Upon entering Haneulgung, crossing a specific ridge, one transcends into Kairos time. This is a special realm, distinct from the Chronos time that governs the world outside Haneulgung’s gates. Chronos time represents chronological, historical time, which we record as history. However, beyond the threshold of Haneulgung, the concept of time as we know it ceases to exist.

This distinction between Chronos and Kairos time also applies to the human body. Below the neck, our body operates under Chronos time, akin to the square body of a turtle with four limbs representing the four cardinal directions and the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. These also symbolize the four virtues: benevolence, righteousness, propriety, and wisdom. However, these virtues are incomplete without faith, which is the essence of the divine. Righteousness, propriety, and wisdom are meaningless without faith.

Above the neck, the head, shaped like a sphere, mirroring the roundness of the universe and the sun, is governed by Kairos time. This is the domain where the divine holds sway. Our nervous system, particularly the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, reflects this. The sympathetic nervous system governs our active engagement with the world, while the parasympathetic nervous system takes over during rest, facilitating digestion and cleansing the body. During sleep, the hippocampus organizes our memories, transferring them to long-term storage.

Therefore, when you enter Haneulgung, you transition into Kairos time. This Kairos-governed brain is extraordinary. Without proper self-care, the brain can suffer sudden, debilitating events like a stroke, leading to paralysis or collapse. Such emergencies are beyond human control. Our destiny can change in a single second. The intricate workings within the skull are beyond our reach for immediate intervention.

However, you possess divine radiance. While conscious, you can command this radiance to act. In Haneulgung, it is crucial to remember Kairos. Even if facing a sudden crisis, invoking Huh Kyung-young or Kairos, or commanding your divine radiance, can bring about recovery. The human central nervous system is incredibly complex, beyond imagination.

2. The Persistence of Consequences: Beyond Forgiveness
   Consider the analogy of a large iron pot heated by a fire. If your sins are forgiven, it’s like the pot being emptied of its contents. However, the pot itself remains hot. The “contents” are gone, but the “heat” remains. This “heat” represents the consequences or habits that linger in your body, even after the sin itself is forgiven. For instance, if someone had multiple miscarriages in their youth, the sin might be forgiven, but the physical toll on the liver, uterus, and overall well-being remains. The body still carries the “heat” of past experiences.

Therefore, if someone who has received blessings still suffers from an illness like a stroke, it is not a contradiction. The “pot” of their body is still hot; the lingering effects remain. It is a misunderstanding to question why the body still aches after receiving blessings and having sins absolved. You must actively command your body. Instead of lamenting pain, declare, “Become radiant! I control you!” This assertion of control is vital.

Many people exhibit a “slave mentality” even after being liberated. Just as some freed slaves in history struggled to embrace freedom, preferring the perceived security of their former state, many individuals, even after being freed from sin, remain enslaved by their physical ailments. They complain about their legs or arms instead of commanding them to heal. You must learn to issue commands: “Become radiant! Where does it hurt? Disappear!”

Your facial expression is also crucial. Displaying a suffering face to others is a sin, as it drains their energy. Smiling and bringing joy to others is a way of accumulating blessings through your face, your laughter, and your intentions. Frowning at others is also a sin.

3. The Japanese Concept of Righteousness and the Spirit of Haneulgung
   The Japanese emphasize the Confucian concept of righteousness, which they interpret as the unity of righteousness and principle. Their understanding of righteousness is rewarding good and punishing evil. This means that if you are not good, you will be punished, and if you do good, you will be rewarded. This principle dictates that one should not engage in unrighteous acts.

After the Meiji Restoration, Japan adopted the philosophy of Revere the Emperor, Expel the Barbarians (尊王攘夷, Sonno Joi). This ideology, which revered their emperor as supreme and sought to expel foreign influences, explains why Christianity struggled to gain a foothold in Japan. The concept of a “King of Kings” was incompatible with their supreme reverence for the Japanese Emperor. They viewed foreign powers like America, France, China, and Russia as barbarians.

In contrast, the Korean people have historically been more open to accepting foreign religions and influences. This openness, while sometimes perceived as a lack of independent spirit by others, reflects a different cultural approach.

For those who come to Haneulgung, the principle is Revere Huh Kyung-young, Discard Worldly Attachments (尊許攘俗, Jonheo Yangsok). This means revering Huh Kyung-young and shedding the negative aspects of the secular world. You have been chosen and receive blessings from Huh Kyung-young. Your energy is now the energy of blessing, encompassing prayer, blessing, sanctity, spiritual gifts, eternal life, heaven, grace, faith, and love—a total of twelve attributes.

However, the “heat” of the old “pot” remains. The lingering effects of past experiences might still manifest as physical discomforts. But the fundamental sin has been removed. You must actively cleanse this remaining “heat” by becoming a radiant being. If you wake up with pain, command, “Become radiant!”

4. The Nature of Time and Existence in White Heaven
   Today’s session is a lecture, not a typical Saturday lecture, which is usually a one-way discourse. This is a Sunday lecture, which involves interaction, questions, and answers.

A question was posed: “What is it that the Holiest cannot do? What happens to souls who receive blessings and go to White Heaven? Is there a difference between human and animal souls there? If someone passed away two years ago after receiving blessings, are they still in White Heaven? After how long do they reincarnate as humans or animals? Wouldn’t it be stifling to remain in White Heaven forever?”

In White Heaven, time itself is Kairos time. After leaving Earth, souls enter Kairos time, where the concept of “how long” ceases to exist. There is no “day” or “two days” as we understand it. It is a place of eternal waiting. Just as an egg does not know how long it has been an egg before hatching, souls in White Heaven do not perceive the passage of time in a linear fashion. Once the “hatching” process begins, their time becomes defined.
