우리는 2000년대에는 우리나라 설비 투자가 10%였습니다. 그런데 2006년은 기업의 설비 투자가 1%입니다. 2007년은 거의 1%도 못 미칩니다. 이건 뭐냐 하면 직장은 점점 줄어들고 일자리는 줄어들고 GMP는 올라갑니다. 이것은 고용 없는 성장이라고 그러죠.
In the 2000s, our country’s facility investment was 10%. But in 2006, corporate facility investment was 1%. In 2007, it was barely even 1%. What this means is that jobs are decreasing, employment is shrinking, but GMP is rising. This is what we call jobless growth.

이 난세 바꾸는 사람은 그 목소리를 가지고 와. 그래서 그걸 뭐라고 그래요? 그거를 제일 중요한 게 소우자죠. 소우자. 우성재야. 소 울음 소리가 들에 퍼진다. 그래 이 소 울음 소리가 바로 내 목소리야.
The person who changes this chaotic world brings that voice. What is that called? The most important thing is “So-u-ja” (소우자). Right. “U-seong-jae-ya” (우성재야). The sound of a cow’s cry spreads across the fields. Right. That sound of a cow’s cry is my voice.

이 사람이 신혼섭반도 가지고 오고 신언말도 잘하고 글도 잘 쓰고 판단력도 뛰어나죠. 신혼섭반도 가지고 있는 특징이 있지만 이 사람이 천억 원대 이런 걸 가지고 오지만, 실제 이 사람은 무슨 사람이냐? 전무후무한 사람이야. 전에도 이런 자가 없었고, 후에도 이런 자가 앞으로 오질 않아. 내가 처음이자 마지막인 사람이 온다고 할까?

Unfair election expenses. They give 50 billion won to both ruling and opposition parties. Do they give it to us? No, they don’t. Then, unfair early voting.

제가 볼 때 여론조사에서 엄청 차별받고 있는 사람이 허경영입니다. 어떤 조사에서는 빼기도 하고, 사실 안철수 부상하기 전에 허경영이 사실 3등이었습니다. 저는 그래서 여론조사가 가장 차별하고 있는 사람이 허경영이다.
In my opinion, Huh Kyung-young is the person who is tremendously discriminated against in opinion polls. He is excluded from some surveys, and in fact, before Ahn Cheol-soo’s rise, Huh Kyung-young was actually in third place. 여러분들은 하늘궁을 종교로 아시는 분도 있는데, 그렇지 않아요. 허경영의 지지자들이 강연을 듣는 장소라고 보시면 되는데, 자 여러분들 아까 뭐라고 했습니까? 우리나라가 세계 최대 국가 되려면 일단 돈이 많아야 되잖아요.
Some of you might think Heaven House is a religion, but it’s not. You can see it as a place where Huh Kyung-young’s supporters listen to lectures. Now, what did I say earlier? For our country to become the world’s greatest nation, we first need a lot of money.

그러면 이제 종교라는 개념이 없어져 버리는 겁니다. 메시아가 나타났구나 해서 기독교, 이런 거 불교, 이런 거 없어요. 그냥 무조건 다 하늘궁에 오겠죠. 그러면 저 하늘궁을 왜 짓고 있겠냐고요, 상식적으로 여러분들.

앞으로 주식의 소액주주들은 세금을 내가 없앤다고 그랬죠. 얼마 거래 미만? 1억 미만. 1억 미만은 저기에 5천만 원이라고 그랬죠. 나는 거기서 1억까지 올라가는 거예요.
I said I would abolish taxes for small stock investors in the future, didn’t I? Transactions under what amount? Under 100 million won. They said 50 million won there, but I’m raising it to 100 million won.

아래 것은 우리가 150만 원 준다고 그러죠? 국민 배당금 150만 원이 아니에요. 맨 밑에가 150만 원이야. 항상 찍어보면 통장에 어떤 달은 200만 원이 들어와 있고, 어떤 달은 170만 원이 들어와 있고, 그러나 150만 원 미만은 없어.
We say we’ll give 1.5 million won for the lower tier. The national dividend isn’t just 1.5 million won. 1.5 million won is the minimum. If you check your bank account, some months you’ll see 2 million won, some months 1.7 million won, but it’s never less than 1.5 million won.

The remaining subjects will be general education courses and will not have exams. This means not a single penny will be spent on private education. 부모 없는 아이도 18살 되면 받죠. 그런데 18살 아니니까 18살 되면 배당금이 나와요. 지금 고아원에 있는 애들이 저 나이가 되면 고아원에 나가야 돼. 그래, 쟤들이 지금 고아원에 있는데 한 100만 명 돼요. 상당히 많아요. 보호를 받는 아이들이 부모 없는 아이들이. 저들에 대한 대책이 국가가 전무후무해.
Children without parents also receive it when they turn 18. But since they’re not 18 yet, the dividend will come when they turn 18. Children in orphanages have to leave when they reach that age. Yes, there are about 1 million children in orphanages right now. That’s quite a lot. Children without parents who are receiving protection. The state has no unprecedented measures for them.

재밌죠? 그러다 세계 통일되면 좀 달라지겠지. 그래요? 부천의 정인숙님. 전화로 받은 어떤 학생이 질문입니다. 허경영 후보님, 대통령 되시면 엄마 아빠가 있는 아이들은 부모님이 1억씩 받아서 좋겠지만, 저는 1억 받을 부모님이 안 계시고 교육원에 있는데, 부모 없는 아이들은 돈을 못 받나요? 라고 질문했습니다.

Candidate Huh Kyung-young, if you become president, children with parents will be happy to receive 100 million won each from their parents, but I don’t have parents to receive 100 million won from and I’m in an educational institution. Many people will get divorced, but there shouldn’t be a divorce procedure. while marriage and divorce registrations will be confirmed on paper, the procedure of marriage registration will disappear. Divorce registration will also disappear. What will remain? Cohabitation on the resident registration.

주민등록에 주민등록이 올라가면 동거야. 그걸 결혼으로 인정하는 거야. 여자가 남자 쪽에 주민등록을 올리느냐, 남자가 여자 주소에 주민등록을 올리면 동거야. 주민등록을 올릴 때는 허가를 받아야 돼. 상대방에 사인이 있어야 돼. 주민등록 올라가면 그게 결혼이야. 그리고 퇴근하면 이혼이야.
If your name is on the resident registration, it’s cohabitation. That’s recognized as marriage. Whether a woman puts her name on the man’s resident registration, or a man puts his name on the woman’s address, it’s cohabitation. When you put your name on the resident registration, you need permission. The other party’s signature is required. If your name is on the resident registration, that’s marriage. And if you move out, it’s divorce.

결혼 몇 번 했다고 호적에 올라가고, 이렇게 딸을 키운 아버지한테 이런 무상함을 줄 수가 없는 거야. 아니, 시집갔다가 신혼여행 가서 보따리를 싸서 왔는데 호적에 올라가 있다. 이게 뭐예요? 그 딸 병신 됐잖아.
You can’t give such a sense of futility to a father who raised a daughter, just because she got married a few times and it’s on her family register. No, she went to get married, came back from her honeymoon with her bags packed, and it’s on her family register. What is this? That daughter is ruined.

이것은 고용 없는 성장이라고 그러죠. 그래서 저는 대통령이 되면 중소기업에 취직하면 매월 100만 원씩을 쿠폰으로 줄 것입니다. 그러니까 중소기업 사장이 월급을 얼마를 주든 간에 국가에서 100만 원씩을 5년간 지원하겠습니다. 그래서 5년간 지원하는데 100만 원의 쿠폰은 물건을 살 수 있습니다. 그렇게 되면 20대들이 대학을 나와서 중소기업에 일단 들어갑니다. 들어가서 5년을 그 중소기업에 있게 되면 3억을 무담보, 무보증, 무이자로 융자를 해줘서 중소기업을 차리게 할 것입니다.

And these 1 million won coupons can be used to buy goods. This way, people in their 20s who graduate from university will first enter SMEs. After staying in that SME for 5 years, they will be given a 300 million won loan without collateral, guarantee, or interest to start their own SME.

나는 이제 금융권이 점점 사라지고, 주식으로서 주식거래소에서 이제 돈들이 기억하는 사람들이 주식으로서 돈을 만들어 쓰고 또 갚고 주식을 팔고 사고, 이것이 대부분 금융거래 수단이 될 거예요. 그러니까 은행 이자가 안 나가고 배당금만 나가죠. 그럼 배당은 못할 수도 있어요. 이익이 없으면. 그럼 주가에 반영이 되기 때문에 피해가 없어요.
I believe the financial sector will gradually disappear, and people will increasingly use stocks on the stock exchange to create, use, and repay money, buying and selling shares. This will become the primary means of financial transactions. bank interest won’t be paid, only dividends. And dividends might not be paid if there’s no profit. But this will be reflected in the stock price, so there’s no loss.

Social Welfare: Universal Basic Income and Family Support

“100 years old” includes those over 100. When we generally say “100 years old,” everyone is included. You know, we don’t know if there are people averaging 110 or 111 years old over five years. everyone above that age is eligible.

국민 배당금 150만 원이 아니에요. 맨 밑에가 150만 원이야. 항상 찍어보면 통장에 어떤 달은 200만 원이 들어와 있고, 어떤 달은 170만 원이 들어와 있고, 그러나 150만 원 미만은 없어. 말은 150만 원 준다고 그러는데, 그달 그달 국가 지출 건설 공사가 적었다든지 이런 거 아껴가지고 예산이 많아지면 150만 원이 아니라 매달 금액이 달라져요.

김영란법은 폐지야. 농민들이 얼마든지 과일을 얼마짜리 팔든지 지안하면 안 돼. 축산물 100만원짜리도 있고, 200만원짜리도 있고 있는 거예요. 그 김영란법 때문에 농민들이 얼마나 빚을 많이 지겠노. 그런 거 피해지고, 선생한테는 선물 많이 줄수록 좋아. 선생한테는 많이 갖다 줘. 그래서 선생들이 옛날에 우리 스승님들 대우받도록.
The Kim Young-ran Act is abolished. Farmers shouldn’t be restricted on how much they sell their fruit for. There are livestock products worth 1 million won, 2 million won. How much debt do farmers incur because of the Kim Young-ran Act? Avoid such things, and it’s better to give more gifts to teachers. Give a lot to teachers. So that teachers are treated like our old masters.

결국엔 하늘의 뜻대로 가는구나, 이렇게 된다는 거예요. 그리고 또 소름 돋는 거. 하느님과 영접을 한대요, 영적으로. 그런데 하느님이 자신에게 얘기를 했는데, 하느님이 한국을 선택했다고 하는 얘기를 합니다.
In the end, it’s going according to heaven’s will, that’s how it is. And what’s more chilling is that he communes with God, spiritually. And God spoke to him, saying that God chose Korea.

이때는 천지가 뒤집어지는 시대이니 하나님이 사람으로 내려오는 때인데 어찌 영원한 생명이 있음에 모르는가? 격암 남사고, 동방 서양에는 노스트라다무스, 우리 동양에는 같은 시대에 남사고가 있었죠. 2년 동안 이 질병, 돌림병이 전 세계 만국에 퍼지는 때, 코로나 지금 몇 년째입니까? 여러분들, 2년째죠. 뭐라고 합니까? 하느님이 사랑으로 내려오는데, 이거 어떻게 할 거예요? 이게 여러분, 여기에 지금 해당되는 사람이 과거에 예언을 하는, 예언을 했던 그 수많은 예언들이 맞았던, 수많은 정치 30년 전에 했던 공약들이 다 맞아떨어 들어갔던, 이번에 나와야 되잖아요. 우리나라 대선 했을 때, 하느님이 사람으로 나와야 된다는데, 지금 누굽니까? 이거 그냥 상식적으로 여러분들. 지금까지 해왔던 걸 보면 누구예요?
This is a time when heaven and earth are overturned, a time when God descends as a human. How can you not know that eternal life exists? Gyeogam Namsago in the East, Nostradamus in the West, and in our East, Namsago existed in the same era. This disease, this plague, spreading across all nations for two years—how many years has COVID been going on, everyone? Two years. What does it say? God is descending as love. What will you do about this? This person, everyone, who is currently relevant, whose countless prophecies from the past have come true, whose countless political pledges from 30 years ago have all come to pass, must emerge this time. When it’s time for our presidential election, it says God must appear as a human. Who is it now? Just logically, everyone. Looking at what’s happened so far, who is it?
