인생의 역설: 행복과 불행의 교차점

나이를 잊고 사는 지혜: 젊음과 봉사의 가치
눈에 안 보이면 잊혀진다고 했습니다. 나이가 눈에 보입니까? 나이는 눈에 보이지 않으니 잊어버려야 합니다. 몇 살인지 모르겠는데, 나이가 적혀 있지 않습니다. 아웃 오브 사이트, 내 눈에 안 보이는 것입니다. 나이는 없습니다. 그 노래가 맞습니다. 왜 꼭 나이를 갖다 붙입니까? 생년월일은 비밀로 하는 것입니다. 아무도 나이를 모릅니다. 안 보이는 것은 내 마음속에서 지워져 버립니다. 항상 나이를 연상하지 마십시오. 내가 나이가 많다고 연상할 필요가 없습니다. 자꾸 연상하면 그 형태가 됩니다. 내가 80이라고 하면 80살로 바뀝니다. 얼굴이 바뀝니다. 저는 천국 갈 때는 한 살입니다. 한 살 이상 갈 필요가 있습니까? 나이를 머리에 넣으면 안 됩니다. 항상 나이를 잊어버리고 살면 나이가 안 먹어도 됩니다. 의식하지 마십시오. 저는 여러분을 볼 때 나이를 보지 않습니다. 아무리 나이 든 아주머니라도 소년처럼 보입니다. 환자는 가슴 아프지만, 나이는 어린애 대하듯이 대합니다. 나이 많은 사람을 대할 때나 젊은 사람을 대할 때나 똑같습니다. 여러분은 제가 바라볼 때는 아기로 보이는 것입니다. 저 사람은 60이야, 저 사람은 30살이야, 이런 것은 없습니다. 그것을 머리에 넣으면, 눈으로 보면 안 됩니다. 그러면 사람이 늙습니다. 이분이 몇 살로 보입니까? 나이가 적혀 있지 않습니다. 여러분이 괜히 나이 든 모습이라고 생각하는 것입니다. 그렇게 생각하면 안 됩니다.

레벨 3만무를 드립니다. 소상공인들에게도 다 드립니다. 요새 노래하는 사람들이 다 노래를 잘합니다. 제가 이렇게 주면 백궁에서 여러분에게 많이 줍니다. 여러분이 기쁘게 노래를 부르고 박수 치고 환호할 때, 위에서 눈치 안 보고 “나만 빠지면 되지”라고 생각하는 사람은 레벨이 적게 들어갑니다. 그러나 환호하면 백궁에서 그 정도의 레벨을 확 넣어줍니다. 우리는 계속 신님의 섭리 말씀을 듣겠습니다. 저는 오늘 섭리 말씀을 많이 했습니다. 노래 심사하는 것도 섭리 말씀입니다. 우리는 상대를 보고 나이를 집어넣는 버릇이 있는데, 넣지 말아야 합니다. 나이를 넣을 때는 어떤 때 넣느냐? 나이 많은 할머니가 전철을 타고 올라왔을 때, 그때는 나이를 넣어야 합니다. 눈으로 딱 보니까 나이를 봐야 할 때입니다. 그럴 때 나이를 안 보면 무례한 사람이 됩니다. 나이를 넣을 때가 따로 있는 것입니다. 남이 불편해할 때, 남이 불편하고 나는 편할 때 나이를 봐야 합니다. 나는 서 있고 저 사람은 서 있네, 이럴 때만 나이를 보는 것입니다. 어떤 사람이 자리에서 일어났는데 나보다 젊은 사람입니다. 그런데 진짜 노인네 같습니다. 사람들은 나를 노려봅니다. 나는 젊어 보이는데, 실제로는 그 사람보다 나이가 많습니다. 나보다 젊은 사람이 완전히 할아버지 같습니다. 사람들이 나를 쳐다보면 나는 일어나야 합니다. 늙었으니까요. 그런데 나이를 물어보면 나보다 열 살이나 어립니다. 저는 나이를 안 먹는 스타일입니다. 다른 사람들은 늙어 보이니 차이가 있습니다. 사람들이 저를 흉보는 것입니다. “저 허경영 씨는 나이 많은 사람이 앞에 있는데 왜 앉아 있어?” 이럴 수도 있습니다. 나이를 물어볼 것도 없이 빨리 일어나야 합니다. 주민등록 내놓고 따져야 하겠습니까? 아닙니다. 다 젊더라도 공장에서 일을 많이 했으면 저렇게 늙었을 수 있습니다. 마누라에게 바가지를 긁혔으면 저렇게 늙었을 수 있습니다. 그 늙은 사람을 이해해 줘야 합니다. 나이가 따로 있는 것이 아닙니다.

우리나라 사람들이 아침에 2천만 명이 출근합니다. 그런데 집에 돌아갈 때는 하루에 몇 명이 못 돌아가는지 아십니까? 직장에서 죽습니다. 산재, 사고 등으로 죽습니다. 돈 벌러 갔는데 저녁에 집에 안 오고 시체실에 있는 사람이 하루에 10여 명씩 나옵니다. 남편이 출근했는데 공장에서 일하다가 기계에 빨려 들어가 죽는 사람이 많습니다. 하루에 10여 명이 출근했다가 집에 못 오는 것입니다. 그 출근하는 길이 마지막입니다. 건설 현장에서 건물에서 떨어져 죽은 사람, 우리는 그런 사람들의 힘으로 살아가고 있는 것입니다. 항상 우리 때문에 하루에 다치는 사람이 8,000명 정도 됩니다. 공장에서 산업재해로 다칩니다. 엄청난 사람이 매일 다치고, 그중에서 하루에 10명이 죽고, 하루에 자살하는 사람은 40명입니다. 이런 숫자를 바라보면 우리가 하늘궁에 와 있는 사람들은 천복에 있는 사람들입니다. 어떤 사람이 지하철에서 나보다 나이가 비슷한데도 피곤해 보인다, 그러면 일어나야 합니다. 왜냐하면 공장에서 죽다가 사는 사람입니다. 쟤들은 먹지도 못하고 집안에 돈 때문에 시달리다가 기진맥진되어 내 앞에 서 있습니다. 내가 앉아 있어야 하겠습니까? 아닙니다. 남이 오면 “아, 저 사람도 오늘까지도 살아남은 사람이구나”라고 생각해야 합니다. 언제든지 죽을 수 있습니다. 자살할 수도 있고, 공장에서 죽을 수도 있습니다. 우리는 사람을 볼 때 측은하게 봐야 합니다. 측은지심, 남을 사랑의 눈으로 봐야 합니다. 양보한 것이 억울하다, 돈 떼인 것이 억울하다, 너무 이러면 안 됩니다. 어려운 사람들 때문에 우리는 양보하고 마음을 그렇게 먹어야 천국 갈 사람들입니다.

인간의 말과 신인의 권능: 능력의 차이
