The act of hunting creates an adverse karmic bond. However, the animal, by being killed by a human, gains the opportunity to be reborn as a human to repay its karmic debt.

While the state may sanction hunting to control animal populations, individuals engaged in such professions inevitably accumulate negative karma, potentially leading to outcomes similar to Oswald’s.

6. The Unfathomable Distance of White Heaven and the Nature of Reincarnation
