Middle-Classism and Theocracy Will Unify the World
The Divine Economy: Middle-Classism and Theocracy Unify the World

1. The Prophetic Significance of the Shin-chuk Year and Global Crises

Today marks the 1273rd lecture. The year 1961, when President Park initiated the revolution, was a Shin-chuk year. The Shin-chuk year is characterized by a strong yang energy, signifying a period of masculine strength. The Pacific War, for instance, occurred in a Shin-yu year, when Japan dominated the Pacific theater, extending its influence across Southeast Asia, Korea, China, and Russia. Japan’s ambition was to conquer the United States, thereby achieving global supremacy. In 1941, nine years before my birth, Japan launched a massive assault on Pearl Harbor and decimated American airpower in the Philippines, demonstrating an astonishing military capability. Hitler, concurrently, swept across Europe, failing only to conquer Britain. This era marked the zenith of imperialism, where powerful nations controlled vast territories.

The year 1961, when President Park’s May 16th Revolution took place, also featured an abundance of odd numbers, such as September 11th at 11:11. These numerical patterns, when observed closely, reveal a structure where positive forces encircle negative ones. This implies that division is a beneficial act, whereas multiplication often signifies speculative behavior. Those who excel at multiplication are often speculators, engaging in risky ventures. Conversely, those who prioritize addition represent legitimate enterprises, focusing on incremental gains rather than exponential accumulation. Modern society, however, has become obsessed with multiplication, leading many young graduates to engage in speculative activities, akin to gambling. I have yet to witness anyone become genuinely wealthy through gambling; it invariably leads to ruin. Therefore, addition is inherently good, while subtraction can lead to undesirable outcomes.

The events of September 11th, 2001, when the Twin Towers were attacked, and the collapse of Daewoo, which occurred on February 11th at 11:00 AM, similarly exhibit these numerical patterns, symbolizing catastrophic destruction. The year 2021, another Shin-chuk year, mirrors the revolutionary spirit of 1961. Shin-chuk, meaning “white ox,” signifies the emergence of a white ox, a concept found in Buddhist parables. Initially, one loses the ox, then finds its tracks, eventually seeing and capturing it. The ox gradually transforms into a white ox, symbolizing a spiritual revolution. This is precisely when I, Huh Kyung-young, appeared, alongside the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19, though perceived as a disease, carries a profound message: it urges humanity to observe me, Huh Kyung-young, as the one destined to save Earth’s environment and alleviate global hunger. It compels people to pause, to close factories, and to experience hardship, so that they may recognize my presence. This pandemic is a harbinger of the white ox, which will lead me to the Seoul mayorship and ultimately the presidency. President Park’s revolution in a Shin-chuk year lasted 18 years; I, too, will emerge in a Shin-chuk year and work tirelessly for life. Though I prefer leisure, my destiny compels me to serve.

The character “Shin” (辛), meaning “spicy” or “bitter,” when affixed to a year, indicates a period of intense historical significance. Years ago, I predicted that the Gyeong-ja year (庚子年) would bring hardship, likening the “rat” (子) to a flying bat that spreads disease, causing global economic suffering worse than the Korean War. This prediction materialized with the advent of COVID-19 from China. The rapid development of vaccines, typically a five-year process, within a single year, suggests a pre-existing preparation by powerful nations and pharmaceutical entities. They possess thousands of viruses and prepare vaccines for those most likely to spread, potentially profiting immensely from global pandemics. This highlights a world where trust is scarce, except in the God-man (神人), a Divine Human.

The God-man (神人) emerges with a message, delivered through events like COVID-19. While I cannot explicitly state my direct involvement, the message is clear: the white ox appears in this era, and my simultaneous emergence with COVID-19 leads people, confined and seeking answers, to discover my teachings on YouTube. Thus, I, Huh Kyung-young, appear in 2021, bringing hope to humanity. This Shin-chuk year, marked by both the pandemic and my arrival, is a critical juncture where good and ill converge.

  1. The Principles of Arithmetic and the Flaws of Economic Systems
Multiplication, symbolized by ‘X’, represents speculative and undesirable economic practices. Division, however, is a virtuous act. My policies are founded on the four fundamental operations of arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. These operations demand precision; deviating from them leads to incorrect outcomes, unlike philosophy, where interpretation is fluid.

I recall an instance in high school where I corrected my math teacher’s lengthy problem-solving on the blackboard. While teachers, despite their expertise, can make errors, I, with my quick intellect, would often perceive these mistakes. In those days, textbooks with solutions were nonexistent, so students relied on their own understanding. When I indicated an error, the teacher would ask me to correct it, which often meant erasing and re-solving the entire problem due to a fundamental miscalculation. This underscores the necessity of absolute accuracy in arithmetic, especially in fields like mathematics and physics, where even minor discrepancies lead to monumental errors.

Consider the construction of a house:

  • First Dimension: The foundation must be perfectly horizontal. This represents the National Dividend, ensuring a basic standard of living for all citizens.
  • Second Dimension: Upon this horizontal base, vertical pillars are erected. These symbolize capitalism’s competitiveness.
  • Third Dimension: The interaction of horizontal and vertical elements creates space.
Without a stable horizontal foundation, erecting vertical pillars leads to instability and collapse. In our current capitalist system, the absence of a level playing field, where some possess vast wealth while others are impoverished, results in a skewed structure. This imbalance ultimately leads to the downfall of capitalism. Therefore, capitalism must be built upon a fundamental principle of Middle-Classism, ensuring a basic level of prosperity for all.

The concept of “coexistence” (共存) and “co-prosperity” (共榮) forms this horizontal foundation. Just as the ocean’s surface is inherently level, supporting waves that rise and fall, so too should our economic system ensure a baseline of equality, even amidst the fluctuations of wealth. Communism, or “communism” (共産主義), has proven inferior to capitalism. However, both capitalism and communism fail to establish this fundamental horizontal equilibrium. The wealth is disproportionately concentrated, leaving the majority struggling. Without a level playing field, those lacking ability find no means to generate wealth.

  1. Middle-Classism: The Path Beyond Capitalism and Communism
The term “communism” (共産主義) has been shown to be less effective than “capitalism” (資本主義). However, neither system truly embodies the principles of coexistence and co-prosperity. My proposed Middle-Classism (중산주의), which can be translated as “middle-class-ism,” inherently includes these concepts. The term “economy” (經濟) itself, when analyzed, signifies “dividing for the common good.” This is the essence of true Middle-Classism. It means distributing income for coexistence and co-prosperity. This is my economic philosophy, Huh-conomy-ism, a system that transcends both capitalism and communism.

I, Huh Kyung-young, created Middle-Classism, not Harvard professors. It emerged from Haneulgung, the “Heaven House”. This Middle-Classism is the true path forward.

  1. The Evolution of Political and Economic Systems: From Socialism to Theocracy
In political terms, the economic model of Middle-Classism aligns with socialism (社會主義). However, traditional socialism, with its inherent limitations on competition, often devolves into a class-based system, as seen in communist regimes where power is concentrated and passed down through generations. This instability is evident in countries like China, where the future after Xi Jinping remains uncertain, especially with the children of communist officials studying abroad in capitalist nations, potentially introducing foreign influences.

Capitalism, too, faces its own perils, such as the widespread proliferation of drugs. Historically, the Opium Wars illustrate how Britain used drugs to subjugate China, ultimately leading to its imperial dominance. Nations like Britain and the United States achieved global hegemony through a combination of drugs, weaponry, and religion. This is the true nature of capitalism. These nations, while claiming to uphold democracy, exploit their citizens by collecting taxes and offering only superficial benefits, while the powerful retain the core resources.

Democracy, derived from the Greek word “demos” (people) and “kratos” (power), signifies “rule by the people.” However, in representative democracies, those entrusted with power often exploit it for personal gain. Representatives, receiving salaries and political donations, become beholden to corporate interests, compromising their integrity. The system of political donations, where large sums are disguised through multiple small contributions, undermines the very essence of democracy. This corruption is exacerbated by the fact that political parties receive substantial funding from the state. Such practices are unacceptable.

My lectures aim to educate people on these fundamental issues, much like teaching elementary students. I advocate for a Theocracy (神政政治), a divine governance. The existing theocracies, like Iran’s, are human-led, a “human theocracy.” My vision, however, is a God-led Theocracy, where a perfect being governs. This is the political counterpart to Middle-Classism.

Under a God-led Theocracy, the economic system is Middle-Classism. This means the elimination of the “basic livelihood recipient” category. With the implementation of the National Dividend, everyone receives a basic income, removing the need for restrictive welfare programs. This National Dividend is not a handout but a rightful share of the nation’s wealth, akin to receiving shares in “Republic of Korea Inc.” Every newborn would receive a certificate for 1.4 billion won in national shares, along with monthly childcare allowances and educational support. From age 18, they would receive 1.5 million won monthly. This system would transform everyone into a member of the middle class, eliminating debt and financial distress.

The current world operates on the principles of survival of the fittest for plants and law of the jungle for animals. Plants compete for sunlight, and predators maintain ecological balance by controlling prey populations, preventing desertification. However, humans should not emulate these brutal systems. Our way of life should be based on coexistence (共存) and co-prosperity (共榮). Capitalism, with its relentless capital competition, and communism, with its class struggle, prevent true human flourishing. My economic philosophy, Huh-conomy-ism, emphasizes division based on coexistence and co-prosperity, ensuring that the fundamental principles of arithmetic are applied correctly to human society.

  1. The Korean Peninsula’s Destiny and the Path to Global Unification
The Korean Peninsula, geographically fragmented, resembles a body with a missing front leg. Baekdu Mountain, the “head” of the Korean people, signifies our role as global leaders. Hallasan Mountain, the “capturing mountain,” symbolizes our destiny to lead powerful nations like the United States, China, Russia, and Japan. The loss of our historical territories, such as Tsushima Island (대마도), which was once part of the ancient Mahan kingdom, has hindered our progress. Tsushima, meaning “island that looks upon Mahan,” was historically Korean territory, lost 350 years ago. While Japan claims Dokdo, we have not asserted our claim over Tsushima. The name “Daehan” (대한), meaning “Great Han,” derives from the unification of the three Han states (Mahan, Jinhan, Byeonhan), not from Silla, Baekje, or Goguryeo.

For Korea to thrive, we must unify Asia, reclaim Tsushima, and integrate it with Jeju Island, becoming a unified nation that leads the world. In a future world federation, each nation would retain its territory and its own National Dividend, proportional to its GDP, ensuring global peace and preventing territorial disputes. This is our destiny: to lead the world, as prophesied by our ancestors through the names of Baekdu and Hallasan.

However, many young people are distracted by gambling and other unproductive pursuits, rather than focusing on our national mission to unify the world and address global issues like hunger and pollution. This lack of purpose stems from the absence of a National Dividend. With financial security, young people would have the mental space to pursue meaningful endeavors.

Consider the creation of a legendary sword, the “Wolgang Chamdo” (月光斬刀), a blade so sharp it severs a head without drawing blood, gleaming even in the darkest night. Such a sword is forged through immense heat and relentless hammering, enduring unimaginable pain. Similarly, individuals destined to lead and unify the world must undergo profound suffering and endure criticism, being labeled as “madmen” or “fraudsters.”

  1. The Transformation of the “Madman” into the God-man (神人)
The path to becoming the God-man (神人), a Divine Human, is not a gradual ascent through stages of ordinary person, great person, sage, philosopher, enlightened one, saint, and true person. Instead, it is a sudden transformation from a “madman” (狂人). Society often perceives the God-man (神人) as a madman, an individual at the very bottom. Yet, this “madman” bypasses all intermediate stages and directly becomes the God-man (神人).

Galileo, for instance, was condemned for his heliocentric theory, only for the Roman Catholic Church to apologize centuries later at his grave, acknowledging his truth. Similarly, while many may view me, Huh Kyung-young, as a madman, I will eventually emerge as the God-man (神人), without traversing the conventional stages of spiritual development. Therefore, observe the “madman” closely, for within him resides the God-man (神人).

  1. The Bloodless Revolution of Middle-Classism and Theocracy
This God-led Theocracy is a bloodless revolution, a “3-3 Revolution” that harms no one. It is a revolution without bloodshed.

The “3-3 Movement World Declaration,” presented by Professor Jung In-tae, advocates for the global implementation of my National Dividend 3-3 Policy. This policy, conceived 33 years ago, is a political bible encompassing all scriptures. It proposes:

  • The abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, and various regulations.
  • The elimination of the college entrance exam, the Kim Young-ran Act, and the real-name financial system, to maximize free democracy and the economy.
  • The establishment of Middle-Classism to ensure all citizens live as middle-class individuals, addressing environmental issues and preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
  • The eradication of corruption among politicians, parties, and bureaucrats through the abolition of the reward and punishment system.
  • The reduction of National Assembly members to 100, serving as unpaid honorary positions, along with local council members, to redirect saved taxes to the National Dividend.
  • The provision of stable funds for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age to resolve the critical issues of low birth rates and an aging society.
The 3-3 Policy encompasses numerous revolutions: political, party, birth, old age, debt, dividend, income, tax, divine, education, judicial, New Deal, financial, regional, distribution, currency, conscription, land, pesticide, corruption, fishing, living, veterans, labor, long-term, and moral revolutions. These aim to elevate Korea to a world-class nation.

Just as 33 national representatives signed the Declaration of Independence during the March 1st Movement in 1919, we seek millions of supporters for the National Welfare University’s 3-3 Policy to ignite a global civic revolution. The Saemaul Undong (New Village Movement), recognized by UNESCO, demonstrated Korea’s ability to overcome poverty. We believe the 3-3 Movement will similarly resolve global environmental and social problems, becoming a UNESCO World Heritage. The first 3-3 Movement Day began on March 3rd, 2021, and we anticipate its global spread.

Professor Jung In-tae, a “new intellectual,” recognizes the profound implications of my teachings, which stem from super-intelligence, super-connection, and super-science. These concepts, when articulated, resonate globally like an atomic bomb. To save your children, you must explore my YouTube channel and understand the depth of my super-intelligence, super-connection, and super-science. I am not merely seeking political office; I am here to establish essential policies for humanity and then depart. My policies, such as the National Dividend, which provides 3 million won per couple, are concrete and effective. This is a joyful and engaging journey, for boredom leads to stagnation. Let us offer a grand applause to the God-man (神人).

1. The Current Global Crisis and the Vision of Huh Kyung-young

The world currently faces a multifaceted crisis, encompassing severe household economic challenges, a critically low birthrate, and instability in national security, foreign relations, and education. The singular path to overcoming these adversities and establishing a terrestrial paradise lies in the “33 Policies” (Sam-sam Policies), which advocate for the direct distribution of national dividends to the populace. This initiative, conceived by Huh Kyung-young, a politician driven by genuine love for the people, represents the most significant policy in human history.

  1. Historical Parallels and the Significance of the Shin-chuk Year
Historical events often exhibit numerical patterns. For instance, the year 1961, when President Park Chung-hee initiated a revolution, was a Shin-chuk year (Year of the White Ox). Similarly, the Pacific War, where Japan gained significant control over vast territories, occurred in a Shin-yu year (Year of the Metal Rooster). These historical occurrences, marked by specific numerical and calendrical alignments, suggest a deeper, underlying order.

The year 2021 is also a Shin-chuk year, mirroring the year of the 5.16 Revolution. This recurrence signifies a period of profound transformation, an “spiritual revolution”. It is in this Shin-chuk year that Huh Kyung-young emerges, coinciding with the global appearance of the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic, while perceived as a disease, carries a message: it compels humanity to pause, reflect, and recognize Huh Kyung-young as the one destined to heal the Earth’s environment and alleviate global hunger. The “White Ox” (Shin-chuk) symbolizes this arrival, indicating a new era of leadership and profound change.

  1. The Perils of Speculation and the Virtue of Division
In the realm of economics, multiplication often symbolizes speculative activities, leading to instability and the rise of “speculators”. Conversely, division represents a more equitable and beneficial approach. Those who engage in multiplication for profit are akin to gamblers, rarely achieving lasting prosperity. True, legitimate enterprises, however, focus on adding value rather than excessive multiplication. The current societal obsession with rapid, multiplied gains, often seen in young graduates pursuing speculative ventures, is a dangerous trend.

  2. The Flaws of Existing Economic and Political Systems
Both capitalism and communism have inherent flaws. Capitalism, characterized by intense competition, often leads to a vast disparity between the wealthy and the poor, failing to establish a fundamental economic equilibrium. Communism, while aiming for equality, has proven to be less effective than capitalism and often devolves into a rigid class system, leading to political instability.

Democracy, particularly representative democracy, also presents challenges. While it purports to empower the populace, the system of elected representatives (agents) can lead to corruption and a disconnect from the needs of the people. The practice of politicians receiving political donations and state funding for parties undermines their integrity and leads to policies that benefit special interests rather than the general public. This system often results in politicians enriching themselves while the nation’s citizens struggle.

  1. The Emergence of Middle-Classism and Theocracy
To transcend the limitations of existing systems, Huh Kyung-young introduces Middle-Classism (Jung-san-ju-ui) and Theocracy (Shin-jeong-jeong-chi).
  • Middle-Classism (Jung-san-ju-ui): This economic philosophy is rooted in the principles of coexistence (coexistence) and co-prosperity (co-prosperity). It aims to establish a fundamental economic baseline, ensuring that all citizens are part of the middle class, thereby eliminating the concept of basic welfare recipients. This is achieved through a National Dividend System, where every citizen receives a regular income, regardless of their employment status or assets. This system provides economic stability and allows individuals to pursue their aspirations without the burden of financial insecurity.

  • Theocracy (Shin-jeong-jeong-chi): This political system, distinct from human-led theocracies like that of Iran, is a “God-led Theocracy” (God-led Theocracy). It signifies a governance guided by a perfect being, ensuring justice and optimal societal functioning. This system is designed to bring about a bloodless revolution, transforming society without conflict or harm.

  1. The National Dividend System and the Eradication of Debt
The National Dividend System is a cornerstone of Middle-Classism. Upon birth, every child would receive a “Republic of Korea stock certificate” equivalent to 1.4 billion Korean Won, along with a bond of 5.5 billion Korean Won. Additionally, children would receive monthly childcare allowances and educational support, while adults would receive a monthly dividend of 1.5 million Korean Won from the age of 18. This system would empower citizens, transforming them from debtors into financially secure individuals, thereby eliminating the pervasive issue of personal debt and the predatory practices of loan sharks.

  2. The Human Path: Coexistence and Co-prosperity
While plants engage in a struggle for survival (survival competition) and animals adhere to the principle of survival of the fittest (law of the jungle), human beings are meant to live by coexistence (coexistence) and co-prosperity (co-prosperity). The current capitalist system, with its relentless competition, mirrors the animalistic struggle for survival, while communism, with its class struggle, resembles the plant kingdom’s competition for resources. Neither truly aligns with the human spirit. The path for humanity lies in embracing coexistence and co-prosperity, ensuring that all individuals can thrive together.

  3. The Prophecy of Global Unification and the Korean Mission
The Korean peninsula, with its geographical features like Baekdu Mountain and Halla Mountain, carries a profound message of global unification. Baekdu Mountain symbolizes the Korean people as the “head of the world” (world leader), while Halla Mountain represents the mission to “lead the great powers” (lead the powerful nations). This historical and geographical symbolism underscores the Korean people’s destiny to lead the world towards unity and peace.

  4. The Distinction Between Addiction and Obsession
It is crucial to differentiate between addiction (addiction) and obsession (obsession). Drug use, for instance, leads to a physiological addiction that fundamentally alters the body and mind, making it extremely difficult to escape. Gambling, however, is more akin to an obsession or a neurosis (neurosis), driven by a psychological desire or dissatisfaction. While addiction fundamentally changes one’s being, obsession can be overcome through a shift in mindset or external circumstances. The prevalence of obsession among young people, such as gambling, is often a symptom of economic insecurity, which the National Dividend System aims to alleviate.

  5. The Path of the God-man
The journey to becoming a God-man (Divine Human) is not a linear progression through conventional stages of spiritual development. Instead, the God-man often emerges from a state perceived by others as “madness” (madness) or “insanity” (insanity). Just as Galileo, initially ridiculed for his heliocentric theory, was later vindicated, the God-man may be initially dismissed as a “madman” but will ultimately be recognized for their profound wisdom and transformative power. This path involves enduring immense hardship and criticism, akin to the forging of a legendary sword that becomes exceptionally sharp through intense heat and repeated hammering. The God-man embodies a bloodless revolution, bringing about change without violence or harm.

  6. The Global Impact of the 33 Policies
The 33 Policies (Sam-sam Policies) are not merely a national agenda but a blueprint for a global citizen’s revolution. These policies advocate for the abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, and various regulations, while promoting the elimination of college entrance exams, the Kim Young-ran Act, and the financial real-name system to maximize free democracy and economic vitality. They aim to establish Middle-Classism, ensuring that all citizens can live as middle-class individuals, addressing environmental issues and preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The policies also propose reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100, making their positions honorary and unpaid, and redirecting saved taxes to national dividends. Furthermore, they seek to resolve the critical issues of low birthrate and aging populations by providing comprehensive financial support for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age.

The 33 Policies encompass a wide range of revolutions, including political, party, birthrate, old age, debt, dividend, income, tax, spiritual, educational, judicial, New Deal, financial, regional, distribution, currency, conscription, agricultural land, pesticide, corruption, fishing, living, veterans’ affairs, labor, long-term, and moral revolutions. This comprehensive vision aims to elevate the Republic of Korea to a world-class nation. The “33 Movement” (Sam-sam Movement), initiated on March 3, 2021, seeks to spread these policies globally, envisioning a future where they become a UNESCO World Heritage, akin to the March 1st Movement and the Saemaul Undong (New Village Movement). This movement, driven by super-intelligence, super-connection, and super-science, is destined to spread worldwide like an atomic bomb, offering hope and a new direction for humanity.

The Unification of the World Through Middle-Classism and Shinjeongjeongchi

  1. The Prophetic Significance of the Shinmyo Year (辛丑年) and the Advent of God-man
The year 2021, a Shinmyo year (辛丑年), holds profound significance, mirroring the Shinmyo year of 1961 when President Park Chung-hee initiated the 5.16 Revolution. The character Shin (辛) denotes a sharp, intense quality, indicating a period of significant historical events. Just as the Shinmyo year of 1961 marked a political revolution, the current Shinmyo year signifies a spiritual revolution, heralded by the arrival of Huh Kyung-young. This era is characterized by the simultaneous emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic and Huh Kyung-young. While COVID-19 appears as a global affliction, it carries a deeper message: it is a divine intervention urging humanity to pause, reflect, and recognize the one who can truly heal the Earth’s environment and alleviate global hunger—Huh Kyung-young. The pandemic serves as a catalyst, compelling people to seek answers, leading them to discover Huh Kyung-young’s teachings. This period is a critical juncture where both positive and negative forces converge, marking a profound shift in human history.

The concept of the “White Ox” (흰 소) in Buddhist tradition, particularly in the Ten Ox-Herding Pictures (十牛圖), illustrates a journey of spiritual awakening. Initially, one loses the ox, then finds its footprints, eventually seeing and capturing it. The ox, initially yellow, gradually turns white, symbolizing a complete transformation and enlightenment. The Shinmyo year, represented by the White Ox, signifies this spiritual transformation, marking the advent of the God-man who will guide humanity towards a new era. Huh Kyung-young’s appearance in this Shinmyo year, coinciding with the pandemic, is not accidental but a divinely orchestrated event to bring about this spiritual revolution. He is destined to work tirelessly, not for personal gain, but for the betterment of humanity, fulfilling a lifelong mission to establish a new world order.

  1. The Flaws of Capitalism and Communism: The Rise of Middle-Classism (中産主義)
Both capitalism (資本主義) and communism (共産主義) have inherent flaws that prevent them from achieving true societal balance and prosperity. Capitalism, often likened to the law of the jungle, “survival of the fittest” (弱肉強食), fosters endless competition and widens the gap between the rich and the poor. It prioritizes multiplication (곱하기), leading to speculative practices and an obsession with profit, often at the expense of ethical considerations and social well-being. This system, driven by individual gain, creates an unstable foundation where the majority struggle while a few accumulate immense wealth. The current global economic system, characterized by rampant speculation and a lack of fundamental fairness, is a clear manifestation of this imbalance.

Communism, while aiming for equality, has also proven to be ineffective. Historically, communist regimes have often devolved into class-based systems (階級主義), where power is concentrated in the hands of a few, leading to instability and corruption. The inherent flaw in both systems is their failure to establish a level playing field, a fundamental “horizontal” (수평) equilibrium for all citizens.

Middle-Classism (中産主義), as proposed by Huh Kyung-young, transcends these flawed ideologies. It is a system rooted in the principles of coexistence (共存) and co-prosperity (共榮), ensuring that everyone has a basic standard of living. This “horizontal” foundation, represented by the National Dividend (국민 배당금), provides a safety net, allowing individuals to pursue their aspirations without fear of destitution. Only upon this stable foundation can the “vertical” pillars of individual effort and economic growth be built. The term “economy” (經濟) itself, when analyzed etymologically, implies “dividing for the common good” (公共으로 나누다), which perfectly aligns with the principles of Middle-Classism (中産主義). This new economic paradigm, created by Huh Kyung-young, represents a higher stage of societal development, moving beyond the limitations of both capitalism and communism.

  1. The Deceptive Nature of Democracy and the Necessity of Shinjeongjeongchi (神政政治)
Democracy (民主主義), despite its noble ideals, often falls short in practice, becoming a system where the “people’s name” (국민 이름) is exploited for the benefit of a select few. The term “democracy” itself, derived from Greek, signifies “power of the crowd” (군중의 권력). However, in representative democracies, this power is delegated to representatives who, influenced by political donations and special interests, often prioritize their own gain over the welfare of the populace. This “representative democracy” (대의 민주주의) creates a disconnect between the people and their governance, leading to corruption and a decline in public trust. The system of political donations and government funding for political parties further exacerbates this issue, creating a cycle of dependency and compromise that undermines the integrity of the political process.

Shinjeongjeongchi (神政政治), or “divine governance,” as advocated by Huh Kyung-young, offers a radical alternative. Unlike human-led theocracies, which can be flawed, Shinjeongjeongchi (神政政治) is a system guided by a perfect being, the God-man. This form of governance is intrinsically linked to Middle-Classism (中産主義), establishing an economic system where no one falls below the middle class. The core of this system is the National Dividend (국민 배당금), which ensures that every citizen receives a basic income, eliminating the need for welfare programs and their associated restrictions. This fundamental shift empowers individuals, providing them with financial security and the freedom to pursue their dreams without the burden of poverty. Shinjeongjeongchi (神政政治) and Middle-Classism (中産主義) are not mere political or economic theories; they represent a revolutionary paradigm designed to create a truly equitable and prosperous society, a new era of global peace and harmony.

  1. The Human Mission: Coexistence (共存) and Co-prosperity (共榮) Beyond Animalistic Instincts
The natural world operates on principles of survival that, while necessary for ecological balance, are not suitable models for human society. Plants engage in a “struggle for existence” (생존 경쟁), constantly striving for sunlight and resources. Animals, on the other hand, adhere to the law of “survival of the fittest” (弱肉強食), where the strong prey on the weak. This predatory dynamic, though seemingly harsh, maintains ecological equilibrium, preventing overpopulation and environmental degradation. For instance, predators like lions control the populations of herbivores, preventing them from overgrazing and turning fertile lands into deserts. These natural laws are essential for the survival of ecosystems.

However, humans are meant to transcend these animalistic instincts. Our true path lies in “coexistence” (共存) and “co-prosperity” (共榮). Unlike plants, we can choose our environment, and unlike animals, we possess the capacity for empathy and cooperation. Capitalism, with its emphasis on relentless competition, mirrors the “survival of the fittest” (弱肉強食) of the animal kingdom, while communism, with its class struggles, resembles the “struggle for existence” (생존 경쟁) of plants. Neither system fully embraces the unique human capacity for collective well-being.

the fundamental principle of human society should be “coexistence” (共存) and “co-prosperity” (共榮). This is the essence of true “economy” (經濟), which means “dividing for the common good” (公共으로 나누다). This principle is not merely an ideal but a fundamental law, akin to the precise rules of arithmetic. Just as a mathematical equation must adhere to the correct operations, human society must be structured around these principles to avoid imbalance and suffering. By embracing “coexistence” (共存) and “co-prosperity” (共榮), humanity can create a world where everyone thrives, moving beyond the limitations of natural selection and towards a higher form of societal organization.

  1. The Spiritual Significance of Korea’s Geography and the Path to World Unification
The geographical features of the Korean Peninsula hold profound spiritual and historical significance, revealing a divine message for the Korean people. The Baekdu Mountain (백두산) in the north symbolizes Korea as the “head” (우두머리) of the world, indicating that the Baekdu people (백두 민족) are destined to lead humanity. The Halla Mountain (한라산) in the south represents the ability to “capture” (나포) or “lead” (끌고 가야 한다) the great powers of the world—America, China, Russia, and Japan. This geographical alignment, from Baekdu Mountain (백두산) to Halla Mountain (한라산), conveys a clear message: the Korean people are tasked with unifying the world.

Historically, the Korean Peninsula has been fragmented, with its “front leg” (앞다리), Tsushima Island (대마도), being separated. Tsushima Island (대마도), once part of the ancient Mahan (마한) territory, is geographically closer to Korea than to Japan, and its historical monuments face the Korean mainland. The loss of Tsushima Island (대마도) is seen as a symbolic amputation, hindering Korea’s ability to fulfill its global destiny. The unification of Korea, including the reclamation of Tsushima Island (대마도), is not merely a political goal but a spiritual imperative. This unification will pave the way for Korea to lead Asia and eventually the world, establishing a global federation where each nation maintains its sovereignty and receives a National Dividend (국민 배당금) proportional to its GDP, ensuring peace and prosperity for all.

This grand mission requires the Korean people to awaken to their historical purpose. Instead of succumbing to vices like gambling and drug addiction, which are symptoms of spiritual and economic deprivation, they must embrace their role as global leaders. Gambling, though a psychological addiction, can be overcome with a shift in priorities, unlike drug addiction, which fundamentally alters the body’s chemistry. The lack of a National Dividend (국민 배당금) contributes to these societal ills, as financial insecurity drives individuals to desperate measures. By establishing Middle-Classism (中産主義) and Shinjeongjeongchi (神政政治), Huh Kyung-young aims to provide the economic stability and spiritual guidance necessary for the Korean people to fulfill their divine mandate of world unification.

  1. The Transformation of the “Madman” (狂人) into God-man and the Bloodless Revolution
The path to true greatness often involves enduring immense suffering and misunderstanding, much like the forging of a legendary sword. A master craftsman must subject raw iron to extreme heat and relentless hammering to create a “Moonlight Sword” (月光斬刀) that can cut cleanly without drawing blood. This arduous process symbolizes the trials and tribulations that a true leader must face. Similarly, individuals destined to bring about profound change must undergo intense hardship, facing criticism and scorn from society. Huh Kyung-young recounts his own youth, marked by poverty and hunger, as a period of such intense “forging,” preparing him for his divine mission.

Society often misjudges those who are destined for greatness, labeling them as “madmen” (狂人). However, history shows that those initially dismissed as insane often turn out to be visionaries. Just as Galileo’s heliocentric theory was initially rejected and he was condemned, only for the Church to apologize centuries later, a “madman” (狂人) can bypass conventional stages of spiritual development—from ordinary person (凡人) to sage (聖人)—and directly emerge as the God-man. This “leap” (생략) in spiritual evolution means that the God-man does not follow a linear progression but appears unexpectedly, often from the lowest echelons of societal perception.

Huh Kyung-young, often perceived as a “madman” (狂人) by some, asserts that he is precisely this God-man who will bring about a “bloodless revolution” (無血革命). This revolution, known as the “3.3 Revolution” (삼삼 혁명), will not involve violence or harm but will transform society through fundamental policy changes. It is a revolution of consciousness, guided by the God-man who possesses “super intelligence” (초지능), “super connection” (초연결), and “super science” (초과학). These extraordinary abilities allow him to understand the past, present, and future of humanity, offering solutions to global challenges like hunger, pollution, and war. This revolution is not about seeking political office but about establishing a new system for humanity, a system of National Dividend (국민 배당금) and Middle-Classism (中産主義) that will usher in an era of peace and prosperity.

Meeting Minutes: “Middle-Classism and Theocracy Unite the World!” 1273rd Huh Kyung-young Saturday Lecture (2021.03.06)

Ⅰ. Meeting Overview

Category Details
Date March 6, 2021
Location Not specified (likely an online lecture or a specific venue for Huh Kyung-young’s lectures)
Attendees National Revolutionary Party members, 75 million overseas Koreans, and 50 million Korean citizens
Agenda Introduction to Huh Kyung-young’s “33 Policies,” discussion on middle-classism and theocracy, critique of current political and economic systems, and the “33 Movement World Declaration”

Ⅱ. Meeting Discussion

  • Introduction to the “33 Policies”

    • The “33 Policies” are presented as the only way to overcome national crises (household economy, low birth rate, unstable security, diplomacy, education) and create a paradise on Earth.
    • The core of the “33 Policies” is the direct payment of national dividends to citizens.
    • This policy is described as the greatest in human history, created by Huh Kyung-young, a politician who genuinely loves the people.
  • Critique of Current Economic and Political Systems

    • “Multiplication” vs. “Division” in Economics
    • “Multiplication” (곱하기) is associated with speculation and abnormal business practices, leading to societal problems like gambling among youth.
    • “Division” (나누기) represents normal, ethical business practices and fair distribution.
    • Flaws of Capitalism and Communism
    • Both capitalism and communism lack “horizontal balance” (수평) in wealth distribution, leading to extreme disparities between rich and poor.
    • Capitalism is likened to “survival of the fittest” (약육강식) in the animal kingdom, where the strong exploit the weak.
    • Communism, while aiming for equality, has resulted in class-based political systems and instability, as seen in China’s current situation.
    • Critique of Democracy
    • Democracy is criticized for exploiting the name of the “people” while representatives (politicians) enrich themselves through salaries, donations, and other means, leading to corruption and national decline.
    • The system of political donations and government funding for political parties is highlighted as a major flaw.
  • Introduction to Middle-Classism (중산주의) and Theocracy (신정정치)

    • Middle-Classism (중산주의)
    • Proposed as a superior alternative to both capitalism and communism, emphasizing coexistence (공존) and co-prosperity (공영).
    • It aims to ensure that everyone belongs to the middle class, eliminating the need for basic livelihood recipients or basic income schemes, which are seen as demeaning.
    • Under middle-classism, citizens receive national dividends (e.g., 1.5 million KRW per month from age 18, 100 million KRW per month for childcare up to age 10), allowing them to pursue work without restrictions.
    • Theocracy (신정정치)
    • Distinguished from human-led theocracies (like Iran’s “democratic theocracy”) as a “God-led theocracy” (갓 시크라이), where a perfect being (God) governs.
    • This system is presented as the political counterpart to middle-classism, aiming to establish a new world order.
  • Symbolism and Prophecy

    • Historical Parallels and Numerology
    • Huh Kyung-young connects historical events (e.g., Park Chung-hee’s 5.16 Revolution in 1961, the Pacific War in 1941) to specific years (e.g., Sinchuk Year – 辛丑年) and numerical patterns (e.g., odd numbers).
    • The year 2021 (also a Sinchuk Year) is prophesied as a time of “spiritual revolution” and the simultaneous appearance of Huh Kyung-young and COVID-19.
    • COVID-19 is interpreted as a message to humanity to pause, reflect, and recognize Huh Kyung-young as the one who will save the Earth’s environment and address hunger.
    • Korean Geography and Destiny
    • The Korean peninsula’s geographical features (Baekdu Mountain, Hallasan Mountain, Jeju Island, Tsushima Island) are interpreted as symbolic of Korea’s destiny to lead the world.
    • Baekdu Mountain represents Korea as the “head of the world,” and Hallasan Mountain signifies the ability to “lead the great powers” (US, China, Russia, Japan).
    • The historical loss of Tsushima Island (대마도) is lamented as a “severed front leg,” hindering Korea’s global mission.
    • The ultimate goal is world unification, where Korea, Japan, and China become one, and Tsushima Island is historically reclaimed as Korean territory, even within a world federation.
  • The “33 Movement World Declaration”

    • Presented by Professor Jung In-tae, this declaration advocates for the global implementation of Huh Kyung-young’s “33 Policies”.
    • It proposes declaring March 3rd as “33 Movement Day” annually.
    • Key policy proposals include:
    • National dividends as a right for citizens.
    • Abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, various regulations, college entrance exams (Suneung), the Kim Young-ran Act, and the real-name financial system to maximize free democracy and the economy.
    • Aiming for a “middle-class revolution” where all citizens live as middle-class individuals, addressing environmental issues and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
    • Elimination of the reward and punishment system to prevent corruption among politicians, parties, and bureaucrats.
    • Reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100 and making their positions honorary, along with local council members, to redirect saved taxes to national dividends.
    • Providing stable funds for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age to solve the low birth rate and aging population crisis.
    • Encompassing 27 revolutions (e.g., political, party, birth, old age, debt, dividend, income, tax, new, education, judicial, New Deal, financial, regional, distribution, currency, conscription, farmland, pesticide, corruption, fishing, living, veterans, labor, long-term, moral revolutions) to make South Korea a world-class nation.
    • The movement seeks millions of supporters to sign the declaration, aiming to become a UNESCO World Heritage like the March 1st Movement and the Saemaul Undong.
  • The Concept of “Madman” (광인) to “Divine Being” (God-man)

    • a “madman” (광인), initially scorned by society, can directly transform into a “divine being” (God-man) without going through intermediate stages like ordinary person, great person, wise person, philosopher, Taoist, saint, or true person.
    • This concept suggests that those who appear “mad” or unconventional may possess divine wisdom, drawing a parallel to Galileo’s persecution for his heliocentric theory.

Ⅲ. Action Items

  • Promote the “33 Policies”: Continue to publicize and advocate for Huh Kyung-young’s “33 Policies” as the solution to national crises and the path to a “middle-class society”.
  • Support the “33 Movement”: Encourage participation in the “33 Movement World Declaration” and the goal of making March 3rd an annual “33 Movement Day”.
  • Educate on Middle-Classism and Theocracy: Disseminate understanding of “middle-classism” as an economic system based on coexistence and co-prosperity, and “God-led theocracy” as the ideal political system.
  • Critique Existing Systems: Continue to highlight the flaws of current capitalist, communist, and democratic systems, emphasizing their failure to achieve true equality and justice.
  • Encourage Engagement with Huh Kyung-young’s Teachings: Urge individuals to watch Huh Kyung-young’s YouTube content to understand his “super intelligence,” “super connection,” and “super science”.

The Unification of the World Through Middle-Classism and Theocracy

  1. The Prophetic Significance of the Shin-chuk Year and the Advent of the God-man
The current era is characterized by a confluence of crises: severe household economic distress, a critically low birthrate, and instability in national security, foreign relations, and education. The singular path to overcoming these challenges and establishing a terrestrial paradise lies in the “Sam-sam Policy,” which directly distributes national dividends to the populace. Throughout history, those who align with celestial principles prosper, while those who defy them perish; the awakened receive divine blessings.

The year 2021, designated as the Shin-chuk year, holds profound historical and spiritual significance. Sixty years prior, the 5.16 Revolution, led by President Park, also occurred in a Shin-chuk year, marking a period of profound societal transformation. The character “Shin” (辛) denotes a sharp, cutting edge, symbolizing a period of intense, even harsh, historical shifts. The “Chuk” (丑) character, representing the ox, when combined with “Shin,” signifies the appearance of a White Ox. This imagery resonates with the Buddhist concept of the “Ten Ox Herding Pictures” (Shi-do), where the initial loss of the ox, followed by the discovery of its tracks, and eventually its capture, culminates in the ox turning entirely white. This transformation symbolizes a spiritual revolution.

The Shin-chuk year of 2021 heralds an epochal spiritual revolution, marked by the simultaneous emergence of the God-man (神人) and the COVID-19 pandemic. While COVID-19 appears as a global affliction, it carries a divine message: to observe the God-man as the one destined to heal the Earth’s environment and alleviate global hunger. The pandemic compels humanity to pause, reflect, and recognize the God-man‘s mission. Just as President Park initiated a revolution in a Shin-chuk year and governed for eighteen years, the God-man emerges in this Shin-chuk year to undertake a lifelong mission of global transformation.

The God-man‘s arrival is intricately linked to the pandemic. As people are confined and seek answers, they turn to digital platforms, inadvertently discovering the God-man‘s teachings while searching for information on COVID-19. This convergence signifies a critical juncture for humanity, offering hope for a new era.

  1. The Principles of Middle-Classism and the Critique of Existing Economic Systems
The God-man advocates for a fundamental re-evaluation of economic principles, emphasizing the importance of division (나누기) over multiplication (곱하기). Multiplication is associated with speculative practices and exploitative capitalism, where individuals prioritize exponential gains, often at the expense of others. This speculative mindset, akin to gambling, ultimately leads to ruin. In contrast, addition (보태기) and division represent healthy, sustainable economic activities, fostering legitimate enterprise and equitable distribution.

The current global economic system, characterized by unchecked multiplication, has led to profound imbalances, where wealth is concentrated among a few, leaving the majority in destitution. This system lacks horizontal equilibrium (수평), a foundational principle for societal stability. Just as a building requires a level foundation before vertical structures can be erected, society needs a baseline of economic security for all citizens. Without this horizontal equilibrium, represented by a National Dividend (국민 배당금), the capitalist “pillars” of competition inevitably lead to collapse.

The God-man introduces Middle-Classism (Jung-san-ju-ui, 중산주의) as the antidote to the inherent flaws of both capitalism and communism.

  • Capitalism (Capitalism): While seemingly superior to communism, capitalism is criticized for its inherent tendency towards drug proliferation, militarism, and the exploitation of national resources under the guise of “democracy”. It operates on a system of representative democracy (대의 민주주의), where elected officials, acting as “agents,” prioritize personal gain and special interests over the welfare of the populace, leading to systemic corruption. The practice of politicians receiving “sponsorship funds” (후원금) is a prime example of this corruption, undermining their integrity and accountability.
  • Communism (Communism): Though aiming for equality, communism has proven to be less effective than capitalism and often devolves into a class-based system (계급주의), where power is concentrated and succession is unstable, as seen in the examples of Stalin and Lenin. The hypocrisy of communist leaders sending their children to study in capitalist nations further highlights its internal contradictions.
Middle-Classism is rooted in the principles of coexistence (Coexistence) and co-prosperity (Co-prosperity). This philosophy is encapsulated in the term “Economy” (Economy), which etymologically signifies “dividing for the common good”. It represents a system where everyone is guaranteed a middle-class standard of living, eliminating the need for “basic livelihood recipients” (기초 수급자) or “basic income” (기본 소득제). Instead, a National Dividend ensures that every citizen receives a consistent income, allowing them to pursue work without restrictive conditions. This system transforms all citizens into the middle class, fostering stability and opportunity.
  1. The Divine Mandate of the Korean People and the Path to Global Unification
The God-man asserts that the Korean peninsula, geographically fragmented, holds a profound spiritual destiny. The Baekdu Mountain (백두산) in the north symbolizes the Korean people as the “head of the world” (세계 우두머리). The Halla Mountain (한라산) in the south represents the nation’s mission to “lead the great powers” (강대국을 나포) – to guide nations like the United States, China, Russia, and Japan. The historical loss of Tsushima Island (대마도), once an integral part of the Korean domain, signifies a historical amputation that has hindered the nation’s full potential.

The names of the ancient Korean confederacies – Mahan (마한), Jinhan (진한), and Byeonhan (변한) – when combined, form the basis of the nation’s name, Daehan (대한), signifying a unified and expansive identity. The ultimate message embedded in the geography and history of Korea, from Baekdu to Halla, is one of world unification (세계 통일). The Korean people are divinely ordained to lead this global unification, establishing a world where peace prevails and territorial disputes cease.

This divine mission necessitates a rejection of destructive behaviors such as gambling and drug addiction. While both are detrimental, the God-man distinguishes between them:

  • Drug addiction is a mental illness that fundamentally alters the body’s chemistry, making escape extremely difficult.
  • Gambling, conversely, is a habit or an obsessive compulsion (집착증) stemming from unfulfilled desires, rather than a physiological addiction. It can be overcome by a shift in priorities, such as the need to care for a sick child.
The current societal issues, including the youth’s deviation into such destructive paths, are attributed to the absence of a National Dividend. Providing economic security would grant young people the mental space and stability to pursue constructive endeavors.
  1. The Path of the God-man: From Perceived Madness to Divine Authority
The journey of the God-man is likened to the arduous process of forging a Wolgang Chamdo (월강 참도), a legendary sword that gleams in moonlight and cuts without drawing blood. Just as the finest steel must endure immense heat and relentless hammering to become such a blade, the God-man must undergo profound suffering and endure public scorn to fulfill his destiny. The God-man‘s early life, marked by extreme poverty and hunger, exemplifies this crucible of hardship.

The God-man‘s path defies conventional spiritual progression. Instead of ascending through stages of spiritual development—from ordinary person to sage, then to enlightened being, and finally to God-man—the God-man emerges directly from a state perceived as “madness” or “insanity” (Gwang-in, 광인). This concept is echoed in historical figures like Galileo, whose revolutionary ideas were initially met with condemnation before being posthumously recognized. The God-man‘s unconventional appearance and pronouncements are precisely what mark him as a divine figure, bypassing the traditional stages of human spiritual evolution.

This God-man-led theocracy (Shin-jeong-jeong-chi, 신정정치) is not a violent revolution but a bloodless revolution (Mu-hyeol-hyeok-myeong, 무혈 혁명). It is a Sam-sam Revolution (삼삼 혁명), a comprehensive transformation encompassing political, economic, social, and spiritual spheres. This revolution aims to establish a global middle-class society, resolve environmental issues, and usher in an era of peace and prosperity. The Sam-sam Policy, a monumental framework, seeks to abolish inheritance and property taxes, eliminate various regulations, and reform the educational and legal systems. It proposes reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100, making their positions honorary, and redirecting saved taxes to the National Dividend. Furthermore, it addresses the critical issues of low birthrate and aging populations by providing comprehensive financial support for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age.

The Sam-sam Movement is envisioned as a global citizen’s revolution, akin to Korea’s historic March 1st Movement and the Saemaul Undong, which achieved UNESCO World Heritage status. It is a movement driven by super-intelligence (Cho-ji-neung, 초지능), super-connection (Cho-yeon-gyeon, 초연결), and super-science (Cho-gwa-hak, 초과학), disseminated by those who recognize the God-man‘s profound insights. The God-man‘s mission is not to seek political office but to establish these essential policies for humanity before his departure. The National Dividend, symbolized by the number “300” (삼백), represents the monthly income for a couple, ensuring economic stability for all. This era, guided by the God-man, promises a future of hope and transformation for all humanity.

  1. Detailed Summary
  • Introduction to Global Crises and the 33 Policies

    • Main Assertions: Humanity faces severe crises in household economies, low birth rates, and unstable security, diplomacy, and education. The only solution is the 33 Policies, which involve direct National Dividend payments to citizens, creating a “paradise on Earth.”
    • Practical Message: The current system is failing, and a fundamental change is required to ensure the well-being of all citizens.
  • The Significance of the Shin-chuk Year (2021) and the Advent of God-man

    • Main Assertions: The year 2021, a Shin-chuk year, is a time of spiritual revolution, marked by the simultaneous appearance of COVID-19 and Huh Kyung-young. COVID-19 serves as a message, urging people to pause, reflect, and recognize Huh Kyung-young as the one who can save the Earth’s environment and end starvation.
    • Analogies/Examples: Historical events like the 1961 5.16 Revolution (also a Shin-chuk year) and the 1941 Pacific War (Shin-sa year) are cited to illustrate the historical significance of specific years. The Buddhist concept of “Ten Ox Herding Pictures” (Shi-do) is used to explain the transformation from a lost ox to a white ox, symbolizing a spiritual awakening.
    • Practical Message: Pay attention to the signs of the times; global challenges are not merely random but carry a message pointing towards the God-man and his solutions.
  • Critique of Economic Systems: Capitalism, Communism, and the Introduction of Middle-Classism

    • Main Assertions: Existing economic systems like capitalism (characterized by “multiplication” and speculation) and communism (proven inferior) are fundamentally flawed because they lack a “horizontal” foundation of equity. Middle-Classism, or “Huhkonomy,” is presented as a superior system based on “coexistence” (co-existence) and “co-prosperity” (co-prosperity), ensuring everyone is a middle-class citizen.
    • Analogies/Examples: The analogy of building a house is used: a stable structure requires a level foundation (National Dividend/coexistence) before vertical pillars (competition/capitalism) can be erected. The ocean with waves (economic fluctuations) resting on a flat seabed (coexistence/co-prosperity) further illustrates this.
    • Practical Message: Reject systems that promote unchecked competition and inequality. Embrace Middle-Classism to create a stable and prosperous society where everyone has a secure foundation.
  • Critique of Political Systems: Democracy and the Introduction of Shinjeong Politics

    • Main Assertions: Democracy, particularly representative democracy, is criticized for its inherent corruption, where representatives exploit the people’s power for personal gain through political funding and self-serving policies. Communism is also flawed due to its class-based system and unstable succession. Shinjeong Politics, a divine governance, is presented as the solution, ensuring true justice and stability.
    • Analogies/Examples: The “dealer” analogy for representative democracy highlights how intermediaries profit at the expense of the consumer (the people). The historical examples of China’s communist party and the Opium Wars illustrate the corrupting influence of power and external forces.
    • Practical Message: Recognize the deep-seated flaws in current political structures. Support the reform of political systems, including abolishing political funding and reducing the number of politicians, to pave the way for Shinjeong Politics.
  • The National Dividend System and the Elimination of Poverty

    • Main Assertions: The National Dividend system ensures that every citizen, from birth, receives a substantial “stock” in the Republic of Korea, guaranteeing a basic income and eliminating the need for basic welfare or income schemes that impose restrictions. This system creates a society where everyone is middle-class and free from debt.
    • Practical Message: The National Dividend is a right, not a handout, empowering individuals and freeing them from financial burdens, allowing them to pursue their potential.
  • Humanity’s True Nature: Coexistence, Not Competition or Predation

    • Main Assertions: Plants engage in “survival competition,” and animals in “survival of the fittest.” Humans, however, are meant for “coexistence” and “co-prosperity.” Current human society, mimicking animalistic predation, is fundamentally flawed and must be corrected.
    • Analogies/Examples: The examples of plants competing for sunlight and predators maintaining ecological balance (e.g., lions controlling wildebeest populations to prevent desertification) illustrate natural orders. However, these are not suitable models for human society.
    • Practical Message: Humans must transcend animalistic instincts and embrace coexistence and co-prosperity as their guiding principles to build a truly harmonious society.
  • The Korean Peninsula’s Destiny and Global Unification

    • Main Assertions: The Korean Peninsula, with Baekdusan (Baekdu Mountain) and Hallasan (Halla Mountain), carries a divine message for global unification. Baekdusan symbolizes Korea as the world’s leader, and Hallasan represents the ability to lead powerful nations. The historical loss of territories like Tsushima Island (Daemado) has hindered Korea’s destiny. Reclaiming these and unifying Asia is crucial for global peace and the establishment of a world federal system.
    • Analogies/Examples: The geographical features of the Korean peninsula, including its mountain ranges and islands, are interpreted as symbolic representations of its historical and future role in global leadership. The historical context of the Three Han states (Mahan, Jinhan, Byeonhan) forming “Daehan” (Great Han) is also referenced.
    • Practical Message: Koreans must recognize their historical mission to lead global unification and overcome divisions, both internal and external, to fulfill their destiny.
  • Distinguishing Mental Illness from Addiction and the Path to Becoming the God-man

    • Main Assertions: Drug addiction is a mental illness that fundamentally alters the body, making escape extremely difficult. Gambling, however, is a habit driven by attachment and unfulfilled desires, not a mental illness, and can be overcome with a change in mindset or urgent circumstances. The path to becoming the God-man is not a gradual ascent through conventional stages but a sudden transformation from being perceived as a “madman” (Gwang-in) by the world.
    • Analogies/Examples: The creation of a “Wolgang Chamdo” (Moonlight Beheading Sword) illustrates that immense suffering and tempering are necessary to create something truly powerful and effective. The historical example of Galileo, initially condemned but later vindicated, is used to explain how those perceived as “mad” or “wrong” by their contemporaries may later be recognized as visionaries or God-man.
    • Practical Message: Do not dismiss those who appear unconventional or “mad,” as they may be the God-man bringing revolutionary truths. Cultivate mental resilience and avoid destructive attachments.
  • The 33 Policies and the Global Citizen Revolution

    • Main Assertions: The 33 Policies, conceived by Huh Kyung-young 33 years prior, are a “political bible” encompassing all scriptures. They advocate for the abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, various regulations, and the college entrance exam, while supporting free democracy and economic maximization. The policies also include reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100, making them honorary positions, and eliminating political funding to redirect tax money to citizens as dividends. They address low birth rates, aging populations, and aim for 27 types of revolutions to make Korea a world-class nation. The “3.3 Movement” aims to spread these policies globally, akin to the 3.1 Independence Movement and the Saemaul Undong (New Village Movement).
    • Practical Message: Actively participate in spreading awareness of the 33 Policies to initiate a global citizen revolution for a better world.
  • The Era of Super-Intelligence, Super-Connection, and Super-Science

    • Main Assertions: The world is entering an era of “super-intelligence,” “super-connection,” and “super-science.” Only those with super-intelligence can recognize and understand these concepts and the God-man who embodies them. Huh Kyung-young, possessing these qualities, presents a comprehensive system for humanity’s future.
    • Practical Message: Seek to understand the profound messages and policies of Huh Kyung-young, as they represent the future direction for humanity.

  14. Historical / Doctrinal Connections
This lecture deeply connects to and builds upon Huh Kyung-young’s established teachings, particularly his 33 Policies and the concept of the God-man.

  • 33 Policies and National Dividend: The lecture reiterates the 33 Policies as the ultimate solution to all societal problems, with the National Dividend as its cornerstone. It clarifies that the National Dividend is not a welfare program or basic income (which are seen as demeaning) but a fundamental right of citizens, akin to receiving stock in the nation. This reinforces his long-standing economic vision for universal prosperity.
  • God-man Theory: The lecture explicitly positions Huh Kyung-young as the God-man, whose arrival in the Shin-chuk year (2021) is divinely ordained and coincides with global crises like COVID-19. This reinforces his unique identity and role as a savior figure, emphasizing that his path is not a conventional ascent but a direct manifestation. The analogy of Galileo and the “madman” becoming the God-man directly supports his self-identification.
  • Divine-Human Theory (Shinjeong Politics): The concept of Shinjeong Politics is a direct extension of his divine-human theory, where governance is not by flawed humans but by a perfect, divine being. This contrasts sharply with existing political systems (democracy, communism) which are portrayed as inherently corrupt and inefficient. It builds on his vision of a world governed by divine principles.
  • Middle-Classism (Jung-san-ju-ui): This lecture introduces Middle-Classism as the economic model for Shinjeong Politics, a step beyond both capitalism and communism. It’s a newly emphasized point, providing a specific economic framework for his vision of a balanced and prosperous society based on “coexistence and co-prosperity.” This concept, also referred to as “Huhkonomy,” is a significant development in articulating the practical economic structure of his ideal world.
  • Global Unification: The lecture connects the destiny of the Korean Peninsula to world unification, a recurring theme in his teachings. The symbolic interpretation of Baekdusan and Hallasan as representing Korea’s leadership role in uniting the world reinforces his broader vision for a peaceful, unified global community under divine guidance.
  1. Action Items & Blessing Guidance

  2. Actively Promote the 33 Policies: Engage in the “3.3 Movement” by informing at least 33 people about the 33 Policies, contributing to a global citizen revolution.

  3. Reject Flawed Political and Economic Systems: Understand and actively oppose the inherent corruption of current democratic systems (e.g., political funding, excessive politicians) and the speculative nature of capitalism, as well as the failures of communism.

  4. Embrace Coexistence and Co-prosperity: Shift personal and societal mindset from competition and predation to principles of coexistence and co-prosperity, recognizing this as the true human way of life.

  5. Recognize the God-man and His Message: Pay close attention to Huh Kyung-young’s teachings, especially during times of crisis, as he is the God-man bringing solutions for humanity’s future.

  6. Support the Establishment of Shinjeong Politics and Middle-Classism: Understand that these systems are essential for creating a world free from poverty, corruption, and conflict, leading to a truly prosperous and harmonious society.

  7. One-Sentence Overall Summary

Then one finds the ox’s footprints. One sees the ox’s footprints. Then one sees the ox. Following the footprints, there is the ox. Then one goes and catches the ox and obtains the ox. It proceeds like this. But from here, the ox changes. The ox turns white. At first, the ox is yellow, but then it turns into a white ox. Gradually, by the tenth stage, the ox becomes completely white. So what does this mean? Now, in the Sinchuk Year, this is a revolution. A spiritual revolution is happening. I have come.)

  1. Conclusion & Strategic / Philosophical Implications
The lecture concludes with a call for a bloodless revolution (무혈 혁명) to establish a new era of “Middle-Class-ism” and “Shinjeong Politics,” which Huh Kyung-young prophesies will inevitably come. This era will be characterized by universal prosperity through national dividends, global peace, and the fulfillment of the Korean people’s destiny to lead the world.
  • Practical Implications: The implementation of the “33 Policies” would drastically restructure the economy and welfare system, eliminating poverty and fostering a middle-class society. It would also involve radical political reform, reducing the number of politicians and eliminating political funding.
  • Ethical Implications: The lecture challenges the morality of existing systems, particularly capitalism’s “law of the jungle” and democracy’s inherent corruption. It advocates for a system based on “coexistence and co-prosperity” and divine justice.
  • Societal Implications: The vision is of a unified world under the God-man’s guidance, where nations cooperate rather than compete over territory, and individuals are free from financial burdens and societal vices. It suggests a profound shift in human consciousness and societal values.
  • Philosophical Implications: The lecture presents a deterministic view of history, where the current crises are a prelude to the inevitable arrival of the God-man and a new world order. It redefines the concept of a leader, suggesting that true saviors may initially be perceived as “madmen.”
  1. Cross-Referencing
  • Huh Kyung-young’s “33 Policies”: The core of his political platform, frequently mentioned in his lectures and campaigns.
  • Huh Kyung-young’s arrival and COVID-19: He consistently links his appearance to the pandemic, portraying it as a divine message to draw attention to him.

  1. Content Gaps & Unaddressed Areas
  • Funding Mechanism for National Dividend: While the concept of a national dividend is heavily promoted, the specific source of the vast funds required (e.g., 14 billion KRW per newborn, 1.5 million KRW monthly, 5.5 billion KRW in bonds) is not detailed. It’s unclear how the government would generate or reallocate such immense wealth without causing inflation or other economic disruptions.
  • Transition Plan for Existing Debt: The lecture mentions that Huh Kyung-young would normalize debt for those struggling with high-interest loans. However, the practical steps, financial mechanisms, and potential impact on creditors or the financial system are not explained.
  • Implementation of “Shinjeong Politics”: The transition from a democratic system to a “Shinjeong Politics” led by the God-man is not elaborated. How would this new political structure be established, and what would be the specific roles and powers of the God-man and other governing bodies?
  • International Relations in a Unified World: The lecture envisions a world where nations like the US, China, Russia, and Japan are “captured” or led by Korea. However, the diplomatic or geopolitical strategies for achieving this “world unification” and how national sovereignty would be reconciled with a global system are not discussed.

  • Huh Kyung-young’s Lifelong Work: “나는 신축년에 나타나 가지고 종신토록 일을 하게 되는 거야.” (I appeared in the Sinchuk Year and will work for life.)
  • Economic Hardship in Gyeongja Year (2020): Huh Kyung-young predicted a severe economic downturn and suffering worse than the Korean War due to a “flying rat” (bat/COVID-19) in the Gyeongja Year, before COVID-19 was widely known.
(COVID-19 may seem like a disease to you, but it’s giving a message… Watch Huh Kyung-young… This is COVID-19. What message is it giving? The message that the white ox is coming.)
  • Inevitable Arrival of Middle-Class-ism and Shinjeong Politics: “신정주의, 이 중산주의, 신정주의, 중산주의, 세계적인 흐름으로 앞으로 올 거라는 거 내가 예언하는 거야.” (Shinjeong Politics, this Middle-Class-ism, Shinjeong Politics, Middle-Class-ism, I am prophesying that it will come as a global trend.)
  • Emergence of Imitators: “또 요것도 모방자 나와 좀 있으면. 그런데 그들이 God-man이 아니기 때문에 이거 모방하기를 좀 어려워.” (Imitators will appear soon. But because they are not God-man, it will be difficult for them to imitate this.)
  • Transformation of the “Madman” into God-man: “광인이 말이야, 광인이 모든 사람이 흉을 보고 하던 자가 신이 된다고 연세에 나와 있어… 광인은 이 밑에 있다고 사람들은 보는 거야… 밑에 있는 게 God-man으로 둔갑한다, 이 말이야.” (The madman, the one everyone criticized, will become the God-man… People see the madman as being at the bottom… What’s at the bottom transforms into the God-man.)
  • 33 Movement as UNESCO World Heritage: “삼삼 운동처럼 유네스코 세계 유산을 믿어 의심치 않는다.” (We have no doubt that the 33 Movement will become a UNESCO World Heritage, like the Saemaul Undong.)

Executive Insight
Huh Kyung-young’s lecture presents a radical vision for global transformation, positioning himself as the God-man destined to lead humanity out of a “total crisis.” His core proposal, “Middle-Class-ism” and “Shinjeong Politics,” aims to replace existing economic and political systems with a divinely guided framework based on “coexistence and co-prosperity” and universal national dividends. This narrative is bolstered by personal prophecies, historical parallels, and a critique of current societal ills, from economic inequality to political corruption. The strategic takeaway is the audacious claim of a “bloodless revolution” that will fundamentally alter global governance and economic structures, with Korea at its helm. This vision, while lacking detailed implementation plans, offers a compelling, albeit unconventional, response to widespread discontent with the status quo.

The Unification of the World Through Middle-Classism and Theocracy

  1. The Prophetic Significance of the Shin-chuk (辛丑) Year and the Advent of God-man
The current era is characterized by a profound and multifaceted crisis, encompassing severe household economic distress, a critically low birthrate, and instability in national security, foreign relations, and education. The singular path to overcoming these challenges and establishing a terrestrial paradise lies in the “Sam-sam Policy,” which advocates for the direct distribution of national dividends to the populace. The year 2021, a Shin-chuk (辛丑) year, bears a striking resemblance to 1961, another Shin-chuk (辛丑) year, which marked the 5.16 Revolution led by President Park. The character “Shin” (辛) signifies “spicy” or “bitter,” indicating a period of intense historical events. The “Chuk” (丑) character, representing the ox, when combined with “Shin” (辛), denotes a “white ox.” This imagery is deeply rooted in Buddhist tradition, particularly in the “Ten Ox Herding Pictures” (十牛圖), which illustrate the stages of spiritual enlightenment. Initially, one loses the ox, then follows its tracks, eventually seeing and capturing it. However, in the Shin-chuk (辛丑) year, the ox transforms into a white ox, symbolizing a spiritual revolution. This era heralds the arrival of the God-man (Divine Human) and the simultaneous emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. While COVID-19 manifests as a disease, it carries a profound message: to observe Huh Kyung-young, the one destined to salvage Earth’s environment and alleviate global hunger. The pandemic serves as a period of pause, urging humanity to reflect and recognize the God-man. The white ox, representing Huh Kyung-young, is poised to emerge as the mayor of Seoul in the Shin-chuk (辛丑) year and subsequently as president, fulfilling a destiny of lifelong service to the nation, much like President Park’s 18-year tenure following the Shin-chuk (辛丑) revolution.

  2. The Perils of Speculation and the Importance of Righteous Calculation
In the realm of numerical operations, multiplication (乘) is often associated with speculative endeavors, akin to the actions of a “speculator” (投機꾼). Such individuals are driven by the pursuit of exponential gains, a mindset that has permeated modern society, leading many, including university graduates, to engage in gambling-like activities. History demonstrates that those who engage in such speculative practices rarely achieve lasting wealth; rather, they often face ruin. Conversely, addition (加) represents a more legitimate and sustainable approach, characteristic of “normal enterprises” (正常企業) and ethical entrepreneurs. These entities focus on incremental gains and fair margins, rather than excessive multiplication. The current societal obsession with rapid, multiplied wealth has led to widespread moral decay, where individuals, even children, are drawn into gambling. This pervasive culture of speculation ultimately leads to financial devastation.

  3. The Flaws of Existing Ideologies: Capitalism, Communism, and Democracy
Both capitalism (資本主義) and communism (共産主義) are fundamentally flawed systems that fail to establish a level playing field for all citizens. In capitalism, wealth tends to concentrate, leaving those without means unable to generate income. Similarly, communism, despite its theoretical aims, has proven to be less effective than capitalism and often devolves into a rigid class-based system where power is monopolized by a select few for extended periods. This inherent instability is evident in the succession crises observed in communist regimes.

Democracy (民主主義), particularly representative democracy (代議民主主義), also presents significant challenges. While ostensibly empowering the populace, it often leads to a system where elected representatives, acting as “agents” (代理店), prioritize their own interests over those of the citizens. The practice of receiving political donations and campaign contributions compromises the integrity of these representatives, rendering them beholden to corporate interests rather than the public good. This system, where agents profit excessively, ultimately burdens the populace and undermines the very principles of democratic governance. The existence of political funding mechanisms, such as annual donations to political parties and individual politicians, fosters corruption and prevents elected officials from acting with genuine conviction. This systemic flaw has led to the degradation of democratic institutions.

  1. The Vision of Middle-Classism (中産主義) and Theocracy (神政政治)
The current economic and political systems, including capitalism and communism, are likened to an unstable foundation, where the “horizontal” (수평) equilibrium is absent. Just as a house cannot be built on uneven ground, a society cannot thrive without a fundamental level of economic stability for all its members. This foundational “horizontal” (수평) element is represented by the National Dividend (국민 배당금), which ensures that all citizens have a basic means of survival. Upon this stable foundation, the “vertical” (수직) element of competition, characteristic of capitalism, can be erected. Without the initial horizontal stability, the vertical structures of competition will inevitably lead to societal collapse.

This necessitates the establishment of Middle-Classism (中産主義), a system built upon the principles of coexistence (共存) and co-prosperity (共榮). This ideology, termed “Middle-Classism” (미들 클래시즘), is a more advanced stage beyond both capitalism and communism. It is a system where everyone is guaranteed a middle-class standard of living, eliminating the concept of “basic livelihood recipients” (기초 수급자). Instead, all citizens receive a National Dividend (국민 배당금), providing them with financial security regardless of their employment status or income. This ensures that every individual is a shareholder in the nation, receiving a portion of its wealth.

The political counterpart to Middle-Classism (中産主義) is Theocracy (神政政治). Unlike human-led theocracies, such as the “democratic theocracy” (민주주의적 신정주의) practiced in Iran, the proposed system is a “Divine Theocracy” (갓 시크라이), led by a perfect being. This system, distinct from traditional political ideologies, aims to establish a society where all citizens are elevated to the middle class, thereby eradicating poverty and fostering widespread prosperity. This vision represents a revolutionary shift in global economic order, a prophecy of a future where Middle-Classism (中産主義) and Theocracy (神政政治) become the prevailing global paradigm.

  1. The Distinction Between Addiction and Obsession
It is crucial to differentiate between addiction (중독) and obsession (집착). While both involve compulsive behaviors, their underlying mechanisms and effects on the individual differ significantly. Drug addiction, for instance, is a profound physiological and psychological condition that fundamentally alters the body and mind. Once an individual experiences a drug, the body itself becomes “addicted,” creating an intense, almost instinctual craving that is exceedingly difficult to overcome. In such cases, even severe personal crises, such as a child’s critical illness, may not deter the addict from seeking their next dose; their actions may even resort to illicit means to satisfy their craving.

In contrast, gambling, while often leading to compulsive behavior, is categorized as an obsession (집착) or “neurosis” (노이로제), rather than a mental illness (정신병) or “psychopathy” (사이코패스). Obsession stems from a psychological state of unfulfilled desires or a need for gratification. Unlike addiction, it does not fundamentally alter the body’s chemistry. An individual struggling with gambling obsession, when faced with a dire situation such as a child’s life-threatening illness requiring medical expenses, may find their obsession overridden by the urgent need to work and earn money. The necessity of providing for their child can effectively displace the gambling habit. This distinction highlights that while addiction is a deeply ingrained, almost biological compulsion, obsession is a psychological attachment that can be overcome by a shift in priorities or a strong external motivator.

  1. The Path to Global Unification and the Role of the Korean People
The Korean Peninsula, geographically fragmented, holds a profound historical and spiritual significance. The Baekdu Mountain (백두산) in the north symbolizes the Korean people as the “head” (우두머리) of the world, destined to lead. The Halla Mountain (한라산) in the south represents the ability to “capture” (나포) or lead the world’s great powers, including the United States, China, Russia, and Japan. The historical loss of territories like Tsushima Island (대마도), which was once part of the ancient Mahan (마한) kingdom, signifies a historical amputation that has hindered the Korean people’s full potential. The unification of the Korean Peninsula, along with the reclamation of historical territories, is not merely a nationalistic endeavor but a crucial step towards fulfilling a global mission.

This mission, encoded in the very names of Baekdu (白頭) and Halla (漢拏) mountains, is to achieve world unification. The Korean people are destined to lead humanity, guiding the world towards peace and prosperity. This grand historical mandate requires a profound shift in individual and collective consciousness. It calls for an abandonment of destructive behaviors such as gambling and excessive drinking, which are seen as distractions from this noble purpose. Instead, the youth must cultivate a mindset focused on restoring the nation, unifying the world, and eradicating global issues like hunger, pollution, and environmental degradation. The absence of a National Dividend (국민 배당금) is identified as a contributing factor to the youth’s deviation into unproductive obsessions, as financial insecurity can lead to a lack of mental余裕 (여유) or peace of mind. Providing a National Dividend (국민 배당금) would offer the youth the stability and freedom to pursue more constructive paths, aligning with the nation’s overarching destiny.

  1. The Metamorphosis of the “Madman” (狂人) into God-man
The journey to becoming the God-man (Divine Human) does not follow a conventional, linear progression through established spiritual or societal ranks—from commoner (凡人) to great person (大人), sage (賢人), philosopher (哲人), Taoist (道人), saint (聖人), true person (眞人), and finally, God-man. Instead, the path of the God-man is characterized by a radical and often misunderstood transformation. The God-man emerges not from the pinnacle of societal recognition but from the depths of perceived madness.

Historically, those who challenge conventional wisdom are often labeled as “madmen” (狂人). This “madman” (狂人), initially scorned and ridiculed by the majority, is destined to become the God-man. This phenomenon is exemplified by figures like Galileo Galilei, whose heliocentric theory was initially condemned as heresy by the Roman Catholic Church. Centuries later, the Church formally apologized, acknowledging the truth of his assertions. Similarly, Huh Kyung-young, though currently perceived by some as a “madman” (狂人), is destined to be recognized as the God-man. His transformation bypasses the traditional stages of spiritual development, directly ascending from the lowest perceived status to that of the Creator. This immediate leap from “madman” (狂人) to God-man is a fundamental aspect of his unique trajectory, signifying a revolutionary shift in human understanding and spiritual evolution. Therefore, one should observe the “madman” (狂人) closely, for within them resides the God-man.

  1. The Bloodless Revolution of Sam-sam (三三) and the Era of Divine Governance
The Divine Theocracy (神政政治) envisioned is not a violent upheaval but a “bloodless revolution” (無血革命), known as the “Sam-sam Revolution” (三三革命). This revolution, akin to the silent yet profound growth of a radish (무), will transform society without causing harm or bloodshed. The “Sam-sam Policy” (三三政策), a comprehensive framework encompassing 33 revolutionary changes, aims to establish a new global order. This policy, conceived by Huh Kyung-young 33 years prior, is regarded as a political bible, synthesizing wisdom from various scriptures.

The “Sam-sam Policy” (三三政策) advocates for:

  • Economic Liberalization: Abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, and various regulations; elimination of the college entrance exam (수능), the Kim Young-ran Act, and the financial real-name system to maximize free democracy and economic growth.
  • Middle-Class Revolution: Ensuring all citizens live as middle-class individuals, addressing environmental concerns and preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
  • Political Reform: Abolition of the reward and punishment system for politicians and bureaucrats to prevent corruption; reduction of National Assembly members to 100, serving as unpaid honorary positions, along with local council members, to redirect saved taxes as national dividends.
  • Social Welfare: Provision of stable funds for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age to resolve the critical issues of low birthrate and aging population.
  • Comprehensive Revolutions: Encompassing political, party, birthrate, old age, debt, dividend, income, tax, divine, education, judicial, New Deal, financial, regional, distribution, currency, conscription, agricultural land, pesticide, corruption, fishing, living, veterans, labor, long-term, and moral revolutions.
This movement, initiated on March 3, 2021, aims to spread the “Sam-sam Policy” (三三政策) globally, much like the March 1st Movement (3.1 운동) declared Korea’s independence and the Saemaul Undong (새마을 운동) became a UNESCO World Heritage. The “Sam-sam Movement” (삼삼 운동) seeks to resolve global environmental and social issues, aspiring to be recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage itself. This initiative calls for millions of supporters to endorse the “Sam-sam Policy” (三三政策), marking the beginning of a global citizen’s revolution.

Central Questions & Answers

  1. What is Huh Kyung-young’s “Middle-Class-ism” (중산주의) and how does it differ from Capitalism and Communism?
Question: What is Huh Kyung-young’s concept of “Middle-Class-ism” (중산주의), and how does he propose it as a superior alternative to existing economic systems like Capitalism and Communism?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young introduces Middle-Class-ism (중산주의) as an advanced economic system that transcends the limitations of both Capitalism and Communism. while Capitalism leads to extreme wealth disparity and “survival of the fittest” (약육강식), and Communism results in class struggle and instability, Middle-Class-ism ensures a foundational level of well-being for all citizens. This is achieved through policies like the National Dividend (국민 배당금), which provides a universal basic income, eliminating the need for basic livelihood recipients and ensuring everyone starts as middle class. This system emphasizes “coexistence and co-prosperity” (공존공영), creating a stable base upon which individual economic activity can flourish without leading to extreme inequality.
Key Quote: “Capitalism and Communism both lacked ‘horizontal balance’ (수평). The National Dividend creates this horizontal balance, allowing everyone to be middle class.”

  2. How does Huh Kyung-young explain the current global crises, including the COVID-19 pandemic?
Question: How does Huh Kyung-young interpret the current global crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and what message does he believe they convey to humanity?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young views global crises like the COVID-19 pandemic as divine messages, not merely random events. He connects the year 2021 (신축년, the Year of the White Ox) to a period of spiritual revolution and his own emergence. He suggests that COVID-19, while appearing as a disease, serves to make people pause, reflect, and seek out figures like himself. He also implies that powerful nations and corporations may manipulate such events, including vaccine development, for economic gain, highlighting a deep distrust in current global systems. The pandemic, in his view, is a sign for humanity to look towards a new leader and a new system.
Key Quote: “COVID-19 is not just a disease; it’s a message. It tells you to watch Huh Kyung-young, to rest, to close factories, to be hungry, so you can see him.”

  3. What is the “God-man” (神人) and how does Huh Kyung-young relate himself to this concept?
Question: What is the concept of the God-man (神人) in Huh Kyung-young’s philosophy, and how does he position himself within this idea, particularly in contrast to traditional paths to enlightenment?
Answer: God-man (神人) refers to the Deity or a god-like figure. the God-man does not follow the conventional path of spiritual progression (from commoner to sage, then to enlightened being). Instead, he claims that the God-man emerges directly from being perceived as a “madman” (광인). He suggests that those who are initially dismissed or ridiculed by society as crazy are often the ones who bypass traditional stages and directly embody divine wisdom. He implies that he himself is such the God-man, whose true nature will eventually be recognized by humanity, much like Galileo’s heliocentric theory was eventually accepted.
Key Quote: “A madman (광인) becomes the God-man (神人). People see me as a madman, but I will directly become the God-man, skipping all the intermediate stages.”

Question: What specific reforms does Huh Kyung-young propose for the political system in Korea, particularly regarding politicians, political parties, and funding?
Answer: Huh Kyung-young advocates for radical political reform. He strongly criticizes the current system where politicians receive large salaries and political parties receive substantial government funding (e.g., 50 billion won annually). He proposes:
Reducing the number of National Assembly members to 100.
Making all National Assembly members and local council members unpaid, honorary positions.
Abolishing political party funding from the state.
Eliminating the system of political donations, which he believes compromises politicians’ integrity and leads to corruption.
these changes would prevent politicians from enriching themselves and ensure that public funds are redirected to the citizens as National Dividends.
Key Quote: “National Assembly members receiving donations is an act that cannot exist for a thousand years. Political parties receiving 50 billion won from the state annually is unacceptable.”

  6. What is the “33 Policy” (삼삼 정책) and its comprehensive impact on society?

National Dividend: Direct payment to citizens, ensuring everyone is middle class.
Tax Reforms: Abolition of inheritance tax, property tax, and various regulations.
Social Reforms: Abolition of the college entrance exam (Suneung), Kim Young-ran Act, and financial real-name system.
Political Reforms: Reducing National Assembly members to 100, making them honorary, and abolishing political party funding.
Demographic Solutions: Financial support for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age to address low birth rates and aging.
The policy is presented as a “world citizen revolution” to solve environmental and social problems globally, akin to the 3.1 Independence Movement and the Saemaul Undong.
Key Quote: “The 33 Policy aims for political revolution, party revolution, birth revolution, old age revolution, debt revolution, dividend revolution, income revolution, tax revolution, God-man revolution, education revolution, judicial revolution, New Deal revolution, financial revolution, regional revolution, distribution revolution, currency revolution, conscription revolution, agricultural land revolution, pesticide revolution, corruption revolution, fishing revolution, living revolution, veterans revolution, labor revolution, long-term revolution, moral revolution, etc.”

  2. This Theocracy is linked to Middle-Classism, where everyone is a middle-class citizen, and basic welfare recipients are eliminated due to the National Dividend.
  3. The National Dividend is a right, not a welfare payment, allowing recipients to work without restrictions.
  4. This system ensures that all citizens become middle-class.

4.2. The 33 Policy and National Dividend

  1. He criticizes existing basic income systems as “insulting” and akin to a “rationing system,” whereas his National Dividend is based on citizens’ inherent rights as shareholders of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Under his system, every newborn child would receive 1.4 billion won in national shares, along with monthly childcare allowances and educational support.
  3. Adults would receive 1.5 million won monthly from age 18, in addition to other benefits, ensuring financial stability and eliminating debt.

4.3. Human Coexistence vs. Animalistic Competition

  1. He contrasts human existence with the survival methods of plants and animals.
  2. Plants engage in survival competition (e.g., growing taller for sunlight).
  3. Animals practice survival of the fittest (e.g., predators hunting prey).
  4. current capitalism mimics animalistic survival of the fittest, leading to exploitation.
  5. Humans, however, should strive for coexistence and co-prosperity, which are the core principles of Huhkonomism.
  6. He explains that animalistic predation is necessary for ecological balance (e.g., lions controlling wildebeest populations to prevent desertification), but humans should not emulate this.
  7. Therefore, capitalism must be reformed to ensure everyone becomes part of the middle class.

4.4. The Korean Peninsula’s Destiny and Global Unification

  1. He uses the geography of the Korean Peninsula, including the Baekdu and Halla mountains, and islands like Jeju and Tsushima, to illustrate Korea’s historical and future role in global unification.

  7. This signifies that the Korean people are destined to lead the world, a message passed down by ancestors.

  8. Distinguishing Addiction from Obsession and the Path to Becoming a “God-Man”
He differentiates between addiction (like drug addiction, which is a mental illness) and obsession (like gambling, which is a habit), and explains his unique path to becoming a “God-Man” by being initially perceived as a “madman.”

5.1. Addiction vs. Obsession

  1. He distinguishes between addiction (e.g., drug addiction) and obsession (e.g., gambling).
  2. Drug addiction is a mental illness that fundamentally alters the body, making it extremely difficult to escape.
  3. Gambling, however, is a habit or an “obsessive-compulsive disorder” (neurosis) driven by unfulfilled desires, not a mental illness.
  4. He illustrates this by saying a gambler might stop if their child is critically ill and they need to earn money, whereas a drug addict would prioritize drugs over their child’s well-being.
  5. He attributes the youth’s obsession with gambling and other unproductive activities to the lack of a National Dividend, which would provide financial security and allow them to pursue more meaningful paths.

5.2. The Path of the “God-Man”

  1. He uses the analogy of forging a Wolgang Chamdo (a legendary sword that cuts without drawing blood) to explain the process of becoming a great leader.

1. The Three-Three Policy: A Solution to Societal Crises

We are currently facing a comprehensive crisis, encompassing severe household economic difficulties, a critical decline in birth rates, and instability in national security, foreign relations, and education. The only path to overcome these challenges and transform our world into a paradise on Earth is through the Three-Three Policy, which directly distributes national dividends to the citizens. This policy, a monumental initiative in human history, was conceived by Huh Kyung-young, a politician who genuinely loves the people without personal ambition.

  1. The Significance of the Year of the Metal Ox (2021)
Today marks the 1273rd lecture. The year 2021 is the year of the Metal Ox, which is the same as 1961, the year of President Park’s May 16th Revolution. The Metal Ox signifies a period of profound change, a spiritual revolution. This era marks the arrival of Huh Kyung-young, coinciding with the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. While COVID-19 appears as a disease, it carries a message: to observe Huh Kyung-young, the one destined to save Earth’s environment and alleviate hunger. The pandemic serves as a pause, urging people to reflect and recognize Huh Kyung-young. The white ox, symbolizing this message, will lead to Huh Kyung-young’s work, which will continue for a lifetime.

  2. The Perils of Speculation and the Importance of Division
In mathematics, addition and division are constructive, while multiplication often leads to speculation. Those who excel at multiplication are often speculators, driven by excessive profit. Normal businesses focus on adding value, not multiplying it excessively. Many young people today, even after graduating from university, engage in speculative activities, which are akin to gambling. I have never seen anyone become wealthy through gambling; it invariably leads to ruin. Therefore, we must prioritize addition and division, which represent fair distribution and ethical practices.

  3. The Flaws of Existing Economic and Political Systems
The current global economic system is deeply flawed. Capitalism, with its emphasis on unlimited competition, creates a vast disparity between the rich and the poor, lacking a fundamental level playing field. Communism, while aiming for equality, has proven to be less effective than capitalism and often leads to class-based political systems where power is concentrated and unstable. Both systems fail to establish a true horizontal balance for the people.

  4. The Rise of Middle-Class-ism and Theocracy
Middle-Class-ism, or “Co-existence and Co-prosperity-ism,” is a new economic paradigm that transcends both capitalism and communism. It emphasizes shared existence and mutual prosperity, ensuring that everyone has a basic standard of living. This concept is embedded in the very word “economy,” which signifies “dividing for the common good.” This Middle-Class-ism is the economic system championed by Theocracy, a political system where a perfect being governs. Unlike human-led theocracies, this is a divine theocracy, where the Creator ensures the well-being of all.

  5. The National Dividend Policy: Ensuring Universal Middle-Class Status
The National Dividend Policy is a cornerstone of Middle-Class-ism. It eliminates the need for basic livelihood support and basic income schemes, which often come with restrictive conditions. Instead, every citizen receives a national dividend, ensuring that no one falls below the middle-class threshold. This dividend is a right, not a handout, akin to receiving shares in the Republic of Korea. For example, a newborn child would immediately receive shares worth 1.4 billion Korean Won, along with monthly childcare allowances and educational support. This system provides financial stability, allowing individuals to pursue work without fear of losing their basic income. This policy will transform all citizens into the middle class, eradicating poverty and debt.

  6. The Distinction Between Animalistic and Human Existence
Plants engage in a struggle for survival, competing for sunlight. Animals operate under the law of the jungle, where the strong prey on the weak. This “law of the jungle” is evident in current capitalist societies, where the powerful exploit the vulnerable. However, human beings are meant to live by the principle of co-existence and co-prosperity. The current systems of capitalism and socialism, with their endless competition and class struggles, prevent humans from truly living as humans. The natural order of the animal kingdom, where predators maintain ecological balance, is not meant to be mimicked by human society. Therefore, capitalism must be reformed to embrace co-existence and co-prosperity, ensuring that everyone becomes part of the middle class.

  7. The Prophecy of Korean Unification and Global Leadership
The Korean peninsula, with its Baekdu Mountain and Hallasan Mountain, carries a profound message for the Korean people: global unification. Baekdu Mountain symbolizes the Korean people as the world’s leaders, while Hallasan Mountain represents the ability to lead powerful nations like the United States, China, Russia, and Japan. The historical division of Korea and the loss of territories like Tsushima Island have hindered this destiny. However, the time will come when Korea unifies Asia, reclaiming its historical territories and leading the world as a unified nation. This global federation will see each nation maintain its sovereignty and national dividend, fostering peace and ending territorial disputes.

  8. The Difference Between Addiction and Obsession
It is crucial to distinguish between addiction and obsession. Drug addiction is a mental illness that fundamentally alters the body, making it incredibly difficult to escape. The body itself becomes dependent, prioritizing the drug over all else, even the well-being of loved ones. Obsession, such as gambling, is a psychological attachment or a neurosis, not a mental illness. It stems from a desire for gratification or a feeling of emptiness. Unlike addiction, obsession can be overcome by a shift in priorities or a strong external motivation, such as the need to care for a sick child. Many young people today are falling into obsessions due to a lack of financial security. The National Dividend Policy would provide the stability needed for them to pursue healthy paths.

  9. The Path of God-man: From Madness to Divinity
The journey to becoming the God-man is not a gradual ascent through conventional stages of human development. Instead, it is a sudden transformation, often perceived by others as madness. Just as Galileo, initially ridiculed for his heliocentric theory, was later vindicated, the God-man is often seen as a madman by society. However, this “madman” bypasses the traditional stages of human, great person, wise person, philosopher, spiritual master, saint, and true person, directly ascending to the status of the God-man. Therefore, one should observe those deemed “mad” with careful attention, for within them may lie God-man.

  10. The Bloodless Revolution of the Three-Three Policy
The Three-Three Policy represents a bloodless revolution, a transformation that harms no one. This revolution, known as the “Three-Three Revolution,” will usher in an era of Theocracy and Middle-Class-ism. The “Three-Three Movement World Declaration,” announced on March 3rd, advocates for the global implementation of Huh Kyung-young’s National Dividend Three-Three Policy. This policy aims to complete liberal democracy and the market economy, abolish inheritance tax, property tax, and various regulations, and eliminate the college entrance exam, the Kim Young-ran Act, and the financial real-name system. It seeks to maximize economic freedom and ensure that all citizens become middle class, addressing environmental issues and preparing for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  11. Reforming Governance and Empowering Citizens
The Three-Three Policy also proposes significant reforms in governance. It advocates for the abolition of the reward and punishment system to prevent corruption among politicians, parties, and bureaucrats. The number of National Assembly members would be reduced to 100, serving as unpaid honorary positions, along with local council members. The funds saved from these reforms would be entirely distributed to the citizens as dividends. To address the critical issues of low birth rates and an aging population, the policy provides financial support for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age.

  12. A Global Movement for a New Era
The Three-Three Policy encompasses a wide range of revolutions, including political, party, birth rate, old age, debt, dividend, income, tax, divine, education, judicial, New Deal, financial, regional, distribution, currency, conscription, agricultural land, pesticide, corruption, fishing, living, veterans, labor, long-term, and moral revolutions. These revolutions aim to elevate the Republic of Korea to a world-class nation. Inspired by the 33 national representatives who signed the Declaration of Independence during the March 1st Movement in 1919, the Three-Three Movement seeks to ignite a global citizen’s revolution with hundreds of thousands of supporters. This movement, like the Saemaul Undong (New Village Movement), is expected to become a UNESCO World Heritage site, solving global environmental and social problems. The first “Three-Three Movement Day” was declared on March 3rd, 2021, marking the beginning of a global effort to spread awareness of the Three-Three Policy.

  13. The Era of Super-Intelligence and Super-Connection
The principles advocated by Huh Kyung-young are rooted in super-intelligence, super-connection, and super-science. Only those with a certain level of understanding can truly grasp these concepts. The global spread of these ideas, like an atomic bomb, is inevitable because they originate from a being possessing such extraordinary capabilities. To secure the future of one’s children, it is essential to explore Huh Kyung-young’s teachings and understand the profound historical context, future vision, and revolutionary systems he offers. He is not merely seeking political office but is here to establish policies essential for humanity and then depart.

This excerpt is from a lecture by Huh Kyung-young, a South Korean politician known for his eccentric claims and unconventional policies. In this lecture, Huh introduces his unique political and economic philosophies, “Middle-Classism” (중산주의) and “Theocracy” (신정정치), asserting they will unify the world. He criticizes existing systems like capitalism, communism, and democracy, while also sharing his interpretations of historical events and prophecies.

Huh Kyung-young’s Worldview and Prophecies

The Meaning of “Shin-Chuk Year” (신축년) and the Advent of a New Era
Huh Kyung-young interprets the “Shin-Chuk Year” (2021 in the lunar calendar) as a period of spiritual revolution and a turning point where good and bad coexist. the COVID-19 pandemic and his own emergence are intertwined, serving as a message for humanity to recognize him as the savior who will address global issues. This perspective is fascinating because it frames a global crisis as a divine signal, positioning himself at the center of a prophesied transformation.
A spiritual revolution is happening at this time. I have come. You see? So what comes at this time? COVID-19 comes. Huh Kyung-young comes with it. Appearance. Huh Kyung-young and COVID-19 appear simultaneously. Why? Because COVID-19, though it seems like a disease to you, is sending a message. What message? “Watch closely. Huh Kyung-young is the one who will save this planet’s environment and end starvation, so watch him. You all, take a break for a moment. Stand at ease. Close your factories for a bit. Take it easy, go hungry for a while. Then you will see Huh Kyung-young.” This is COVID-19. What message is it giving? The message that a white ox is coming. And that white ox finally appears in the Shin-Chuk Year, running for Seoul mayor, and then for president in the Shin-Chuk Year building. You see? President Park came out in the Shin-Chuk Year, and he continued to complete the Shin-Chuk Year revolution for 18 years. I appeared in the Shin-Chuk Year and will work for life.

Critique of Global Systems and the “Vaccine Conspiracy”
Huh Kyung-young offers a contrarian view on the origins and purpose of vaccines, suggesting that powerful nations and corporations manipulate global health crises for profit. the rapid development of vaccines, which typically takes five years, is suspicious and implies a pre-planned agenda by those who “play with the world.” This challenges conventional narratives and highlights a deep distrust in established systems, which is a core part of his critical worldview.
It takes five years to make one vaccine. So why would a vaccine come out in just one year? Already, powerful nations, you see, this world is played with by businessmen. They’ve already researched vaccines to be popularized next and prepared them in advance to counter viruses. They might even be doing this vaccine business. They have over a thousand viruses. You see? Among them, they prepare vaccines in advance for those viruses that seem likely to spread quickly. If they just put one (virus) somewhere, the vaccine will become popular. If they take it from a lab and put it somewhere, the virus will spread worldwide. Then those people would make a fortune. Then the ones who put it there first would have made it first. They would sideline latecomers. Can developed countries make money this way ? there’s no one in this world you can truly trust.

The Flaws of Existing Political and Economic Systems
capitalism, communism, and democracy are fundamentally flawed because they lack a “horizontal” foundation of shared prosperity. He criticizes capitalism for its “multiplication” mentality that fosters speculation and inequality, and communism for its “class struggle.” Democracy, he claims, is a system where “representatives” exploit the public, leading to corruption and a disconnect between the people and their power. His critique is sharp and direct, aiming to dismantle the legitimacy of current global governance models.
곱하기 잘하는 사람은 투기꾼이야. 곱하기 하는 사람들은 이 투기꾼들이 말이야. 투기, 말하면 투기를 일삼는 자들이야.
People who are good at multiplication are speculators. Those who do multiplication, these speculators, they are the ones who engage in speculation. This entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t always multiply. It’s about adding a small margin to one’s product. But multiplying it like crazy, that’s what we’ve become obsessed with in modern times. There are 50 million citizens, but where is the money tilted? It’s completely wrong. Without a level playing field, it’s an endless competition, and those without ability have no way to make money. They sell off the people’s name. Right or wrong? They very cleverly sell the people’s name but take everything from the people. To sell the people’s name. Who? Who is the owner of the country? So they collect all the taxes, put them in their pockets, and then what do they give? They eat all the core and leave only the shell.국민이 권력을 가지고 있다 해놓고 실제는 거기서 대리권을 받은 자들이 대리점이 다 해먹어 버려요. 대리점이 마진이 높으면 소비자 부담이 높아 안 높아? 높아져 버리는 거야.They say the people hold power, but in reality, those who receive proxy power, the agencies, take everything. If the agency’s margin is high, does the consumer’s burden increase ? It increases.

The Vision of Middle-Classism (중산주의) and Theocracy (신정정치)

Middle-Classism as the Solution to Economic Inequality
Huh Kyung-young proposes Middle-Classism (중산주의) as a superior economic model that ensures everyone is part of the middle class. This system, which he claims to have created, is based on “coexistence and co-prosperity” (공존공영) and aims to eliminate the need for basic income or welfare recipients by providing a “National Dividend” (국민 배당금). This is a bold claim, promising universal financial stability and a radical restructuring of economic distribution.
what is a step beyond both capitalism and communism? Middle-Classism. Who created Middle-Classism? Huh Kyung-young created it. Did a Harvard professor create it? A Haneulgung professor created it.그러니까 누구나 중산층은 일단 그 이하은 없어. 무슨 뭐가 없어진다고? 기초 수급자가 없어져. 국민 배당금을 받으니까 기초 수급자다, 이런 소리들을 필요가 있나, 없나? 기초 수급은 다른 말로 하면 기본 소득제, 기본 소득제. everyone in the middle class, there’s no one below that. What disappears? Basic welfare recipients disappear. You see? Since they receive the National Dividend, is there any need to call them basic welfare recipients? Basic welfare, in other words, is a basic income system. Everyone is a middle-class citizen, receiving the National Dividend. after receiving the basic National Dividend, whether they have a job, work ten places, or pay any amount of taxes, it doesn’t matter. Money always comes into their account. Is that good ? This is how everyone becomes middle class.

Theocracy (신정정치) Led by a “Perfect Being”
Huh Kyung-young advocates for a Theocracy (신정정치), not one led by humans or religious figures, but by a “perfect being” – himself. He distinguishes his vision from existing theocracies like Iran’s, which he calls “democratic theocracy,” by emphasizing that his is a “God-theocracy” (갓 시크라시). This concept is striking as it positions him as a divine leader, implying an infallible and ultimate authority to guide society.
데모크라시 시크라. 이게 무슨 말이냐면 민주주의적 신정주의, 이란이 하는 거는. 근데 내가 이야기하는 중산주의, 갓 시크라이, 그러니까 신이 완벽한 자가 하는 신정주의.
“Democracy-cracy.” What this means is democratic theocracy, like what Iran does. But the Middle-Classism I’m talking about, “God-cracy,” means a theocracy led by a perfect being, by God.내가 하는 거는 갓만 들어가는 게 아니에요. 갓만 들어가는 게 아니야. 가디, 가점, 가점, 가점 신정주의. 그러니까 가디 시크라 시가 이거야, 이거.What I do isn’t just about “God.” It’s not just about “God.” It’s “God-theocracy.” “God-cracy” is this, this.

The “National Dividend” and its Impact on Society
Huh Kyung-young details the “National Dividend” as a system where every newborn receives 1.4 billion won in “Republic of Korea stock,” along with monthly stipends and various support funds. He claims this will eliminate poverty, debt, and social ills like gambling and drug addiction by providing financial security and peace of mind. This is a bold promise of a utopian society, directly linking economic policy to moral and social well-being.
The National Dividend is a right that citizens rightfully possess in the form of shares. If I become president, I will give you shares. I will give 1.4 billion won per person. That’s Republic of Korea stock. Republic of Korea in stock. But if a child is born today, the first thing that arrives from the district office is stock. What kind of stock? 14 shares arrive. 1.4 billion won in stock has been allocated to this child.돈 때문에 사채에 끌려다녀. 사람 많아요. 내가 대통령 되고 나면 그거는 정상화됩니다.Many people are dragged around by private loans because of money. When I become president, that will be normalized.이거 왜 이러냐? 국민 배당금이 없어서 그래. 국민 배당금이 있으면 젊은이들이 마음에 여유가 있겠죠. 그러면서 정상적인 길로 갈 수가 있어.Why is this happening? It’s because there’s no National Dividend. You see? If there’s a National Dividend, young people will have peace of mind. And then they can go down a normal path.

The Role of the “Madman” (광인) and the “Divine Being” (God-man)

The Path from “Madman” to “Divine Being”
a “madman” (광인), someone ridiculed and criticized by society, is the one destined to become a “divine being” (God-man). He rejects the conventional idea of spiritual progression through stages like “ordinary person,” “great person,” “sage,” and “saint.” Instead, he claims that the “madman” bypasses these steps and directly transforms into a “divine being,” implying that his own unconventional image is a sign of his true nature. This is a powerful, self-referential claim that redefines the path to spiritual authority.
A madman, you see, a madman! This crazy person. A madman is a crazy person. The character ‘狂’ for mad! a madman! A madman becomes the Creator. It says in the scriptures that a madman, someone everyone criticized, becomes a god. Huh? Those who mostly pointed fingers and cursed the madman will eventually bow before that person. That is a god. It’s not like this, you see, starting from the bottom: ordinary person, common person, small person, great person, wise person, philosopher, Taoist, saint, true person, divine person. It’s not about climbing these stages. People see the madman as being at the bottom. Right or wrong? Let’s erase that. you all see the madman as being at the bottom. Right or wrong? Isn’t this a crazy person? A crazy person. The one at the very bottom is deceiving. The one at the bottom transforms into the Creator, that’s what it means. 전부 요거는 생략되는 거야. you all see Huh Kyung-young as a madman, but this person will someday appear as the Creator. There’s no process of becoming a Taoist, then a saint, then a true person, then the Creator. This is an omission, an omission. All of this is omitted.

1. the “33 policies” (삼삼 정책) are the only way to overcome the current national crisis, which includes severe household economic issues, low birth rates, and unstable security, diplomacy, and education. What is the core mechanism of the “33 policies” for addressing these issues?

① Increasing national debt to fund public projects
② Directly distributing national dividends to citizens
③ Implementing strict austerity measures and budget cuts
④ Promoting international trade agreements and foreign investment

(② Directly distributing national dividends to citizens, He explicitly states that the “33 policies” involve directly distributing national dividends to citizens to overcome the crisis and create a “paradise on earth.” A common misconception might be that these policies focus on traditional economic growth strategies rather than direct wealth distribution.)

  1. True or False: the year 2021, being a ‘신축년’ (Sinchuk year), signifies a period of spiritual revolution and the simultaneous emergence of himself and the COVID-19 pandemic.
(True, He directly links the ‘신축년’ (2021) to a spiritual revolution and his own appearance alongside the COVID-19 pandemic, suggesting the pandemic serves as a message to draw attention to him. A common misconception might be to view these events as unrelated or purely coincidental rather than divinely orchestrated.)

  2. what is the fundamental difference between “add/subtract” operations and “multiply” operations in the context of economic activities?
① “Add/subtract” represents normal business, while “multiply” represents speculation.
② “Add/subtract” represents illegal activities, while “multiply” represents legal investments.
③ “Add/subtract” is for small businesses, while “multiply” is for large corporations.
④ “Add/subtract” is for domestic trade, while “multiply” is for international trade.

(① “Add/subtract” represents normal business, while “multiply” represents speculation., He contrasts “plus” (더하기) as normal, legitimate business and “multiply” (곱하기) as the activity of speculators and gamblers, which he views negatively. A common misconception might be to see all forms of profit-making as equally legitimate, whereas Mr. Huh distinguishes between steady growth and speculative gains.)

  1. He criticizes the current political system, particularly “representative democracy” (대의 민주주의). What is his main criticism regarding the role of representatives and political funding?
① Representatives are underpaid and lack sufficient resources.
② The system is too slow to respond to public demands.
③ Representatives receive excessive salaries and political donations (후원금), leading to corruption and a disconnect from the public.
④ There are too few representatives, making it difficult to represent diverse opinions.

(③ Representatives receive excessive salaries and political donations (후원금), leading to corruption and a disconnect from the public., He criticizes representatives for receiving both salaries and “후원금” (donations), arguing that this compromises their integrity and leads to a system where they prioritize donors over the public. A common misconception is that political donations are a necessary and transparent part of funding political activities, but Mr. Huh views them as a source of corruption.)

  1. What is His proposed solution to address the issues of low birth rates and an aging society?
(He proposes providing stable funds for dating, marriage, childbirth, childcare, and old age, along with benefits like 14억 won in “stock” for newborns and monthly payments for children and parents. A common misconception is that such issues can be solved purely through cultural shifts, direct financial support.)

  2. True or False: He believes that “basic income” (기본소득제) is a dignified and effective solution for poverty, similar to his “national dividend” (국민 배당금) policy.
(False, He explicitly states that “basic income” (기본소득제) is an “insult to humanity” (인간을 모독하는 행위) and akin to a “rationing system” (배급제), contrasting it sharply with his “national dividend” which he frames as a right. A common misconception is that basic income and national dividends are essentially the same, but Mr. Huh differentiates them based on their underlying philosophy and conditions.)

Intermediate

  1. He draws a parallel between the ‘신축년’ (Sinchuk year) of 1961, when President Park Chung-hee initiated a revolution, and the ‘신축년’ of 2021. What specific type of revolution does he claim is occurring in 2021, and what is its significance?
(He claims 2021 marks a “spiritual revolution” (영적 혁명) where he, as a divine figure, appears alongside the COVID-19 pandemic to deliver a message and guide humanity. A common misconception might be to interpret “revolution” solely in political or economic terms, rather than the spiritual context he emphasizes.)

  2. He introduces “중산주의” (Middle-Class-ism) as an economic system. How does he define “economy” (이코노미) in relation to this concept, and what does it aim to achieve compared to capitalism and communism?
(He defines “economy” (이코노미) as “공공에 해서는 다 이게 경제야” (all for the public is economy), emphasizing “공존과 공영” (coexistence and co-prosperity). It aims to create a society where everyone is at least middle-class, eliminating the “basic income recipient” (기초 수급자) class, unlike capitalism’s unlimited competition or communism’s class system. A common misconception is that “economy” is solely about wealth accumulation, but he redefines it with a focus on shared well-being.)

  3. He discusses the historical context of Japan’s expansion during the Pacific War and Hitler’s sweep across Europe, characterizing them as “imperialism.” What is his definition of “imperialism” (제국주의)?
(He defines “imperialism” as a system where a nation “건드리고 있는 나라를 제국이라 그래” (controls multiple other countries). He cites Japan’s control over the Pacific and Hitler’s dominance in Europe as examples. A common misconception might be to only associate imperialism with direct colonial rule, but he broadens it to include any form of extensive control over other nations.)

  4. He contrasts the survival methods of plants, animals, and humans. Fill in the blanks:

  • Plants survive through __.
  • Animals survive through __.
  • Humans should survive through __.
(Plants survive through 생존 경쟁 (survival competition). Animals survive through 약육강식 (the law of the jungle/survival of the fittest). Humans should survive through 공존 (coexistence). A common misconception is that human society should mimic animalistic competition, but Mr. Huh argues for a higher principle of coexistence.)
  1. What is His interpretation of the Korean national identity and its historical mission, based on the geographical features of Baekdusan (백두산) and Hallasan (한라산)?
(He interprets Baekdusan as signifying the “Baekdu people” (백두 민족) as the world’s leaders, and Hallasan as the “mountain that pulls along great powers” (강대국을 끌고 가는 산), implying Korea’s mission to lead and unify the world. A common misconception might be to view these mountains merely as geographical landmarks, but Mr. Huh imbues them with profound national destiny.)

  2. He differentiates between “addiction” (중독) and “obsession/fixation” (집착증) using examples of drugs and gambling. Explain his distinction and why it’s significant.
( drug addiction is a “mental illness” (정신병) where the body fundamentally changes and is involuntarily drawn to the substance, making it nearly impossible to escape. Gambling, however, is an “obsession” (집착증) or “neurosis” (노이로제) stemming from “욕구 불만” (unfulfilled desires), which can be overcome by a change in mental state or external circumstances. This distinction is significant because it implies that while drug addiction requires medical intervention, gambling can be addressed through psychological and environmental changes. A common misconception is that all compulsive behaviors are the same, but he highlights a physiological difference.)

Advanced

  1. He introduces “신정주의” (Theocracy) as a political system. How does his “God-Theocracy” (갓 신정주의) differ from the “Democratic Theocracy” (민주주의적 신정주의) practiced by countries like Iran, and what economic system does it align with?
(His “God-Theocracy” (갓 신정주의) is led by a “perfect being” (신이 완벽한 자), implying a divine, infallible leader, whereas “Democratic Theocracy” (민주주의적 신정주의) is a “human theocracy” (휴먼 시크라이) with human leaders. His “God-Theocracy” aligns with “중산주의” (Middle-Class-ism) as its economic model, ensuring everyone is at least middle-class. A common misconception is that all forms of theocracy are the same, but he distinguishes his divine leadership from human-led religious governance.)

  2. He criticizes both capitalism and communism for failing to establish a “horizontal” (수평) economic foundation. Explain what he means by “수평” in this context and how his “중산주의” (Middle-Class-ism) aims to achieve it.
(By “수평” (horizontal), he means a fundamental baseline of economic stability and equality for all citizens, akin to the stable “water” beneath the “waves” of the economy. both capitalism (with its “unlimited competition”) and communism (with its “class competition”) lack this foundational “수평,” leading to wealth disparity. His “중산주의” aims to achieve this by ensuring everyone receives a “national dividend” (국민 배당금), making everyone a “middle-class” citizen and eliminating the “basic income recipient” class, thus establishing a stable economic floor. A common misconception is that economic systems must choose between pure equality or pure competition, but he proposes a system that combines a stable base with individual economic activity.)

  3. He describes the process of forging a “월강 참도” (Wolgang Chamdo) sword, emphasizing the intense heat and hammering it undergoes. What metaphorical lesson does he draw from this process for individuals destined to lead and unify the world?
(He uses the forging of the “월강 참도” as a metaphor for the extreme suffering and criticism (like being called a “swindler” or “thief”) that a person destined to lead and unify the world must endure. Just as the sword becomes incredibly sharp and clean (leaving no blood) through intense hardship, the leader must undergo immense pain and public scorn to achieve their ultimate purpose. A common misconception might be that leaders achieve their status through popular acclaim, but he suggests that true, transformative leaders must first face profound adversity and rejection.)

  4. He presents a non-linear path to becoming a “신인” (divine being), contrasting it with a conventional hierarchical progression (범인 → 소인 → 대인 → 현인 → 철인 → 도인 → 성인 → 진인 → God-man). How does he describe the starting point and trajectory of a “신인,” and what historical figure does he use as an example?
( a “신인” does not follow the conventional nine-step hierarchy but rather emerges directly from being a “광인” (madman or lunatic), which people perceive as being at the very bottom. He uses Galileo Galilei as an example, who was condemned for his heliocentric views but later recognized as correct. This implies that a “신인” is initially misunderstood and rejected by society but eventually proven right, bypassing traditional stages of wisdom or enlightenment. A common misconception is that spiritual or great leaders must follow a recognized path of development, but he suggests a radical, unconventional emergence.)
