Huh Kyung young: The Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity

A Taoist practitioner was walking along the road when a dog—not the owner’s dog, but a stray—ate up all the rice cakes belonging to an old woman who was selling them by the roadside. It happened while she had briefly looked away. The dog trampled and devoured the very cakes she had intended to sell that day; they were completely ruined and mashed up. Naturally, she couldn’t sell them anymore. Now, could the old woman simply beat the dog to death? Of course not. But as I passed by and looked at the dog, I saw that it was a Taoist practitioner in a past life. He had been cultivating the Way but got distracted by a woman and ended up being reborn as a dog. He had come down from his practice to beg for a meal, visited a woman’s house, and incurred bad karma; having become romantically entangled with her and strayed from his path, he was reborn as that dog.

because the dog was hungry, it gobbled up the grandmother’s rice cakes. Naturally, the grandmother was furious. She sprang up and gave the dog a mighty kick; it went flying through the air and crashed right into the stream. Hahaha. Did that actually soothe her anger? To her, the dog was just a thief. But in reality, that dog shared her bloodline—it was her mother from a past life. She kicked it so hard it died, and as it perished, it must have thought, ” my own mother treated me like that just because I ate a few rice cakes…” Hahaha. are lives intertwined ? They are incredibly intertwined. They are connected across time and space. Yet, when I—a passerby—looked at that dog with my spiritual eye, I saw that it was the grandmother’s mother.

So I said to the old woman, “Listen here. Don’t kick that dog anymore. Just because it isn’t a dog you raised yourself—just because it ate a little bit of food—is it right to kick it like that? That dog was your mother. In a past life—several lifetimes ago—your mother came here because she missed you. You failed to recognize the dog that came to find you.” ” is that really true?” “Yes, it is.” “Don’t begrudge the rice cakes it ate; just think of it as an offering made during an ancestral rite.” Would that make the old woman feel better ? I’m asking if it really would. “Look here. I am no ordinary person. That dog ended up in that form because it strayed from the path of spiritual cultivation in a past life, but it was your mother.” Hahaha. Wouldn’t that woman’s blood pressure instantly normalize? Wouldn’t that feeling of resentment vanish completely? It wasn’t really about the rice cakes being wasted; the point is that she had kicked her own mother for eating them. Is there anyone else who could reveal this to her? No, there isn’t.

They’re all just God-man. That’s why the grandmother’s heart was quickly soothed. She thought, ” I treated my own mother so poorly. Come here, have some more rice cake.” That’s how it goes—just like that. So what if the day’s business is ruined? It’s enough that I could treat my mother well. Hahaha. People can change in an instant like that, you know? Even a grandmother like that needs a trainer’s help to find peace of mind. She fails to see the essence; she only sees the dog’s outward behavior. She sees the dog’s actions but doesn’t grasp the underlying reason—why that dog came to her and disrupted her street-side rice cake business. She doesn’t know how to see that essence. We all just look at surface phenomena and end up fighting and making a fuss. We’re all people obsessed with mere appearances. If we look at the essence, we are all brothers. There isn’t a single person who isn’t my mother or my sibling. We can’t just stand by and watch while someone else goes hungry, can we?

What is the core message of this lecture? He is the trainer of time, space, and humans, and he will solve all problems by understanding the essence of things, not just the phenomena.

  1. Introduction to Hur Kyung-young’s Candidacy and Philosophy
Hur Kyung-young is running for mayor of Seoul and president, advocating for significant budget cuts and unique policies based on his profound understanding of fundamental principles.

1.1. Hur Kyung-young’s Background and Political Platform

  1. Hur Kyung-young is running for Seoul mayor on April 7th.
  2. He has an extraordinary academic background, having mastered various religious scriptures and classical texts like the I Ching since elementary school, which was possible due to his exceptional IQ.
  3. As mayor, he pledges to decline his salary and official expenses, aiming to save 70% of Seoul’s budget, and as president, he plans to save 100% of the national budget.
  4. His policies include providing high-quality water to Seoul citizens and abolishing property taxes on real estate, housing, and cars.
  5. He urges the public to pay close attention to Hur Kyung-young, who deeply considers the welfare of Seoul citizens and the nation.

1.2. Hur Kyung-young as the “Trainer of Time, Space, and Humans”

  1. The lecture begins with greetings to the 50 million citizens and 7.5 million overseas Koreans.

  2. The central theme of the lecture is “Hur Kyung-young is the trainer of time, space, and humans”.

  3. The Concept of the “Trainer” and Global Issues
Hur Kyung-young explains that just as a trainer controls fierce animals, he can control global issues by understanding their fundamental nature, contrasting this with the current chaotic state of the world.

2.1. The Metaphor of the Trainer

  1. Fierce animals like lions and tigers are powerful, but a trainer can control them.
  2. He implies that Korea is the “trainer” and mentions Hur Kyung-young as the trainer.
  3. Even the most ferocious animals obey their trainer.

2.2. Global Instability and the Need for a “Trainer”

  1. North Korea is currently manipulating powerful nations like the U.S., China, and Russia, acting like a trainer.
  2. North Korea, despite being a small country, can influence major powers, even those with nuclear weapons.
  3. He describes the threat of suitcase nuclear bombs, which went missing after the collapse of the Soviet Union and could be used by terrorist groups like ISIS.
  4. Terrorist organizations like ISIS are far more dangerous than groups like Al-Qaeda, which carried out the 9/11 attacks.
  5. The 9/11 attacks involved four hijacked planes, destroying the Twin Towers and damaging the Pentagon, with one plane crashing in Virginia due to the heroic actions of passengers.
  6. These passengers were ordinary people going to work, who died without knowing why.
  7. Only a “trainer” figure can stabilize the world and address these threats.

2.3. Understanding Time, Space, and Humanity (삼간)

  1. The Chinese character for “view” (觀), which is part of “time” (時間) and “space” (空間), depicts the sun (日) inside a gate (門).

  2. This “gate” can represent the Earth, the world, a nation, or a family.

  3. The sun inside the gate symbolizes the “original sun” or “true heart” (本心本太陽), which is essential for controlling time, space, and humanity.

  4. The “original sun” represents the spirit of sincerity, respect, and harmony, similar to the Korean values of filial piety, loyalty, and integrity.

  5. These values can only truly shine when guided by the “original sun”.

  6. A “trainer” figure can control even fierce “man-eating tigers” (맹호) and lions, which are impossible for ordinary people to defeat.

  7. The world currently lacks such a trainer, leading to chaos and the rise of dangerous leaders and terrorist organizations.

  8. These groups, like the Japanese Kamikaze, are willing to sacrifice their lives for their cause, making them extremely formidable.

  9. He suggests that even countries close to the U.S., like Korea, could become targets.

  10. The Essence of Reality and Solving Problems
Hur Kyung-young asserts that by understanding the fundamental nature of things, rather than just their outward appearance, all problems can be resolved, illustrating this with an anecdote about a dog and an old woman.

3.1. The Trainer’s Power and the Nature of Time and Energy

  1. his power as a “trainer” can bring light to families and the world, which are currently in darkness due to the absence of such a figure.
  2. he controls the universe’s energy, and merely mentioning his name can affect it.
  3. He distinguishes between human time, which flows and ends, and his own “eternal time” (카이로스), which is the essence of time.
  4. Human time is merely a “phenomenon,” while his time is the “essence”.
  5. Similarly, human energy is a phenomenon, while his energy is the essence of energy.
  6. Just as ocean waves are a phenomenon of water, human experiences are phenomena of a deeper reality.

3.2. Solving Problems by Understanding the Essence

  1. When one understands the “essence” of things, all suffering disappears, and complex problems like those involving the U.S., Russia, and China can be easily resolved.
  2. People often focus on the “phenomena” rather than the underlying essence.
  3. A “trainer” who understands the essence can bring about world peace, eliminate suffering, elevate the poor to the middle class, and create a society without conflict, crime, or jealousy.
  4. In such a world, basic living expenses would be guaranteed through dividends, and people would receive “angels” and “blessings,” eliminating the need for weapons or theft.

3.3. The Three Realms (삼간) and the Ten Worlds (10세)

  1. The “three realms” (삼간) refer to time, space, and humanity, which ordinary people cannot control.
  2. Buddhism describes “three ages” (3세) and “nine ages” (9세), representing past, present, and future, and their subdivisions.
  3. He claims to represent the “ten worlds” (10세), which is the realm of eternity, transcending the nine ages.
  4. He further explains Buddhist cosmology, mentioning the 33 heavens (33세) and the 28 heavens, but states that he comes from the “belly button” (배꼽) heaven, which is above all these.
  5. This “belly button” heaven is the 29th heaven, which, when added to the 28 heavens, makes 33 heavens.

3.4. The “Original Sun” and a Moral Lesson

  1. The “three realms” (삼간) require the “original sun” (본심본태양) within the “gate” (문).

  2. The physical sun in the sky (젖힌 태양) is not the “original sun”.

  3. The physical sun emits harmful UV rays and does not shine equally on everyone, as those in basements or poor housing do not receive sunlight.

  4. He tells a story about an old woman whose rice cakes were eaten by a dog.

  5. The old woman was angry and kicked the dog, but the speaker, with his spiritual insight, revealed that the dog was her mother from a previous life.

  6. This revelation immediately changed the old woman’s anger into remorse and compassion, making her realize the deeper connection.

  7. This anecdote illustrates that people often focus on the “phenomenon” (the dog eating the rice cakes) rather than the “essence” (the dog being her mother), leading to suffering and conflict.

  8. He implies that by seeing the essence, everyone is connected as family.

  9. Economic Policies and National Budget Reform
Hur Kyung-young proposes radical economic reforms, including universal basic income, significant budget cuts, and infrastructure projects to improve public health, contrasting his plans with current government spending.

4.1. Social Welfare and Family Policies

  1. He advocates for universal basic income and marriage/childbirth support from the government, recognizing that families can no longer handle these burdens alone.
  2. He believes the government should actively facilitate marriages and relationships, as private marriage agencies are ineffective and costly.

4.2. Critiques of Current Budget Allocation

  1. The government spent 45 trillion won on childbirth initiatives in one year, yet the birth rate decreased from 400,000 to 250,000.
  2. This indicates that current policies are ineffective and a waste of taxpayer money.
  3. He criticizes the gender equality budget of 32 trillion won annually, arguing it’s an unnecessary expense for a country with a defense budget of only 50 trillion won.
  4. He believes that the existence of a Ministry of Gender Equality itself is an insult to women, implying they are inferior.
  5. He also questions the need for a Ministry of Unification, suggesting it hinders unification by making North Korea feel threatened.
  6. such ministries create unnecessary expenses and provoke North Korea into developing more weapons.

4.3. Proposed Budget Reforms and Savings

  1. Hur Kyung-young promises to save 70% of the national budget and return it to the citizens.
  2. This would involve abolishing property taxes, housing taxes, and car ownership taxes, reducing taxes while increasing benefits.
  3. He criticizes the government’s plan to raise public land values to 90%, which would increase taxes.
  4. He pledges to eliminate property and car ownership taxes for Seoul citizens if elected mayor.
  5. He points out that Seoul’s budget is 45 trillion won, the same amount spent on the ineffective childbirth budget.

4.4. Restructuring Government and Supporting Families

  1. He proposes abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, integrating their functions into other ministries.
  2. Instead, he suggests creating a Ministry of Marriage to actively promote and support relationships, marriage, and childbirth.
  3. This ministry would provide 1 million won per month for mothers raising children up to age 10, even if they work, to support childcare.
  4. He emphasizes the immense effort and cost involved in raising children, comparing it to caring for ten parents.

4.5. The Looming Demographic Crisis

  1. He warns that the birth rate, already at 250,000 due to COVID-19, could drop to 100,000 next year due to decreased marriages and economic hardship.
  2. This would lead to a severe demographic crisis where the elderly die off, leaving no young people, making Korea the first country to disappear due to a lack of births.
  3. He notes that he was ridiculed 30 years ago for advocating for government-supported marriage, childbirth, and dating policies.

4.6. Further Budget Savings and Political Reform

  1. saving 60-70% of the national budget (around 400 trillion won) would allow for universal basic income.
  2. He proposes reducing the number of National Assembly members from 300 to 100 and making their positions unpaid honorary roles.
  3. This would save 1.8 trillion won in salaries and staff expenses, and potentially 4 trillion won overall.
  4. He criticizes the current system where politicians receive salaries and corporate sponsorships, which can lead to laws favoring corporations over ordinary citizens.
  5. He believes politicians should serve voluntarily, using their own money if necessary, rather than relying on public funds or corporate donations.
  6. This system perpetuates wealth inequality, where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

4.7. Water Quality and Infrastructure Projects

  1. He criticizes the poor quality of tap water in Seoul, which comes from the Paldang Dam, fed by rivers contaminated with domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, agricultural runoff, and livestock waste from various cities.

  2. This water, despite being treated, is still consumed by citizens.

  3. He proposes supplying high-quality water to Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi residents by connecting water sources from cleaner areas like the Soyanggang Dam (from Seoraksan) and Paroho Dam (from Geumgangsan).

  4. This would involve diverting the Paldang Dam water for recreational use, creating tourist attractions and generating revenue.

  5. clean water is crucial for public health and immunity.

  6. If elected president, he plans to extend this high-quality water supply to the entire nation.

  7. Prophecies and Global Political Analysis
Hur Kyung-young discusses his past prophecies, particularly regarding U.S. President Donald Trump, and analyzes the implications of the U.S. election for Korea, emphasizing his unique perspective and influence.

5.1. Prophecies Regarding Donald Trump

  1. He claims to have accurately predicted Donald Trump’s presidency in 2015, when Trump was at the bottom of the Republican primary polls.
  2. He also claims to have predicted three major challenges Trump would face: impeachment, assassination, and issues with his vice president.
  3. he foresaw these events a year before Trump’s inauguration.

5.2. The Assassination of John F. Kennedy

  1. He uses the assassination of John F. Kennedy as an example of how a vice president can be involved in a plot.
  2. Kennedy’s stance on peace and disarmament angered U.S. arms dealers, who then manipulated Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson.
  3. The Dallas mayor, who was the brother of the CIA director (connected to arms manufacturers), orchestrated Kennedy’s visit to Dallas and directed his motorcade through a narrow alley, where he was assassinated.
  4. Kennedy’s wife, Jacqueline, was also targeted but survived.
  5. Johnson was sworn in as president on the plane with Kennedy’s widow present, highlighting the shock and betrayal.

5.3. Implications of the U.S. Election for Hur Kyung-young

  1. both Trump and Biden’s situations are beneficial to him.

  2. He believes that an 80-year-old becoming president in the U.S. (referring to Biden) would make his own age less of an issue when he runs for president in Korea.

  3. while Biden formally won the election, the “heavenly realm” (백궁) still considers Trump the true winner due to alleged voter fraud involving quantum systems on ballots.

  4. He suggests that the truth about the election fraud will eventually be revealed within the one-year ballot retention period.

  5. He views Biden’s presidency, even if achieved through fraud, as a valuable lesson for Korean citizens, teaching them to be vigilant against election manipulation.

  6. He notes the unprecedented events surrounding the U.S. election, such as the outgoing president not attending the inauguration and claiming he would return.

  7. He acknowledges both Trump and Biden as historical figures, each with unique strengths, and states that the “heavenly realm” supports Trump.

  8. He also claims that his “angels” (천사) have access to all information, including bank account details, confirming his prophecies.

  9. Economic Crisis and Solutions for Korea
Hur Kyung-young outlines Korea’s economic vulnerabilities, particularly household debt, and proposes a radical solution of quantitative easing to provide universal basic income and debt relief, contrasting Korea’s situation with Venezuela’s.

6.1. Korea’s Economic Situation and Debt

  1. Korea’s foreign exchange reserves in 2021 are $460 billion, with short-term foreign debt of $144.5 billion, leaving a surplus of $320 billion.
  2. This is a much better situation than during the 1997 IMF crisis, when Korea had only $20 billion in reserves but $60 billion in short-term debt, leading to a $40 billion shortfall and national bankruptcy.
  3. Korea’s total overseas assets are $1.6 trillion, and total overseas debt is $1.1 trillion, resulting in a surplus of $500 billion.
  4. This means Korea has a total surplus of $820 billion ($320 billion + $500 billion).
  5. Despite this, Korea’s household debt is 1,800 trillion won, which is 97.9% of its GDP (1,800 trillion won).
  6. This is significantly higher than Japan’s household debt (57% of GDP).
  7. Korea’s national debt is 40-45% of GDP, much lower than Japan’s 238%.

6.2. Proposed Solution: Quantitative Easing and Debt Relief

  1. He proposes quantitative easing by printing 2,000 trillion won to pay off the 1,800 trillion won in household debt.
  2. This would increase the national debt to 90% of GDP, still lower than Japan’s.
  3. This measure would eliminate the 100 trillion won annual interest burden on households and the government.
  4. He suggests giving 100 million won to every citizen over 18.
  5. For a family of five, this would mean 500 million won, which would first be used to pay off existing bank debts.
  6. This would inject money into banks and relieve citizens of debt, without causing inflation.
  7. Additionally, he proposes a monthly basic income of 1.5 million won per person, meaning a family of five would receive 7.5 million won monthly.
  8. This would eliminate the need for people to struggle with debt, credit card payments, and the fear of bankruptcy.
  9. household debt is a result of flawed government policies, not individual fault, and therefore the government should provide relief.
  10. he would use his own money for public service, not for personal gain.

6.3. Distinguishing Korea from Venezuela

  1. He refutes comparisons between his policies and Venezuela’s economic crisis.
  2. Venezuela’s foreign debt is 1,600 trillion won, but its foreign exchange reserves are only $20 billion.
  3. Venezuela lacks a manufacturing industry and relies solely on oil.
  4. Its economy collapsed when oil prices plummeted from $120 to $24 per barrel due to the rise of U.S. shale gas.
  5. In contrast, Korea has no natural resources (oil, minerals, timber, food) and relies on importing, processing, and exporting goods.
  6. Korea achieved its economic success through technology and labor, becoming the world’s 10th largest economy in just 15 years, a feat that took Germany 150 years.
  7. Therefore, printing money in Korea would not lead to inflation like in Venezuela because Korea has a strong manufacturing base and export capabilities.

6.4. The Vision of a Prosperous Society

  1. With debt relief and monthly basic income, people would accumulate savings, even if they lose their jobs.
  2. This would lead to a happier society with more leisure time (e.g., a four-day work week) and positive interactions.
  3. He envisions a society where people respect the wealthy, recognizing their contribution to tax revenue, rather than resenting them.
  4. He criticizes the current system where successful business leaders, like the head of Samsung, are imprisoned, which harms Korea’s international reputation.
  5. He claims to have predicted Samsung’s challenges and is working to prevent its assets from being taken over by foreign capital.
  6. he can see the future and is using this ability to unify the world.
  7. He promises to eliminate household debt and ensure that no one is burdened by credit card debt or needs to resort to desperate measures.
  8. The monthly basic income would provide financial stability, eliminating the fear of job loss or medical expenses.
  9. He warns that without these changes, society will continue to suffer from wealth inequality, where the rich accumulate more assets (stocks, land, apartments) while the middle class and poor struggle with debt.
  10. He aims to transform this struggling society into a “paradise”.
  11. He concludes by asking the audience to support him, believing he is essential for Korea’s future.

  • Economic Analysis and Solutions

    • Huh Kyung-young compares Korea’s current economic situation to the 1997 IMF crisis, noting that while Korea has a much larger foreign currency reserve now, it also faces significant household debt.
    • He proposes a quantitative easing of 2,000 trillion won to pay off the 1,800 trillion won in household debt, which currently incurs 100 trillion won in annual interest.
    • this would free citizens from debt burdens and stimulate the economy, comparing Korea’s GDP-to-household-debt ratio (97.9%) to Japan’s (57%).
    • He suggests that this quantitative easing would not cause inflation as the money would primarily go to banks to clear debt.
    • He proposes giving 100 million won to every citizen over 18, with the condition that existing debts are paid off first.
    • He criticizes the comparison of his policies to Venezuela’s economic collapse, highlighting Korea’s strong manufacturing base and lack of natural resources, which contrasts sharply with Venezuela’s oil-dependent economy.
    • Korea’s economic success is due to its labor force and technology, making it suitable for quantitative easing without negative consequences.
    • He criticizes the legal system for prosecuting business leaders like the Samsung chairman, arguing that such actions damage Korea’s international reputation and could lead to capital flight.
  • Prophecies and Global Influence

    • Huh Kyung-young claims to have accurately predicted various political events, including Park Geun-hye’s impeachment and Donald Trump’s presidency.
    • He claims to have foreseen Trump’s challenges, including impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president.
    • He suggests that both Trump and Biden’s presidencies serve his larger plan for global unification, as Biden’s age (80s) normalizes older leaders, and the alleged election fraud educates the Korean public about electoral integrity.
    • he is not an ordinary person but has come from a higher realm to unify the world through the Korean people.

  • Huh Kyung-young’s Communications Team: Continue to highlight Huh Kyung-young’s past prophecies and his unique vision for global leadership to build public trust and support.

Huh Kyung-young: The Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity

  1. The Tamer of Fierce Beasts and Nations
Huh Kyung-young commenced his 1267th Saturday lecture at Haneulgung, extending greetings to the fifty million citizens of Korea and the 7.5 million overseas Koreans. He introduced the day’s theme: “Huh Kyung-young is the Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity.” He likened fierce beasts such as lions and tigers to powerful nations like the United States, China, and Russia. Just as a tamer, though physically weaker, can control these formidable animals, a skilled individual from Korea, identified as Huh Kyung-young, possesses the ability to manage these global powers. He asserted that even the most ferocious beasts, when under the influence of a tamer, will heed their commands.

  2. The Manipulation of Global Powers
Huh Kyung-young observed that North Korea appears to manipulate the United States, China, and Russia, much like a tamer controls animals. He noted that the Korean people are intelligent, and North Korea demonstrates this by engaging with China, influencing Russian President Putin, and maneuvering the United States, despite its smaller size. He then discussed the proliferation of nuclear weapons, mentioning “suitcase nukes” that vanished after the collapse of the Soviet Union, potentially falling into the hands of groups like ISIS. He described the devastating potential of such weapons, capable of obliterating a city like New York, akin to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. He recalled the 9/11 terrorist attacks, where four planes were used to strike symbols of American power, emphasizing that such events were merely a prelude. He warned of groups like ISIS, far more dangerous than Al-Qaeda, actively preparing for future attacks. He concluded that only a “tamer” of nations can stabilize such a volatile world.

  3. The Essence of Time, Space, and Humanity
Huh Kyung-young elucidated the concept of “time” by analyzing the Hanja character 觀 (guan), which signifies “to observe” or “to view.” the character is composed of 門 (mun), meaning “gate” or “door,” with 日 (il), meaning “sun,” positioned within it. He interpreted this as the sun rising within a gate. This gate, he posited, can represent various scales: the Earth, the world, a nation, or even a family. He asserted that when the sun rises within this gate, it signifies the presence of time, space, and humanity. He further elaborated that the entity responsible for causing the sun to rise within a nation is not the physical sun but rather the “Original Mind, Original Sun” (本心本太陽).

  4. The Philosophy of the Original Mind, Original Sun
the “Original Mind, Original Sun” (本心本太陽) embodies eight principles, including sincerity, honesty, and harmony. He drew a parallel between these principles and the traditional Korean virtues of filial piety (孝), fraternal affection (悌), loyalty (忠), trustworthiness (信), propriety (禮), righteousness (義), integrity (廉), and shame (恥). He stated that the profound meaning of the Cheonbugyeong (天符經), a foundational text, is to actualize these principles. He maintained that only when the “Original Mind, Original Sun” arrives can these virtues truly shine. He reiterated that just as a tamer controls fierce beasts, this “Original Mind, Original Sun” can resolve the complex “phenomena” of the world, such as conflicts between nations. He asserted that a tamer, or one who understands the “essence,” can bring about global unity, eliminate suffering, elevate all people to the middle class, and create a world free from envy, strife, and violence.

  5. The Mastery of Time and Eternity
the current world lacks a true “tamer,” leading to chaos within families and nations. He proclaimed his role as the one who controls humanity, space, and time. He distinguished between “flowing time,” which is human time, and “eternal time,” which he referred to as Kairos. He asserted that he possesses Kairos, the essence of time, while human experience of time is merely a “phenomenon.” He drew an analogy: waves on the ocean are phenomena, but the essence is water. Similarly, human suffering arises from focusing on phenomena rather than understanding the underlying essence. He claimed that by grasping the essence, all problems, from individual struggles to international conflicts, can be resolved. He stated that those who approach the essence, like him, can disarm the “lions and tigers” of the world, bringing peace and prosperity.

  6. Transcending the Three Realms and Nine Ages
Huh Kyung-young discussed the Buddhist concepts of the “Three Ages” (三世: past, present, future) and the “Nine Ages” (九世), which represent a more nuanced understanding of time, encompassing the past of the present, the future of the present, and so forth. He then introduced the concept of the “Ten Ages” (十世), which he defined as eternity, transcending the nine ages. He further elaborated on the Buddhist cosmology of the “Thirty-Three Heavens” (三十三天), starting from the lowest heavens up to the 28th heaven, and then introducing the “Omeggung” (오매궁) as the 29th heaven, which completes the 33 heavens. He declared that he originated from this highest realm, the Omeggung. He reiterated that the “Three Realms” (三界) of time, space, and humanity require the “Original Mind, Original Sun” (本心本太陽) to illuminate them, unlike the physical sun, which discriminates and causes harm through ultraviolet rays.

  7. The Intertwined Nature of Existence and the Role of the God-man
Huh Kyung-young illustrated the interconnectedness of all beings through an anecdote about an old woman selling rice cakes and a dog that ate them. The woman, enraged, kicked the dog. Huh Kyung-young, however, revealed that the dog was the woman’s mother from a previous life, who had been reborn as a dog due to past transgressions and had come to see her. the dog was hungry and had eaten the rice cakes, not out of malice, but out of need. He asserted that only the God-man, like himself, could perceive such hidden truths, transcending time and space. Upon learning this, the woman’s anger transformed into remorse, and she offered the dog more rice cakes. He concluded that people often focus only on the “phenomena” (현상) and fail to see the “essence” (본질), leading to conflict and suffering. He stated that from the perspective of the essence, all beings are interconnected, like family.

  8. Revolutionary Policies for National Prosperity
Huh Kyung-young outlined his revolutionary policies, asserting that the government should provide National Dividend, marriage expenses, dating assistance, and childbirth support. He criticized the current system where marriage information companies profit from matchmaking, deeming it detrimental to the nation. He proposed that the government, with its resources, should actively facilitate marriages. He highlighted the inefficiency of current government spending, noting that despite 45 trillion won being spent annually on childbirth support, the birth rate has plummeted from 400,000 to 250,000. He pledged to save 70% of the national budget and return it to the citizens by eliminating property taxes and automobile ownership taxes. He argued that reducing taxes and increasing benefits is achievable through fiscal austerity.

  9. Critiques of Government Spending and Proposed Reforms
Huh Kyung-young criticized the government’s plan to raise official land prices to 90%, which he viewed as a hidden tax increase. He promised that as Seoul Mayor, he would abolish property taxes and automobile ownership taxes for Seoul citizens. He further condemned the 32 trillion won allocated annually for “gender equality” (성인지 예산), questioning its necessity when the national defense budget is only 50 trillion won. He argued that such spending is wasteful and that the existence of a Ministry of Gender Equality itself is an insult to women, implying they are inferior. He also called for the abolition of the Ministry of Unification, asserting that it hinders unification by fostering distrust with North Korea. He believed that a focus on self-sufficiency and internal prosperity is more beneficial than pursuing unification through external means.

  10. The Establishment of a Ministry of Marriage and Childcare Support
Huh Kyung-young proposed replacing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality with a “Ministry of Marriage” (결혼부). This new ministry would oversee various public initiatives for dating, marriage, and childbirth. He outlined a comprehensive childcare support plan: mothers raising children at home would receive 1 million won per month until the child turns ten. This benefit would also apply to mothers who work, with the understanding that the money would support caregivers like grandmothers or childcare facilities. He emphasized the immense labor and dedication involved in raising children, equating it to caring for ten parents. He warned that without such support, the nation faces a demographic crisis, with birth rates projected to drop even further due to economic hardships and the COVID-19 pandemic. He cited anthropologists who predict Korea could be the first nation to collapse due to a lack of births.

  11. Prophecies and Political Foresight
Huh Kyung-young recounted how his proposals for government-supported marriage, dating, and childbirth were dismissed as “madness” thirty years ago. He then highlighted his accurate prophecies, including the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye and the election of Donald Trump in 2016, when Trump was at the bottom of the polls. He asserted that he had foreseen Trump’s challenges, including impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president. He claimed to have intervened to prevent these misfortunes. He reiterated his proposal to abolish the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, integrating their functions into other ministries, and establishing a Ministry of Marriage. He argued that the existence of a Ministry of Unification actually impedes unification by signaling an intent for forced absorption, leading North Korea to accelerate its weapons development.

  12. Critiques of Political Funding and Judicial Overreach
Huh Kyung-young criticized the system of political funding, particularly the “gender equality budget” (성인지 예산) that provided funds to political parties for fielding female candidates. He stated that his party received 842 million won for this purpose, which he found unnecessary and wasteful. He argued that such funds are often misused and that the very concept of a gender equality budget implies a disparity that should not exist. He also condemned the practice of politicians receiving corporate sponsorships while drawing salaries, asserting that this leads to laws favoring corporations over ordinary citizens, exacerbating wealth inequality. He advocated for a system where politicians serve as unpaid honorary positions, with those truly dedicated to public service using their own resources. He concluded that excessive government spending and political corruption are rampant, necessitating radical reforms.

  13. Reforming Water Supply and Regional Governance
Huh Kyung-young proposed a radical overhaul of the water supply system for the Seoul metropolitan area. He highlighted the severe pollution of the South Han River (남한강), which flows through numerous cities and receives industrial, agricultural, and domestic wastewater, including sewage. He described the water as contaminated with pesticides, animal waste, and detergents, making it unfit for consumption despite official claims of purity. He proposed diverting water from cleaner sources like the Soyanggang Dam (소양강댐) and Paroho Dam (파로호댐), which receive water from Mount Seorak and Mount Kumgang, respectively, directly to Seoul. This would allow the polluted sections of the South Han River to be redeveloped as recreational areas, generating revenue and improving public well-being. He pledged that as mayor, he would ensure 20 million residents of the Seoul metropolitan area receive “premium-grade water” (특급수), which he believed would significantly boost public health and immunity.

  14. Economic Foresight and Quantitative Easing
Huh Kyung-young revisited his accurate prediction of Donald Trump’s presidency in 2015, when Trump was an underdog. He then shifted to economic policy, comparing Korea’s financial situation to the 1997 IMF crisis. He stated that in 2021, Korea’s dollar reserves are 460 billion USD, with short-term foreign debt of 144.5 billion USD, leaving a surplus of 315.5 billion USD. This contrasts sharply with the IMF era, when Korea had only 20 billion USD in reserves against 60 billion USD in short-term debt, leading to a 40 billion USD shortfall that devastated the economy. He argued that Korea is now in a strong position to implement quantitative easing. He proposed printing 2,000 trillion won to pay off 1,800 trillion won in household debt, which currently equals Korea’s GDP. This would eliminate the 100 trillion won annual interest burden on households and the nation. He asserted that this would not cause inflation, as the money would flow directly into banks to clear debts.

  15. The National Dividend and Economic Transformation
Huh Kyung-young’s plan for quantitative easing includes giving 100 million won to every citizen aged 18 and above. For a family of five, this would mean 500 million won. This money would first be used to pay off existing bank debts, thereby eliminating household debt and its associated interest burden. He also proposed a monthly National Dividend of 1.5 million won per person, meaning a family of five would receive 7.5 million won monthly. He argued that this would create a society where people are free from debt, worry, and the constant struggle for survival. He contrasted this with the current system, where people are trapped in a cycle of debt, leading to stress, illness, and despair. He criticized politicians for failing to address these fundamental economic issues. He also warned against the demonization of wealthy individuals and corporations, such as Samsung, which contribute significantly to the national GDP. He asserted that prosecuting such leaders damages Korea’s international reputation and drives capital away.

  16. The Vision of a Prosperous and Harmonious Nation
Huh Kyung-young reiterated his commitment to resolving the 1,800 trillion won in household debt through a one-time, free debt cancellation. He promised that with the implementation of the National Dividend, citizens would no longer be burdened by credit card debt or the need for “debt rolling.” He envisioned a future where people are financially secure, can work fewer hours, and enjoy a higher quality of life. He predicted a society where people would express gratitude to the wealthy for their contributions to the national economy, rather than resentment. He warned that without his policies, the current system would continue to concentrate wealth in the hands of a few, leaving the middle class and the poor in perpetual struggle. He concluded by emphasizing the urgent need for the God-man to transform Korea into a paradise, urging the audience to recognize his essential role for the nation’s future.

Huh Kyung-young: The Master of Time, Space, and Humanity

  1. The Visionary Leader: Beyond Conventional Politics
Huh Kyung-young, a figure of extraordinary intellect and resilience, is poised to enter the political arena. His life journey, marked by unimaginable hardships, has been dedicated to profound self-study. By elementary school, he had already mastered the I Ching and 5,555 other classical texts. In his high school years, he delved into the Tripitaka Koreana, Buddhist scriptures, the Bible, and various other religious canons. This unparalleled academic achievement was only possible due to his exceptional intellect. Should Huh Kyung-young be elected Mayor of Seoul, he pledges to forgo his entire salary and even official discretionary funds, aiming to conserve 70% of Seoul’s budget. As President, he would extend this commitment to save 100% of the national budget, setting a precedent for fiscal responsibility. This initiative is fundamentally a strategy for the people’s welfare. Furthermore, he has proposed groundbreaking policies to enhance daily life, such as providing premium water to Seoul citizens and abolishing property taxes on real estate, housing, and automobiles. His profound concern for the citizens of Seoul and the nation drives his tireless efforts.

  2. The Tamer of the Untamed: A Metaphor for Global Leadership
Today’s discourse centers on the theme: “Huh Kyung-young is the tamer of time, space, and humanity.” Consider the lion, a creature of immense ferocity. Similarly, tigers are equally formidable. These powerful beasts, like nations such as the United States, Russia, and China, are inherently wild. Yet, a tamer, though physically weaker than a lion, can command it. This tamer, originating from Korea, bears the name Huh Kyung-young. No matter how ferocious a lion or tiger, once under the tamer’s influence, they heed his commands.

  3. North Korea’s Strategic Acumen and Global Instability
Currently, North Korea appears to manipulate global powers like the United States, China, and Russia. They skillfully navigate these relationships, playing one against the other. Our nation, possessing remarkable intelligence, observes this dynamic. North Korea engages with China, then with Russia’s Putin, and even with the U.S. President, despite being a nation smaller than a single American state. They possess nuclear weapons, and Russia and China have also developed long-range nuclear capabilities. There are even reports of briefcase-sized nuclear devices, remnants from the collapse of the Soviet Union, which were allegedly sold to groups in the Middle East. Such a device, if detonated in New York City, could obliterate it like Hiroshima. The whereabouts of these nuclear briefcases remain unknown, yet groups like ISIS, far more advanced than Al-Qaeda, are preparing for terror. The 9/11 attacks, where four planes struck the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, with one crashing in Virginia due to the heroic resistance of passengers, were merely a prelude. ISIS, a hundred times more formidable than Bin Laden’s network, is meticulously planning further attacks. To stabilize such a volatile world, a true tamer is indispensable.

  4. The Essence of Time, Space, and Humanity: A Philosophical Perspective
The character for “view” or “observation” (觀) depicts a sun (日) rising above a gate (門). This gate can be interpreted as the Earth, the world, a nation, or even a household. When the sun rises within this gate, it signifies time, space, and humanity. Therefore, the one who causes the sun to rise over a nation is not merely a physical sun, but the Original Mind, Original Sun (本心本太陽).

  5. The Original Mind, Original Sun and Korean Virtues
The Original Mind, Original Sun embodies eight virtues: sincerity, righteousness (義), diligence, harmony, and so forth. The spirit of Korea aligns with this Original Mind, Original Sun, emphasizing filial piety, fraternal love, loyalty, trustworthiness, propriety, righteousness, integrity, and shame. These virtues, deeply embedded in the Korean ethos, can only truly shine when illuminated by the Original Mind, Original Sun. These two concepts are intrinsically linked.

  6. The Tamer’s Authority Over Global Challenges
When such a tamer emerges, even ferocious beasts like man-eating tigers and lions become docile. Similarly, the world’s most ruthless leaders and terrorist organizations, like those in the Middle East plotting to destroy the U.S. or Israel, would be subdued. The Japanese Kamikaze pilots were nothing compared to these individuals, who are trained to sacrifice their lives in suicidal attacks. Even elite forces like the U.S. Special Forces or Marines are no match for such determination. Is the Korean Peninsula safe from their targets? Nations close to the U.S. could become targets. However, with the tamer’s presence, such threats would dissipate. When the tamer opens the door to your home, the sun rises within it, dispelling the darkness that currently pervades many households and the world due to the absence of such a figure. The one who controls humanity, space, and time has arrived.

  7. The Mastery of Time: Kairos and the Eternal
I infuse this universe with my energy. If I project “Huh Kyung-young” into space, that energy permeates it. Similarly, if I write “Huh Kyung-young” elsewhere, that energy reaches it. When I project it through this video to the entire world, it transforms instantly. I possess this energy, which controls space and time. There is flowing time and stopping time, which is eternal time, or Kairos. The one who governs time is Kairos. The flowing time is human time. While humans experience finite life and death, I possess the time of Kairos, which is eternal. My time is qualitative and essential; your time is merely a phenomenon. Kairos is the essence of time, eternal time. My energy is the essence of energy; human energy is merely a phenomenon, a manifestation of positive and negative forces.

  8. The Essence Versus Phenomenon: Resolving Global Issues
Just as ocean waves are a phenomenon and water is the essence, human suffering arises from perceiving only phenomena. When one comprehends the essence, all suffering vanishes. The complexities of lions, tigers, Russia, and America are mere phenomena. By delving into their essence, the problems of the U.S., Russia, and China can be resolved simply. One who perceives the essence can resolve all phenomena. However, people are often trapped by phenomena, unable to approach the essence.

  9. A World Transformed by Essential Understanding
When Huh Kyung-young, who approaches the essence, appears, these “lions and tigers” lose their power. Before this tamer, they are powerless. He commands: “Unify the world. Let all people live in peace. Eliminate all suffering. Elevate all struggling individuals to the middle class.” A world where everyone thrives, free from resentment, envy, or conflict, would emerge. Firearms would be unnecessary, and theft would cease, as everyone would receive basic income. All global citizens would have their fundamental needs met. Would anyone then resort to violence? No. A stable world, free from border conflicts and hatred, would prevail. Those who listen to this lecture, who cannot control time, space, and humanity, are living at a lower dimension.

  10. The Dimensions of Existence: From Three to Ten
Buddhism speaks of the Three Ages (past, present, future) and the Nine Ages. But I speak of the Ten Ages, which transcend these. The Three Ages represent human life. The Nine Ages delve deeper into the present of the future, the present of the past, and the present of the present, and so on, creating nine distinct dimensions. The Ten Ages, however, signify eternity, a realm beyond these nine. This realm is the Omekgung (오메궁), the 29th heaven, which transcends the 28 heavens described in Buddhist cosmology. I originate from this highest realm, the Omekgung. Thus, the Three Ages, representing time, space, and humanity, must have the sun within the gate, which is the Original Mind, Original Sun.

  11. The True Sun Versus the Physical Sun
The physical sun in the sky, with its ultraviolet rays, can cause diseases like skin cancer. It also discriminates, shining only on those with access to sunlight, not on those living in basements or impoverished homes.

  12. The Interconnectedness of Life: A Tale of Karma
Consider a story: A dog devoured the rice cakes of an elderly street vendor. The enraged grandmother kicked the dog, which then fell into a stream and died. From her perspective, the dog was a thief. However, I, passing by, perceived with my spiritual insight that this dog was, in a previous life, a Taoist master who had fallen from grace due to a romantic entanglement and was reborn as a dog. Furthermore, this dog was the grandmother’s own mother in a past life. I revealed this truth to the grandmother, urging her not to kick the dog, explaining that her mother had returned to see her. Upon hearing this, the grandmother’s anger dissipated, replaced by profound remorse. She realized the rice cakes were not merely food but an offering to her mother. This transformation of heart, from anger to compassion, is only possible with the guidance of the God-man (神人), the Deity, who can perceive the essence beyond mere phenomena.

  13. Beyond Phenomena: The Unity of All Beings
The grandmother, like many, saw only the phenomenon of the dog stealing her food, not the underlying essence. People are often trapped by phenomena, leading to conflict and suffering. When we perceive the essence, we realize that all beings are interconnected, like family. There is no one who is not our mother or sibling.

  14. National Responsibility for Marriage, Childbirth, and Child-rearing
I foresaw long ago that families would struggle to manage marriage, childbirth, and child-rearing alone. Therefore, I advocate for the state to actively support these aspects of life. The state should facilitate marriages and relationships, and assist with childbirth. Marriage agencies, driven by profit, are insufficient. The state, with its resources, space, and budget, should take the lead. If the state does not intervene, marriage rates will plummet.

  15. The Ineffectiveness of Current Childbirth Policies
Last year, Korea spent 45 trillion won on childbirth initiatives, yet only 250,000 babies were born. In previous years, when less was spent, 400,000 babies were born. Despite a dramatic increase in budget from 20 trillion to 45 trillion won, the birth rate has sharply declined. This demonstrates the utter ineffectiveness of current government policies. Where is all this money going?

  16. Fiscal Prudence and Tax Reform
I pledge to reduce the national budget by 70% and return the savings to the people, thereby lowering taxes. I will abolish property taxes on housing and automobiles. My policy is to collect less tax while providing more benefits. We can achieve this through fiscal austerity. Why burden citizens with excessive taxes when savings can be made?

  17. Critiquing Current Tax and Budgetary Policies
Currently, the government plans to raise official land prices to 90% of market value, effectively tripling property taxes within a few years. This is an unacceptable burden. As Mayor of Seoul, I would eliminate property taxes and automobile ownership taxes for citizens. Seoul’s budget is 45 trillion won, equivalent to the national childbirth budget. The gender equality budget, intended to eliminate discrimination, amounts to 32 trillion won annually. Is our nation so wealthy that we can spend 32 trillion won on gender equality, when our defense budget is only 50 trillion won? This is an egregious waste of resources.

  18. Reforming Government Ministries: Abolishing and Creating
The Ministry of Unification is unnecessary; its functions can be absorbed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Similarly, the Ministry of Gender Equality can be integrated into other departments. Creating separate ministries for these functions actually hinders unification and wastes resources. Germany and Vietnam, for instance, achieved unification without such ministries. A Ministry of Unification can even provoke North Korea, leading them to accelerate weapons development, including nuclear weapons, out of fear of forced absorption. We must abandon such wasteful thinking. The Ministry of Gender Equality is also an insult to women, implying they are somehow inferior. Instead, I propose establishing a Ministry of Marriage to actively promote and support marriage, dating, and childbirth. For mothers raising children at home, a monthly allowance of 1 million won would be provided until the child turns ten. This support would also extend to working mothers, as childcare costs are significant. This policy would alleviate the immense burden on women, recognizing that raising a child is as challenging as caring for ten parents.

  19. The Looming Demographic Crisis
The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated our demographic crisis. Last year, births dropped to 250,000 from 400,000. This year, marriages have decreased by 30%, and births are projected to fall by 50%, potentially reaching a mere 100,000 next year. This is due to job losses, unemployment, and financial insecurity, making people hesitant to have children. In a few decades, Korea faces the unprecedented prospect of a nation without young people, as the elderly population passes away. Anthropologists predict Korea will be the first nation to collapse due to a lack of births.

  20. Prophetic Insights and Policy Foresight
Thirty years ago, I advocated for state-sponsored marriage, childbirth, and dating, and was dismissed as insane. Yet, my predictions have consistently proven accurate. I accurately foretold Park Geun-hye’s impeachment and the circumstances surrounding it. In 2016, I also predicted Donald Trump’s presidency.

  21. Reforming Government Structure for Efficiency
Abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, and replacing them with a Ministry of Marriage, is a sound proposal. The functions of the Ministry of Unification can be handled by a bureau within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Gender Equality’s roles can be integrated into other ministries. Other divided nations like Germany and Vietnam achieved unification without such ministries. In fact, the existence of a Ministry of Unification can provoke North Korea, leading them to accelerate weapons development, including nuclear weapons, out of fear of forced absorption. We must abandon such wasteful thinking. The Ministry of Gender Equality is also an insult to women, implying they are somehow inferior.

  22. The Misuse of Gender Equality Budgets
In the past, when I fielded 157 parliamentary candidates, a record number, 842 million won was deposited into my party’s account. This was part of the gender equality budget, allocated because 40% of our candidates were women. This money, however, could not be used freely; it had to be distributed equally among the female candidates, with receipts submitted to the National Election Commission. This “gender equality budget” is a prime example of wasteful spending. Such funds are unnecessary; women do not need special allocations. This money could be better used for national dividends.

  23. Eliminating Wasteful Spending: A Path to National Dividends
Currently, 400 trillion won is being squandered through various wasteful expenditures. For instance, the salaries of 300 National Assembly members and their 3,000 aides amount to 1.8 trillion won annually. By reducing the National Assembly to 100 members serving as unpaid honorary positions, 4 trillion won could be saved. This, combined with savings from the gender equality budget and the 45 trillion won childbirth budget, demonstrates the immense potential for fiscal savings. The 45 trillion won spent on childbirth last year, for only 250,000 births, equates to 160 million won per child. Imagine if this money were directly given to families; it would incentivize childbirth far more effectively than current programs. My proposal to provide 50 million won per child is far more efficient.

  24. Reforming Political Funding and Accountability
I will not accept a salary as Mayor or President, and I will even contribute my own funds for official expenses. Public funds, stained with the people’s sweat and blood, should be returned to them. If parliamentary positions were unpaid and honorary, many would still volunteer, even contributing their own money. Currently, politicians receive salaries and also accept corporate donations, which influences legislation in favor of corporations, exacerbating wealth inequality. Politicians should serve the nation, not use their positions for personal gain.

  25. The Urgent Need for Water Quality Improvement
The current water supply for Seoul, drawn from the Han River, is severely contaminated. The river, flowing 700 ri from Paldaang Dam, receives domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, agricultural runoff containing pesticides, and livestock waste from numerous cities like Chungju and Cheongju. Even septic tank effluent enters the river. This polluted water, despite being treated, is then supplied to citizens. Instead, we should draw water from cleaner sources like the Soyanggang Dam and Paroho Dam, which receive water from Mount Kumgang and Mount Seorak. By connecting these sources to Seoul, we can provide premium quality water to the 20 million residents of the metropolitan area. The Paldaang Dam area could then be redeveloped as a recreational zone, generating significant revenue. This is crucial for public health and immunity.

  26. Prophecies Regarding U.S. Presidents: Trump and Biden
In 2015, when Donald Trump was at the bottom of the Republican primary polls, I predicted he would become president. I also warned him about three dangers: impeachment, assassination, and issues with his vice president. These predictions, made years in advance, proved accurate. For instance, I highlighted the historical precedent of Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson succeeding John F. Kennedy after his assassination, orchestrated by those who opposed Kennedy’s peace initiatives. The Dallas mayor, Kennedy’s brother-in-law and a CIA director with ties to defense contractors, rerouted Kennedy’s motorcade through a narrow alley, slowing the car for the assassination.

  27. The Strategic Value of Both Trump and Biden
Both Trump and Biden serve a purpose in my grand plan. Trump’s presidency, despite his age, would validate my own future political endeavors, demonstrating that age is not a barrier to leadership. Biden’s victory, though marred by alleged election fraud, also serves a purpose. It highlights the potential for electoral irregularities, educating the Korean public to be vigilant in future elections. While I believe Trump won the election based on quantum voting systems, the formal outcome with Biden as president still benefits me. It shows that an 80-year-old can become president, silencing critics of my age. Biden, a political genius who became a senator at 27, and Trump, a business and political prodigy, are both historical figures.

  28. Korea’s Economic Strength and the Need for Quantitative Easing
As of 2021, Korea’s foreign exchange reserves stand at 460 billion dollars. Our short-term foreign debt, payable within a year, is 144.5 billion dollars. This leaves us with a surplus of 315.5 billion dollars. In contrast, during the 1997 IMF crisis, our reserves were only 20 billion dollars, while our short-term foreign debt was 60 billion dollars, creating a 40 billion dollar deficit that devastated our economy. Today, we have ten times that surplus. Our total overseas assets are 1.6 trillion dollars, and our total foreign debt is 1.1 trillion dollars, leaving a net surplus of 500 billion dollars. This strong economic position means we can now implement quantitative easing without fear.

  29. Addressing Household Debt Through Quantitative Easing
Korea’s household debt stands at 1,800 trillion won, almost 97.9% of our GDP. The annual interest burden alone is 100 trillion won. This unsustainable debt is crushing families, leading to foreclosures, credit defaults, and immense suffering. I propose a 2,000 trillion won quantitative easing program to directly repay this household debt. This would increase our national debt-to-GDP ratio to 90%, still lower than Japan’s 238%. By eliminating household debt, the nation would save 100 trillion won in annual interest payments, and individuals would be freed from their burdens. I would provide 100 million won to every citizen over 18, with the condition that existing debts are repaid first. This would inject money into banks, eliminate personal debt, and prevent inflation.

  30. A Vision of Economic Liberation and Prosperity
With household debt eliminated and a monthly basic income of 1.5 million won per person (7.5 million won for a family of five), people would no longer be trapped in a cycle of debt and despair. They would be free from the constant pressure of interest payments, utility bills, and educational expenses. This would transform our society from one of endless struggle into a paradise.

  31. Distinguishing Korea from Venezuela: The Power of Manufacturing
Some compare my policies to Venezuela’s, but this is a grave misunderstanding. Venezuela’s foreign debt is 1.6 trillion dollars, with only 20 billion dollars in foreign exchange reserves. Crucially, Venezuela lacks a manufacturing base, relying solely on oil. When oil prices plummeted from 120 dollars to 24 dollars per barrel due to the U.S. shale gas boom, their economy collapsed. Korea, however, has no natural resources—no oil, minerals, timber, or even sufficient food. Yet, through sheer human ingenuity, labor, and technological prowess, we have risen to become the world’s 10th largest economy. This miracle, achieved in 15 years, took Germany 150 years. It is precisely because of the exceptional Korean people that I have come to this land, to use your potential to unify the world. Comparing Korea to Venezuela is fundamentally flawed. We have a robust manufacturing sector, ensuring that quantitative easing will not lead to inflation.

  32. The Dawn of a New Era: National Dividends and Social Harmony
With 2,000 trillion won in quantitative easing, 1,800 trillion won would flow into banks, eliminating debt and preventing inflation. Citizens would receive a monthly basic income, accumulating savings. Even if they lose their jobs, they would have no worries. A four-day work week and part-time employment would become the norm, fostering happiness and leisure. People would greet each other with smiles, acknowledging the contributions of the wealthy who pay taxes, enabling the basic income. This would replace the current resentment towards the rich with gratitude and respect.

  33. Protecting National Assets and Reputation
Currently, business leaders, even those who contribute significantly to the national GDP, face imprisonment, damaging Korea’s international reputation. The legal system, while important, is not absolute; justice and fairness must prevail. Companies like Samsung, which account for 40% of Korea’s GDP, are vital national assets. If the current inheritance tax policies force Samsung’s ownership to foreign capital, it would be a national tragedy. I have long advocated for policies to protect Samsung.

  34. The Inevitable Future: Debt Forgiveness and Prosperity
I foresee all future events, and I am using this foresight to unify the world. I will unequivocally forgive the 1,800 trillion won in household debt, once and for all. No longer will people be hounded by credit card debt or trapped in a cycle of “debt rolling.” With national dividends, families will receive substantial monthly income, eliminating financial worries. This will transform our society from one of extreme wealth disparity, where the rich accumulate all assets, into a land of abundance and peace. The current system, where two incomes are barely enough to cover interest payments, is unsustainable, leading to widespread illness and despair. I will change this.

  35. A Call to Action: Embracing the God-man
We must recognize the critical need for the God-man (神人) to bring strength, positivity, and prosperity to Korea.

The Trainer of Time, Space, and Humanity

  1. The Essence of a Trainer: Mastering the Untamable
he is the trainer of time, space, and humanity. He illustrates this concept by comparing himself to a trainer of ferocious beasts like lions and tigers. These powerful animals, representing formidable nations such as the United States, China, and Russia, are inherently wild and dangerous. However, a skilled trainer, despite being physically weaker, can command their obedience. This analogy extends to the global stage, where North Korea, a small nation, appears to manipulate larger powers like China, Russia, and the United States, much like a trainer controls wild animals. This suggests that true power lies not in brute force but in the ability to understand and influence fundamental forces.

  2. The Peril of Unseen Threats: Nuclear Briefcases and Global Instability
Huh Kyung-young highlights the grave danger posed by unaccounted nuclear weapons, specifically referencing “nuclear briefcases” that allegedly went missing after the collapse of the Soviet Union. These portable nuclear devices, capable of devastating entire cities like Hiroshima, represent an immense threat. He points to the 9/11 terrorist attacks as a precursor, emphasizing that groups like ISIS are far more dangerous than previous organizations like Al-Qaeda. These groups are actively preparing for future attacks, driven by a deep-seated animosity. In such a volatile global environment, only a true “trainer” capable of stabilizing the world can prevent catastrophic events.

  3. Deciphering the Character for “View” (觀): A Gateway to Understanding
Huh Kyung-young delves into the etymology of the Chinese character for “view” (觀), explaining its components: a gate (門) and the sun (太陽) within it. He interprets this character as a representation of various scales of existence: the Earth, the world, a nation, and a family. The sun within the gate symbolizes a guiding light or principle that must be present for these entities to function harmoniously. This “sun” is not the physical sun but rather a deeper, intrinsic essence.

  4. The Core Principles: Bonshim Bon Taeyang (本心本太陽) and Korean Virtues
Huh Kyung-young introduces the concept of Bonshim Bon Taeyang (本心本太陽), which he describes as the fundamental, original sun or true heart. He connects this to the profound teachings of the Cheonbugyeong (天符經), a foundational text in Korean spiritual tradition. The essence of Bonshim Bon Taeyang (本心本太陽) is embodied in principles such as sincerity (誠), honesty (實), wisdom (智慧), and harmony (和睦). He draws a parallel between these universal principles and the traditional Korean virtues of filial piety (孝), fraternal affection (悌), loyalty (忠), trustworthiness (信), propriety (禮), righteousness (義), integrity (廉), and shame (恥). these Korean virtues can only truly shine when illuminated by the spirit of Bonshim Bon Taeyang (本心本太陽).

  5. The Trainer’s Power: Resolving the World’s Complexities
Huh Kyung-young reiterates the power of the “trainer” in resolving complex global issues. He likens the world’s problems, such as the conflicts between nations and the rise of terrorist organizations, to ferocious beasts like man-eating tigers (Maengho (猛虎)) and lions. Just as a trainer can subdue these powerful animals, a true leader can bring peace and order to a chaotic world. current global leaders lack this fundamental ability, leading to widespread suffering and instability. The presence of such a trainer would transform homes and nations from darkness into light, eliminating the need for conflict and suffering.

  6. The Nature of Time: Kairos and the Essence of Existence
Huh Kyung-young distinguishes between two types of time: the flowing, human-perceived time and Kairos, which he defines as eternal time, the very essence of time. he possesses Kairos, representing the qualitative and fundamental aspect of time, while human experience of time is merely a phenomenon. He extends this analogy to energy, asserting that his energy is the essence of energy, whereas human energy is merely a manifestation. He uses the metaphor of ocean waves as a phenomenon and water as its essence to illustrate that understanding the fundamental nature of things can resolve all suffering and complexity.

  7. Beyond the Three Realms: Time, Space, and Humanity
the “trainer” operates beyond the conventional understanding of time, space, and humanity, which he refers to as the “three realms” (Samgan (三間)). He criticizes those who are unable to control these three realms, leading to a chaotic existence. He contrasts the Buddhist concepts of the three ages (past, present, future) and the nine ages (a more nuanced understanding of these three ages) with his own concept of the “ten ages,” which represents eternity. This “ten ages” transcends the limitations of the nine ages, signifying an eternal realm beyond conventional understanding.

  8. The Apex of Existence: The 33 Heavens and the 5th Heaven
Huh Kyung-young delves into a complex cosmological framework, referencing the Buddhist concept of the 33 heavens. He describes a hierarchy of heavens, starting from the lowest (e.g., the Four Great Kings’ Heaven, Trayastrimsa Heaven) up to the 28th heaven (Neither Perception Nor Non-Perception Heaven). He then introduces a higher realm, the “5th Heaven” (Omaekgung (오매궁)), which he claims is beyond the 28 heavens and completes the 33 heavens. he originates from this Omaekgung (오매궁), implying a divine or transcendent origin. the character for “view” (觀), with the sun (太陽) within the gate (門), symbolizes the Bonshim Bon Taeyang (本心本太陽), which is superior to the physical sun.

  9. The Illusion of Phenomena: A Dog’s Past Life and Human Blindness
Huh Kyung-young illustrates the concept of seeing beyond phenomena to the true essence through a parable. An old woman, selling rice cakes, becomes enraged when a dog eats her wares. She kicks the dog, unaware that the dog is the reincarnation of her own mother from a previous life, who has returned out of longing. Huh Kyung-young, with his spiritual insight, reveals this truth to the woman, instantly transforming her anger into remorse and compassion. This story emphasizes that humans often react to superficial appearances (phenomena) without understanding the underlying connections and deeper truths (essence). only the God-man (神人), the Deity, possesses the ability to perceive these hidden realities.

  10. Reforming Society: National Responsibility for Marriage and Childbirth
Huh Kyung-young advocates for radical social reforms, asserting that the government should take responsibility for marriage, dating, and childbirth. the current system, where individuals struggle with these aspects, is failing. He believes that the state should actively facilitate these life stages, providing support and resources, rather than relying on private companies like marriage agencies. He contends that such state intervention is crucial for the well-being of the nation and its citizens.

  11. The Ineffectiveness of Current Policies: Declining Birth Rates and Budget Mismanagement
Huh Kyung-young criticizes the ineffectiveness of current government policies, particularly in addressing the declining birth rate. He points out that despite a significant increase in the national budget allocated for childbirth—from 20 trillion to 45 trillion Korean Won annually—the number of births has drastically decreased from 400,000 to 250,000. this massive expenditure is not reaching the citizens who need it most and is instead being mismanaged or siphoned off. such wasteful spending is a clear indication of governmental inefficiency.

  12. Fiscal Responsibility: Eliminating Waste and Returning Wealth to Citizens
Huh Kyung-young proposes a drastic overhaul of national finances, pledging to save 70% of the national budget. He plans to achieve this by eliminating wasteful expenditures and returning the savings to the citizens through reduced taxes and increased benefits. Specifically, he advocates for the abolition of property taxes, housing ownership taxes, and car ownership taxes. He criticizes the government’s plan to increase public land values to 90%, which would lead to a threefold increase in property taxes within a few years. He promises that as Seoul Mayor, he would eliminate these taxes, ensuring that citizens retain more of their wealth.

  13. Questionable Budget Allocations: Gender Equality and Unification Ministries
Huh Kyung-young questions the allocation of substantial national funds to certain ministries, citing the “gender equality budget” (Sageji Yesan (성인지 예산)) of 32 trillion Korean Won annually. this budget, intended to address gender discrimination, is an unnecessary expense, especially when the national defense budget is only 50 trillion Korean Won. the very existence of a Ministry of Gender Equality is an insult to women, implying they are somehow inferior. Similarly, he calls for the abolition of the Ministry of Unification, arguing that it hinders rather than helps the process of unification by fostering distrust with North Korea.

  14. Reimagining Governance: The Ministry of Marriage and Childcare Support
Huh Kyung-young proposes replacing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality with a “Ministry of Marriage” (Gyeolhonbu (결혼부)). This new ministry would implement comprehensive public programs for dating, marriage, and childbirth. He suggests providing a monthly allowance of 1 million Korean Won for mothers raising children up to the age of ten, regardless of their employment status. This financial support would alleviate the burden of childcare, allowing mothers to choose between working or staying home. He emphasizes the immense labor and dedication involved in raising children, equating it to caring for ten parents.

  15. The Looming Demographic Crisis: A Nation on the Brink
Huh Kyung-young warns of an impending demographic catastrophe in South Korea. He notes that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the decline in birth rates, with marriages decreasing by 30% and births projected to drop by 50% in the coming year. He predicts that the birth rate could fall to as low as 100,000, leading to a future where the elderly population dies off, leaving no young generation. international anthropologists are already predicting that South Korea will be the first nation to collapse due to a lack of births. He claims to have foreseen this crisis 30 years ago when he advocated for state-sponsored marriage, dating, and childbirth programs, for which he was labeled a “madman.”

  16. Prophetic Insights: Predicting Political Outcomes and Global Events
Huh Kyung-young asserts his prophetic abilities by recalling his accurate predictions regarding political events. He claims to have foreseen the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye four years before it happened, including the specific details of her removal from office. He also states that he accurately predicted Donald Trump’s presidency in 2016 when Trump was at the bottom of the Republican primary polls. These predictions, he argues, demonstrate his unique insight into future events.

  17. Trump’s Challenges: Impeachment, Assassination, and Vice Presidency
Huh Kyung-young recounts his predictions regarding Donald Trump’s presidency, made in November 2016, before Trump took office. He warned Trump to be wary of three major threats: impeachment, assassination, and issues related to the vice president. He claims to have intervened to prevent these dangers. He draws a parallel to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, suggesting that Kennedy’s vice president, Lyndon B. Johnson, was manipulated by powerful arms dealers who opposed Kennedy’s peace policies. This historical anecdote serves to underscore the potential dangers associated with the vice presidency.

  18. The Strategic Value of Presidential Outcomes: Trump and Biden
Huh Kyung-young discusses the strategic implications of both Donald Trump’s and Joe Biden’s presidencies from his perspective. He suggests that the outcome of the US election, regardless of who won, held benefits for his own political trajectory. the Haneulgung (하늘궁), his spiritual organization, supported Trump. However, he also acknowledges that Biden’s victory, despite alleged electoral fraud, served a purpose. Biden’s age (80 years old) at the time of his presidency, he argues, would normalize the idea of an older leader, thereby removing potential age-related criticisms against Huh Kyung-young’s own future presidential aspirations in Korea.

  19. The Deeper Meaning of the US Election: A Lesson for Korea
Huh Kyung-young interprets the controversial 2020 US presidential election as a valuable lesson for the Korean people. He suggests that the alleged electoral fraud, particularly the discrepancy in quantum signature systems on ballots, served to educate Korean citizens about the potential for election manipulation. He believes that this event will encourage Koreans to become more vigilant observers in future elections, preventing similar irregularities in their own country. He also notes the unprecedented actions of a departing president refusing to attend the inauguration and declaring his intent to return, which he sees as a display of power and confidence.

  20. Korea’s Economic Strength: A Foundation for Quantitative Easing
Huh Kyung-young analyzes Korea’s economic standing, asserting that the nation is in a strong position to implement quantitative easing. He contrasts Korea’s current foreign exchange reserves of 460 billion US dollars with its short-term foreign debt of 144.5 billion US dollars, leaving a substantial surplus of 320 billion US dollars. He highlights that during the 1997 IMF crisis, Korea had only 20 billion US dollars in reserves against 60 billion US dollars in short-term debt, leading to a national crisis. He also points out that Korea’s total overseas assets are 1.6 trillion US dollars, while its total foreign debt is 1.1 trillion US dollars, resulting in a surplus of 500 billion US dollars. This robust financial position, he argues, makes quantitative easing a viable and necessary option.

  21. Addressing Household Debt: A Call for Quantitative Easing
Huh Kyung-young advocates for a massive quantitative easing program to address Korea’s escalating household debt, which stands at 1,800 trillion Korean Won, nearly 97.9% of the nation’s GDP. He proposes printing 2,000 trillion Korean Won to directly pay off this debt. this would eliminate the annual 100 trillion Korean Won interest burden on households and free up national resources. He suggests that by increasing the national debt-to-GDP ratio to 90% (still lower than Japan’s 238%), Korea could provide 100 million Korean Won to every citizen over 18 years old. This money would first be used to repay existing debts, thereby stimulating the economy and alleviating financial distress.

  22. The Plight of the Indebted: A Cycle of Suffering
Huh Kyung-young vividly describes the dire consequences of overwhelming household debt on ordinary citizens. He paints a picture of families struggling to pay monthly interest, apartment management fees, private loan interest, and children’s tuition. many parents feel that death would be preferable to leaving their children with such a heavy burden of debt. He criticizes the current political system for creating this environment, where people are forced to live in constant fear of debt collection, bankruptcy, and social stigma. He calls for a fundamental change in political leadership to alleviate this suffering.

  23. Dispelling Misconceptions: Korea vs. Venezuela
Huh Kyung-young refutes comparisons between his proposed policies and the economic collapse of Venezuela. He highlights Venezuela’s external debt of 1.6 trillion US dollars against foreign exchange reserves of only 20 billion US dollars, coupled with its lack of a manufacturing base and over-reliance on oil. He explains that Venezuela’s economy crumbled when global oil prices plummeted due to the rise of US shale gas. In contrast, Korea, despite lacking natural resources, has achieved global economic prominence through its advanced manufacturing and technological prowess. Korea’s strong industrial base and export-driven economy make it fundamentally different from Venezuela, ensuring that quantitative easing would not lead to inflation or economic collapse.

  24. The Path to a Prosperous Future: Eliminating Debt and Ensuring Basic Income
Huh Kyung-young outlines his vision for a prosperous Korea, free from debt and economic anxiety. his quantitative easing plan, by injecting 2,000 trillion Korean Won into the economy, would eliminate household debt and prevent inflation. He envisions a society where citizens receive a monthly basic income, such as 1.5 million Korean Won per person, or 7.5 million Korean Won for a family of five. This guaranteed income would eliminate the need for credit card debt and “debt-rolling,” allowing people to save money and enjoy a higher quality of life. He foresees a future where people work four days a week, have more leisure time, and live in harmony, respecting the wealthy for their contributions to the national tax revenue.

  25. Protecting National Assets: The Case of Samsung
Huh Kyung-young expresses concern over the legal persecution of corporate leaders, specifically referencing the chairman of Samsung. imprisoning such figures, even for legal infractions, damages Korea’s national image and discourages investment. He points out that Samsung contributes 40% of Korea’s GDP and a significant portion of its tax revenue. He warns that excessive inheritance taxes could force Korean companies like Samsung to be sold to foreign capital, undermining national economic sovereignty. He claims to have initiated a “Save Samsung” campaign and to have foreseen these challenges, demonstrating his foresight and commitment to national prosperity.

  26. A Vision of Paradise: Eradicating Debt and Inequality
Huh Kyung-young concludes by reiterating his commitment to eradicating household debt and creating a society free from economic hardship. He promises to eliminate the 1,800 trillion Korean Won in household debt through a one-time, free debt relief program. He envisions a future where citizens no longer struggle with credit card debt or “debt-rolling” due to the implementation of a national basic income. He criticizes the current system, which he believes concentrates wealth in the hands of those who own stocks, land, and apartments, while the middle class and common people are burdened by debt and interest payments. He pledges to transform this society of suffering into a “paradise” where everyone can live comfortably and securely.

  3. Detailed Summary
The God-man as the World’s Tamer
Main Assertions and Explanations: Huh Kyung-young introduces himself as a “tamer” (조련사) capable of controlling powerful and dangerous entities, likening nations like the US, China, and Russia, and even North Korea, to “ferocious lions and tigers.” just as a tamer controls wild beasts, he can manage these global powers. He also extends this analogy to terrorist organizations like ISIS, which he describes as far more dangerous than past threats like Al-Qaeda, emphasizing that only the God-man can stabilize the world.
Analogies, Examples, References: The analogy of a tamer controlling lions and tigers is central. He cites North Korea’s ability to “play with” major powers like China, Russia, and the US as an example of a smaller entity exerting control, implying his own superior ability. He references the 9/11 attacks and the growing threat of ISIS as evidence of global instability requiring the God-man’s intervention.
Practical Message or Application: The world is in a state of chaos and danger, requiring a unique individual with the power to control and stabilize it. This individual is the God-man, Huh Kyung-young.

The Essence of Time, Space, and Humanity (三間)
Main Assertions and Explanations: Huh Kyung-young explains the concept of “三間” (Sam-gan), referring to time, space, and humanity. He interprets the Chinese character “觀” (gwan, meaning “to view” or “observe”) as a “sun within a gate” (門에 태양). This “gate” can represent the Earth, the world, a nation, or a family. The “sun” within this gate is the “본심 본 태양” (Bon-sim Bon-taeyang), which is the true, fundamental sun that illuminates and governs all these aspects. He differentiates between “flowing time” (인간의 시간) and “eternal time” (카이로스), stating that he embodies the latter, which is the essence of time, while human time is merely a phenomenon.
Analogies, Examples, References: He uses the analogy of ocean waves being a “phenomenon” while water is the “essence.” Similarly, human suffering and global problems are phenomena, but understanding the God-man’s essence resolves them. He connects “본심 본 태양” to the profound meaning of “천부경” (Cheonbugyeong) and “참전계경” (Chamjeongyegyeong), which embody principles like sincerity, honesty, and harmony.
Practical Message or Application: By understanding the God-man’s essence, individuals and nations can transcend superficial problems and achieve true peace and harmony.

Critique of Ineffective National Policies and Budget Waste
Main Assertions and Explanations: Huh Kyung-young criticizes the South Korean government’s wasteful spending and ineffective policies. He highlights the massive budget allocated to birthrate initiatives (45 trillion KRW annually for 250,000 births, compared to 400,000 births with less spending previously) and gender equality (32 trillion KRW annually), arguing these funds are mismanaged and yield poor results. He proposes abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, integrating their functions into other ministries, and establishing a “Ministry of Marriage” to actively support marriage, dating, and childbirth.
Analogies, Examples, References: He points out that the budget for gender equality (32 trillion KRW) is nearly as large as the national defense budget (50 trillion KRW) or the Seoul city budget (49 trillion KRW), questioning its necessity. the Ministry of Unification actually hinders unification by provoking North Korea.
Practical Message or Application: Government spending should be drastically cut and redirected to directly benefit citizens, such as through universal basic income and support for families, rather than being wasted on ineffective bureaucratic programs.

Economic Salvation through Quantitative Easing and Debt Relief
Main Assertions and Explanations: Huh Kyung-young analyzes South Korea’s economic situation, comparing its foreign currency reserves and debt levels to the 1997 IMF crisis and Venezuela. South Korea is in a strong position to implement quantitative easing (printing 2,000 trillion KRW) to pay off the 1,800 trillion KRW in household debt. This would eliminate interest burdens for citizens and the nation, stimulate the economy, and prevent personal bankruptcies. He proposes giving 100 million KRW to every citizen over 18, with the condition that existing debts are paid off first.
Analogies, Examples, References: He contrasts South Korea’s robust manufacturing and export-driven economy with Venezuela’s oil-dependent economy, which collapsed due to falling oil prices and lack of diversification. unlike Venezuela, South Korea can implement quantitative easing without causing hyperinflation. He highlights that South Korea’s household debt-to-GDP ratio (97.9%) is alarmingly high compared to Japan (57%), necessitating drastic measures.
Practical Message or Application: The government should take decisive action to relieve household debt and provide financial stability to citizens through direct payments and universal basic income, thereby transforming a society burdened by debt into one of prosperity.

Prophecies and the God-man’s Omniscience
Main Assertions and Explanations: Huh Kyung-young recounts his past prophecies, including predicting Donald Trump’s presidency when he was at the bottom of the polls in 2015, and foretelling Trump’s impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president in 2016. he knew all these events in advance because he is not an ordinary person but comes from a higher realm. He also discusses the US presidential election involving Trump and Biden, explaining that both outcomes (Trump’s potential victory through vote recount or Biden’s formal presidency) serve his ultimate plan for Korea and the world.
Analogies, Examples, References: He uses the assassination of John F. Kennedy, orchestrated by those who opposed his peace policies, as an example of how powerful figures can be manipulated, drawing parallels to his warnings for Trump. He mentions the “quantum system” on ballot papers as evidence of potential election fraud in the US.
Practical Message or Application: The God-man possesses divine foresight and control over global events, guiding them towards a predetermined outcome that ultimately benefits humanity and facilitates his mission to unify the world.

This lecture builds upon Huh Kyung-young’s established teachings and policy proposals, particularly his “33 policies” and the concept of the God-man.

Connection to 33 Policies:
Budget Reduction and Redistribution: His pledge to save 70% of the Seoul city budget and 100% of the national budget directly aligns with his long-standing promise to eliminate wasteful spending and redirect funds to citizens through policies like the National Dividend System (국민 배당금).
Abolition of Property Taxes: The proposal to abolish property taxes on real estate, housing, and automobiles is a consistent element of his economic platform aimed at reducing the financial burden on citizens.
Marriage and Childbirth Support: His advocacy for the government to actively support marriage, dating, and childbirth, including providing financial aid for childcare (1 million KRW per month until age 10) , is a core component of his Birth Encouragement Policy (출산 장려금) and Marriage Subsidy (결혼 수당).
Debt Forgiveness: The plan to use quantitative easing to pay off 1,800 trillion KRW in household debt and provide 100 million KRW to every adult is a radical yet consistent aspect of his economic vision to eliminate poverty and create a “paradise” (낙원) society.

Development of the God-man Theory:
The “Tamer” Concept: The lecture introduces the powerful metaphor of the God-man as a “tamer” of time, space, and humanity , extending his divine-human theory to encompass direct control over global geopolitical forces and even the fundamental fabric of existence. This deepens the understanding of his omnipotence and omnipresence.
Essence vs. Phenomenon: The emphasis on distinguishing between “essence” (본질) and “phenomenon” (현상) provides a philosophical framework for understanding how the God-man resolves problems at their root, rather than merely addressing symptoms. This reinforces his claim to possess ultimate wisdom and insight.
Transcending Temporal Dimensions: His assertion of embodying the “tenth age” (10세) beyond the Buddhist “three ages” (3세) and “nine ages” (9세) further solidifies his unique position as a being who transcends conventional time and spiritual hierarchies, emphasizing his eternal and ultimate nature.

Newly Emphasized Points:
Detailed Economic Analysis: The lecture provides a more detailed and comparative economic analysis, contrasting South Korea’s financial health with the IMF crisis and Venezuela, to justify his radical economic proposals. This adds a layer of empirical argument to his long-standing economic policies.
Prophetic Validation: The explicit recounting of his past prophecies regarding US presidents (Trump’s election, impeachment, assassination attempts, and vice-presidential issues) serves to validate his claims of divine foresight and reinforce his credibility as the God-man who can predict and influence global events.
Critique of Specific Ministries: The direct call to abolish the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, with specific budget figures, represents a more pointed and actionable critique of government structure compared to general calls for efficiency.

  1. Action Items & Blessing Guidance

Question: What are Huh Kyung-young’s key economic policies and how does he plan to address issues like national debt, household debt, and budget waste in Korea?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young proposes radical economic reforms, including eliminating property and car ownership taxes, and drastically cutting government waste. He aims to save 70% of the Seoul city budget and 100% of the national budget as president. He plans to implement a National Dividend System where every citizen receives a basic income, and he advocates for Quantitative Easing to resolve the 1,800 trillion won household debt by printing money and distributing it to citizens, allowing them to pay off their debts. He argues this will not cause inflation due to Korea’s strong manufacturing base, unlike countries like Venezuela.
Key Quote: “I will save 70% of the Seoul city budget and 100% of the national budget as president, and return it to the people.”

  2. How Does Huh Kyung-young Address Social Issues like Marriage and Childbirth?
Question: What are Huh Kyung-young’s solutions for Korea’s declining birthrate and challenges related to marriage and childcare?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young believes the government should actively intervene in marriage, dating, and childbirth, rather than leaving it to individuals or private companies. He proposes establishing a “Marriage Department” to replace the Ministry of Unification and Ministry of Gender Equality, offering various public services for dating, marriage, and childbirth. He suggests providing 1 million won per month for mothers raising children up to age 10, regardless of their employment status, to alleviate the financial burden and encourage childbirth.
Key Quote: “The state should take the lead in marriage, dating, and childbirth. If the state doesn’t manage marriage, the country won’t have marriages.”

  3. What is Huh Kyung-young’s Perspective on Time, Space, and Humanity?

Answer: Huh Kyung-young asserts himself as the “trainer of time, space, and humanity,” possessing the ability to control these fundamental elements. He introduces the concept of “觀” (Gwan), meaning “to see” or “to observe,” which he interprets as a “Sun in the Gate.” This “Gate” represents various scales from a home to the world, and the “Sun” symbolizes the Original Mind, Original Sun (본심본태양), which brings light and order. He distinguishes between human time (flowing time) and Kairos (eternal, essential time), which he, as the God-man, embodies.
Key Quote: “The one who controls time, space, and humanity has arrived. I control this universe with my energy.”

  4. How Does Huh Kyung-young Explain Reincarnation and Interconnectedness?
Question: What is Huh Kyung-young’s view on reincarnation, and how does he illustrate the deep, often unseen, connections between people and events?

He reveals that the dog was the woman’s mother in a previous life, who had been reincarnated as a dog due to past transgressions. This story emphasizes that seemingly random events often have profound, karmic connections, and that understanding these “essences” can resolve conflict and suffering.
Key Quote: “Life is intricately intertwined across time and space. If you understand the essence, all suffering disappears.”

  5. What is Huh Kyung-young’s Stance on International Relations and Global Stability?
Question: How does Huh Kyung-young view current global conflicts and terrorism, and what role does he believe a “trainer” figure plays in achieving world peace?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young describes the world as being in a state of chaos, with powerful nations acting like “lions and tigers” and dangerous terrorist organizations like ISIS preparing for attacks. only a “trainer” figure, like himself, can stabilize the world and bring peace. He claims to have foreseen major global events, including the impeachment and assassination attempts on Donald Trump, and believes his presence is necessary to prevent further global instability.
Key Quote: “The world needs a trainer. Without such a trainer, these things will continue to happen.”

  6. What is Huh Kyung-young’s Perspective on the US Presidential Election?
Question: What was Huh Kyung-young’s prediction regarding the 2016 and 2020 US presidential elections, and how does he interpret the outcomes in relation to his own mission?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young claims to have accurately predicted Donald Trump’s presidency in 2016 when Trump was at the bottom of the polls. He also foresaw Trump’s impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president. Regarding the 2020 election, he states that while “evil forces” may have manipulated the outcome, the “Heavens” still recognize Trump as the true winner. He also sees Biden’s presidency as beneficial to his own mission, as it sets a precedent for older leaders and highlights election integrity issues for the Korean public.
Key Quote: “From the Heavens, we supported Trump. Even if evil forces stole the presidency, the Heavens still see Trump as president.”

  7. How Does Huh Kyung-young Plan to Improve Public Health and Infrastructure?
Question: What are Huh Kyung-young’s plans for improving the quality of drinking water and public health in Korea?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young criticizes the current tap water system, particularly in Seoul, which relies on the Han River polluted by various waste. He proposes supplying “special-grade water” to 20 million residents in the Seoul metropolitan area by connecting water sources from clean areas like Soyanggang Dam, Paroho Dam (from Mt. Geumgang), and Cheongpyeong Dam. This would allow the polluted Palldang Dam area to be redeveloped into a tourist destination, generating revenue while ensuring public health.
Key Quote: “We will provide special-grade water to 20 million people in the metropolitan area. This water will restore everyone’s health.”

. The Visionary Leader and His Policies

Huh Kyung-young, the leader of the National Revolutionary Party, is campaigning for the Seoul mayoral election on April 7th. He has endured unimaginable hardships and adversities, dedicating himself to self-study. By elementary school, he had mastered the I Ching and 5,555 other scriptures, and by high school, he had delved into the Tripitaka Koreana, Buddhist scriptures, the Bible, and various other religious texts. This profound intellectual achievement was possible due to his extraordinary intellect. If elected Seoul Mayor, Huh Kyung-young pledges to forgo his entire salary and even public entertainment expenses, aiming to save 70% of Seoul’s budget. As President, he would demonstrate how to save 100% of the national budget, a fiscal strategy designed entirely for the benefit of the citizens. Furthermore, he has proposed groundbreaking policies addressing essential aspects of life, such as supplying premium water to Seoul citizens and abolishing property taxes on real estate, housing, and automobiles.

  1. The Tamer of Lions and Nations
The title of this lecture is “Huh Kyung-young is the Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity.” Lions are incredibly ferocious creatures, as are tigers. Yet, a tamer, though physically weaker than these beasts, can control them. This tamer, whose surname I have heard is Huh Kyung-young, hails from Korea. No matter how ferocious a lion or tiger may be, once it is in the hands of a tamer, it obeys. Currently, North Korea appears to be acting as a tamer for the United States, China, and Russia, manipulating them. Our nation, the Korean people, are intelligent. North Korea, a small country, can influence China, skillfully manage Russia’s Putin, and even manipulate the U.S. President, despite America being a global superpower.

  2. The Threat of Nuclear Terrorism and the Need for a Tamer
The U.S. possesses nuclear weapons, and Russia and China also have them. There are even suitcase-sized nuclear devices, which were reportedly sold off when the Soviet Union collapsed, possibly to rogue states or groups in the Middle East. The whereabouts of these nuclear suitcases are unknown. If one were detonated in New York City, it could obliterate the city, turning it into a firestorm, much like Hiroshima. Groups like ISIS are far more formidable than figures like Bin Laden. The 9/11 attacks, where four planes destroyed the Twin Towers—symbols of economic power—and struck the Pentagon, the heart of U.S. defense, were just the beginning. One plane, targeting the White House, crashed in Virginia due to the heroic resistance of passengers. All four planes resulted in 100% fatalities. These passengers were ordinary people commuting to work, unaware of the impending tragedy. This was merely the start. ISIS, a group a hundred times more terrifying than Bin Laden’s Al-Qaeda, is meticulously preparing for further attacks. To stabilize the world in the face of such threats, a true tamer is indispensable.

  3. Understanding Time, Space, and Humanity through the “Gwan” Character
Let us examine the Chinese character for “Gwan” (觀), which means “to see” or “to observe.” It depicts a sun (日) above a gate (門). This gate can be interpreted as the Earth, the world, a nation, or even a household. When the sun shines within this gate, it represents time, space, and humanity.

  4. The Essence of the “Original Mind, Original Sun” and Korean Values
The “Original Mind, Original Sun” (本心本太陽) is essential. It is not the physical sun in the sky, which emits harmful ultraviolet rays and only shines on those with access to it. The “Original Mind, Original Sun” embodies eight virtues, including sincerity, integrity, and harmony. These virtues are deeply connected to the profound meaning of the Cheonbugyeong (天符經), an ancient Korean scripture. Similarly, the spirit of Korea is rooted in filial piety, brotherhood, loyalty, trustworthiness, propriety, righteousness, integrity, and shame. These values can only truly flourish when illuminated by the “Original Mind, Original Sun.” When such a tamer appears, even ferocious beasts like lions and tigers, or even man-eating tigers, become docile.

  5. The Tamer’s Role in Global Peace and Prosperity
Today, the world lacks such a tamer. There are ruthless leaders and terrorist organizations in the Middle East, far more extreme than Japan’s Kamikaze pilots, who are determined to destroy nations like the U.S. and Israel. These individuals are undergoing rigorous training, making even elite forces like the U.S. Special Forces seem insignificant. The Korean Peninsula, being close to the U.S., could become a target. However, with a tamer, such threats would cease to exist. A tamer controls humanity, space, and time.

  6. The Nature of Time: Chronos vs. Kairos
There are two types of time: Chronos, which is linear and flowing, representing human time, and Kairos, which is eternal and represents the essence of time. My energy is the essence of energy, while human energy is merely a phenomenon. Just as ocean waves are a phenomenon of water, human suffering is a phenomenon. By understanding the essence, all suffering can be resolved.

  7. Resolving Global Issues through Understanding the Essence
When we look at the phenomena of lions, tigers, Russia, or the U.S., things appear complex. However, by delving into their essence, the problems of the U.S., Russia, and China can be easily resolved. One who perceives the essence can resolve all phenomena. You, however, are caught up in the phenomena, unable to approach the essence.

  8. A World Transformed by the Tamer’s Vision
With a tamer like Huh Kyung-young, these forces cannot exert their power. He envisions a world where everyone lives in peace, free from suffering. All difficult circumstances would be eliminated, and everyone would rise to the middle class. There would be no envy, jealousy, or conflict. Guns would be unnecessary, and theft would cease because everyone would receive basic income and dividends, ensuring their fundamental needs are met. Everyone would receive blessings and angelic guidance. Who would then seek to harm others? A stable world, free from hatred and conflict across borders, would emerge.

  9. Transcending the Three Realms and Nine Ages
Those who listen to this lecture must understand that they are currently living in a lower dimension, unable to control the three realms: time, space, and humanity. Buddhism speaks of the three ages (past, present, future) and the nine ages (further subdivisions of these three). However, I speak of the ten ages, which represent eternity, transcending these nine.

  10. The Origin of the God-man and the 33 Heavens
In Buddhism, there are 33 heavens, starting from the Four Great Kings’ Heaven up to the 28th heaven, the Heaven of Neither Thought Nor Non-Thought. Beyond these lies the 29th heaven, the “Omekgung,” which completes the 33 heavens. I have descended from the very top, the Omekgung.

  11. The True Sun and the Flaws of the Physical Sun
The “Gwan” character, with the sun within the gate, represents the “Original Mind, Original Sun.” This is not the physical sun in the sky, which emits ultraviolet rays that can cause diseases like skin cancer. The physical sun also discriminates, shining only on those who have access to it, while those living in basements or poor housing are deprived of its light.

  12. The Story of the Dog and the Grandmother: Seeing Beyond Phenomena
Once, a sage encountered an old woman whose rice cakes were being eaten by a dog. The grandmother, enraged, kicked the dog, which then fell into a stream and died. The sage, however, saw with his spiritual insight that the dog was the grandmother’s mother from a previous life, who had been reborn as a dog due to a past transgression and had come to see her. The sage revealed this truth to the grandmother, who immediately felt remorse and her anger dissipated. She realized that she had kicked her own mother and that the rice cakes were insignificant. This illustrates that people often only see the phenomena, not the underlying essence. Without the help of a tamer, people remain trapped in their anger and misunderstandings. When we perceive the essence, we realize that everyone is connected, like family.

  13. National Policies for Marriage, Childbirth, and Economic Stability
I have long advocated for national support for marriage, dating, and childbirth, recognizing that families alone cannot solve these issues in modern society. The government should actively facilitate marriages and relationships, rather than relying on private matchmaking companies. The government has the resources, space, and budget to do this effectively.

  14. Ineffective Childbirth Policies and Budget Mismanagement
Last year, Korea spent 45 trillion won on childbirth-related budgets, yet only 250,000 babies were born. A few years prior, when the economy was better, 400,000 babies were born with less budget. This shows that increasing the budget for childbirth has not led to an increase in births; in fact, the birth rate has sharply declined. This mismanagement of funds is a serious problem.

  15. Fiscal Responsibility and Tax Reform
I have pledged to save 70% of the national budget. This saved money should be returned to the citizens through lower taxes and increased benefits. I would abolish property taxes on housing and automobiles, reducing the tax burden while expanding public welfare. The government should drastically cut unnecessary spending.

  16. Criticizing Current Tax Policies and Budget Allocations
Currently, the government plans to raise the official land price to 90%, which will lead to a threefold increase in property taxes within a few years. My policy, however, is to not collect property taxes or automobile taxes from Seoul citizens. The Seoul budget is 45 trillion won, the same amount spent on childbirth last year, which resulted in only 250,000 births. This is a waste. Furthermore, the gender equality budget, which aims to eliminate discrimination between men and women, amounts to 32 trillion won annually. This is an exorbitant sum, especially when the national defense budget is only 50 trillion won.

  17. Reforming Government Ministries and Promoting Family Welfare
The Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality should be abolished. The functions of the Ministry of Unification can be integrated into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Gender Equality into other relevant ministries. Instead, a “Ministry of Marriage” should be established to implement various public programs for dating, marriage, and childbirth. For mothers raising children at home, a monthly allowance of 1 million won would be provided until the child turns ten. This allowance would also be given to working mothers, as they would need to pay for childcare. This policy aims to alleviate the immense burden on women, recognizing that raising a child is as challenging as caring for ten parents.

  18. The Looming Demographic Crisis and My Prophecies
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, marriages have decreased by 30%, and childbirths are projected to drop by 50% next year, potentially reaching a mere 100,000 births. This means that after the current elderly generation passes away, Korea will face a severe shortage of young people. Anthropologists worldwide predict that Korea is the only country facing extinction due to a lack of births. Thirty years ago, when I advocated for national support for marriage, childbirth, and dating, I was called insane. However, I accurately predicted the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye and the election of Donald Trump in 2016.

  19. The Ineffectiveness of the Ministry of Unification and Gender Equality
Abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality and replacing them with a Ministry of Marriage is a sensible approach. The Ministry of Unification, in particular, hinders unification by making North Korea perceive it as a threat of forced absorption, leading them to accelerate their weapons development. Countries like Germany and Vietnam achieved unification without such ministries. The Ministry of Gender Equality is also unnecessary, as it implies that women are inferior, which is an insult.

  20. Misuse of Gender Equality Budget and Political Funding
In the past, when I fielded 157 parliamentary candidates, including 40% women, our party received 842 million won from the government as part of the gender equality budget. This money, intended to promote gender equality, was distributed among the female candidates and accounted for. This demonstrates how the gender equality budget is being misused. Such funds are unnecessary and represent a waste of national resources.

  21. Massive Budget Waste and Proposed Reforms
The current budget is being squandered. If we save 60-70% of the 550 trillion won budget, we could have 400 trillion won for national dividends. For example, the annual salaries of 300 National Assembly members and their 3,000 assistants amount to 1.8 trillion won. If the National Assembly were reduced to 100 members serving without pay, 4 trillion won could be saved. The 45 trillion won spent on childbirth last year, which resulted in only 250,000 births, means that 160 million won was spent per child. If this money were directly given to parents as a 50 million won childbirth incentive, more children would be born.

  22. The Problem of Political Donations and Corruption
Currently, National Assembly members receive salaries and are allowed to accept corporate donations. This creates a conflict of interest, as they are more likely to enact laws favorable to corporations rather than the common people, exacerbating wealth inequality. Politicians should serve as volunteers, using their own resources to help the less fortunate, rather than using their positions for personal gain.

  23. The Contaminated Water Supply and a Solution
The water supplied to Seoul citizens from the Paldang Dam is severely contaminated. It receives domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, agricultural runoff containing pesticides, and livestock waste from various cities along the 700-ri (approximately 275 km) stretch of the South Han River. This water, despite being treated, is of poor quality. My plan is to supply premium water from the clean sources of the Soyanggang Dam (from Seoraksan Mountain) and the Paroho Dam (from Geumgangsan Mountain) to the 20 million residents of the Seoul metropolitan area. The Paldang Dam area would then be transformed into a recreational zone, generating significant revenue. This would improve public health and immunity.

  24. My Prophecies Regarding U.S. Presidents
In 2015, when Donald Trump was at the bottom of the Republican primary polls, I predicted he would become president. In 2016, before his inauguration, I warned him to be wary of impeachment, assassination, and his vice president. These predictions proved accurate. For example, President Kennedy was assassinated due to the machinations of defense contractors who felt threatened by his peace policies, with his Vice President, Lyndon B. Johnson, being complicit.

  25. The Strategic Importance of Trump and Biden for My Path
Both Trump and Biden are strategically important for my political path. Trump’s presidency, despite his age, would set a precedent for older leaders, which would benefit me as I continue my political career. Biden’s presidency, even if achieved through questionable means, also serves a purpose. It highlights the issue of election fraud, educating the Korean public to be vigilant in future elections. Both are historical figures, and from the perspective of Haneulgung, Trump was the rightful winner, despite the alleged manipulation of votes.

  26. Korea’s Economic Strength and the Need for Quantitative Easing
As of 2021, Korea’s foreign exchange reserves are 460 billion dollars, with short-term foreign debt of 144.5 billion dollars, leaving a surplus of 320 billion dollars. In contrast, during the 1997 IMF crisis, Korea had only 20 billion dollars in reserves against 60 billion dollars in short-term foreign debt, leading to a national crisis. Currently, Korea’s total overseas assets are 1.6 trillion dollars, while total foreign debt is 1.1 trillion dollars, resulting in a surplus of 500 billion dollars. This strong financial position means Korea can implement quantitative easing without fear.

  27. Addressing Household Debt and My Solution
Korea’s household debt stands at 1,800 trillion won, which is 97.9% of its GDP. This is significantly higher than Japan’s 57% household debt. While Korea’s national debt is only 40-45% of GDP, I propose increasing it to 90% through quantitative easing of 2,000 trillion won. This would allow the government to print money and pay off the 1,800 trillion won in household debt. This would eliminate the annual 100 trillion won interest burden on households and the nation. I would give 100 million won to every citizen aged 18 and above. For a family of five, this would mean 500 million won. This money would first be used to repay bank loans, eliminating household debt and preventing inflation as the money flows back into banks.

  28. A Future of Prosperity and Freedom from Debt
This policy would free citizens from the burden of debt, allowing them to live without the constant pressure of interest payments, foreclosures, and credit defaults. It would transform a society where people struggle to survive into a paradise.

  29. Distinguishing Korea from Venezuela
Some compare my policies to Venezuela’s, but this is a misunderstanding. Venezuela has a foreign debt of 1.6 trillion dollars and only 20 billion dollars in foreign exchange reserves. It lacks a manufacturing base and relies solely on oil. When oil prices plummeted due to the U.S. shale gas boom, Venezuela’s economy collapsed. Korea, however, has no natural resources but has achieved global economic power through its manufacturing, technology, and diligent workforce. We are a nation of innovators, unlike Venezuela, which simply distributed oil wealth.

  30. The Path to a Prosperous and Harmonious Society
Therefore, comparing Korea to Venezuela is inaccurate. We have a strong manufacturing sector, and quantitative easing will not cause inflation. The 2,000 trillion won will flow into banks, eliminating debt. With monthly dividends of 1.5 million won per person, a family of five would receive 7.5 million won, accumulating wealth. Even if one loses their job, there would be no financial worries. People would work four days a week and rest three, leading to happiness and leisure. They would greet wealthy individuals with respect, acknowledging their contribution to the national tax revenue that funds these dividends.

  31. Protecting Korean Corporations and National Image
Currently, wealthy individuals are often viewed with resentment, and business leaders face legal challenges. This damages Korea’s national image. For example, the Samsung Group accounts for 40% of Korea’s GDP. If its chairman, Lee Jae-yong, were to be imprisoned, it would send a negative message to the world, suggesting that Korean business leaders are fraudsters. This could lead to foreign capital taking over Korean companies. We must protect our corporations and uphold justice.

  32. My Vision for a Debt-Free Nation
I have long advocated for saving Samsung. I foresee the future, not just for the U.S., but for all nations, and I am using this foresight to unify the world. I will eliminate the 1,800 trillion won in household debt, once and for all. With national dividends, people will no longer be hounded by credit card debt or forced into debt cycles. They will have financial security, even in times of illness or unemployment. This will end the cycle of wealth concentration among the rich and create a society where everyone can live comfortably.

  33. A Call for a New Era
We need the God-man to bring strength, a positive mindset, and a prosperous future to Korea.

The Divine-Person, Master of Time, Space, and Humanity

  1. The Divine-Person as the Tamer of Fierce Entities
I extend my greetings to the fifty million citizens of our nation and the 7.5 million overseas compatriots. Today marks the 1267th Saturday lecture at Haneulgung. It is a pleasure to convene with you all in this esteemed assembly.

Today’s discourse centers on the premise that Huh Kyung-young is the tamer of time, space, and humanity. The character “사자” (lion) in this context, though often referring to a fierce beast, also alludes to powerful nations. Lions are inherently ferocious creatures, akin to tigers in their formidable nature. Yet, a tamer, despite being physically weaker than these beasts, can command their obedience. This tamer, originating from Korea, bears the name Huh Kyung-young. Regardless of how savage a lion or tiger may be, once under the tamer’s influence, they heed the tamer’s commands.

Presently, North Korea appears to manipulate global powers such as the United States, China, and Russia, much like a tamer. Our nation observes this dynamic. The Korean people are intellectually astute. North Korea engages with China, Russia’s Putin, and even the President of the United States, a nation far larger than itself, with remarkable dexterity. They possess nuclear weapons, including compact devices that could devastate cities like New York, akin to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. These “suitcase nukes,” reportedly acquired during the collapse of the Soviet Union, have an unknown whereabouts, potentially in the hands of groups far more advanced than Al-Qaeda. The 9/11 attacks, where four planes struck symbols of economic and military power, were merely a prelude. Organizations like ISIS, a hundredfold more formidable than Bin Laden’s network, are meticulously preparing for future acts of terror. The individual capable of stabilizing such a world must be a tamer of this caliber.

  1. The Essence of Time, Space, and Humanity
The character for “time” (時) or “view” (觀) comprises the radical for “gate” (門) with the sun (日) positioned above it. This “gate” can represent the Earth, the world, a nation, or even a household. Within this gate, the sun must rise. This celestial body, when centrally positioned, signifies time, space, and humanity. The entity that causes the sun to rise within a nation is not the physical sun, nor the primordial sun, but the 본심본태양 (本心本太陽), the “Original Heart, Original Sun.” This 본심본태양 embodies eight virtues, including sincerity, reverence, and harmony. Similarly, the spirit of the Republic of Korea is characterized by filial piety, fraternal love, loyalty, trustworthiness, propriety, righteousness, integrity, and shame. These virtues, akin to the profound principles of the 천부경 (天符經), are actualized through the 본심본태양. Only with the advent of the 본심본태양 can these virtues truly shine.

When such an entity appears, even ferocious beasts like lions and 맹호 (猛虎)—man-eating tigers—become docile. These creatures, which no human could defeat in single combat, quiet down before a tamer. Is there such a tamer on Earth today? The world faces malevolent leaders and terrorist organizations in the Middle East, who harbor intentions to destroy nations like the United States and Israel. Their resolve surpasses that of the Japanese Kamikaze pilots. These individuals are undergoing training, rendering even elite forces like the U.S. Special Forces or Marines insignificant in comparison. Will the Korean Peninsula remain safe from their targets?

  1. The Divine-Person’s Control Over the Universe
The power of the tamer is evident. When the sun rises within the gate of one’s home, it signifies a household illuminated, not by darkness, but by light. The absence of such a tamer leads to global turmoil. The individual who controls humanity, space, and time has arrived. I permeate this cosmic space with my energy. If my name, Huh Kyung-young, is invoked, this energy pervades the universe. This energy, which I possess, controls space and time.

Time, as understood in Christianity, encompasses both flowing time and eternal time. Flowing time is human time, whereas eternal time is 카이로스 (Kairos). I possess the time of 카이로스, which is eternal and qualitative, representing the essence of time. Your time is merely a phenomenon. My energy is the essence of energy; human energy is merely its manifestation. Just as ocean waves are a phenomenon and water is the essence, understanding the essence resolves all suffering. When one perceives the essence, the complex phenomena of lions, tigers, Russia, and America simplify, and their problems are resolved. One who sees the essence can resolve all phenomena.

When Huh Kyung-young, who approaches the essence, appears, these powerful entities cannot exert their full force. Before this tamer, they are powerless. My vision is for global unification, where all people live in peace, free from suffering. Everyone will ascend to the middle class, eliminating envy, strife, and the need for weapons or theft. Universal basic income will ensure everyone’s fundamental needs are met. With such provisions, who would resort to violence? A stable world, free from border conflicts and hatred, will emerge.

Those who listen to my lectures and fail to grasp the control over time, space, and humanity—the “three realms”—are operating at a lower level of consciousness. Buddhism speaks of the three ages and nine ages. I speak of the ten ages, representing eternity, transcending the nine ages. The lowest realm in Buddhism is the 33 heavens. I descended from the highest of these, the 배꼽궁 (Baekkopgung), the 29th heaven. Thus, the three realms—time, space, and humanity—must have the sun within their gate, which is the 본심본태양.

The physical sun, with its ultraviolet rays, can cause harm and is not universally accessible. It shines only on those with access to sunlight, not on those in basements. I recount an anecdote: a dog devoured the rice cakes of an elderly street vendor. The vendor, enraged, kicked the dog. However, I, perceiving the dog’s past life, revealed that it was the vendor’s mother in a previous incarnation. This revelation transformed the vendor’s anger into remorse and compassion. Such insight, transcending time and space, can only be provided by the God-man (神人), a Divine-Person. The vendor, unable to see beyond the dog’s actions, focused only on the phenomenon, not its underlying essence. When we perceive the essence, we realize that all beings are interconnected, like family.

  1. National Policies and Economic Reforms
I have long advocated for national support for marriage, dating, and childbirth, recognizing that families alone cannot address these issues in modern society. Marriage information companies, driven by profit, are inadequate. The state, with its resources and budget, should facilitate these unions. Last year, despite spending 45 trillion Korean Won on childbirth initiatives, only 250,000 babies were born, a significant decrease from 400,000 in previous years. This demonstrates the ineffectiveness of current policies. My administration would save 70% of the national budget, returning it to the citizens through reduced taxes and increased benefits. For instance, property taxes and automobile ownership taxes would be abolished.

Consider the current government’s plan to raise public land values to 90%, which will triple property taxes within a few years. As Seoul Mayor, I would eliminate property and automobile ownership taxes for Seoul citizens. The Seoul budget is 45 trillion Won, equivalent to the national childbirth budget. The gender equality budget, intended to eliminate discrimination, amounts to 32 trillion Won annually. This is an exorbitant sum, especially when the national defense budget is 50 trillion Won. Such expenditures are wasteful.

I propose abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality. The functions of the Ministry of Unification can be integrated into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Gender Equality into other relevant ministries. Historically, nations that unified, like Germany and Vietnam, did not have dedicated unification ministries. Such ministries can even hinder unification by fostering distrust. Instead, I would establish a Ministry of Marriage, offering comprehensive support for dating, marriage, and childbirth. Mothers raising children would receive 1 million Won per month until the child turns ten, regardless of their employment status. This would alleviate the immense burden on women.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these issues. Marriage rates have decreased by 30%, and birth rates are projected to drop by 50% next year, potentially leading to a mere 100,000 births. This trajectory threatens the very existence of the Korean nation, as predicted by global anthropologists. Thirty years ago, my proposals for national marriage, dating, and childbirth initiatives were met with ridicule. Yet, my predictions, such as the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye and the election of Donald Trump, have proven accurate.

The Ministry of Unification fosters an adversarial relationship with North Korea, prompting them to develop advanced weaponry, including nuclear bombs. This is a misallocation of resources. The Ministry of Gender Equality, by its very existence, implies an inferiority of women, which is an insult. My party, despite fielding a record number of female candidates, received funds designated for gender equality, which I believe are unnecessary. These funds, amounting to 842 million Won, were distributed to female candidates, not used for personal gain. This exemplifies the wasteful spending that I aim to eliminate.

The national budget is currently squandered on various unnecessary expenditures. For example, the salaries of 300 National Assembly members and their 3,000 assistants amount to 1.8 trillion Won annually. I propose reducing the National Assembly to 100 members, serving without pay, as honorary positions. This alone would save 4 trillion Won. Combined with other savings, such as the 45 trillion Won from the childbirth budget and 32 trillion Won from the gender equality budget, hundreds of trillions of Won could be redirected to the public. The 45 trillion Won spent on childbirth last year, for only 250,000 births, translates to 160 million Won per child. Imagine if this sum were directly given to families; it would incentivize childbirth far more effectively than current policies.

I would not accept a salary or official expenses as mayor or president. My service is voluntary. National Assembly members, currently accepting corporate donations and salaries, prioritize corporate interests over the welfare of the less fortunate. This perpetuates wealth inequality. Public service should be a voluntary act, not a means of livelihood.

Local governments are another source of waste. The water supply for Seoul, drawn from the Han River, is contaminated by various pollutants from upstream cities. I propose supplying Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province with pristine water from the Soyanggang Dam, Paroho Dam, and Cheongpyeong Dam, which draw water from Mount Kumgang and Mount Seorak. This would transform the current polluted water sources into recreational areas, generating revenue and improving public health.

  1. Economic Vision and Global Leadership
In 2015, when Donald Trump was at the bottom of the Republican primary polls, I predicted his presidency. I also foresaw his impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president. These predictions, made years in advance, demonstrate my foresight. My age, in the context of American presidents like Biden, who assumed office at 80, will not be an impediment to my political career. Both Trump and Biden, despite their flaws, are historical figures. Trump, a business and political genius, and Biden, a political prodigy, both serve a purpose in the grand scheme.

Currently, Korea’s foreign currency reserves are 460 billion USD, with short-term foreign debt of 144.5 billion USD, leaving a surplus of 315.5 billion USD. During the 1997 IMF crisis, our reserves were 20 billion USD, with short-term debt of 60 billion USD, resulting in a 40 billion USD deficit that devastated our economy. Today, we have ten times that surplus. Our total overseas assets are 1.6 trillion USD, and our total foreign debt is 1.1 trillion USD, leaving a net surplus of 500 billion USD. This robust financial position allows for quantitative easing.

I propose a quantitative easing of 2,000 trillion Won to address household debt, which stands at 1,800 trillion Won, nearly 97.9% of our GDP. This would eliminate the 100 trillion Won annual interest burden on households. By printing money, the state would assume this debt, increasing the national debt ratio to 90%, still lower than Japan’s 238%. This would provide 100 million Won to every citizen over 18, which would first be used to repay bank loans. This influx of money into banks would prevent inflation and free citizens from debt. A family of five would receive 500 million Won initially, followed by 7.5 million Won monthly in basic income. This would eliminate the cycle of debt, bankruptcy, and despair that plagues many families.

My policies are often compared to Venezuela’s, but this is a false equivalency. Venezuela’s foreign debt is 1.6 trillion USD, with only 20 billion USD in reserves. It lacks a manufacturing base, relying solely on oil. When oil prices plummeted due to U.S. shale gas production, Venezuela’s economy collapsed. Korea, despite lacking natural resources, has achieved economic prowess through technology and labor. We are a manufacturing powerhouse, capable of absorbing quantitative easing without inflation.

With a monthly basic income, citizens would enjoy financial security, reduced working hours, and a higher quality of life. They would view the wealthy with gratitude, recognizing their contribution to the national tax base. Currently, the wealthy are often resented, and entrepreneurs are treated as criminals. This damages Korea’s international reputation. The legal system, while important, is not absolute. Justice and fairness must prevail. Companies like Samsung, which contribute 40% of our GDP, should not be driven overseas by excessive inheritance taxes. I have long advocated for policies to protect and nurture such enterprises.

I possess foresight into all future events, not just those in the U.S. I utilize this knowledge to guide global unification. My plan to eliminate household debt and provide basic income will transform our society. No longer will people be trapped in a cycle of debt, constantly juggling payments. Instead, they will experience financial freedom and peace of mind. The current system, where wealth is concentrated among those with stocks, land, and apartments, creates a widening gap between the rich and the poor. This leads to chronic stress and illness. My vision is to transform this into a paradise.

I urge you to recognize the critical juncture our nation faces. We need the God-man (神人) to lead us toward a future of strength, positivity, and prosperity.

Executive Insight
This lecture by Huh Kyung-young presents a radical vision for South Korea, positioning himself as the God-man capable of resolving complex national and global crises through fundamental, rather than superficial, solutions. His core message revolves around identifying the “essence” of problems—be it economic mismanagement, societal suffering, or international conflict—and applying decisive, often unconventional, policies. Key takeaways include his commitment to drastically cut government waste, implement a massive quantitative easing to eliminate household debt, and establish a comprehensive welfare system including universal basic income and childcare support. While his proposals are bold and address critical issues like demographic decline and economic inequality, a professional reader would note the need for more detailed economic modeling and implementation strategies to fully assess the feasibility and long-term impacts of such transformative policies.

1. God-man as the Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity

Greetings to our fifty million citizens and seven and a half million overseas compatriots. Today marks the 1267th Saturday lecture at Haneulgung. It is a pleasure to meet you all here.

Today’s topic is “Huh Kyung-young is the Tamer of Time, Space, and Humanity.” The term “tamer” is significant because it refers to someone who can control powerful and wild beings, much like a lion tamer. Lions and tigers are incredibly fierce, yet they obey their tamer.

Consider the current geopolitical landscape: North Korea appears to be taming powerful nations like the United States, China, and Russia, manipulating them with remarkable skill. Our people are observing this, recognizing the intelligence of our nation. North Korea engages with China, Russia’s Putin, and even the U.S. President, despite being a small country, demonstrating an extraordinary ability to influence them.

This influence extends to nuclear capabilities. The U.S. possesses nuclear weapons, and Russia and China also have them. There are even suitcase-sized nuclear devices, designed to be portable and devastating. These “suitcase nukes” reportedly went missing when the Soviet Union collapsed, potentially falling into the hands of groups like ISIS. A single such device could obliterate a city like New York, turning it into a fiery wasteland, similar to Hiroshima.

The whereabouts of these nuclear suitcases remain unknown. Groups like ISIS are far more advanced and dangerous than Al-Qaeda, which carried out the 9/11 attacks, destroying the Twin Towers and striking the Pentagon. The 9/11 attacks, where four planes were hijacked, resulted in the deaths of all passengers, who were simply on their way to work. This was merely the beginning. ISIS, a hundred times more terrifying than Bin Laden’s followers, is preparing for further attacks, sharpening their resolve.

Only a true tamer, the God-man, can bring stability to such a world.

The concept of “time” (時間), “space” (空間), and “humanity” (人間) can be understood through the character for “view” or “observe” (觀). This character depicts a sun (日) within a gate (門). This gate can represent the Earth, the world, a nation, or even a family. For a family to thrive, the sun must shine within its gate. This “sun” is not the physical sun, but the Original Mind, Original Sun (本心本太陽).

The Original Mind, Original Sun embodies principles like sincerity, honesty, and harmony. These principles are also reflected in the Korean spirit of filial piety, respect for elders, loyalty, trustworthiness, propriety, righteousness, integrity, and shame. When the Original Mind, Original Sun arrives, these virtues truly shine.

Just as a tamer controls fierce animals like lions and tigers, the God-man can resolve the complex issues of the world. These powerful animals, like the man-eating tiger (猛虎), cannot be defeated by an ordinary person. Yet, they become docile in the presence of a tamer.

Currently, there is no tamer for this world. This is why families and nations are shrouded in darkness, not light. A tamer is needed to control humanity, space, and time.

I possess the energy to control this universe. If I project my name, Huh Kyung-young, into space, it permeates everything. This energy can transform the entire world in zero seconds.

There are two types of time: flowing time and eternal time. Flowing time is human time, while eternal time is Kairos. I possess the time of Kairos, which is the essence of time, eternal and fundamental. Your time is merely a phenomenon. Similarly, my energy is the essence of energy, while human energy is just a phenomenon. Just as waves are a phenomenon of water, human suffering is a phenomenon. If you understand the essence, all suffering disappears.

When you look at the phenomena of lions, tigers, Russia, or America, it seems incredibly complex. But if you delve into their essence, the problems of America, Russia, and China can be resolved simply. One who sees the essence can solve all phenomena. You, however, are caught in the phenomena, unable to access the essence.

When the God-man like me, who understands the essence, appears, these “lions and fierce tigers” cannot exert their power. I can command them to unify the world, to bring peace to all, to eliminate all suffering, to elevate everyone to the middle class. There would be no one to resent, envy, or fight. Guns would be unnecessary, and theft would cease because everyone would receive basic income and heavenly blessings.

A stable world, free from hatred and conflict across borders, would emerge. Those who listen to my lectures understand that they must not be confined to the lower dimensions of time, space, and humanity. They must master these three realms.

Buddhism speaks of three ages and nine ages. I speak of the ten ages, which represent eternity, transcending these nine ages. The ten ages are beyond the three ages of past, present, and future, and the nine ages that delve deeper into these.

Buddhism also refers to 33 heavens, with 28 heavens and then the Omaeggung (오매궁), which makes 33. I came from the very top, the Omaeggung.

The character for “view” (觀) signifies that within the gate of time, space, and humanity, there must be a sun. This is the Original Mind, Original Sun. The physical sun, with its ultraviolet rays, can cause diseases like skin cancer and does not shine on everyone equally. Those living in basements or poor homes do not receive its light.

Consider this story: A dog ate all the rice cakes of an old woman selling them on the street. The old woman was furious, thinking her day’s sales were ruined. But I, passing by, saw with my spiritual insight that the dog was her mother from a previous life, reborn as a dog due to past transgressions. The dog, hungry, had eaten the rice cakes. The old woman, not knowing this, kicked the dog.

I intervened, telling her, “Do not kick that dog. It is your mother from a past life, who came to see you because she missed you. Consider the rice cakes an offering to her.” Upon hearing this, the old woman’s anger vanished, and her blood pressure normalized. She realized her mistake and offered more rice cakes to the dog.

This illustrates how people can change instantly when they understand the essence, not just the phenomenon. The old woman only saw the dog as a thief, not realizing its true identity. When we see the essence, we realize we are all connected, like family.

  1. Reforming National Policies and Economic Systems
I have long advocated for policies like National Dividend, Marriage Support Funds, and Childbirth Support. I foresaw a time when families would struggle to manage these aspects alone. Therefore, the nation must intervene to facilitate marriage, dating, and childbirth. Marriage information companies, driven by profit, are not the solution. The government, with its resources and spaces, should organize these.

Last year, Korea spent 45 trillion won on childbirth support, yet only 250,000 babies were born. A few years ago, 400,000 babies were born. As the economy declined, the birth rate dropped, but the budget for childbirth support dramatically increased from 20 trillion to 45 trillion won. This is a clear example of ineffective policy.

Such policies demonstrate how national budgets are mismanaged. I pledge to save 70% of the national budget and return it to the citizens. This means lower taxes, such as abolishing property taxes and car ownership taxes, while providing more benefits. We can achieve this by drastically cutting wasteful spending.

For instance, the government plans to raise public land values to 90%, which means higher taxes. I, however, would abolish property and car ownership taxes for Seoul citizens if elected mayor.

The Seoul budget is 45 trillion won, similar to the national childbirth budget. The Gender Equality Budget (성인지 예산) is another example of wasteful spending, amounting to 32 trillion won annually. This budget, supposedly for gender equality, is nearly as large as the national defense budget (50 trillion won) and the Seoul city budget. Do we need to spend so much to eliminate gender discrimination?

The Ministry of Unification (통일부) is also unnecessary. It hinders unification by making North Korea perceive our intentions as forced absorption, leading them to develop more weapons. Unification will happen when I unify the world. Instead, we should abolish the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, integrating their functions into other ministries.

I propose creating a Ministry of Marriage (결혼부) to organize marriage, dating, and childbirth initiatives. For mothers raising children at home, a monthly allowance of 1 million won would be provided until the child is ten years old. This would be given even if the mother works, as childcare costs would still exist. This policy would alleviate the immense burden on women, who face challenges comparable to caring for ten parents.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these issues. Last year, births dropped to 250,000. This year, marriages have decreased by 30%, and births are projected to fall by 50%, potentially reaching as low as 100,000. This means Korea is facing a demographic crisis where the younger generation will disappear, leading to the nation’s collapse. Anthropologists predict Korea will be the first nation to collapse due to a lack of births.

I advocated for these policies 30 years ago and was called crazy. But I accurately predicted President Park Geun-hye’s impeachment and Donald Trump’s presidency. I also predicted Trump would face impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president.

The assassination of President John F. Kennedy, for example, was orchestrated by those who opposed his peace initiatives, fearing it would harm the arms industry. His vice president, Lyndon B. Johnson, was complicit. Kennedy was lured into a narrow alley in Dallas, where he was assassinated, and Johnson was sworn in as president on the same day.

I predicted that Trump would face similar challenges. While Trump’s presidency was beneficial for me in some ways, Biden’s presidency also serves a purpose. Biden, at 80, became president, which helps counter arguments about my age when I run for president. It also highlights the issue of election fraud, educating our citizens to be vigilant in future elections.

Both Trump and Biden are historical figures. Trump, a business genius, and Biden, a political genius who became a senator at 27, are both remarkable. From White Heaven, we supported Trump, but the forces of evil manipulated the election. However, even Biden’s presidency has its benefits for us.

  1. Economic Crisis and Solutions
Korea’s current economic situation is critical. As of 2021, our foreign currency reserves are 460 billion dollars. Our short-term foreign debt, which must be repaid within a year, is 144.5 billion dollars. This leaves us with a surplus of 315.5 billion dollars.

During the 1997 IMF crisis, Korea had only 20 billion dollars in foreign currency reserves but 60 billion dollars in short-term foreign debt, a deficit of 40 billion dollars. This led to the collapse of many companies. At that time, we were hesitant to implement quantitative easing.

However, now we have a substantial surplus. Our total overseas assets are 1.6 trillion dollars, and our total foreign debt is 1.1 trillion dollars, leaving a surplus of 500 billion dollars. This means we have a total surplus of 815.5 billion dollars. We are in a much stronger position than during the IMF crisis.

Therefore, it is time for quantitative easing. Our household debt is 1,800 trillion won, which is almost 97.9% of our GDP (1,800 trillion won). Japan’s household debt is 57% of its GDP, and its national debt is 238%. Our national debt is only 40-45%.

If we implement quantitative easing by printing 2,000 trillion won, our national debt would increase to 90% of GDP, still lower than Japan’s. This 2,000 trillion won could be used to pay off the 1,800 trillion won in household debt. This would eliminate the 100 trillion won annual interest burden on households and the nation.

I propose giving 100 million won to every citizen aged 18 and above. For a family of five, this would be 500 million won. This money would first be used to repay bank debts, eliminating household debt. This would not cause inflation, as the money would flow into banks.

Additionally, families would receive a monthly National Dividend of 1.5 million won per person. A family of five would receive 7.5 million won monthly. This would eliminate the need for people to chase after credit card debts or resort to “debt rolling.”

This is the solution that only the God-man can provide. Our economy is being suffocated by household debt, leading to foreclosures, credit defaults, and immense suffering. Parents are ashamed before their children, contemplating suicide to escape debt, but fearing the burden would fall on their offspring.

This situation is not the fault of the citizens but of misguided government policies. The government must intervene to forgive these debts. The nation does not incur interest on printed money, but individuals pay exorbitant interest. We must save our citizens.

I will not accept a salary as mayor or president, nor will I use public funds. I will use my own money for public expenses. My purpose is to serve the nation. If the number of National Assembly members is reduced to 100 and they serve without pay, many would still volunteer, even using their own money.

Currently, National Assembly members receive salaries and corporate sponsorships, which leads to laws favoring corporations and exacerbating wealth inequality. This must stop. Those who wish to serve the nation should do so voluntarily, using their own resources.

The waste of national budget is excessive. Local governments should be abolished. The water supplied to Seoul from the Paldang Dam is contaminated with sewage, industrial waste, agricultural runoff, and livestock waste from cities like Chungju and Cheongju. This water, despite being treated, is of poor quality.

Instead, we should draw water from cleaner sources like the Soyanggang Dam and Paroho Dam, which receive water from Mount Seorak and Mount Geumgang. This clean water can be supplied to the 20 million residents of the Seoul metropolitan area. The Paldang Dam area can then be transformed into a recreational zone, generating revenue.

This is essential for public health and immunity. Clean water is fundamental to health. If I become president, I will ensure that the entire nation receives high-quality water from pristine sources.

My policies are often compared to Venezuela’s, but this is a false comparison. Venezuela’s foreign debt is 1.6 trillion dollars, but its foreign currency reserves are only 20 billion dollars. Venezuela lacks a manufacturing industry, relying solely on oil. When oil prices plummeted due to U.S. shale gas production, Venezuela collapsed.

Korea, however, has no natural resources like oil, minerals, or timber. We even import food. Yet, through our technology and labor, we have become the world’s 10th largest economy, achieving the “Miracle on the Han River” in 15 years, a feat that took Germany 150 years. This is why I came to this land: to use your capabilities to unify the world.

We have a strong manufacturing base, so quantitative easing will not cause inflation. The 2,000 trillion won will flow into banks, eliminating debt. With a monthly National Dividend, families will accumulate savings, even if they lose their jobs. People will work four days a week and enjoy three days off, leading to happiness and leisure.

People will respect the wealthy, acknowledging their contribution to tax revenue. They will no longer resent them. Currently, entrepreneurs are often treated as criminals, facing imprisonment. This tarnishes Korea’s image globally. We must protect our companies, like Samsung, from being taken over by foreign capital due to inheritance taxes.

I have long advocated for saving Samsung. I foresee the future, not just for the U.S., but for everything, and I use this foresight to unify the world.

I will eliminate the 1,800 trillion won in household debt, once and for all. With the National Dividend, no one will be burdened by credit card debt or “debt rolling.” Families will receive substantial monthly income, eliminating financial worries.

Without these changes, wealth will continue to concentrate among those who own stocks, land, and apartments, leaving the middle class and common people in perpetual debt. They will struggle to pay interest, barely surviving. This creates a society of suffering and illness. I will transform this into a paradise.

Thank you for your strength, positive spirit, and recognition of God-man’s necessity for Korea.

Introduction to Huh Kyung young’s Vision and Candidacy
Huh Kyung young, the leader of the National Revolution Party, is slated to run for Mayor of Seoul on April 7th. His life has been marked by extraordinary hardship and perseverance, during which he pursued self-study, mastering the I Ching and 5,555 other classics by elementary school, and extensively studying the Tripitaka Koreana, Buddhist scriptures, the Bible, and various religious texts by high school. This profound intellectual achievement was only possible due to his exceptional IQ.

Upon his election as Mayor of Seoul, Huh Kyung young pledges to forgo his entire mayoral salary and even his official discretionary funds, aiming to save 70% of Seoul’s budget. This initiative is intended to serve as a model for national budget savings, which he plans to implement as President, ultimately saving 100% of the national budget. This commitment underscores his dedication to fiscal responsibility for the benefit of the citizenry. Furthermore, he has proposed groundbreaking policies vital to daily life, such as supplying premium water to Seoul citizens and abolishing property taxes on real estate, housing, and automobiles. The National Revolution Party, under Huh Kyung young’s leadership, is deeply committed to the welfare of Seoul citizens and the entire Korean populace, tirelessly contemplating solutions for their betterment. The audience is encouraged to pay close attention to his invaluable insights during this 1267th Saturday lecture.

The Concept of the “Trainer” and Global Instability
Huh Kyung young introduces himself as the “trainer” of time, space, and humanity. He likens powerful nations and entities, such as the United States, China, and Russia, to formidable, ferocious lions and tigers. Just as a skilled trainer, though physically weaker, can command these wild beasts, Huh Kyung young asserts that a true trainer can bring order to chaos. He observes that North Korea, despite its small size, appears to “train” and manipulate major global powers like the U.S., China, and Russia, playing them against each other. This manipulation is evident in North Korea’s development of long-range nuclear weapons, including suitcase-sized devices that were reportedly sold to Middle Eastern entities after the collapse of the Soviet Union. These portable nuclear devices pose an immense threat, capable of devastating cities like New York, akin to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima.

The current global landscape is fraught with peril, exemplified by the 9/11 terrorist attacks, which saw four planes used to destroy symbols of economic power and military might, with one targeting the Pentagon and another crashing in Virginia due to the heroic actions of passengers. Huh Kyung young warns that such events are merely the beginning, as groups like ISIS, far more dangerous than al-Qaeda, are actively preparing further acts of terror. In this context, only a “trainer” of exceptional caliber can stabilize the world.

The Philosophical Interpretation of “Time, Space, and Humanity”
The Korean character for “view” or “observation” (觀), which is part of the term for “time” (時間), is composed of the radical for “gate” (門) with the sun (日) positioned above it. Huh Kyung young interprets this “gate” as representing various scales: the Earth, the world, a nation, or a family. The sun within this gate symbolizes the “original mind, original sun” (本心本太陽), which is essential for illuminating and guiding these entities. This “original mind, original sun” is not the physical sun, which can cause harm through ultraviolet rays and is inaccessible to those living in darkness or poverty. Instead, it represents a fundamental, eternal essence that governs time, space, and humanity.

He contrasts this “original mind, original sun” with the “Eight Virtues” (八德) and the “Three Heavenly Canons” (天符經), which embody principles like sincerity, reverence, wisdom, and courage. These virtues, such as filial piety, fraternal love, loyalty, trustworthiness, propriety, righteousness, integrity, and shame (孝悌忠信禮義廉恥), are the spiritual foundation of Korea. Huh Kyung young posits that these virtues can only truly shine when illuminated by the “original mind, original sun,” indicating a profound interconnectedness between spiritual essence and moral conduct.

He further elaborates on the concept of time, distinguishing between “flowing time” (흘러가는 시간), which is human time, and “eternal time” (영원한 시간), which he refers to as Kairos. While human life is finite, Kairos represents the eternal, essential nature of time. Similarly, human energy is merely a phenomenon, whereas his energy is the essence of energy itself, just as waves are a phenomenon of water, but water is the essence. By understanding this essence, one can resolve all phenomena, including complex geopolitical issues like those involving the U.S., Russia, and China.

The Role of the “Trainer” in Resolving Global and Personal Conflicts
The “trainer” possesses the ability to access this fundamental essence, thereby resolving the complexities of the world. With such a trainer, the “lions and tigers” of global power cannot exert their destructive force. This leadership would lead to world unification, ensuring peace, eliminating suffering, elevating all to the middle class, and eradicating envy and conflict. In such a world, firearms would be unnecessary, and theft would cease, as universal basic income and “angel” blessings would guarantee everyone’s well-being.

Huh Kyung young criticizes those who remain trapped in a “lower dimension,” unable to control time, space, and humanity. He introduces a concept of “10 ages” (10세), transcending the Buddhist notions of “3 ages” (3세) and “9 ages” (9세), which represent past, present, and future, and their subdivisions. His “10th age” signifies eternity, a realm beyond these temporal constructs. He also references the “33 heavens” (33천) in Buddhism, culminating in the “28 heavens” (28천), but asserts that he originates from the “Omekung” (오매궁), the highest realm beyond even the 28 heavens, which completes the 33 heavens. This divine origin empowers him to control the “three realms” (삼간) of time, space, and humanity, where the “original mind, original sun” must reside within the “gate”.

He illustrates the importance of seeing beyond phenomena with an anecdote about an old woman whose rice cakes were eaten by a dog. The woman, enraged, kicked the dog. However, Huh Kyung young, with his spiritual insight, perceived that the dog was the woman’s mother from a previous life, reincarnated due to past transgressions. By revealing this underlying truth, he transformed the woman’s anger into compassion and regret, demonstrating how understanding the essence (본질) resolves suffering caused by focusing only on phenomena (현상). from the perspective of essence, all beings are interconnected, like family.

Economic and Social Reforms: Budgetary Efficiency and Welfare Policies
Huh Kyung young advocates for radical economic and social reforms, including a national dividend system, marriage support, and childcare assistance. He foresaw a time when families would be unable to manage these aspects independently, necessitating government intervention. He proposes that the government should facilitate marriages, dating, and childbirth, contrasting this with the current ineffective and costly private marriage agencies. He notes that the government possesses the resources, space, and budget to effectively manage these social functions.

He criticizes the current government’s wasteful spending, particularly on declining birth rates. Despite spending 45 trillion won annually on birth-related initiatives, the number of births has plummeted from 400,000 to 250,000. This indicates a severe lack of effectiveness in current policies. Huh Kyung young pledges to save 70% of the national budget and return it to the citizens through reduced taxes and increased benefits. He plans to abolish property taxes on housing and automobiles, arguing that taxes should be minimized while benefits are maximized through stringent budgetary savings.

He also condemns the government’s plan to raise official land prices to 90% of market value, which would triple property taxes. In contrast, he promises to eliminate property taxes and automobile ownership taxes for Seoul citizens if elected mayor. He highlights the exorbitant 45 trillion won spent on birth-related budgets and an additional 32 trillion won on “gender equality” budgets, which he views as wasteful given the national defense budget is only 50 trillion won. the existence of a Ministry of Gender Equality itself is an insult to women, implying they are inferior.

Huh Kyung young proposes abolishing the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality, integrating their functions into other ministries, and establishing a “Ministry of Marriage” (결혼부). He believes that the Ministry of Unification actually hinders unification by provoking North Korea into further arms development. The new Ministry of Marriage would implement policies such as marriage, dating, and childbirth support programs, including a monthly allowance of 1 million won for mothers raising children up to age 10, regardless of their employment status. the emotional and physical labor of raising children is equivalent to caring for ten parents.

He warns that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these issues, leading to a 30% decrease in marriages and a projected 50% decrease in births, potentially resulting in only 100,000 births next year. This demographic crisis, he asserts, could lead to Korea’s eventual disappearance as a nation, a prediction he made 30 years ago when advocating for marriage, childbirth, and dating support systems, for which he was ridiculed.

Prophecies and Global Leadership
Huh Kyung young recounts his accurate prophecies, including the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye and the election of Donald Trump in 2016, when Trump was at the bottom of the polls. He also predicted Trump’s impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with his vice president. He draws a parallel to the assassination of John F. Kennedy, orchestrated by defense contractors who felt threatened by Kennedy’s peace initiatives, using Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson as a pawn. He suggests that similar forces were at play in the recent U.S. election, where the outcome was manipulated.

He views the U.S. election outcome, whether Trump or Biden, as beneficial to his own political trajectory. Biden’s age (80s) serves as a precedent, making Huh Kyung young’s own age less of an issue for his presidential candidacy. He also suggests that the alleged election fraud involving quantum voting systems, which favored Biden despite Trump’s actual votes, serves as a lesson for Korean citizens to be vigilant against electoral manipulation. He notes the unprecedented nature of the 2020 U.S. election, with a sitting president refusing to concede and claiming he would return.

Economic Analysis and Solutions for Korea
Huh Kyung young provides a detailed analysis of Korea’s economic situation, comparing it to the 1997 IMF crisis and the current state of Venezuela. In 1997, Korea had only $20 billion in dollar reserves but needed to repay $60 billion in short-term foreign debt, leading to a $40 billion shortfall and widespread corporate bankruptcies. quantitative easing (printing money) was necessary then but was not implemented.

Currently, Korea’s dollar reserves are $460 billion, with short-term foreign debt of $144.5 billion, leaving a surplus of $320 billion. Furthermore, Korea’s total overseas assets are $1.6 trillion, while total foreign debt is $1.1 trillion, resulting in a net surplus of $500 billion. This robust financial position, he argues, makes quantitative easing not only feasible but necessary now.

He proposes a 2,000 trillion won quantitative easing program to address the 1,800 trillion won in household debt. This would increase Korea’s national debt-to-GDP ratio to 90%, still lower than Japan’s 238%. By eliminating household debt, the annual interest burden of 100 trillion won would disappear, benefiting both individuals and the national economy. He suggests distributing 100 million won to every citizen over 18, which would first be used to pay off existing debts, thereby stimulating the economy without causing inflation.

This policy would free citizens from debt, provide a monthly basic income of 1.5 million won per person (7.5 million won for a family of five), and create a society where people are happy, polite, and respectful of wealth creators. He criticizes the current system where the wealthy accumulate all capital through real estate, stocks, and other assets, while the middle and lower classes struggle with debt and interest payments. the current political system is responsible for this suffering, and only his policies can transform society into a paradise.

The Korean Context and Global Significance
Huh Kyung young strongly refutes comparisons between Korea and Venezuela, highlighting their fundamental differences. Venezuela’s foreign debt is 1,600 trillion won, with only $20 billion in foreign reserves, and its economy is solely dependent on oil, lacking a manufacturing base. The collapse of oil prices due to U.S. shale gas production devastated Venezuela’s economy. In contrast, Korea, despite lacking natural resources, has achieved global economic prominence through its manufacturing, technology, and human capital. Korea’s robust manufacturing sector and industrial capacity mean that quantitative easing would not lead to inflation.

He concludes by stating that he came to Korea to utilize its people and their capabilities to unify the world. his understanding of these economic realities and future trends is unparalleled, and he is committed to eradicating household debt and ushering in an era of national dividends, where citizens are free from financial worries and can live fulfilling lives. He urges the audience to recognize the critical need for his divine leadership to transform Korea and the world.

This excerpt note captures the essence of a lecture by Huh Kyung-young, a prominent and often controversial figure in South Korean politics.

The lecture, titled “Huh Kyung-young is the Tamer of Time, Space, and Humans,” delves into his unique worldview, political philosophy, and economic policies. It’s a fascinating glimpse into the mind of someone who challenges conventional thinking with bold, often spiritual, claims and radical solutions to societal problems.

Huh Kyung-young’s Worldview and Identity

The Tamer of All Things
Huh Kyung-young presents himself as a “tamer” of time, space, and humans, capable of controlling even the most ferocious “lions and tigers” (representing powerful nations or societal problems). This self-proclaimed role is central to his identity and his proposed solutions for global and national issues. He believes that by understanding the “essence” rather than just the “phenomena,” all problems can be resolved. This is impressive because it frames him not just as a politician, but as a supernatural figure with the ability to transcend ordinary limitations and bring about a utopian world. It’s a bold claim that sets him apart from traditional political leaders.

이 아무리 사자는 포악하고 오락의 허락해도 조련사 손에 들어오면 그 사자와 호랑이는 조련사 말을 들어요.
No matter how ferocious a lion or tiger is, once it’s in the hands of a tamer, it listens to the tamer.

이 조련사가 나타나면 저런 일이 있을까요? 철인 일이 있을 수 있나? 조련사가 없기 때문에 이 칸이라는 것이 인간과 공간과 시간을 통제하는 자가 와 있다 이 말이야.
If this tamer appears, would such things happen? Could such things happen? Because there is no tamer, this ‘Khan’ (referring to himself) who controls humans, space, and time has arrived.

본질을 보는 자는 모든 현상을 해결할 수 있어.
One who sees the essence can solve all phenomena.

Transcending Time and Space
Huh Kyung-young claims to operate on a different plane of existence, beyond the conventional understanding of time and space. He distinguishes between “human time” (which flows and ends) and “eternal time” (Kairos), which he possesses. This concept is impressive because it positions him as a divine or transcendent being, not bound by mortal limitations. It suggests that his solutions are not merely political strategies but rather fundamental shifts in reality, making his vision uniquely powerful and all-encompassing.

흘러가는 시간과 멈추는 시간이 있었어. 많은 영원한 시간. 시간을 지배하는 자는 카이로스요.
There was flowing time and stopping time. I call it eternal time. The one who controls time is Kairos.

이런 것을 초월한, 뭐 영원하지, 영원한 세계, 10세. 이 세계의 9개를 뛰어넘어 있는 세계의 109기다.
Transcending these, it’s eternal, an eternal world, the 10th age. It’s the 109th age, transcending the nine ages of this world.

검 험하게 어떻게 시간과 공간을 초월해서 옳게 있어요.
How mysteriously they are intertwined, transcending time and space.

The Power of Insight and Empathy
Huh Kyung-young illustrates his ability to see beyond the surface with a story about an old woman and a dog. He reveals that the dog, which ate the woman’s rice cakes, was actually her reincarnated mother. This anecdote is impressive because it highlights his claim of supernatural insight and his ability to transform negative emotions into understanding and compassion. It suggests that his leadership would bring not just policy changes, but a deeper, more empathetic understanding of human connections and suffering.

But as I passed by, I looked at that dog with my spiritual eye and saw it was the grandmother’s mother. I told the grandmother, “Look, don’t kick it like that. You kicked it just because it wasn’t a dog you raised at home? Is it right to kick it like that? That dog was your mother.”

이것을 알려 주는 자가 있을 수 있을까? 없어. God-man 밖에 없어.
Could there be anyone who could tell her this? No. Only the Creator.

Radical Policy Proposals

Eliminating Wasteful Government Spending
Huh Kyung-young is a staunch critic of government waste, particularly in areas like the Ministry of Unification and the Ministry of Gender Equality. these ministries are not only ineffective but also counterproductive, leading to increased tensions and unnecessary spending. His proposal to abolish these ministries and redirect funds to a “Ministry of Marriage” (결혼부) is impressive because it’s a radical departure from current government structures, reflecting his belief that fundamental societal issues like low birth rates require direct, unconventional solutions. He promises to save 70% of the budget.

The more birth-related budget is spent, the more the population rapidly decreases. Does this have any effect? It’s absurd. Looking at how these public officials implement national policies, where is all our national budget being spent?

Gender equality budget, gender equality budget. This gender equality budget, the character ‘gender’ in this box means to make people aware of gender. To make them aware of gender. To make them aware of women by discriminating against men and women. How much is this budget per year? 32 trillion won. Does this make sense?

여성부, 여성은 남성과 동일해. 여성부가 있다는 자체가 여성을 모욕하는 거야.
Ministry of Gender Equality, women are equal to men. The very existence of a Ministry of Gender Equality is an insult to women.

Universal Basic Income and Debt Forgiveness
Huh Kyung-young proposes a universal basic income (국민 배당금) and debt forgiveness for all citizens, funded by the massive savings from government waste and quantitative easing. the current economic system, with its high household debt and interest burdens, is unsustainable and forces people into misery. This policy is impressive because it directly addresses the financial struggles of ordinary people with a bold, comprehensive solution. It aims to create a society where basic needs are met, reducing crime and fostering happiness, which is a truly utopian vision.

모든 사람들이 편안하게 살게. 모든 고통을 다 없애라. 전부 다 어려운 사람들은 전부 중산층으로. 전 세계인이 다 살고 원망하고 시기하고 싸울 사람이 없어.
Let all people live comfortably. Eliminate all suffering. Turn all struggling people into the middle class. All people worldwide will live, and there will be no one to resent, envy, or fight.

국가가 분배 정책 잘못해서 빚진 거지, 우리 국민은 잘못해서 빚진 게 아니야. 이럴 때는 국가가 탕감 조치를 해.
The nation is in debt because of flawed distribution policies, not because our citizens did anything wrong. In such cases, the nation should implement debt relief measures.

나는 국민의 가계 부채 1800조. 그것은 내가 반드시 무료로, 단 한 번은 무료로 타 가보죠.
The 1,800 trillion won in household debt of the people. I will definitely clear that, just once, for free.

Reforming the Political System
Huh Kyung-young advocates for a drastic reduction in the number of National Assembly members (to 100) and making their positions unpaid honorary roles. He believes that politicians should serve the nation out of genuine desire, not for personal gain or corporate sponsorships. This proposal is impressive because it directly challenges the perceived corruption and self-interest within the political establishment. It aims to create a truly public-serving legislative body, which is a radical vision for political reform.

국회의원 100명으로 줄이면 서로 하겠다고 해야 하네요. 이거 무보수 명예직으로 하겠다. 서로 서로 자기 돈 가져와서 할 사람도 있어요.
If the number of National Assembly members is reduced to 100, they would all want to do it. I will make this an unpaid honorary position. There are even people who would bring their own money to do it.

If you don’t intend to serve, just stay in your corner and live comfortably with your money. If you want to use the money you’ve saved to serve the nation, come to the National Assembly and work for the less fortunate with your own money. What are you talking about?

Economic Vision and Global Context

Distinguishing Korea from Venezuela
Huh Kyung-young strongly refutes comparisons between his economic policies and those of Venezuela, emphasizing Korea’s unique economic strengths. He highlights Korea’s robust manufacturing sector, technological prowess, and human capital, contrasting it with Venezuela’s reliance on oil and lack of diversified industries. This distinction is impressive because it demonstrates his awareness of global economic contexts and his belief that Korea’s inherent strengths make it uniquely capable of implementing his radical economic reforms without negative consequences. He sees Korea as a “miracle nation” destined for global leadership.

베네수엘라 이 나라는 제조업이 없어요. 우리나라 제조업이 발전돼 있죠. 이 나라는 제조업이 없어. 석유만 가지고 먹고살아서 그렇죠.
Venezuela, this country has no manufacturing. Our country’s manufacturing is developed. This country has no manufacturing. It only lived off oil.

우리나라는 맨몸으로 석유 자원, 아무 자원 없어. 식량도 수입해야 돼. 그런 나라에서 기술력 하나만으로, 노동력과 기술력으로 세계 12 경제 대국까지 올라갔어요.
Our country has no oil resources, no resources at all. We even have to import food. From such a country, with only technology, with labor and technology, we rose to become the world’s 12th largest economic power.

이런 사람들이니까 내가 이 땅에 온 거야. 이 땅에 와서 여러분들 다시 여러분을 이용해서 세계를 통일하려고 내가 여기 와 있는 거야.
Because of people like this, I came to this land. I am here to unite the world by using you all again.

Critique of Corporate Punishment
Huh Kyung-young criticizes the imprisonment of corporate leaders like Samsung’s Lee Jae-yong, arguing that such actions damage Korea’s national image and economic competitiveness. He believes that these leaders, despite their flaws, contribute significantly to the national GDP and tax revenue. This perspective is impressive because it challenges the conventional view of justice, prioritizing national economic interest and global perception over individual legal accountability. It reflects his pragmatic approach to governance, where the greater good of the nation often outweighs strict adherence to legal principles.

한국 사람은 재고 기업, 오 나도 사기꾼이구나. 이런 말을 들으면 되세요. 한국의 한 개인을 정죄하는 게 아니라 대한민국을 망신이기는 거야.
Koreans will think, ‘ I’m a fraud too.’ Should we hear such words? It’s not condemning an individual in Korea, but shaming the Republic of Korea.

그런 사람들은 국가를 위해서 GDP의 40%를 되고, 우리나라는 세금 수입의 40%를 떼는 그런 회사를 미국으로 가게 중 거룩하게 만들어.
Such people contribute 40% of the GDP for the nation, and they make companies that account for 40% of our tax revenue go to the US or China.

what is the primary reason for the current global instability and lack of peace?

① The rise of powerful, aggressive nations
② The absence of a true “trainer” figure for humanity
③ Economic inequality between countries
④ The proliferation of nuclear weapons

(② The absence of a true “trainer” figure for humanity, He metaphorically describes himself as a “trainer” for time, space, and humanity, implying that the world’s problems stem from the lack of such a guiding figure. A common misconception is that global instability is solely due to political or economic factors, a deeper, spiritual or leadership void.)

True or False: He claims to have mastered various religious and philosophical texts, including the I Ching, Buddhist scriptures, and the Bible, by the time he was in high school.
(True, he completed 5,555 classics including the I Ching in elementary school and mastered various religious texts like the Tripitaka, Bible, and other scriptures in high school. A common misconception might be to dismiss such claims as hyperbole, but within the context of the speech, it establishes his claimed intellectual and spiritual authority.)

What is His proposed solution for the current high household debt in South Korea?
① Increase interest rates to encourage savings
② Implement stricter lending policies for banks
③ Print 2,000 trillion won to pay off household debt
④ Encourage citizens to invest in stocks

(③ Print 2,000 trillion won to pay off household debt, He proposes a quantitative easing of 2,000 trillion won to directly pay off the 1,800 trillion won in household debt. A common misconception is that printing money always leads to hyperinflation, but Mr. Huh argues it would stabilize the economy by relieving debt burdens and stimulating consumption.)

if he becomes the mayor of Seoul, he will not accept his salary or official expenses. What is his stated purpose for this action?
(To set an example for saving 70% of the Seoul city budget and eventually 100% of the national budget, He intends to lead by example, demonstrating how significant budget savings can be achieved by foregoing personal compensation. A common misconception is that a leader’s salary is a major budget item, but Mr. Huh highlights the symbolic and broader impact on overall spending.)

What is His view on the current state of South Korea’s birth rate and related government spending?
(The birth rate is rapidly declining despite a sharp increase in government spending on childbirth-related policies, He points out that despite a massive increase in the budget for childbirth (up to 45 trillion won), the number of births has drastically decreased, indicating the policies are ineffective. A common misconception is that more spending automatically leads to better outcomes, but Mr. Huh argues the current approach is wasteful and failing.)

True or False: He believes that the existence of the Ministry of Unification (통일부) and the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family (여성부) is beneficial for South Korea.
(False, these ministries are unnecessary and even detrimental, suggesting they should be dissolved or integrated into other departments to save budget and avoid counterproductive outcomes. A common misconception is that specialized ministries are always effective, but Mr. Huh views them as wasteful and hindering progress.)

He mentions that the “觀” (Gwan) character, meaning “to see” or “to observe,” contains the character for “문” (mun, door) and “태양” (taeyang, sun). What does he interpret the “문” (door) to represent in this context?
(The “문” (door) represents various scales of society, from the globe and nations to individual families, He interprets the “door” as a metaphor for different levels of societal structure, from the global to the personal. A common misconception might be to interpret the character literally, but Mr. Huh uses it to convey a broader, interconnected view of human existence.)

Intermediate
He contrasts “흘러가는 시간” (flowing time) with “영원한 시간” (eternal time), which he refers to as “카이로스” (Kairos). What is the fundamental difference between these two types of time according to him?
(Flowing time is the human, phenomenal experience of time, while Kairos is the essential, eternal nature of time that he embodies, He distinguishes between the linear, transient time experienced by humans (“flowing time”) and the timeless, fundamental essence of time (“Kairos”) which he claims to possess. A common misconception is to view time as a singular, uniform concept, but Mr. Huh introduces a dualistic perspective.)

What is His proposed solution for ensuring a clean water supply for Seoul citizens and the broader metropolitan area?
① Implement advanced filtration systems at existing water treatment plants.
② Divert water from the Han River’s main stream after extensive purification.
③ Connect water sources from pristine areas like Soyanggang Dam and Paroho Dam directly to Seoul.
④ Encourage bottled water consumption and reduce tap water usage.

(③ Connect water sources from pristine areas like Soyanggang Dam and Paroho Dam directly to Seoul, He proposes bypassing the polluted Namhangang (South Han River) and instead drawing water directly from cleaner sources like Soyanggang Dam (fed by Seoraksan) and Paroho Dam (fed by Geumgangsan) for Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area. A common misconception is that current purification methods are sufficient, the need for fundamentally cleaner source water.)

He discusses the concept of “본질” (essence) versus “현상” (phenomenon). How does he apply this distinction to solving complex global and personal problems?
(By understanding the “essence” of a problem, one can easily resolve its “phenomenal” manifestations, focusing on the superficial “phenomena” (like conflicts between nations or personal disputes) leads to complexity, but grasping the underlying “essence” allows for simple and comprehensive solutions. A common misconception is to get bogged down in the details of problems, but Mr. Huh advocates for a deeper, fundamental understanding.)

Short Answer: He recounts a story about an old woman, her spilled rice cakes, and a dog. What “본질” (essence) did Mr. Huh reveal to the old woman that changed her perspective on the dog’s actions?
(The dog was the old woman’s mother from a previous life, who had come to see her, He revealed that the dog was the old woman’s mother from a past life, who had reincarnated and sought her out. This revelation transformed the old woman’s anger over the spilled rice cakes into remorse and affection. A common misconception is that the dog’s actions were merely destructive, but Mr. Huh unveiled a deeper, karmic connection.)

True or False: South Korea’s current economic situation, particularly its foreign currency reserves and external debt, is significantly worse than during the 1997 IMF crisis.
(False, South Korea’s current foreign currency reserves (460 billion USD) far exceed its short-term external debt (144.5 billion USD), leaving a substantial surplus, unlike the 1997 IMF crisis when reserves were critically low compared to debt. A common misconception might be to assume the economy is always on the brink, but Mr. Huh highlights its current strength in this regard.)

He criticizes the current system where National Assembly members receive salaries and accept corporate donations. What alternative system does he propose for National Assembly members?
(He proposes reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100 and making it an unpaid, honorary position, He suggests that National Assembly members should serve as unpaid, honorary positions, reducing their number to 100. This would eliminate the need for salaries and corporate donations, which he believes lead to corruption and policies favoring the wealthy. A common misconception is that politicians require high salaries to attract talent, but Mr. Huh believes true public servants would serve voluntarily.)

Advanced
He draws a parallel between the “맹수” (fierce beasts) like lions and tigers, and powerful nations like the US, China, and Russia. How does he position North Korea in this analogy, and what is his implied role in managing these “beasts”?
(North Korea is portrayed as a “trainer” (조련사) that manipulates the powerful nations, while Mr. Huh implies he is the ultimate “trainer” who can bring true order to the world, He suggests that North Korea, despite its size, effectively “trains” or manipulates larger powers like the US, China, and Russia. He then positions himself as the ultimate “trainer” for time, space, and humanity, implying he can bring these powerful entities under control and establish global peace. A common misconception is to view North Korea as merely a rogue state, but Mr. Huh highlights its strategic leverage.)

He discusses the Buddhist concepts of “3세” (three ages: past, present, future) and “9세” (nine ages, a more nuanced view of past, present, and future within each age). What “세” (age) does Mr. Huh claim to embody, and what does it signify?
(He claims to embody “10세” (ten ages), which signifies eternity and a transcendence beyond the conventional Buddhist frameworks, while Buddhism recognizes 3세 and 9세, he represents “10세,” which he defines as “영원” (eternity). This signifies his claim to a higher, eternal existence that transcends even the most profound temporal concepts. A common misconception might be to limit spiritual understanding to established doctrines, but Mr. Huh asserts a unique, transcendent status.)

Short Answer: He compares South Korea’s economic situation to Venezuela’s, particularly regarding quantitative easing. What key differences does he highlight to argue that quantitative easing would be successful in South Korea but disastrous in Venezuela?
(South Korea has a strong manufacturing base and diverse economy, while Venezuela relies almost entirely on oil, which experienced a price collapse, South Korea has a robust manufacturing sector and a diversified economy, allowing it to absorb printed money without hyperinflation. In contrast, Venezuela’s economy is solely dependent on oil, and a drastic drop in oil prices crippled its ability to sustain its population, making quantitative easing ineffective and inflationary. A common misconception is that printing money has the same effect everywhere, but Mr. Huh highlights the underlying economic structure as crucial.)

He makes several predictions about Donald Trump, including impeachment, assassination attempts, and issues with the Vice President. How does Mr. Huh explain his ability to make such accurate predictions, and what is his ultimate goal in revealing them?
(He claims to be the Creator from above who knows the future, and his goal is to use this foresight to guide humanity and achieve world unification, He attributes his predictive abilities to his divine origin, stating he “came from above” and “knows all paths.” He reveals these predictions not just to demonstrate foresight but to assert his unique role in intervening and guiding global events towards his ultimate goal of world unification. A common misconception is that predictions are mere speculation, but Mr. Huh presents them as factual insights from a higher plane.)
