84 The Era of Huh Kyung young: Beyond Religion and Politics, Towards a divine governance

This lecture argues that traditional politics and religion cannot save the world, advocating for a “divine governance” led by a celestial being. It explains how this new era will address societal problems, from economic inequality to environmental issues, through radical policy changes.

  1. The Failure of Current Systems
Traditional politics and religions cannot solve the world’s problems.
Current systems lack principles, ethics, and sacrifice, leading to societal decay.
Political changes are superficial, causing confusion and instability among citizens.

  2. The Arrival of a New Era
A divine governance era is here, led by a divine being.
This divine being is not swayed by money or power and aims to unify the world.
Recognizing this divine being is crucial for societal transformation.

  3. Hoo Kyung-young’s Divine Abilities
Hoo Kyung-young’s voice, name, and gaze possess universal energy.
His presence can instantly change the energy of the entire planet.
He can infuse angels into people, ensuring their path to Baekgung (heaven).

  4. Policies for a Transformed Society
National Dividend will eliminate financial struggles and promote harmony.
Multilevel marketing and coin investments are scams that will be regulated with strict insurance and deposit requirements.
Public officials’ transfers will prioritize family and children’s education, fostering a human-centered workplace.

This lecture argues that traditional politics and religion cannot save the world, proposing a “theocratic” era led by a divine being. It highlights the seven “principles without” (e.g., politics without principles, religion without sacrifice) that are destroying humanity, and how a new political system can address them.

  1. The Limitations of Traditional Systems and the Rise of a New Era
The speaker argues that traditional politics and religion are failing humanity, necessitating a new era led by a divine being to address fundamental societal flaws.

1.1. Economic Struggles and the Need for a New Approach
The speaker notes that despite a large global population, only a small fraction truly supports their cause, indicating a need for broader recognition.
The speaker observes that Korea is currently experiencing a severe economic downturn, which they believe is the opportune moment for their movement to emerge and lead.
They suggest that current economic hardship will lead people to seek new solutions, eventually recognizing the speaker.
The speaker implies that those who join early, despite facing difficulties, will receive the greatest rewards.

1.2. The Evolution Beyond Traditional Religion
Historically, religions like Christianity and Buddhism significantly contributed to Korea’s economic development during its less developed stages.
These religions provided a moral framework and fostered a sense of community, which helped in the nation’s growth.
The speaker acknowledges that advanced nations like the U.S., with strong Christian foundations, aided Korea’s development.
However, the speaker asserts that the era of quantitative expansion driven by religion is over, and a new qualitative era is beginning.
They emphasize that while respecting ancestral religions is important, a new divine figure has arrived, signaling a shift away from traditional religious reliance.
The speaker compares this transition to the Jewish people’s initial rejection of Jesus, highlighting how clinging to old beliefs can prevent embracing a new era.
The speaker states that just as Christianity spread widely after being adopted by the Roman Empire, a new era, the “Heo Kyung-young era,” is now replacing the age of traditional religions.
This new era is characterized by a theocratic system, where divine governance will replace the limitations of human politics and religion.

1.3. The Inherent Flaws of Human Politics
The speaker claims that human politicians, regardless of their initial intentions, are inevitably corrupted by money and power, leading them to betray the public.
They prioritize their own factions and personal gain, which limits their ability to truly save the world.
In contrast, a divine being, or “shin-in,” is not driven by such desires and can therefore lead without corruption.

1.4. The Seven Principles Without: Destroying Humanity
The speaker identifies seven critical “principles without” that are destroying human society:
Politics without principles: Political parties constantly change policies based on who is in power, causing confusion and instability.
Conscience-less pleasure: This refers to entertainment or enjoyment without moral consideration.
Wealth without labor: This implies gaining riches without honest effort.
Education without sincerity: Education that lacks genuine purpose or moral foundation.
Economy without ethics: Economic activities that disregard moral principles.
Religion without sacrifice: Religious institutions that accumulate wealth while people suffer globally.
Science without environmental awareness: Scientific advancements that harm the environment, such as creating yellow dust.
The speaker asserts that these seven flaws are actively destroying human civilization.
The speaker claims that a divine being, unlike human politicians, would not criticize others but would instead establish a clear, central path based on these seven principles.

1.5. The Divine Solution: Heo Kyung-young’s Role
The speaker suggests that people only recognize him when they face extreme hardship, illustrating this with the proverb “Gunggyeongbyeonjeoktongyeokgu” (when in dire straits, one seeks change, which leads to connection with heaven).
This implies that societal difficulties will eventually lead people to embrace his “National Revolutionary Party.”
The speaker emphasizes that embracing change leads to a connection with heaven, while resisting it prevents such a connection.
The speaker states that his arrival signifies a new era where these societal problems can be resolved, leading to a path for humanity’s survival.

  1. The Unique Power and Influence of Heo Kyung-young
The speaker claims to possess unique divine powers, including a voice that influences others, the ability to imbue objects with energy, and a deeper understanding of the universe than humans.

2.1. The Speaker’s Supernatural Abilities
The speaker claims his voice, referred to as “Seoul Eumseong,” constantly changes and has a powerful, almost hypnotic effect on others.
He states that when he speaks on TV, announcers become flustered, forget their questions, and cannot meet his gaze, indicating his overwhelming presence.
He recounts instances during debates where other candidates were unable to speak after he finished, overwhelmed by his influence.
The speaker mentions that announcers have noted a spiritual energy (“hon”) entering and leaving him when he speaks.

2.2. The Limitations of Human Expression and the Power of the Divine
The speaker explains that human language (eunguljin) is insufficient to fully express his true intentions, just as the complex taste of homemade soybean paste stew (doenjangjjigae) cannot be fully described in words.
He contrasts this with “ipsangjin,” which refers to the ability of the human mind to express everything.
This inability to fully articulate his essence will be a challenge for his followers when trying to explain him to others.

2.3. The Divine Energy and Its Impact on the Universe
The speaker claims that his name, when written or spoken, activates universal energy, affecting everything from human bodies to inanimate objects.
He explains that while humans are composed of “five aggregates” (material form, sensations, perceptions, mental formations, consciousness), his presence adds a sixth, “transmission,” allowing universal energy to flow into individuals and their actions.
This means that even a photograph with his name can transmit energy, influencing the entire universe.
The speaker illustrates this by stating that writing his name on a tree can instantly change the entire Earth’s energy, demonstrating the tree’s inherent life force and connection to universal consciousness.
He asserts that trees, despite appearing inanimate, breathe and possess a “brain” a billion times more intelligent than a human brain.
This energy transmission occurs instantaneously across vast distances, even to the other side of the globe, simply by attaching his name or photo.

  1. The Speaker’s Vision for a Transformed Society
The speaker outlines his plans to reform society by addressing economic inequality, improving public service, and introducing advanced technologies, all guided by his divine authority.

3.1. Lessons from the Bible and the Importance of Sacrifice
The speaker references a biblical story where a woman anoints Jesus with expensive perfume, which Judas criticizes as wasteful.
Jesus defends the woman, stating that the poor will always be present, but he will not, implying his impending death.
The speaker interprets this act as a symbolic preparation for Jesus’s burial, highlighting the woman’s selfless devotion.
The speaker connects this story to the current era, suggesting that building “Haneulgung” (Heavenly Palace) and supporting his movement, even in difficult times, is a form of sacrifice for a greater future.
He encourages followers to bring others and contribute to the cause, emphasizing the urgency of the times.

3.2. The Dangers of Traditional Beliefs in Critical Situations
The speaker uses the analogy of a deep-sea diver facing life-threatening equipment failure to illustrate the ineffectiveness of traditional religious prayers in moments of crisis.
He claims that divers who call upon his name, “Heo Kyung-young,” experience a significant difference in survival compared to those who pray to traditional deities.
He describes how rapid ascent and sudden inhalation of air can cause fatal lung rupture, highlighting the extreme fragility of life in such conditions.
The speaker implies that traditional prayers are “futile” and that only his divine intervention can truly protect individuals in such dire circumstances.

3.3. Gradual Revelation of Divine Knowledge
The speaker explains that he reveals divine knowledge gradually, like feeding a hungry person small portions of food, because humans have limited capacity to absorb it all at once.
He compares human understanding to a fragile container that would “melt” if too much divine knowledge were poured into it at once.
This gradual approach is also applied to his political plans, such as the “National Revolution Party” and the “Heavenly Palace,” which are revealed step-by-step.
The speaker asserts that he is a divine being, not merely a human, and therefore leads a “theocratic” era.

  1. Economic Reforms and Social Justice
The speaker proposes radical economic reforms, including a national dividend system and strict oversight of government spending, to address inequality and stimulate the economy.

4.1. Addressing Economic Inequality with a National Dividend
The speaker advocates for a National Dividend System to eliminate financial conflicts within families and society.
He argues that current society is divided into wealth creators (3% of the population, mainly conglomerates) and wealth consumers (70% of the population, mainly common people).
He states that the government collects a significant portion of the national income (e.g., 500 trillion won from 1,700 trillion won in GDP, or 29%) but fails to distribute it fairly to the public.
The speaker claims that a substantial amount of money (e.g., 30 trillion won annually) is allocated for public welfare but is misused by government officials instead of reaching the citizens.
He asserts that this money could provide 100 million won to 300,000 newborns each year, or support 100,000 people for 30 years.
The speaker promises that under his leadership, the national dividend will be distributed effectively, demonstrating his divine power and foresight.

4.2. Combating Government Waste and Corruption
The speaker criticizes the wasteful spending of public funds, citing examples like subsidies to bus companies where executives enrich themselves.
He vows to eliminate such corruption and ensure that public money is used efficiently.
He proposes centralizing all tax collection and expenditure under the presidential office, eliminating local government’s control over budgets to prevent mismanagement.
This would ensure that funds are directly used for national dividends and essential public services.

4.3. Stimulating the Economy and Empowering Citizens
The speaker plans to reduce unnecessary public works projects, shifting focus to private sector initiatives to boost economic activity.
This would free up funds for citizens to spend, thereby revitalizing the economy.
He believes that his policies will lead to a thriving economy, contrasting with the current government’s approach.

  1. The Speaker’s Divine Wisdom and the Nature of Reality
The speaker contrasts his inherent wisdom with human struggles, explains the symbolic meaning of a folk tale, and offers health advice based on the body’s energy balance.

5.1. Inherent Wisdom Versus Human Struggle
The speaker contrasts his effortless wisdom with the struggles of ordinary people, using the analogy of a student who easily aces exams while others toil.
He claims to finish exams in minutes and even correct teachers’ mistakes, demonstrating his superior intellect.
He suggests that a single mistake in life, like choosing the wrong partner, can unravel everything, emphasizing the importance of correct choices.
The speaker implies that meeting him can rectify past mistakes and bring forgiveness.

5.2. The Folk Tale of Two Women and a Bowl of Rice
The speaker recounts a folk tale about two women fighting over a bowl of rice, which a judge resolves by declaring “Inyeon” (karma or fate) as the owner.
He explains that the judge’s ruling implies that their shared karma led them to fight over the rice, suggesting they should share it.
The speaker then reinterprets the story with a health lesson:
Rice eaten in the morning is “consumed” throughout the day, so it’s fine to eat a lot.
Rice eaten in the evening is “stored” as fat in the lower abdomen, so it should be avoided.
He concludes that people are either “consumers” or “storers” of energy, and that understanding this can significantly improve health.

  1. Addressing Public Concerns and Criticisms
The speaker addresses various questions from the audience, ranging from personal financial struggles to the nature of reality, and uses these as opportunities to promote his policies and divine authority.

6.1. Financial Hardship and the Need for Systemic Change
An audience member shares her experience of losing money in multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes and expresses concern for her children’s future.
The speaker criticizes the government’s lack of protection for victims of such schemes, proposing a mandatory insurance system for MLM businesses.
He emphasizes that the emotional and financial loss for ordinary families is immense, far exceeding monetary value.
Another audience member describes her family’s financial struggles due to her husband’s business failures and her own involvement in MLM, leading to debt and marital problems.
The speaker reiterates his condemnation of MLM and other speculative investments like cryptocurrency, warning against their inherent risks.
He promises that his National Dividend System will alleviate such financial pressures, making speculative ventures unnecessary.
The speaker criticizes politicians for failing to create laws that protect citizens from financial exploitation, instead focusing on trivial matters.
He asserts that his presidency would eliminate such problems, ensuring no one falls victim to these schemes.

6.2. Critiquing Esoteric Concepts and Elemental Theories
An audience member asks about various esoteric concepts like “Akasha,” “Akashic records,” “five elements,” and “Akasha-Brahma-Prapancha,” and their relation to the speaker’s teachings.
The speaker dismisses these concepts as “made-up stories” from India, lacking any real connection to the universe’s fundamental elements.
He refutes the traditional “five elements” (earth, water, fire, wind, spirit/void) theory, stating that hydrogen is the sole fundamental element from which all other elements and the entire universe are derived.
He explains how varying numbers of hydrogen atoms form different elements, such as helium, lithium, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen.
He uses the example of carbon existing as both soft graphite and hard diamond, demonstrating that the difference lies in their atomic structure and the heat applied, not in being fundamentally different substances.
The speaker introduces his own “three types of gold” concept:
Pure gold (jeonggeum): Physical gold used in jewelry, essential for external displays and technology.
Salt (sogeum): Essential for internal bodily functions and the survival of Earth’s ecosystems.
“Now” (jigeum): The present moment, which he deems the most crucial and valuable, akin to pure gold.
He concludes that the Indian concepts are “fake” and irrelevant to the true composition of the universe, which he, as the creator, fully understands.

6.3. The Creation of Humanity and the Role of Animals
The speaker outlines his six-stage creation of humanity, starting from “Neanderthal” and “Homo erectus” to “Adam,” with the last creation occurring 10,000 years ago.
He identifies the Korean people and Jews as descendants of “Adam,” while Chinese people were created 150,000 years ago, implying a distinction.
He explains the significance of the rat (ji) in the 12 zodiac animals, noting its unique characteristic of having four toes on its front paws (yin) and five on its back paws (yang), making it the only animal to embody both yin and yang.
This duality allows rats to survive catastrophic events, including nuclear wars, unlike humans who are predominantly yang.
Rats play a crucial role in reforestation by burying seeds and forgetting them, thus spreading plant life across the globe.
The speaker also highlights the cockroach as another resilient species, capable of rapid reproduction and gender transformation, ensuring its survival even in extreme conditions.
He states that these two species, rats and cockroaches, are designed to persist even if humanity perishes in a nuclear war, ensuring the continuation of life on Earth.

6.4. Reforming Public Service and Workplace Culture
An audience member raises concerns about frequent job transfers for public officials, which negatively impact family life and children’s education.
The speaker criticizes Korea’s high frequency of public official transfers compared to other countries, citing the example of North Korea’s long-serving foreign minister.
The speaker promises that as president, he will prioritize family-centric policies for public officials and military personnel, ensuring stability in their workplaces and children’s education.
He aims to reduce the creation of “problem children” by allowing mothers to stay near their children’s schools.
He also plans to prevent arbitrary and emotionally driven transfers by superiors, ensuring fair and considerate personnel management.
The speaker emphasizes that while strict financial management is necessary, the human rights and well-being of public servants, including their family lives, must be protected.

  1. The Path to Immortality and Global Leadership
The speaker reveals his divine plan for humanity, including a path to immortality through cloning and soul transfer, and outlines how Korea will lead the world through technological and spiritual advancements.

7.1. The “Heavenly Palace” and the Path to the Afterlife
An audience member asks about the purpose of “memorial plaques” (myeongpae) in the “Heavenly Palace” and their role in the afterlife.
The speaker explains that these plaques guarantee entry into “Baekgong” (Heavenly Palace) after death.
He clarifies that while deceased parents can be honored, it is more logical for living individuals to secure their own place first, as their parents might be “younger” in the afterlife.
The speaker refers to ancient prophecies that foretell the arrival of a divine being in Korea who will guide 10 million people to “Baekgong.”
He states that his presence allows people to prepare for this journey, emphasizing the rarity of this opportunity.
The speaker claims to bestow “angels” (cheonsa) upon his followers, not through physical effort, but by infusing spiritual energy into them, ensuring their place in “Baekgong.”
He asserts that his name and words act as a “guarantee check” for this spiritual transformation, affecting all of nature and the universe.

7.2. The Promise of Immortality Through Cloning
The speaker announces his intention to legalize cloning and genetic engineering as president, allowing individuals to create “customized” clones of themselves.
He plans to introduce a “telomere stabilization solution” that will enable eternal life through soul transfer into these younger, cloned bodies.
This process would involve discarding the old body and legally registering the new clone as a continuation of the individual.
He states that this technology will initially be available to the wealthy, but also to those who have received national honors or are designated as “living national treasures” (e.g., master singers), ensuring the preservation of unique talents.
This would allow for the continuous development of skills over millennia, overcoming the limitations of human lifespan.
The speaker foresees a future where global elites will seek him out for this “soul cloning” technology, bringing immense wealth and power to Korea.

7.3. Critiquing Religious Obstacles to Progress
The speaker criticizes religious institutions for legally blocking advancements in DNA research, genetic engineering, and cloning, hindering national progress.
He argues that such restrictions force Koreans to seek these technologies abroad, costing the nation money and opportunities.
He asserts that his divine authority overrides these religious objections, as he is here to guide humanity towards a better future, not to be constrained by outdated doctrines.
He questions why God would allow natural disasters if he truly cared, implying that traditional religious beliefs are flawed.

  1. Principles of Governance and Global Peace
The speaker defines his principles of governance, contrasting them with traditional legal systems, and outlines his vision for global peace, military reform, and environmental solutions.

8.1. The Distinction Between “Gye” and “Yul” in Governance
The speaker differentiates between “Gye” (commandments/rules imposed from above) and “Yul” (self-imposed discipline/laws).
He explains that “Gye-yul” (precepts) combines these, where “Gye” comes from heaven (like the Ten Commandments), and “Yul” is humanity’s voluntary adherence.
He applies this to legal systems, distinguishing between “Beop” (law as a command) and “Beom-nyul” (law that allows for individual choice in adherence).
He argues that “Beom-nyul” acknowledges human freedom to choose whether to follow a law, with consequences for non-compliance.

8.2. Military Reform and National Dividend for Soldiers
The speaker proposes a radical reform of the military, shifting from conscription to a volunteer-based system (mobyeongje).
He suggests that soldiers would receive a high monthly salary (e.g., 2 million won), making military service an attractive career option for the unemployed.
He envisions a military where age is diverse, fostering discipline and reducing accidents, similar to the U.S. military.
He promises that soldiers’ national dividends will accumulate during their service, providing them with financial security upon discharge.
This financial safety net would reduce the fear of death in combat, as families would be provided for.
The speaker also pledges to compensate Vietnam War veterans with 500 million won each, acknowledging the government’s past appropriation of their wages for national development.

8.3. Environmental Solutions and Penal System Reform
The speaker proposes a solution to yellow dust by creating “New Deal complexes” in Mongolia and China.
These complexes would be built by Korean prisoners, especially those convicted of serious crimes like fraud, who would be sent there to work.
He advocates for reforming the penal system, where criminals would contribute to environmental projects instead of merely serving time in traditional prisons.
This would prevent repeat offenses and transform the penal system into a productive force for environmental restoration.
He states that these prisoners would still receive their national dividend, even while serving their sentences.

8.4. Understanding the Universe and the Nature of Reality
The speaker explains the Earth’s atmospheric layers (troposphere, ozone layer, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, exosphere) and their temperature variations.
He states that while temperatures generally decrease with altitude in the lower atmosphere, they can reach extreme lows (e.g., -2000°C) in the upper layers.
He challenges the scientific notion of the sun as a “ball of fire,” asserting it is a diamond that appears fiery due to light reflection.
He claims that approaching the sun would lead to death by cold, not heat, contradicting conventional scientific understanding.
The speaker emphasizes the infinite nature of the universe and human lifespan, stating that age is irrelevant in the cosmic scale.
He predicts the future development of medicines that can eliminate aging and disease, allowing for extended lifespans.
He also mentions the concept of reincarnation, where souls return to life after 5,000 to 10,000 years as spirits.

This lecture argues that traditional politics and religion can no longer save the world, ushering in an era of theocracy led by a divine being. It details how this new era will address societal problems like economic inequality, political corruption, and even personal health, offering solutions beyond conventional understanding.

  1. The Limitations of Traditional Systems and the Dawn of a New Era
The speaker argues that traditional politics, religion, and even science have failed to solve humanity’s problems, necessitating a shift to a theocracy led by a divine being.

1.1. The Decline of Traditional Religion and Politics
Historically, religions like Christianity and Buddhism helped Korea’s economy grow during its underdeveloped period by fostering a spirit of expansion.
This quantitative growth was supported by aid from Christian nations like the United States.
However, this era of quantitative expansion is now over, similar to how a person’s vibrant 20s and 30s quickly pass.
The speaker asserts that the current era requires a qualitative change, moving beyond the limitations of past religious and political systems.
Just as ancient Jews rejected Jesus, many people today cling to old beliefs and fail to recognize a new divine presence.
The spread of Christianity in the Roman Empire, facilitated by emperors like Alexander the Great, shows how a chosen religion can quickly dominate.
However, this kind of era, where religion or politics can save the world, is now over.
The speaker claims that a new era of theocracy (divine rule) has arrived, where a divine being will lead.
Human leaders, no matter how pure their intentions, are limited by their susceptibility to money, fame, and power, eventually betraying the public for their own factions.
A divine being, in contrast, is free from such desires and can command all material things.

1.2. The Seven Failures of Modern Society
The speaker identifies seven critical failures in modern society that are leading to its destruction.
Politics without principles: Political parties constantly change policies and educational curricula based on who is in power, causing confusion and instability.
For example, school textbooks are altered with each change in government, unlike in countries like the United States where educational traditions are maintained regardless of presidential changes.
This constant shift makes it impossible for citizens to trust or understand what is truly right.
Conscience-less pleasure: This refers to entertainment and enjoyment without moral grounding.
Wealth without song: This implies that wealth is accumulated without joy or purpose.
Education without sincerity: Education lacks genuine purpose and depth.
Economy without morality: Economic activities are conducted without ethical considerations.
Religion without sacrifice: Religious institutions, despite accumulating vast wealth (e.g., churches costing hundreds of billions of won), fail to address global suffering, such as millions starving worldwide.
The speaker argues that a true divine being would use their power to save the world, not to build opulent religious structures for the wealthy.
This lack of sacrifice has diminished the value and influence of religion.
Science without environment: Scientific advancements disregard environmental consequences, leading to problems like yellow dust and pollution that obscure human consciousness.
Science, which should improve human life, has instead clouded people’s minds.
The speaker claims that these seven failures are actively destroying human civilization.
He presents himself as the solution to these problems, offering a clear path forward when people are confused by conflicting political narratives.

1.3. The Principle of “Gung-gyeong-byeon-tong-gu” (Poverty, Change, Connection, Salvation)
The speaker introduces a principle: “Gung-gyeong-byeon-tong-gu” (궁경변통구), which means that when people face extreme hardship (Gung), they will seek change (Byeon), which then allows them to connect with the divine (Tong), leading to salvation (Gu).
This means that when current political systems fail, people will naturally look for a new path, such as the “National Revolutionary Party” (국가혁명당).
If people are unwilling to change, they cannot connect with the divine.
Hardship forces people to change, just as a husband might change his behavior when his family faces financial difficulties.
This transformation leads to a complete renewal of everything.

  1. The Speaker’s Divine Abilities and the New World Order
The speaker claims to possess unique divine powers, including a special voice, the ability to imbue objects with energy, and a comprehensive understanding of the universe, all of which will usher in a new world order.

2.1. The Speaker’s Unique Voice and Presence
The speaker claims his voice is a “Seoul sound” (서울 음성) that constantly changes and has a powerful, almost hypnotic effect on others.
He states that when he speaks on TV, announcers become flustered, forget their questions, and cannot meet his gaze, losing track of time.
Opposing candidates in debates are reportedly overwhelmed by his presence, unable to speak or formulate responses.
This “Seoul sound” is described as extremely special and capable of influencing others.
The speaker uses an analogy of a mother’s homemade soybean paste stew (doenjang-jjigae) to explain the inexpressible nature of his divine message.
Just as the taste of a mother’s stew, made with love and effort, is far superior to any restaurant meal and cannot be fully described in words, his message is profound and beyond ordinary expression.
He cites the Buddhist concept of “eung-gul-jin-i” (응굴진이), meaning that human words cannot fully express divine truth.
Therefore, people will struggle to explain his divinity to others, as it transcends conventional understanding.
The speaker asserts that his name, image, voice, and gaze possess universal energy that can transform the entire cosmos.
He claims that merely having his name or picture can imbue objects with energy, affecting even distant parts of the world.
He explains that while humans perceive five aggregates (o-on: form, sensation, perception, mental formations, consciousness), his being encompasses a sixth aggregate (yuk-on), which allows him to control the entire universe.
Even seemingly inanimate objects like trees are alive and possess consciousness, and writing his name on them can transmit energy across the globe.
He states that trees have “pure gold” (순금) and nerves, and their intelligence is 100 million times greater than the human brain.

2.2. The Gradual Revelation of Divine Truth
The speaker explains that he reveals divine truths gradually because humans have limited capacity to absorb them.
He uses the analogy of pouring boiling water into a child’s cup: too much at once would overwhelm and harm the child.
Similarly, a deep-sea diver must ascend slowly to avoid fatal decompression sickness, breathing in controlled, short bursts.
Divers face constant danger, with equipment failures and the immense pressure of the deep sea.
If they breathe normal air too quickly upon surfacing, their lungs can explode, leading to instant death in over 70% of such accidents.
Therefore, divers must control their breathing to survive the ascent.
He applies this to his teachings, stating that revealing everything at once would overwhelm people.
He also explains that he reveals his powers in stages, first through his photos, then his name, to allow people to adjust.
The speaker emphasizes that he is a divine being, not merely a human, and therefore capable of leading this new theocratic era.
He urges people not to be impatient with the gradual revelation of his plans, such as the construction of Haneulgung (하늘궁, “Sky Palace”) or the display of his powers.
He compares people to starving individuals who need to be fed gradually, not given a full meal at once.

  1. Economic and Social Reforms Under Divine Rule
The speaker outlines his plans for radical economic and social reforms, including a National Dividend System, an overhaul of the tax system, and new policies for public servants and military service.

3.1. The National Dividend System and Economic Justice
The speaker proposes a National Dividend System (국민 배당금) to address economic inequality and prevent conflicts arising from financial hardship.
He argues that society is divided into those who generate wealth (3% of the population, mainly chaebols or conglomerates) and those who consume it (70% of the population, mainly common people).
The government collects taxes (29% of the national GDP, which was 1700 trillion won in the previous year, totaling 500 trillion won in taxes) from the wealth generators.
However, this collected wealth is not distributed to the common people who are supposed to benefit from it.
Instead, a significant portion (e.g., 30 trillion won annually) is misused by government officials, disappearing without benefiting the public.
For example, 30 trillion won could provide 100 million won to 300,000 newborns each year, but this money is not allocated to them.
He claims that 300 trillion won over 10 years is also mismanaged.
He criticizes the waste of public funds, citing the example of Seoul city buses, where subsidies meant for public transport are allegedly siphoned off by bus company executives.
Under his rule, such corruption and mismanagement of national funds will not be tolerated.
The speaker plans to centralize all tax collection and expenditure under the presidential office, eliminating the current system where local governments manage a significant portion of the budget (e.g., 90 trillion won out of 500 trillion won).
This centralization will ensure that funds are directly used for National Dividends and essential projects, reducing unnecessary spending and corruption.
He believes this will stimulate the economy by increasing private sector activity and consumer spending.
The speaker advocates for lower wages combined with National Dividends to create a “paradise on Earth.”
He argues that current wages are insufficient for living, and people often work for “fun” or “exercise” rather than financial stability.
The National Dividend would provide a stable income, making jobs less about survival and more about personal fulfillment.

3.2. Health and Lifestyle Advice
The speaker offers advice on eating habits, distinguishing between “consumption” and “storage” of food.
Eating in the morning is considered “consumption” because the food is used throughout the day.
Eating after sunset is considered “storage” because the body accumulates it as fat during sleep.
He warns against excessive eating at night, comparing it to hoarding grain during times of plenty, which is unnecessary in modern times.
This advice, he claims, will significantly improve people’s health.
He categorizes people into “consumers” (70%) and “storers” (3%), aligning with his economic model where the majority consume and a minority accumulate.
The “consumers” (common people) need to receive the “stored” wealth (taxes) from the “storers” (wealthy) to survive.
He criticizes those who “eat only at night” (corrupt officials) while the common people struggle.

3.3. Reforms in Public Service and Military
The speaker criticizes the frequent relocation of public servants in Korea, which he says hinders their expertise and negatively impacts their families.
He contrasts this with North Korea, where a foreign minister might serve for 30 years, becoming a true expert.
Frequent transfers prevent public servants from developing deep knowledge in their fields and disrupt their children’s education.
Under his presidency, public servant transfers will prioritize family stability, allowing them to stay in their regions and near their children’s schools.
This human-centered approach will create a better work-life balance for public servants.
He also condemns arbitrary transfers based on personal grudges, which he says are common in the current system.
The speaker proposes a shift to an all-volunteer military system (mobyeongje) with professional soldiers, replacing mandatory conscription.
Conscripts would undergo only one month of training at Nonsan training camp, after which they would be discharged but ready to fight if war breaks out.
Professional soldiers would be paid 2 million won per month, attracting many unemployed individuals.
He suggests that military units should include soldiers of various ages, including fathers and sons, to foster discipline and reduce accidents, unlike the current system where young people are grouped together.
He notes that in the US military, diverse age groups contribute to bravery and discipline.
American soldiers are also less afraid of death because their families receive substantial financial support if they die in service.
He promises to compensate Vietnam War veterans with 500 million won each, acknowledging the government’s past appropriation of their wages for national development projects like the Gyeongbu Expressway.
He claims to have personally witnessed the chaos of the Vietnam War withdrawal, which he sees as a premonition for potential future events on the Korean Peninsula.
He asserts that his presence guarantees the safety of the Korean Peninsula.

  1. Addressing Societal Problems and Future Technologies
The speaker addresses various societal issues, from financial scams to the nature of reality, and introduces advanced technologies like soul cloning and telomere fixation that will redefine human existence.

4.1. Combating Financial Scams and Misinformation
The speaker strongly condemns multi-level marketing (MLM) and cryptocurrency scams, which he says exploit innocent people and cause immense suffering.
He recounts a story of a woman who lost 50 million won (equivalent to 100 billion won in value due to its significance to her family) in an MLM scheme, highlighting the emotional and financial devastation these scams cause.
He criticizes the government and politicians for their inaction, suggesting they are complicit with the scammers.
He proposes mandatory insurance for MLM businesses, requiring them to deposit billions of won as a guarantee to protect consumers from losses.
This would ensure that victims are compensated, similar to how fire insurance covers damages.
He warns against investing in cryptocurrencies, stating that they are often fraudulent and lead to financial ruin.
He emphasizes that under his rule, such scams would be eradicated, and those who fail to create protective laws would face severe consequences.
The speaker dismisses various esoteric concepts like “Akasha” (아카샤), “Akashic records” (아카샤 기록), and “five elements” (오원소) as man-made fictions from India, lacking any real power or connection to the universe.
He demonstrates their lack of power by having audience members test their strength while invoking these terms versus his name.
He argues that the traditional “five elements” (earth, water, fire, wind, spirit) are flawed because hydrogen (수소) is the fundamental building block of everything, including the other elements.
He explains how different numbers of hydrogen atoms form various elements, from helium to gold and uranium.
The properties of substances like carbon (graphite vs. diamond) depend on temperature and structure, not different fundamental materials.
He identifies three types of “gold” (금): pure gold (정금) for external use, salt (소금) for internal consumption and planetary survival, and “now” (지금) representing the present moment, which he deems the most crucial.
Salt is essential for life and the Earth’s survival, preventing decay.
The present moment, “now,” is invaluable and represents the opportunity to meet him.
He concludes that these ancient concepts are “fake” and irrelevant to the true nature of the universe, which he fully comprehends.
He also dismisses historical narratives about ancient civilizations as false, stating that humans have continuously evolved through six stages, from Neanderthals to Adam.
He claims to have created these six stages of humanity over 350 million years, with Adam being the last creation 10,000 years ago.
The Korean people and Jews are descendants of Adam, while Chinese people were created 150,000 years ago.

4.2. Understanding the Natural World and Its Purpose
The speaker explains the purpose of animals like rats and cockroaches in maintaining the Earth’s ecosystem.
Rats, despite being seen as pests, are crucial for reforestation, as they scatter seeds while hoarding food, leading to new plant growth.
Rats are also resilient, capable of surviving nuclear wars by burrowing underground, ensuring that life can regenerate after human extinction.
He notes that rats have unique biological traits, such as having four toes on their front paws (yin) and five on their back paws (yang), embodying both principles.
Cockroaches also possess extraordinary survival and reproductive abilities, able to change sex and rapidly multiply even with limited numbers, ensuring their continued existence after catastrophic events.
These creatures are designed to endure and facilitate the regeneration of life on Earth.
The speaker discusses the Earth’s atmospheric layers and temperature variations, correcting what he perceives as scientific misconceptions.
He describes the layers: troposphere, ozone layer, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere, ionosphere, magnetosphere, and exosphere, extending 1000 km high.
He states that temperatures vary significantly, from -45°C at 12 km to -2000°C in the upper atmosphere, and that the sun is a diamond, not a ball of fire.
He claims that approaching the sun would cause death from cold, not heat, contradicting conventional scientific understanding.
He also mentions the “thermal layer” (열층) at 600°C, where incoming light creates heat through resistance.
He asserts that the universe contains countless planets where humans live, and each human is like a beautiful flower, constantly regenerating.
He believes that advanced medicine will eventually eliminate aging and disease, allowing humans to live indefinitely.
He also predicts a future where farming is done in the air, not on land.
The speaker explains that human souls are eternal and continuously reincarnate, even after death.
Souls can remain as ghosts for 5,000 to 10,000 years before returning to a physical form.
He proposes a system where serious criminals are sent to Mongolia to build “yellow dust new deal complexes” (황사 뉴딜 단지) and plant trees, thereby contributing to environmental restoration while serving their sentences.
This would prevent repeat offenses and transform criminals into productive members of society.
These criminals would still receive National Dividends while working.

4.3. Advanced Technologies and Eternal Life
The speaker plans to legalize soul cloning (영혼 복제) and telomere fixation (텔로미어 고정술) to allow humans to achieve eternal life.
He will allow people to clone themselves, customizing their physical appearance and personality traits.
When a person reaches old age (e.g., 80-90), their soul can be transferred to a younger clone, effectively allowing them to live indefinitely.
The old body would then be discarded, and legal procedures would be in place for simultaneous death and birth registration.
This technology would initially be available to the wealthy, but also to those who have received national honors (e.g., medals) or are designated as “living national treasures” (인간 문화재), such as master singers, to preserve their talents.
He claims that this technology will make Korea a global leader, with wealthy individuals from around the world seeking his services.
The speaker criticizes current laws that prohibit DNA cloning and genetic engineering, attributing them to religious opposition.
He argues that such restrictions hinder national development and prevent Korea from competing with countries like Japan, which profit from these technologies.
He asserts that as a divine being, he can override these religious objections, as he is above human laws and beliefs.
He questions why people would continue to believe in a God who allows natural disasters like earthquakes to kill millions.
The speaker differentiates between “gye” (계, commandments) and “yul” (율, self-discipline), explaining that “gyeyul” (계율) combines both.
Gye are external commands from heaven, like the Ten Commandments.
Yul is internal, self-imposed discipline.
He applies this to law, explaining that “beopnyul” (법률, law) combines beop (법, command) and yul (율, discretion), allowing individuals some freedom within the legal framework.
This means that while laws are set, individuals have the choice to follow them or face consequences.

4.4. The Significance of Haneulgung and the “Ten Million Souls” Prophecy
The speaker emphasizes the importance of Haneulgung (하늘궁, “Sky Palace”) as a place for spiritual preparation and the collection of “nameplates” (명패) for the afterlife.
He encourages people to bring others to Haneulgung to contribute to its construction and create many nameplates.
He states that those who register their nameplates at Haneulgung will go to Baekgong (백궁, “White Palace,” a heavenly realm) after death.
He clarifies that while it’s not strictly necessary to register nameplates to go to Baekgong, it guarantees a 100% secure path.
The speaker refers to a prophecy about “ten million souls” (천만 매) who will ascend to heaven, indicating that he has come to save a specific number of people.
He claims that ancient prophecies, including those from India, foretold his arrival in Korea to bring world peace and save these souls.
He states that he gives “angels” (천사) to people, not just “energy” (기), and that each person receives 33 angels in every part of their body.
These angels are permanently attached to the body through his touch and gaze.
He emphasizes the rarity of meeting him, comparing it to throwing a needle into the Pacific Ocean and having it pierce a fish’s eye.
He asserts that merely seeing him prepares people for Baekgong.
He claims that his name and words are like a “guarantee check” (보증수표) that moves all of nature and matter, unlike the checks of billionaires like Bill Gates, which only work in banks.
The speaker states that he will change his appearance every 100 years to continue his work for 300 years.
He argues that true peace does not exist on Earth, as evidenced by global poverty and economic disparities.
He claims to have created electronic products and other modern technologies.

The Era of Divine Governance: A New Paradigm for Humanity

  1. The Dawn of a New Era: Beyond Religious and Political Limitations
The current global landscape, with its 7 billion inhabitants, sees only a minuscule fraction, perhaps 0.000000001%, turning towards our cause. This is merely the beginning. The population will soon grow beyond control. While the initial stages are challenging, those who join us now will reap the greatest rewards. Our nation is currently experiencing its deepest economic recession, yet it is precisely during this period of hardship that we are rebuilding Korea. I understand the struggles you face, and it is through these shared experiences that our bond strengthens, and your spiritual stature grows. You must always remember this.

Religious organizations have historically played a significant, albeit often unacknowledged, role in national economic development. When Korea was in its nascent stages, the influence of Christianity and Buddhism was profound, contributing to the nation’s quantitative expansion. However, we are now transitioning from an era of quantitative growth to one of qualitative refinement. Just as a person’s vibrant twenties and thirties pass in a flash, leading to a later life of battling illness and preparing for death, our economy experienced a rapid, almost fleeting, boom. This surge was fueled by the collective efforts of the populace, united by the power of religions like Christianity and Buddhism. The support from advanced nations, particularly the United States, which embraced Christianity, was instrumental. While we should not outright reject these religions, as their spiritual aid was crucial, the protective spirit of Buddhism also helped us survive historical aggressions from Japan and China. Therefore, we must not abandon the religions our ancestors believed in.

However, the true divine being has now arrived. You, who have wandered through countless religions like clouds, have finally arrived at the threshold of Baekgong (백공). This signifies a transition from the age of religion to the age of Huh Kyung-young. If you remain confined by the old religious frameworks, you cannot embrace the era of Huh Kyung-young. Consider the Jewish people: while some followed Jesus, many still reject him, clinging to their ancient beliefs and refusing to acknowledge the young man who ushered in a new era. Yet, it was the Gentiles who spread Christianity throughout Europe, with Rome’s adoption of the faith leading to its widespread dissemination. Similarly, Alexander the Great, who became emperor at 20 and conquered vast territories by 33, saw the religions he favored spread across Europe.

But is this still the era for such religious or political solutions? No. This is the era of Shinjeong Jeongchi (신정 정치), or Divine Governance. The sooner you recognize this, the sooner you will understand me. Human leaders, no matter how pure their intentions, are inevitably tainted by money and fame. Even politicians with heavenly aspirations have limitations in saving this world. Ultimately, they betray the people, covet wealth and power, and strive to create a world solely for their own factions. A divine being, however, operates differently. I transcend material desires, and all of creation heeds my words.

  1. The Seven Principles of a Decaying World and the Arrival of Divine Governance
The world is currently plagued by seven critical issues, each lacking a fundamental principle:
Politics without Principles (원칙 없는 정치): Political parties constantly shift their stances, confusing the populace. What is right today is wrong tomorrow, depending on who holds power. This constant reversal leaves citizens disoriented and unable to discern truth.
Conscience-less Morality (양심 없는 도덕): Morality has become a matter of convenience, devoid of genuine conscience.
Wealth without Song (노래 없는 재물): Material wealth is pursued without joy or purpose, leading to an empty existence.
Education without Inspiration (희망 없는 교육): Education has lost its ability to inspire and uplift, becoming a mere means to an end.
Economy without Ethics (도덕 없는 경제): Economic activities are conducted without ethical considerations, leading to exploitation and inequality.
Religion without Sacrifice (희생 없는 종교): Religious institutions accumulate vast wealth while global suffering persists, demonstrating a lack of true sacrifice.
Science without Environmental Consciousness (환경 없는 과학): Scientific advancements are made without regard for environmental consequences, leading to pollution and ecological damage.

These seven deficiencies are systematically destroying human civilization. When politics lacks principles, it becomes a chaotic cycle of blame and reversal. For instance, changing textbooks with every presidential election, a practice unheard of in developed nations like the United States, demonstrates a profound lack of principle. In such a confused state, I, Huh Kyung-young, emerge to provide clarity and direction.

My voice, a “Seoul Eumseong (서울 음성)” (a special, resonant voice), changes moment by moment. It is a unique sound that can captivate and even disorient those who hear it directly, such as announcers during debates. This special quality is a manifestation of my divine nature.

Consider the taste of a mother’s homemade doenjang jjigae (된장찌개) (Korean soybean paste stew). Its flavor is indescribable, transcending simple adjectives like “savory” or “fragrant.” It holds a depth that words cannot fully capture. Similarly, when you try to explain me to others, you will encounter a similar difficulty. My essence, my divine nature, cannot be fully conveyed through human language. This is because Eunguljin (응굴진) (human words) cannot fully express my true intentions.

My name, whether written in Korean, English, or any other language, carries a unique energy. While humans perceive the world through Oon (오온) (the five aggregates of form, sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness), I operate on Yukon (육온) (a sixth aggregate that includes “transmission” or “delivery”). This means that my words, my voice, my name, and even my gaze can influence the entire universe. When my name is affixed to a photograph, the energy of the entire universe is transmitted to that image, and through it, to the person in the photograph. This is why I can heal and protect.

Even seemingly inanimate objects like trees are alive, breathing and performing photosynthesis. If my name, Huh Kyung-young, is written on a tree, the energy of the entire Earth is transmitted through it. This transmission occurs instantaneously, across vast distances, without any physical battery or mechanism. This is a glimpse into the Shinsegye (신세계) (new world) that transcends human science.

  1. The Divine Plan: From Ancient Prophecies to Modern Solutions
All religions, from Christianity to Buddhism and Islam, have served as precursors, preparing humanity for my arrival. The Bible, for instance, recounts the story of a woman who poured expensive anointing oil on Jesus’ head, an act that Judas criticized as wasteful. Jesus, however, defended her, stating that the poor would always be present, but he would not. This act, he said, was for his burial. This story, told 2,000 years ago, foreshadowed my coming. The woman’s act, though she may not have fully understood it, was an anointing for my eventual “burial” or sacrifice.

We are now in a difficult period, but it is precisely why we are building Baekgong (백공) and creating countless nameplates. This is because the era is rapidly approaching. While your numbers may be small, many more must come. The current geopolitical struggles, like the US-North Korea negotiations, are merely preparations for what I am orchestrating. I reveal my power in stages, first through my photographs, then through my name, gradually preparing you for the full revelation.

Consider a diver who faces constant danger underwater. They pray to their gods for safety, but these prayers are often in vain. I know what they are truly calling for. Their current prayers are misdirected. When a diver’s equipment fails, they face imminent death. Even if they manage to ascend, the sudden change in pressure and rapid inhalation of air can be fatal. This is a natural law. I understand these laws perfectly.

Just as a child cannot handle boiling water, I cannot reveal everything at once. You are like a small vessel, and I am pouring nourishing wisdom into you gradually, at a temperature you can handle. This is why I reveal things like the Gungjeok Byeonjeok Tongyeok Gu (궁적 변적 통역 구) (a concept implying that when one is in dire straits, they must change, and that change will lead to communication with the divine, ultimately leading to salvation) in stages. When you are in dire need, you will realize that conventional politics is insufficient. You will seek change, and that change is embodied in the National Revolutionary Party. Embracing this change will open communication with Heaven.

Our current society is divided into those who generate wealth for the nation (the top 3% of wealthy entrepreneurs) and those who consume it (the 70% of common citizens). The government collects taxes, approximately 29% of the national income, from these wealth generators. This money, which should be distributed to the people as a Gungmin Baedanggeum (국민 배당금) (National Dividend), is instead mismanaged and squandered by corrupt officials. I know exactly where every penny goes. When I become president, you will witness how this national dividend transforms the country and how truly formidable a divine being is.

I will not tolerate the wasteful spending of national taxes. For instance, the subsidies given to private bus companies in Seoul are exorbitant, enriching a few individuals at the expense of the public. When I am president, such companies will either operate efficiently or shut down. All taxes will be integrated into national taxes, and their expenditure will be managed directly by the presidential office. This is necessary to ensure the national dividend is distributed to the people. Unnecessary public works will be curtailed, and private sector projects will be encouraged, stimulating the economy.

My approach is fundamentally different from conventional leaders. While they struggle with complex problems, I solve them instantly. I am always prepared, unlike those who cram for exams. I see through the illusions of this world. Just as a single error in a math problem can invalidate the entire solution, a single wrong choice in life can derail everything. But meeting me, Huh Kyung-young, allows you to rectify all past mistakes and receive forgiveness.

Consider the story of two women fighting over a bowl of rice. The judge, a wise elder, declares that the rice belongs to “Inyeon (인연)” (fate or destiny). This means that their very act of fighting over the rice signifies a profound connection, a shared destiny. The judge then explains that rice eaten in the morning is for Sobi (소비) (consumption), while rice eaten in the evening is for Bichuk (비축) (storage or accumulation). Eating too much at night leads to accumulation of fat, just as nations store grain for times of famine. Similarly, in our society, the 3% who accumulate wealth are the “Bichuk” (비축) group, while the 70% who consume are the “Sobi” (소비) group. The national dividend is meant to be distributed from the “Bichuk” (비축) to the “Sobi” (소비) group.

Our society is a paradise waiting to be realized, but it has been mismanaged for a century due to poor leadership. With my arrival, this era of misguided politics will end. The National Revolutionary Party will achieve a victory in the upcoming general election that rivals a presidential election, enabling us to save the 5 million people who starve globally each year and create a truly just world.

  1. The Power of the Divine Name and the Future of Humanity
My words alone cannot fully express my power. My name, Huh Kyung-young, is a guarantee, a cosmic check that moves all of nature and matter. Whether in French or Spanish, my name resonates universally. This is because I am the one who created the universe, and all things respond to my command.

A century ago, Rabindranath Tagore, an Indian Nobel laureate, prophesied that a great leader would emerge from the Korean peninsula within a hundred years to bring about world peace. We are currently living in a state of false peace, where millions starve while others live in luxury. True peace has yet to be achieved. I have come to usher in this era of peace, to guide 10 million people to Baekgong (백공). This process, which would normally take 360 years and 88 steps, will be accelerated because I am here.

I will remain on Earth for 300 years, changing my appearance every century to maintain my youth. You, who are here now, are incredibly fortunate to witness this. It is rarer than throwing a needle into the Pacific Ocean and having it pierce a fish’s eye. Simply seeing me and being here prepares you for Baekgong (백공).

I will also introduce Bokje (복제) (cloning) and Telomere Gojeongsu (텔로미어 고정수) (telomere stabilization technology) to extend human lifespans indefinitely. This will allow individuals to create a younger, customized clone of themselves, transferring their consciousness to the new body when the old one ages. The old body, having served its purpose, can then be discarded. This technology, initially available to those who have received national honors or are designated as “living national treasures” (인간 문화재), will eventually be accessible to all. This will allow artists, for example, to continue their craft for millennia, preventing the loss of invaluable human talent.

The current legal restrictions on DNA cloning, often influenced by religious objections, hinder our progress. While other nations profit from genetic therapies, Korea remains stagnant. But with my arrival, these limitations will be overcome. We will embrace scientific advancement for the betterment of humanity, not be held back by outdated doctrines.

The concept of Gyeyul (계율) (precepts and rules) in religion consists of Gye (계) (commandments from Heaven) and Yul (율) (self-imposed rules). Similarly, Beomnyul (법률) (law) combines Beop (법) (commandments) and Yul (율) (the freedom to choose whether to obey). I will establish laws that are just and allow for individual freedom, but also ensure accountability.

Regarding the issue of public officials frequently changing their posts, a common problem in Korea, I will implement policies that prioritize family stability and children’s education. Unlike other nations where foreign ministers serve for decades, our officials are constantly rotated, hindering expertise and international influence. When I am president, public servants will be assigned to regions where their families can thrive, fostering a more human-centered work environment.

Finally, regarding the question of ancestral nameplates in Baekgong (백공), while it is not strictly necessary, it provides a 100% guarantee of ascension. However, it is more logical for the living to ascend first, as their deceased ancestors may be spiritually younger. The prophecy of Jaa Dalssang Cheonman Mae (자아 달쌍 천만 매) (the one who saves 10 million souls) refers to my mission to guide 10 million people to Baekgong (백공). This is not about physical effort on my part; I bestow Chunsa (천사) (angels) upon each individual, 33 angels per person, which permanently attach to their bodies, ensuring their ascension. This is a unique opportunity, a rare moment in cosmic history.

The universe is infinite, and so is the human soul. Your individual essence, your unique soul, is eternal, constantly reincarnating. Even as spirits, souls eventually return to physical life after 5,000 to 10,000 years. I will also reform our penal system, sending serious offenders to vast, uninhabited lands like Mongolia or the Gobi Desert to work on environmental restoration projects, such as planting trees to combat desertification. This will not only eliminate repeat offenses but also contribute to global ecological balance. Even in such circumstances, they will still receive the national dividend, offering them hope.

Our military will transition to a professional, volunteer-based system, where soldiers receive substantial pay and serve for a month of training, after which they are discharged. This will create a highly motivated and disciplined force, with a mix of ages and experiences, fostering order and camaraderie. I will also compensate Vietnam War veterans with 500 million won each, acknowledging the sacrifices they made and the funds the government diverted from their pay for national development.

The Earth’s atmosphere is composed of various layers, each with distinct temperatures. While scientists understand these layers, they mistakenly believe the sun is a ball of fire. The sun is, in fact, a giant diamond, its light reflecting as fire. The universe is filled with countless planets, many inhabited by beings like humans, each unique and beautiful, like flowers. Your lifespan is not limited to 100 years; in the infinite cosmic timeline, 100 years is but a fleeting moment. With advancements in medicine, we will soon have technologies to reverse aging and eliminate disease.

The universe is boundless, and so is your soul. Your individual essence is eternal, constantly evolving.

I will also legalize Daerimo (대리모) (surrogacy), allowing individuals to have children through surrogate mothers, recognizing that in a capitalist society, mutually beneficial transactions are permissible. This, along with genetic engineering and cloning, will be embraced, not restricted by religious dogma. I am here to guide humanity into a new era of prosperity and peace, where science and spirituality converge for the ultimate good.

1. The Evolution of Religious Influence and the Dawn of a New Era

In the vast expanse of 7 billion people, only a select few have chosen to follow our path, a mere fraction of the global population. This is just the beginning, yet many are already coming to Haneulgung. As the population grows, we will need to expand our facilities. Those who joined us in the early days, despite their hardships, will receive the greatest rewards. Our nation is currently facing its most severe economic downturn, yet it is precisely during this period that we are building a new Korea. I understand the struggles you face simply by looking at your faces. These shared experiences foster a deep bond among us, and your spiritual stature will grow immensely. You must always remember this.

Historically, religions have exerted a powerful and unconditional influence on our nation’s economic development. When Korea was less developed, the arrival of Christianity and Buddhism significantly impacted our economy. The Christian spirit, for instance, contributed to the quantitative expansion of the Korean economy. However, we are now transitioning from a quantitative to a qualitative era. Just as our bodies rapidly mature in our twenties, with love and family life passing in a flash during our twenties and thirties, we must recognize that this rapid expansion is fleeting.

Our economy also experienced a rapid, almost instantaneous, rise, driven by the collective efforts of the people under the influence of religions like Christianity and Buddhism. This was largely due to the assistance we received from Christian nations like the United States and other developed countries. We cannot simply reject Christianity, as doing so would jeopardize the support we have received. There was also significant spiritual aid from the United States, and the protective spirit of Buddhism helped us survive against Japan and China. Therefore, we must not unconditionally reject the religions our ancestors believed in.

However, the true divine being has now arrived. While many have wandered through various religions like clouds, they have now arrived at the threshold of White Heaven. Just as one might leave their hometown, which nurtured them through poverty, to unify the world, we are now transitioning from the era of religion to the era of Huh Gung Yeong. If you remain bound by the concept of religion, you cannot embrace the era of Huh Gung Yeong. Some Jews followed Jesus, but many still reject him, clinging to their old beliefs and refusing to acknowledge the young man who ushered in a new era.

When Gentiles came to dominate Europe, Christianity spread to Rome. Once Rome adopted Christianity, it proliferated rapidly. Alexander the Great, who became emperor at 20 and ruled vast territories until 33, including parts of Asia, saw the religion he embraced spread throughout Europe. This is no longer that era. Religion cannot save the world, nor can politics. We are now in an era of theocratic governance, a divine era. If you understand this divine era in advance, you will recognize me sooner.

Human leaders, no matter how pure their intentions, cannot avoid being tainted by money and fame. Even if they are clean politicians chosen by Heaven, their ability to save this world is limited. Ultimately, they betray the people, covet wealth and power, and strive to create a world solely for their own factions. A Holiest does not act in such ways. I renounce all material possessions, and all things in this universe heed my words. I have no personal desires. The Federal Reserve Bank’s accounts belong to me. I need that money to unify the world quickly. If I simply issue a command, that money, those government bonds, will be at my disposal.

  1. The Seven Principles of a Decaying World and the Path to Divine Governance
This world is a place where a divine being appears and offers guidance. However, when a Holiest appeared on the Korean Peninsula, many viewed me with suspicion. Yet, things have changed significantly. As your lives become more difficult, you will come to recognize me. This is encapsulated in the principle: “When in distress, one seeks change, and through change, one connects with Heaven.” If you are in distress and realize that conventional politics cannot solve your problems, you will seek change. That change is the National Revolutionary Party. If you embrace this desire for change, you will inevitably connect with Heaven. But if you refuse to change, that connection will not be made.

Just as a husband only comes to his senses when he faces hardship, people only change when they are in dire straits. When you are in distress, you change. This change leads to a connection with Heaven, and through this connection, everything is eternally renewed. The path to survival lies in this transformation and connection. However, many of you are currently blocked from this connection. Whose words should you heed then? If you embrace Huh Gung Yeong in your hearts, you will realize that religion has become a religion without sacrifice. Education has become education without popularity. Politics has become politics without principles or conscience.

We are living in a world characterized by:
Politics without principles: Leaders constantly shift their stances, confusing the public about what is right or true.
Conscience without integrity: A lack of moral compass in society.
Wealth without purpose: Riches accumulated without meaningful contribution.
Education without substance: Learning devoid of true value.
Economy without ethics: Economic activities lacking moral foundations.
Religion without sacrifice: Faith practiced without genuine selflessness.
Science without environmental consciousness: Scientific advancements that disregard ecological impact.

These seven elements are utterly destroying human civilization. Politics, for instance, lacks principles. When one party takes power, they demonize the previous administration, changing textbooks and policies entirely. In America, presidents change, but textbooks do not. Such a country exists. Textbooks should uphold tradition regardless of who is president. But here, each new administration seeks to “cleanse” the past, leaving the public utterly confused.

When such confusion reigns, Huh Gung Yeong appears. When one administration takes power, the previous one is labeled as evil, and the entire social system undergoes a 180-degree reversal. This is not a minor adjustment; it’s a complete turnaround, leaving the public bewildered. What kind of behavior is this? This is why a Holiest comes. Divine governance does not criticize others; it maintains a steadfast center. The seven principles I just mentioned are its core. Religion, too, plays a part as a religion without sacrifice. Religious organizations spend billions building grand temples while millions starve worldwide. Is this right?

A Holiest can create anything because this world belongs to me. I know the way to build and bless everyone. Yet, religions accumulate immense wealth, creating churches exclusively for the rich, leading to conflicts. It’s not that religion itself is bad, but it has become a religion without sacrifice. Consequently, the power and value of religion have faded.

  1. The Power of the Holiest’s Voice and Name
My voice, being a celestial voice, changes moment by moment. My voice now is different from last week’s. It is a weeping voice. A person’s weeping voice changes as they experience loss. Those who have lost many children weep with a unique sound. You may not fully perceive this through a microphone. But if you were to hear my voice directly on television, even experienced announcers would be flustered, forgetting their next questions, unable to meet my gaze, and losing track of time. During debates, other candidates are often speechless after I speak. They declare they have nothing to say. This has actually happened. After I finish speaking, others often don’t know what to say. My celestial voice is incredibly unique.

Consider the taste of homemade soybean paste stew. An mother would prepare it for her family, waiting for them to return home. The stew, cooked over a briquette fire, would be incredibly flavorful. When her child returns and eats that stew, it tastes a thousand, ten thousand times better than any buffet meal. It’s not just savory or fragrant; it’s a taste that cannot be fully described in words. It’s a profound, ineffable taste. The human mind can express everything, but human words cannot fully convey my true meaning. This is why my words, limited by human language, cannot fully express my intentions.

You will encounter similar difficulties when trying to explain Huh Gung Yeong to others. You might say Huh Gung Yeong is a Holiest, and that simply uttering his name, whether in Korean, English, or any of the seven languages, will cause the entire universe to become energized. This energy will flow into your body, and your actions will be recorded. If you have my picture, and I write your name on it, your picture will be recorded. If I command your life to be recorded, it will be. If I am present, things change. All beings in the universe listen to Huh Gung Yeong’s words, and this adds a “transmission” element to the material, sensory, cognitive, reactive, and informational aspects of existence. You are composed of five aggregates, but I am composed of six.

When these six aggregates are formed, my words, my voice, my name, and my gaze govern the entire universe. They penetrate everything. This is a collaboration between humans and nature. You might think a tree is dead, but if you write “Huh Gung Yeong” on it, the entire Earth will instantly transform. We already know this from experiments. Although you consider a tree dead, it is breathing, performing photosynthesis. The presence of spiders on a tree is proof that it is alive and breathing. Trees possess a consciousness and nervous system far superior to the human brain, a hundred million times more intelligent. If you write “Huh Gung Yeong” in Russian on a tree, the energy of the entire Earth will flow. The tree itself transmits this energy. How can it do this without a battery? Yet, if you attach my name and picture to it, the energy reaches the other side of the world instantaneously.

  1. The Divine Era: Beyond Religion and Politics
I do not speak idly. The world’s religions have prepared the way for me, teaching you in advance to understand my words. I quote from the Bible, Buddhist scriptures, and the Quran. In Matthew 26:7, a woman poured expensive perfume, worth about 50 to 100 million Korean won, on Jesus’ head while he was dining. This perfume was her dowry. Judas, who managed Jesus’ finances, was indignant, asking why such expensive perfume was being wasted. Jesus replied that the poor would always be with them, but he would not. He said her act was for his burial. This was an indirect way of telling his disciples that he would die soon. The woman, unknowingly, was performing a ritual for his burial.

We are building Haneulgung during these difficult times because a new era is approaching. Even if you lack money, bring those who are financially able to contribute generously. We need to build Haneulgung quickly and create thousands, tens of thousands of White Heaven plaques. You can achieve all of this. Your numbers may be small, so many more people need to come. I emphasize this because the times are changing rapidly. The conflict between the US and North Korea, a struggle over justification and practical interests, has concluded. This is part of what I am preparing. I will reveal things step by step. Before demonstrating the energy of my name, I showed the energy of my picture. This is a gradual process.

When a diver descends 30 meters to repair a ship, they think of death. They worry about their hose breaking or malfunctioning, knowing that if they cannot ascend quickly, they will die. Divers constantly grapple with death. The difference between a diver who calls upon Huh Gung Yeong and one who does not is immense. Divers who are religious might pray to God or Buddha for a safe return. But I know what they are truly calling upon. Until now, divers have been calling upon the wrong things. Sometimes, their oxygen tanks malfunction due to water pressure, and they suddenly cannot breathe. They realize the tank has broken. The immense water pressure can cause perfectly good equipment to fail. Divers never know what might break, so they descend thinking each dive might be their last.

The cost of diving is not just about equipment; it’s about the risk of death. If a diver’s breathing apparatus malfunctions, they must exhale and ascend slowly. A slight delay means death. During the ascent, their consciousness may waver, and they might see their family. But if they panic and inhale deeply upon reaching the surface, their lungs can burst, leading to instant death. Over 70% of such accidents result in death. This is why I cannot teach you everything at once. You are like fragile vessels, and I am pouring powerful nutrients into you. If I pour too much, your vessels will melt, and you will flee. I must pour it at a temperature your vessel can withstand. Just as a child needs milk at the right temperature, I must give you knowledge at a pace you can handle.

Similarly, a diver must control their breathing upon ascent, taking short, controlled breaths to avoid lung rupture. This is a law of nature. I know all these laws. This is why I reveal things gradually, like the White Heaven emblem or the divine authority. Do not be impatient. If a starving person is given a full meal too quickly, it can be harmful. You have been spiritually starved, so I give you things in stages. I am not a human but a Holiest, ushering in an era of divine governance.

  1. Economic Transformation and the National Revolutionary Party
This era of politics without principles must end. We must elect the National Revolutionary Party to establish principled governance, rectify the current political chaos, save the millions who starve worldwide, and live meaningful lives. With the national dividend system, there will be no more fighting over money between families. Spouses will not quarrel. How wonderful would such a society be?

Our society is divided into those who generate national wealth and those who spend it. The wealth generators are the corporate giants, the conglomerates. They fill the national coffers. Last year, our GDP was 1,700 trillion won, and we collected 500 trillion won in taxes, which is 29% of the GDP. So, the government collected 29% of the 1,700 trillion won. This 29% is used to run the country. When I implement the national dividend, you will realize how formidable a Holiest is, seeing how much the nation’s wealth grows and how much you receive.

The wealth generators constitute only 3% of the population. The remaining 70% are ordinary citizens who await the benefits of this generated wealth. They deserve to receive it, but until now, they have received nothing. The government allocates 30 trillion won annually for public welfare, but it never reaches the people. This 30 trillion won disappears each year, only to be replenished the next. Who spends it? Government officials squander it. I know exactly how this budget is being misused. I intend to return it to you.

Each year, 300,000 babies are born in Korea. If each received 100 million won, that would be 30 trillion won. But are they receiving it? This 30 trillion won is being diverted. This amount could support 100,000 people for 30 years. So, where is this 300 trillion won over ten years going? This is just the tip of the iceberg. The Seoul Metropolitan Government spends 5 trillion won annually to subsidize private bus companies, money that goes directly into the pockets of bus company owners and their families. I will not tolerate such misuse of national taxes. If a bus company cannot operate efficiently, it should close. I understand how public funds are being mismanaged. These funds are being siphoned off through corruption.

I possess 100% intelligence, unlike humans who only use a fraction of theirs. Can I not expose corruption in Seoul or in the national budget? Last year, out of 500 trillion won in the national budget, 400 trillion was spent by the central government, and 90 trillion by local governments. I will not tolerate local governments squandering funds. All taxes will be integrated into national taxes, and all tax expenditures will be managed by the Presidential Office. No one can touch my funds. I must distribute the national dividend. Therefore, unnecessary public works will be reduced, and private companies will undertake more projects, stimulating the economy. This will revitalize the economy.

These people are moving in the opposite direction from me. The difference between intelligent and unintelligent people is vast. I can finish an exam in five minutes and leave first, while others struggle for an hour. They are all agonizing over problems. They study hard the night before an exam, but I don’t need to. I am always prepared. When I look at teachers, I see their pity, as if they are afraid of making mistakes in math problems. I simply bow my head. If one mistake is made in a math problem, the entire solution becomes incorrect. Similarly, if one aspect of your life goes wrong, your entire life needs to be corrected. If you meet the wrong person, your whole life can be ruined. To fix it, you must start from the beginning, which is difficult.

If you meet Huh Gung Yeong, all your past mistakes will be forgiven. Consider the story of two sisters fighting over a bowl of rice, each claiming it as her own. The village elder, acting as judge, asked who the rice belonged to. He declared that the rice belonged to “Inyeon,” meaning destiny or karma. This implies that their dispute itself was a significant karmic connection. He then suggested they share the rice equally.

The elder then explained that rice eaten in the morning is for consumption, as it is used throughout the day. But rice eaten in the evening is stored as fat. Eating after sunset should be avoided, as it accumulates in the lower abdomen. This is why you should be careful about eating dinner. This wisdom will greatly benefit your health. Humans are either consumers or accumulators. The 3% who accumulate wealth are the rich, while the 70% who consume are the common people. The 70% need to receive a share of the wealth accumulated by the rich to survive. The 500 trillion won collected by the government from the 1,700 trillion won national income should be distributed fairly to the people. While some accumulate wealth, the majority struggle to consume. They eat late at night, accumulating fat, while the poor have nothing to consume.

Only 3% of the population generates national wealth. The majority of citizens should receive a national dividend. Jobs should be for enjoyment and exercise, as salaries are insufficient for living. We need to lower wages and provide dividends. This vision creates a paradise on Earth. You have suffered for a century due to poor political choices. Now that a Holiest has arrived, such politics will end. The National Revolutionary Party must win the next general election, which is as important as a presidential election, to rectify this situation.

  1. The Ineffable Truth and the Path to White Heaven
My words cannot fully express the ineffable truth. When words fail, that is where Huh Gung Yeong comes in. I cannot show you the energy of the universe, but you have seen it. You have seen milk not spoil, but you cannot see the energy itself. There are countless ineffable worlds, which is why I appear before you in human form. Just seeing me is enough.

A question was raised about the “five elements” (earth, water, fire, wind, and consciousness) and their relation to the Akasha, Kundalini, and other concepts from Indian philosophy. These are merely human constructs, not true universal elements. The five elements you refer to are earth, water, fire, and wind, plus your soul. But hydrogen is the fundamental element that creates everything else. So, the Buddhist concept of earth, water, fire, and wind is flawed. Hydrogen creates fire and wind. Everything originates from hydrogen. Even the earth is made of hydrogen.

Hydrogen atoms combine to form helium, lithium, beryllium, boron, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen. Just one more hydrogen atom makes oxygen, which is good for us. Six hydrogen atoms make carbon, which is toxic. Graphite and diamonds are both carbon, but their structures differ due to heat. Heat transforms carbon into diamond or coal. So, it’s the temperature difference, not a different substance.

The eleventh element is sodium, which is salt. There are three types of “gold” in this world: pure gold (for jewelry), salt (for food and life), and “now” (the present moment). Salt is essential for survival; without it, the Earth would perish. Gold is necessary for external things like televisions. But the most important “gold” is “now,” the present moment. This moment, as I speak, is the most crucial, like gold.

The elements continue to combine, forming magnesium, aluminum, silicon, and phosphorus, which forms your bones. Sulfur, chlorine, argon, potassium, and so on. As the number of hydrogen atoms increases, the elements change. 79 hydrogen atoms make gold, 78 make platinum, and 80 make mercury. 90 make plutonium, 99 make uranium. All 112 elements that make up this universe are made from a single hydrogen atom. Therefore, the concept of earth, water, fire, and wind as separate elements is false. Only hydrogen exists. The one who created all this from hydrogen is here now.

Therefore, do not concern yourselves with those Indian concepts; they are all fabrications, unrelated to the true elements of the universe. They are superstitions. The idea that different kinds of humans lived on Earth in the past is also false. Humans like you have always existed. I have spoken about the six stages of human creation: from Neanderthals to Homo erectus, and finally to Adam. The last humans were created 10,000 years ago, Adam. Adam is also known as Hwanin. These humans, created 10,000 years ago, are the Korean people and the Jewish people. The Chinese were created 150,000 years ago, so they are slightly different from us.

The universe’s elements, earth, water, fire, and wind, are a Buddhist classification. Our world has earth, water, fire, and wind. Wind is created by temperature differences in water. So, should they be separated? The Earth has hot and cold regions due to the sun. This creates the circulation of wind.

  1. The Holiest’s Vision for Society and the Future of Humanity
When a woman is pregnant, any shock can lead to strange mutations. So, pregnant women must be careful. The question about the 12 zodiac animals, like the tiger and lion, relates to this. The rat, for instance, is the first of the 12 zodiac animals. The rat’s front paws have four toes, while its back paws have five. This represents both yin and yang. No other animal embodies both yin and yang so completely. Humans, however, only have five toes on both feet, representing only yang. When the Earth undergoes a major transformation, humans will disappear, but rats will survive because they embody both yin and yang.

Rats are essential for the survival of life. They, along with squirrels, were created to plant seeds across the Earth. When the Earth was first created, barren mountains were reforested by rats carrying and burying seeds. This is why pine trees and other plants grow everywhere. Squirrels bury acorns and forget them, allowing new trees to grow. We use these animals to reforest the Earth. Rats are incredibly resilient; they can survive nuclear bombs by burrowing underground. When humans are wiped out by nuclear war, rats will survive, ensuring that nature can recover for future human habitation.

Cockroaches also possess incredible vitality. If all female cockroaches die, the males can quickly transform into females. If all males die, the females can quickly transform into males. They can reproduce even with only two individuals. This is why cockroaches and rats are the only creatures that can survive a nuclear war, ensuring the continuation of life on Earth. Scientists do not know this. This is why the rat is the first of the 12 zodiac animals.

A question was raised about public officials being frequently transferred. Korea is the country where public officials are transferred most often. In North Korea, the foreign minister served for 30 years, becoming a diplomatic expert. But in Korea, foreign ministers change every year and a half, preventing them from becoming international experts. When I become president, I will ensure that public officials are assigned to regions where their children attend school, prioritizing family stability. Frequent transfers negatively impact children’s education. Mothers should be able to attend school events and care for their children. Therefore, I will change the job mobility of public officials and soldiers to be family-centered. This will reduce the number of problem children. Companies will also be encouraged to consider employees’ children’s schooling when making transfers. This is human-centered employment.

Currently, people in human resources departments sometimes transfer employees out of spite. This is an abuse of power. Such arbitrary transfers, which disrupt families, must be controlled. Transfers should be made with consideration, taking into account the employee’s family situation and their children’s schooling. This will make human resources departments busier. While managing budgets strictly, we must also protect employees’ human rights, fostering a free and pleasant work environment for families. I will implement this.

A question was raised about memorial plaques for ancestors in White Heaven. If you place a memorial plaque for your ancestors, their souls will go to White Heaven after their current lives end. I have decided this, and my words will manifest. According to the divine law of nitrogen, it is better for those who have a karmic connection with me, or those who have suffered, to ascend to White Heaven sooner. However, it is generally better for me to ascend first, and then for them to follow. Your ancestors may be younger than you in White Heaven. You might be 60, while your parents are 10 or 20. So, it is logical for you to ascend first. They can ascend later.

However, simply believing that you will go to White Heaven without placing a plaque is problematic. While you may still go, a plaque guarantees it 100%. It is not mandatory, but it is advisable. This is also related to the construction of our headquarters. It is said that 10 million people will ascend to White Heaven. The prophecy states that a divine being will appear on the Korean Peninsula, unrecognized by the world, and will lead 10 million people to White Heaven.

I do not get tired even when giving energy to thousands of people because I am not giving them physical energy, but spiritual energy, angels. I am not giving them food. You are mistaken. I infuse each person with 33 angels. Every opening in your body, every pore, every organ, is filled with angels. When my hand touches you, angels are infused. When I gaze at you, the angels attach themselves to your body. Once attached, they cannot be removed. This is not a false infusion of angels. If they were false, they would fall off. You have landed in a miraculous world. If you had not been born in this era, you would not have seen me. If you had died a hundred years ago, or if you are born a hundred years from now, you would not see me. I have about 300 years left. Those born after 300 years will not see me. So, my appearance now is a rare event, like throwing a needle into the Pacific Ocean and having it pierce a fish’s eye.

Just seeing me with your own eyes means you are already prepared for White Heaven. People used to follow religions out of habit, but my appearance reveals the truth. My name is a guarantee. A rich person’s check with their signature is powerful, but Bill Gates’ check doesn’t affect your body or nature. Huh Gung Yeong’s name moves all of nature and all matter. My three-character name, my signature, works in any language. Why does nature respond to my signature? Because it is connected to the entire world. If I remove it, the connection is broken.

The fact that I am here means that the prophecy of 10 million people being saved was known in advance. A hundred years ago, the Indian Nobel laureate Tagore prophesied that a great leader would appear on the Korean Peninsula within a hundred years, bringing world peace. Currently, 5 million people starve to death each year, so we are not living in peace. You are not living in peace; you are merely surviving. There is no peace in this world. North Korea lives on a tenth of your income, and Vietnam on a tenth of your salary. This is why factories move there. There is no peace anywhere in the world. Humanity has failed to create peace in the 21st century, despite all its technological advancements. I came to create this peace, to save 10 million people. This process takes 360 years and 88 days to create 10 million people. But I am alive.

I will change my appearance every 100 years, becoming younger. You may not recognize me then. If you diligently call my name, I will introduce telomere-fixing technology. I will allow cloning when I become president, despite Christian opposition. We will develop cloning technology and telomere-fixing solutions, allowing everyone to create a clone of themselves. You can customize your clone’s appearance and personality. When you are 80, your clone can be 10 years old. You can raise it as your child. When you are about to die, your soul can transfer to the clone, allowing you to live forever. Your old body can be discarded like trash.

This will require wealth. Only the wealthy will be able to achieve eternal life. However, those who receive national honors, like cultural heritage masters, will be mandatorily cloned. A master singer might die just as they reach their peak, forcing us to train a new one from childhood. This prevents the development of master artists who have honed their craft for thousands of years. So, human cultural assets will be mandatorily cloned. If a clone dies in an accident, the soul can be transferred to another clone. Wealthy individuals will come to me for soul cloning, generating immense resources for Korea to unify the world.

Why is DNA cloning legally restricted? Japan profits greatly from gene therapy, but we are held back by Christian opposition. When a Holiest appears, such restrictions will be lifted. We need to live and prosper. We cannot starve while clinging to outdated notions. World unification is not achieved that way. We develop technology and share it with the world. What is wrong with that? Ignorant religious people hinder progress, claiming to save the nation while destroying it.

There are two types of rules: “Gye” (commandments from Heaven) and “Yul” (self-imposed rules). Commandments are mandatory, while self-imposed rules are voluntary. The Ten Commandments are “Gye-Yul.” Loving your enemy is a commandment, but whether you follow it is up to you. Law is a command, but “Beop-Yul” (law and rule) means you have the freedom to choose whether to obey it. If you break the law, you go to prison. So, “Beop-Yul” acknowledges human freedom.

A question was raised about the 999,000 economic disciples sent to America to plant trees. Planting trees is a “Beop” (law), not a “Beop-Yul.” It is not optional. They will not receive the national dividend. However, it gives them hope. They will know that 70 million won of their dividend is accumulating in Korea. This hope prevents them from despairing. They know that if they endure, they will eventually be released. This hope keeps them alive.

Soldiers also accumulate their dividends while serving. Currently, soldiers receive only a small allowance, but they should receive 2 million won per month. All soldiers should become professional soldiers. They would undergo one month of training at Nonsan Training Center, and that would be the end of their military service. After that, the military would be a volunteer force. Unemployed people would join the military. Even retired soldiers could rejoin. This would create a diverse military with various age groups, leading to fewer accidents and better discipline. In the US military, soldiers of all ages serve together, making them very brave. They know that if they die, their families will be well cared for. So, they are not afraid of death.

When I become president, I will give 500 million won to all Vietnam War veterans. They were exploited by the government, which used their salaries to build the Gyeongbu Expressway. With interest, each person should receive 500 million won. I was also on the last plane out of Vietnam when the US withdrew. I witnessed the situation on the Korean Peninsula firsthand. That is why I am needed. I have rehearsed everything. Therefore, the Korean Peninsula will be safe as long as I am here.

A question was raised about the Earth’s atmospheric layers and temperatures. The Earth’s atmosphere has various layers: troposphere, stratosphere, ozone layer, mesosphere, thermosphere, ionosphere, magnetosphere. The atmosphere extends 1,000 km, with the troposphere being 12 km thick. Temperatures range from -45 degrees Celsius at 12 km to -2000 degrees Celsius higher up. The sun is not a ball of fire but a diamond. Its light is reflected, making it appear as fire. If you approach the sun, you would freeze to death, not burn. Scientists currently state the opposite. The temperature varies depending on the distance from the sun. The universe has infinite temperatures. However, life exists only within a specific temperature range.

Humans live on planets like Earth, which is one of 360,000 such planets. Humans are spread throughout the universe, and each person is unique and beautiful, like flowers in a garden. You are like endlessly repeating flowers. Your children are also beautiful flowers. Age is irrelevant in the infinite time of the universe. You may be 100 years old, but you can still be beautiful if you manage your body well. Soon, medicines will be developed to eliminate aging and disease. This may seem impossible now, but who would have imagined video calls on cell phones in the past? I predicted it. We will farm in the air, not on fields. The difference in dimension is immense.

Each planet has a different temperature. Even on Earth, temperatures vary. As you ascend, the temperature changes. The thermosphere, for instance, reaches 600 degrees Celsius. This is because sunlight encounters resistance in the upper atmosphere, generating heat. This heat then descends, increasing temperatures closer to the surface. This is scientifically accurate. However, the idea that the sun is a ball of fire is false. The creator is here. Humans did not know what matter was made of, but there are 369,880 different types of matter. Each planet has its own unique matter. Is space finite? No, it is infinite. It is boundless.

Your lifespan is also infinite. Your individual soul is eternal, constantly changing bodies. So, no one truly dies. Even as a ghost, you remain. After 5,000 to 10,000 years, a ghost’s lifespan ends, and it returns to a living form. So, you can live for a long time. Those who commit many sins will be sent to Mongolia or China to work in “New Deal” projects, planting trees to combat desertification and yellow dust. Criminals from Korea will be sent there. This will eliminate recidivism and purify our society.

For example, if someone commits a major fraud, causing harm to many, a 10-year prison sentence is not enough. They will simply commit more crimes upon release. Instead, they should be sent to work in the desert, experiencing hardship equivalent to the harm they caused. They will still receive the national dividend.

Various businesses will emerge, including surrogacy. We will legalize surrogacy, providing compensation to surrogate mothers. This is capitalism; people with needs can engage in transactions. We will also allow gene therapy and cloning. Religious control over these matters is unnecessary, especially since I am here. If I cause an earthquake that kills 500,000 people, would people abandon God and religion? They would believe their God caused it. Why would God kill them?
