoid it? It was not up to me. Even though I am a divine being, it was not up to me. Could I go to Baekgung and say, “Hey, why are you doing that?” No, I could not. Therefore, you do not know how much I suffered. Just when things were getting better, I was driven out. Did I answer the question properly? Humans are different from trees.

3.14. The Significance of Cheondo-jae and Ancestral Offerings
Next, there is a question from Choi Seon-woo, a true person. Cheondo-jae (ancestral rites) and ancestral prayers are only for upward movement. Huh Kyung young, all your actions are in accordance with the law, and you are the master of all creation. This is a time of judgment, and we, who are destined to be reborn as animals, have been chosen and gathered at Sky Palace. Only blessings and nameplates from Sky Palace will lead us to heaven. This is the only way to show filial piety to our ancestors. Religions that merely provide knowledge have all degenerated. Those who conspired against him with accusations of theft will face righteous judgment. We are told that even at the moment of death, we can rely on Huh Kyung young to go to heaven beautifully and without suffering.

Here is the question: “Should we live and die like sunflowers, always belonging to Huh Kyung young, always looking to Huh Kyung young, whether alive or dead? How should we do this? Second, regarding the unimaginable beauty of women, what is the beauty of men?” Huh Kyung young, that is quite a question. It is quite easy. I will extract and elaborate on this.

3.16. Reincarnation and Divine Recognition: The Story of Gamyeon and James
I saw Gamyeon on television. I screamed. “Oh, get that person to come out,” I said. I recognized her. She is my sister from 2,000 years ago. I saw her with my spiritual eyes. Was Gamyeon Huh Kyung young’s sister 2,000 years ago? Ask the person next to you. Yes. Gamyeon was my brother James 2,000 years ago. James. So, I was not one of the sons born to Joseph. Therefore, if you only look at what is visible in this world, it seems complicated and headache-inducing, but this world is intertwined with karma, cause and effect, reincarnation, and expedients. It is all intertwined. So, they don’t even realize their own effectiveness. I recognized her. Therefore, I have spiritual eyes. I am different from you. Although that person is the mother who gave birth to me, when I tested her today, what was her level? 50 billion units. It was half of that woman from Daegu. Do I raise my own level? I never give myself levels. Yet, in heaven, due to her work, 57 billion units were added. But the chairman has double that. 110 billion units. Isn’t that right? Do I give myself levels just because I am close? No, heaven gives many levels. It is precisely what you have done. Go-jin-eon and Choi Jin have the same level now. 75, how much? How much is Go-jin-eon? 57 billion units. Choi Jin also has 57 billion units. They are both the same. Then, Bitna’s level is about half of that. Even though they are a couple, she was Thomas in a previous life. Thomas, the one who touched my side with his hand when I resurrected. So, she always does a lot of touching. It’s not a lie. In the end, none of the other disciples touched me. But she came and said she couldn’t believe it until she touched me, and she touched my side and other places. You possess some of heaven’s authority. You possess heaven’s authority, which did not exist before, but I have given it to you. Similarly, everything visible in this world has a reason. There is a reason why these people are here. Therefore, no one should be treated lightly.

3.17. The Infinite Level of a True Person (Jin-in)
So, the question from our true person, Jin-in, let’s see how many levels Baekgung has given to our Jin-in. I have not given many levels to Jin-in. Isn’t that right? You cannot take your bank passbook with you when you die, but you can take this level passbook to heaven. The person whose level passbook is full is Jin-in. Do you understand? It is a stage that cannot even be looked at. A stage that cannot be looked at. If you think he is short, you are gravely mistaken. You must understand that we are all disguised. You are all in a disguised state. Otherwise, you would not be able to come here because of evil beings. So, you are disguised as wives and Canaanites and have come here.
