2026.08.05 Having a good academic background doesn’t make you president of the United States. You need good character. Character.
This excerpt is from a YouTube video of Heo Kyung-young’s lecture at Hankung, titled “Audience with Newcomer Heo Kyung-young.” In this lecture, Heo Kyung-young explains his unique spiritual worldview, focusing on concepts like “new souls,” “karma (누진),” and the distinction between “bestowal (하사)” and “nomination (추대).” He also shares an anecdote about Abraham Lincoln to emphasize the importance of character over academic background and the significance of preparing for the ultimate separation from one’s body through spiritual practice.
Heo Kyung-young’s Unique Spiritual Worldview
The Concept of “New Souls” and “Karma (누진)”
Heo Kyung-young introduces a fascinating concept: after a certain “judgment” period, new souls are no longer reincarnated from ancestors but are “blank USBs” from heaven. However, these new souls still inherit the “karma (누진)” of their parents, which includes both good and bad traits. This idea is impressive because it offers a unique blend of spiritual reincarnation and genetic inheritance, suggesting that while the soul itself is new, the familial legacy still profoundly shapes an individual’s life. It implies that even a “clean slate” isn’t entirely free from the past, making the concept of personal responsibility and ancestral influence deeply intertwined.
지금부터 새 내려오는 새 영혼은 조상들과 아무 인연이 없는 거야.
From now on, the new souls descending have no connection with ancestors.USB를 빈걸 주는 거야. 알겠죠? 옛날에는 그거는 뭐 USB가 꽉 차가오는 거야.They are given an empty USB. Understood? In the past, the USB came fully loaded.그 USB가 꽂히면 그 USB가 부모의 유전자만 인식을 해 버려.When that USB is plugged in, it only recognizes the parents’ genes. The parents’ karma comes in as is. The moment it’s plugged into the USB, you’ve given a USB, but would it just stay empty? Something would be put in. What comes in first is the father’s karma in that family.그러니까 새 여분이 왔으니까 그게 개가 깨끗한가? 아 아니다 말이야. 아버지의 누진은 들어간단 말이야.So, just because a new soul has arrived, is it clean? No, it’s not. The father’s karma (누진) enters it.엄마 아버지의 USB만큼은 새 영혼에 들어오는다니까.The parents’ USB, to that extent, enters the new soul.그러니까 완전한 깨끗한 영혼은 아니야. 엄마 아버지의 누진이 들어가 있어.So, it’s not a completely clean soul. The parents’ karma (누진) is in it.
The Distinction Between “Bestowal (하사)” and “Nomination (추대)”
Heo Kyung-young draws a clear line between “bestowal (하사)” and “nomination (추대).” “Bestowal” is a divine gift from heaven, like being designated a “true person (진인),” while “nomination” is a human act of elevating someone, like calling someone a “saint (성인).” This distinction is crucial because it highlights the difference between divine intervention and human recognition. It suggests that true spiritual status comes from a higher power, not from popular acclaim, which is a powerful statement about the source of ultimate authority and spiritual legitimacy.

You must remember that it’s a bestowed gift. This itself is an actual bestowed gift. Bestowal. It’s when a superior gives something to an inferior. It comes from above. A bestowed gift. This isn’t something that came from below.성인까지는 사람들이 저 사람 참 저 사람 대인이야 저 사람 소인냐 저 사람 손 속 속인이냐 이렇게 이야기하지 이거는 인간들에 의해서 결정이 나는 거야 성인까지는.Up to the level of a saint, people say, “That person is truly a great person, that person is a small-minded person, that person is a common person.” This is decided by humans, up to the level of a saint.하늘이 개입하는 걸 어디 개입한다고 신인. 신인에 개입한 그래서 도장 인자가 붙어 있는 거야. 하늘에서 도장을 찍어서 인을 내린 자가 14만 4,명이 하에 와 있어.Where does heaven intervene? In the “divine person (신인).” It intervenes in the divine person, which is why the character for “seal” is attached. So, this nomination and bestowal, I said saints are nominated, right? A saint is someone whom the people, humans, call “Oh, that person is a saint.” Right? Like, “Oh, Confucius is a saint.” Does Confucius say, “I am a saint”? No, he doesn’t. Does heaven declare Confucius a saint? No. No. People say, “That person is a saint,” or “That person is a murderer.” So, this saint status is given from below.추대는 아래 사람들이 올린 거. 은사나 하사는 하늘에서 내려오는 거.Nomination is what people below elevate. Gifts (은사) or bestowals (하사) are what come down from heaven.
Life Lessons and Wisdom
The Importance of Character and Preparing for “Separation”
Heo Kyung-young uses the story of Abraham Lincoln to illustrate that character and wisdom are far more important than academic background. Lincoln, a primary school dropout, became president by diligently reading the Bible his mother gave him, which shaped his character. This anecdote powerfully conveys that inner strength and moral compass are cultivated through personal effort, not external achievements. Furthermore, Heo Kyung-young emphasizes that life is a continuous process of “separation,” culminating in the ultimate separation from one’s own body. He argues that preparing for this final separation is the most crucial aspect of life, and that true “true people (진인)” are those who are best equipped for it. This perspective offers a profound reflection on mortality and the purpose of spiritual practice.
When Lincoln’s mother died when he was 12, Lincoln dropped out of elementary school because he had no money and was poor. As she died at 12, Lincoln’s mother told him, “Since I am leaving now, you must read this every day, which I am giving you. Think of it as your mother speaking, and when you have questions, be sure to read this book.” That was the Bible.학벌 좋다고 뭐 미국의 대통령이 되는게 아니야. 인격이 좋아야 돼. 인격이.Having a good academic background doesn’t make you president of the United States. You need good character. Character. He always read the Bible and made judgments according to his mother’s will. Since his mother told him to decide everything after reading this, he clung to the Bible because he was bored and lonely without his mother. That had a tremendous influence. Our bodies can betray us at any time. They are always like travelers. Suddenly, you’re fine, but then you wake up at night with left-side paralysis. I just stop. My lower body doesn’t move. Isn’t that right? You’ve done nothing but sleep, but you wake up with one side paralyzed. Our final separation is with our own body. Right? So, it means we will leave, we will be separated. So, who do we part with last? We part with ourselves. We have to abandon our own body and leave.자기 몸하고 이별은 굉장히 중요한 이별이야. 알겠죠? 그거를 가장 이별을 잘하는 사람이 진인들이야.Parting with your own body is a very important separation. Understood? The people who are best at this separation are the “true people (진인).”제일 중요한 거는 이별의 연습이야. 내가 내 몸과 내가 이별을 잘해야 돼. 그게 최고 중요한 거지.The most important thing is practicing separation. I must part well with my own body. That is the most important thing.아주 천사들이 와 가지고 몸에서 빠져나오는 거부터 시작해서 싹 다 안내해 줘. 하나도 몸 빠져나올 때 희만 들고 아이고 신님한테 그렇게 들었는데 백궁 천국으로 내가 지금 가는데 내가 뭘 걱정이 있나?Angels come and guide you through everything, from leaving your body. You don’t struggle at all when leaving your body, thinking, “Oh, I heard from the Divine Being, and now I’m going to Baekgung Heaven, so what do I have to worry about?”
This excerpt is from a YouTube video of Heo Kyung-young’s lecture at Hankung, titled “Audience with Newcomer Heo Kyung-young.” In this lecture, Heo Kyung-young explains his unique spiritual worldview, focusing on concepts like “new souls,” “karma (누진),” and the distinction between “divine bestowal (하사)” and “human endorsement (추대).” He also shares an anecdote about Abraham Lincoln to emphasize the importance of character over academic background and the significance of preparing for the ultimate separation from one’s body.
Heo Kyung-young’s Unique Spiritual Worldview
The Concept of “New Souls” and Inherited Karma (누진)
Heo Kyung-young introduces a fascinating concept: after a certain “judgment” period, new souls are no longer reincarnated from ancestors but are “new USBs” – blank slates. However, these new souls still inherit the “karma (누진)” of their parents, which means they are not entirely pure. This idea is impressive because it presents a contrarian view to typical reincarnation beliefs, suggesting that while the soul itself is new, the familial legacy (karma) still profoundly shapes an individual’s life. It’s a clever way to explain inherited traits and predispositions within a spiritual framework.
점점 조상이 인간으로 윤회해서 오는 애들이 없어지죠. 점점 이 윤회와는 거리가 멀어집니다. 지금부터는 7월 달부터는 새 영혼들인데 여러죠?
Gradually, children who reincarnate from ancestors as humans are disappearing. This reincarnation is becoming more distant. From July onwards, there will be new souls, many of them.
그러면 지금부터 새 내려오는 새 영혼은 조상들과 아무 인연이 없는 거야. 조상들과 아무 인연이 없이 그 집안으로 오는 애야.
So, the new souls coming down from now on have no connection with ancestors. They are children who come into that family without any ancestral ties.
The mother and father’s genes enter. The genes enter the new soul, that’s what I mean. You must know that for sure. Genes are not brought from heaven; only the soul is put in.
The karma of the mother and father comes in as is. The moment it’s plugged into the USB, would it just stay there? Something would be put in. What comes in first is the father’s karma in that family.
그러니까 아무리 사회 영혼이라도 달라. 애가 달라.
So, no matter how new the soul, it’s different. The child is different.
Distinction Between “Divine Bestowal (하사)” and “Human Endorsement (추대)”
Heo Kyung-young draws a clear line between “divine bestowal (하사)” and “human endorsement (추대).” “Divine bestowal” is a gift from heaven, like being a “true person (진인),” while “human endorsement” is when people elevate someone, like a “saint (성인).” This distinction is crucial to his philosophy, as it highlights the divine origin of his own authority and the unique status of his followers. It’s a powerful rhetorical tool to establish his spiritual hierarchy.
진인은 내가 어제 이야기할 때 뭐라고 했죠? 진인은 이야기할 때 뭐라 그랬죠? 하늘에서 준다고 그랬지? 그래서 이걸 뭐라 그래요? 하사.
What did I say about a “true person (진인)” yesterday? What did I say about a “true person”? That it’s given by heaven, right? So what do we call this? Divine bestowal (하사).
하사품이라는 걸 명심해야 돼요. 이 자체는 실제 하사품이야. 하사. 위사람이 아래 사람한테 주는 거죠. 위에서 내려온 거야. 하사품. 이건 밑에서 올라간게 아니야.
You must remember that it’s a divine bestowal. This itself is an actual divine bestowal. Bestowal. It’s when a superior gives something to an inferior. It came down from above. A divine bestowal. This didn’t come up from below.
But what about a saint (성인)? People say, “That person is truly a great person, that person is a small person, that person is a common person” up to the level of a saint. This is decided by humans up to the level of a saint, understood?
하늘이 개입하는 걸 어디 개입한다고 신인 신인에 개입한 그래서 도장 인자가 붙어 있는 거야. 하늘에서 도장을 찍어서 인을 내린 자가 14만 4,명이 하에 와 있어.
Where does heaven intervene? It intervenes in the “divine person (신인),” which is why the character for “seal (인)” is attached. There are 144,000 people who have received the seal from heaven and have come down.
추대는 밑에서 올려 준 거예요. 우리 회사 대표 이사 해 주세요. 이렇게 맞죠? 그러면 이 추대와 하산은 이거는 성인들은 추대라 그랬죠.
Endorsement (추대) is when people from below elevate someone. Like, “Please be our company’s CEO,” right? So, this endorsement and divine bestowal—saints are endorsed, right?
The Importance of Character and Preparing for “Separation (이별)”
Heo Kyung-young emphasizes that character is more important than academic background or wealth, using Abraham Lincoln as an example. Lincoln, despite being a primary school dropout, became president because he diligently read the Bible, as advised by his mother, which shaped his character. This part is particularly impactful for anyone striving for personal growth, as it highlights the power of internal cultivation over external achievements. He also discusses the ultimate “separation” from one’s body, stressing the importance of preparing for it, which is a profound reflection on mortality.
공부 못한게 중요한게 아니에요. 공부는 인격이 아니에요.
Not being good at studying isn’t important. Studying isn’t character.
인격이 좋아야 돼. 인격이. 언제나 어머니, 어머니가 유언한 대로 그 성경을 읽어보고 판단을 한 거야.
Character must be good. Character. He always read the Bible and made judgments according to his mother’s will.
His character was excellent. Understood? So Lincoln kept the one word his mother told him. Does such excellent character have anything to do with academic background? No. Does it have anything to do with money? No.
우리 몸은 언제든지 여러분을 배신해 버려. 언제든지 나그네와 비슷해요. 갑자기 멀세했는데 밤에 자다가 왼쪽 마비가 와버려.
Our bodies will betray you at any time. They are always like travelers. Suddenly, you’re fine, but then you wake up at night with left-side paralysis.
그러니까 제일 중요한 거는 이별의 연습이야. 내가 내 몸과 내가 이별을 잘해야 돼. 그게 최고 중요한 거지.
So the most important thing is practicing separation. I must separate well from my body. That is the most important thing.
그 이별을 잘하기 위해서 우리가 살아가야 돼.
We must live to make that separation well.

Ⅱ. Meeting Discussion
-
Welcome and Introduction
- Heo Kyung-young welcomed all attendees, especially the newcomers, emphasizing the daily nature of his sermons.
- He referenced a previous discussion on how to avoid heat internally.
-
Understanding “New Souls” and “Nujin Up”
- Definition of “Jinin” (True Person)
- “Jinin” refers to those who have been “sealed” by Heaven, completing their human form, with 144,000 individuals having emerged from Haneulgong.
- The final judgment was completed five years prior, marking a shift away from ancestral reincarnation.
- New Souls (New USBs)
- Since July, new souls are being born without any connection to ancestors.
- These new souls are like “empty USBs” that receive the genetic information (DNA) of their parents.
- This means that while the soul itself is new, it inherits the parents’ “Nujin Up” (accumulated karma or generational traits).
- Examples of inherited “Nujin Up” include a father’s drinking habits or infidelity.
- Even if a soul is new, it is not entirely “clean” due to the parents’ “Nujin Up”.
- The “Nujin Up” of parents who have received blessings is considered “cleaner” or more positive.
- Clarification on Ancestral Influence
- After the judgment, ancestral reincarnation has ceased.
- New souls are given to all children, regardless of whether their parents are “Jinin” or not.
- However, the “Nujin Up” inherited by children of non-“Jinin” parents is considered “dirty”.
- This explains why children with new souls can still have different aptitudes (e.g., good at singing or math) based on their parents’ “Nujin Up”.
-
Distinction Between “Chudae” (Recommendation) and “Hasa” (Bestowal)
- Chudae (Recommendation)
- “Chudae” refers to being elevated or recommended by people, such as being appointed as an advisor.
- This applies to individuals up to the level of a “Seongin” (saint), where their status is determined by human recognition.
- “Chudae” does not confer special power.
- Hasa (Bestowal)
- “Hasa” is a gift or bestowal from a superior to an inferior, specifically from Heaven.
- “Jinin” are those who have received “Hasa” from Heaven, marked by a “seal”.
- “Hasa” is a type of “Eunsa” (grace or spiritual gift).
- “Eunsa” can manifest in various forms, such as healing, speaking in tongues, or specific talents like carpentry or piloting.
- True “Eunsa” is received by those belonging to the “Jinin”.
- “Hasa” and “Eunsa” originate from Heaven, unlike “Eunhye” (favor), which is a horizontal relationship between humans.
-
The Importance of Character: The Story of Abraham Lincoln
- Abraham Lincoln, despite dropping out of elementary school at age 12 after his mother’s death, became a US President.
- His mother’s dying wish was for him to read the Bible daily, which he diligently followed, shaping his character.
- Lincoln’s story illustrates that character is not determined by academic background or wealth, but by self-cultivation.
- He also demonstrated humility by listening to a child’s suggestion to grow a beard, which helped him win an election.
-
The Concept of “Farewell” (Ibyeol)
- Life involves constant farewells, from family members to, ultimately, one’s own body.
- The final farewell to one’s body is the most significant.
- “Jinin” are those who are best prepared for this ultimate farewell, having secured a “perfect insurance” for it.
- Those who die suddenly without preparation carry their sins.
- The speaker emphasizes that material wealth is useless in the face of this final separation.
- For ordinary people, the process of dying can be painful and lead to emotional detachment from loved ones.
- However, those who follow the speaker’s teachings will experience a peaceful departure, guided by angels to Baekgung (Heaven).
-
Community and Shared Experience
- The speaker highlighted the importance of gathering together, as it brings joy and prevents loneliness.
- Listening to songs, even sad ones, becomes a happy experience when shared.
- Haneulgong is described as the best place for this, offering news from Baekgung, secrets, information on new souls, and spiritual nourishment.
- The natural environment of Haneulgong, with its clean water and abundant forests, is also praised.
-
Spiritual Offerings and Blessings
- Attendees offered songs and prayers.
- A “Wish Stone” ceremony was performed, where wishes are written and placed in a box.
- The speaker presented two songs, “Shin In Gan” and “Manyuui Eomeoni,” created by Kim Young-hee, which are considered “Hasa” (bestowals) from Baekgung.
- The meeting concluded with blessings of “Level” for various groups of attendees, including those watching on YouTube, with the assurance that these levels accumulate and are managed by both the speaker and Baekgung.

- Answer: Hasapum is a direct bestowal from Heaven (superior to inferior), such as the status of a Jin-in. Chudae is an elevation by people (inferior to superior), such as recognizing someone as a “saint.” Heaven only intervenes for Shin-in and Jin-in.
- Question: How can one live a meaningful life and prepare for the ultimate separation (death)?
- Answer: By following the Shin-in’s teachings, one can achieve a peaceful and guided separation, avoiding the suffering and regret of those unprepared. The focus should be on spiritual preparation rather than material wealth.
-
Conclusion & Strategic / Philosophical Implications
The lecture concludes by reiterating the profound difference between “divine bestowal” (Hasapum) and “human recommendation” (Chudae), emphasizing that the status of a Jin-in is a direct gift from Heaven. It also highlights the importance of preparing for the ultimate “separation” from one’s physical body, suggesting that following the Shin-in’s teachings provides a path to a peaceful and guided transition. The philosophical implication is a shift in understanding human existence and destiny, where individual spiritual status (Jin-in) and the quality of parental karma (Nujin) are paramount, influencing even “new souls.” This framework encourages adherents to prioritize spiritual development and adherence to the Shin-in’s guidance for a favorable afterlife. -

Executive Insight
This lecture by Huh Kyung-young introduces a revised spiritual cosmology centered on the “new soul” concept, where post-judgment individuals receive “empty USB” souls that inherit only parental karma and genetics, not ancestral lineage. This paradigm shift underscores the critical importance of parents’ spiritual status, particularly for “true humans” (Jin-in) who receive a “divine gift” from Heaven, signifying a purified karmic slate. The distinction between divine bestowal (Hasapum) and human recommendation (Chudae) is crucial, positioning the Shin-in as the ultimate authority in spiritual matters. Professionals should recognize this framework’s emphasis on individual spiritual accountability and the profound impact of parental spiritual health on future generations, suggesting a strategic focus on personal and familial spiritual cultivation as a pathway to a favorable destiny and a peaceful “separation” from the physical body.
The Evolution of Souls and the Divine Decree
- The New Soul and the Legacy of Ancestral Karma
Huh Kyung-young (神人) extends a warm welcome to all, especially those attending for the first time, emphasizing that they are all angels and archangels who have traveled from distant lands to Haneulgung (하늘궁). He asserts that he is likely the only person who delivers sermons daily. He previously explained how to avoid the summer heat by cultivating inner peace. Today, he delves into the distinction between “true humans” (眞人) and those who are not, noting that the latter will eventually become true humans. The 144,000 true humans have been definitively established. A true human (眞人) is one who has received the divine seal (印). These 144,000 individuals, perfected as humans, have emerged from Haneulgung (하늘궁).
Huh Kyung-young (神人) states that the final judgment concluded five years prior, marking the point when the reincarnation of ancestors into human form began to cease. This signifies a growing distance from the cycle of reincarnation. Consequently, the era of humans undergoing reincarnation is ending, and from July onwards, new souls will descend. He stresses the importance of accurately explaining this concept to others. These new souls have no connection to ancestors. However, the genetic material of the mother and father is incorporated into these new souls. The soul itself is provided by heaven, but the genetic blueprint is not. He uses the analogy of a blank USB drive being given, whereas in the past, souls arrived as “full USB drives” containing the ancestral lineage and experiences of tens of thousands of years. The new USB, or soul, is clean and unburdened by past lives. Yet, upon insertion, this new USB recognizes only the parents’ genes. For instance, if the father has a certain elemental constitution and the mother another, their blood type and other genetic traits are imprinted onto the new soul.
This means that while the new soul is pure, it inherits the parents’ karmic imprints (業障), which he refers to as “defilements” (漏盡). These defilements (漏盡) are akin to inherited karma, a concept also found in Buddhism. Thus, a new soul, though initially pristine, becomes imbued with the parents’ defilements (漏盡). For example, a father’s drinking habits or infidelity can be passed on to the child through these defilements (漏盡). Therefore, a new soul is not entirely clean; it carries the parents’ defilements (漏盡). These defilements (漏盡) manifest in the child’s current life. Parents who have received blessings possess “blessed defilements” (漏盡), which are spiritual in nature. This inherited karma is termed “defilement karma” (漏盡業) in Buddhism. Huh Kyung-young (神人) explains that he performs “defilement cleansing” (漏盡通), which can reveal and remove illnesses from a mother’s womb. He asserts that ordinary people cannot perform this. It is crucial to understand that new souls are not entirely pure; they carry the defilements (漏盡) present in the parents’ sperm and egg. The parents’ good and bad traits are all contained within their “USB,” which is then transferred to the new soul. This clarifies that a new soul is not perfectly clean, as it contains the parents’ defilements (漏盡). This occurs because the mother’s egg and father’s sperm combine with the new soul, bringing these defilements (漏盡) with them. He reiterates that this understanding is vital for explaining why new souls are not entirely pristine.
- Divine Bestowal (下賜) vs. Human Acclamation (推戴)
Huh Kyung-young (神人) emphasizes that the concept of “defilement karma” (漏盡業) is important to grasp. He illustrates this with an example: if parents are good singers, their child, even with a new soul, might also be a good singer due to the inherited defilement karma (漏盡業). This signifies that the parents’ “USB” combines with the new soul. He then distinguishes between “divine bestowal” (下賜) and “human acclamation” (推戴). True humans (眞人) are granted their status from heaven, a “divine gift” (下賜品). This is a gift from a superior to an inferior, descending from above, not ascending from below. Divine bestowal (下賜) confirms one’s qualifications, particularly the purity of their defilements (漏盡). Those who have served, honored their parents, and lived righteously are deemed true humans (眞人).
In contrast, a “sage” (聖人) is a title bestowed by people. Terms like “commoner” (俗人), “ordinary person” (凡人), “petty person” (小人), “great person” (大人), “wise person” (賢人), “philosopher” (哲人), and “enlightened person” (道人) are all human judgments. The status of a sage (聖人) is determined by humans. Heaven intervenes only in the case of a Shin-in (神人). The 144,000 individuals who have received heaven’s seal (印) are present on Earth. While these individuals possess defilements (漏盡), they are considered pure. He explains that even a new soul, like a new pair of shoes, gets marked with a name, thus acquiring defilements (漏盡). This means the new USB is not empty but carries the defilements (漏盡) of both parents. This explains why some children excel at singing while others are good at mathematics.
- The Enduring Influence of Parental Legacy
Huh Kyung-young (神人) recounts the story of Abraham Lincoln, whose mother died when he was 12, leading him to drop out of elementary school due to poverty. On her deathbed, Lincoln’s mother gave him a Bible, instructing him to read it daily as if she were speaking to him, especially when he had questions. She urged him not to become a bad person just because she was gone. Lincoln cherished this Bible, reading it whenever he faced difficulties, which profoundly shaped his character. Despite his limited education, Lincoln, who sold newspapers on trains, always carried his Bible. Huh Kyung-young (神人) asserts that Lincoln’s presidency was not due to academic credentials but to his excellent character, which was forged by consistently consulting the Bible as his mother had advised. This deep engagement with the Bible broadened his understanding and opened his eyes, preventing him from straying onto a wrong path.
Huh Kyung-young (神人) emphasizes that having a correct standard allows one to overcome any calamity without fear. He warns that the body can betray one at any time, likening it to a transient guest. The body, despite being cared for, can suddenly cause illness or disability without reason. Therefore, one should not trust the body but rather believe in the ultimate truth. He reiterates the distinction between “human acclamation” (推戴) and “divine bestowal” (下賜). Human acclamation (推戴) is when people elevate someone, like appointing a company advisor. This applies to sages (聖人), who are recognized by people. Human acclamation (推戴) does not confer special power. In contrast, divine bestowal (下賜) is from heaven. Sages (聖人) are called such by humans, like Confucius being called a sage. Heaven does not declare someone a sage. However, a Shin-in (神人) receives a divine seal (天印) from heaven. This difference is significant.
- The Distinctive Nature of Shin-in (神人) and New Souls
Huh Kyung-young (神人) asserts that “human acclamation” (推戴) and “divine bestowal” (下賜) are diametrically opposed. Becoming a true human (眞人) is a remarkable achievement, a direct bestowal from heaven. He urges listeners not to take his words lightly. He explains that new souls are like new USB drives, unlike the old, ancestral USBs that contained the lineage of grandfathers and great-grandfathers. After the judgment, this ancestral reincarnation no longer occurs. No other religion understands this; only through his teachings can it be confirmed. He stresses the importance of understanding and explaining this accurately. While new souls are like new USBs, they still receive the genetic “USB” of the parents. This means that even new souls differ based on their parents’ lineage. This explains why children from different families, despite having new souls, might have varying academic abilities. The parents’ defilements (漏盡) are still transferred to the new soul.
A question arises whether only parental karma (業) becomes defilements (漏盡), or if ancestral karma also plays a role. Huh Kyung-young (神人) clarifies that the mother’s defilements (漏盡) and karma (業) are also included. He explains that the old, full USBs (ancestral souls) are now stopped by Haneulgung (하늘궁), and new, blank USBs are inserted. The remaining individuals, both true humans (眞人) and non-true humans, will have children with new souls. However, the new USBs of children born to non-true humans will be imbued with the parents’ defilements (漏盡). In contrast, the grandchildren of true humans (眞人) will have new USBs imbued with the true humans’ defilements (漏盡), which are considered good. This means that even new souls will differ based on whether their parents are true humans (眞人) or not. He shares this knowledge with his followers to prevent confusion. New USBs are not exclusively given to the children of true humans (眞人). Children born to non-true humans also receive new souls, but these souls are imbued with the non-true parents’ defilements (漏盡), leading to inherited habits like a father’s alcoholism. However, children born to true humans (眞人) in Haneulgung (하늘궁) will have clean defilements (漏盡) from their blessed parents, increasing their chances of going to heaven.
- The Nuances of Divine Grace (恩賜) and Human Experience
Huh Kyung-young (神人) reiterates the clear distinction between “human acclamation” (推戴) and “divine bestowal” (下賜). Human acclamation (推戴) extends only to sages (聖人), while divine bestowal (下賜) applies exclusively to true humans (眞人). True humans (眞人) are those who have received the divine seal (天印). Divine bestowal (下賜) is a gift from a superior to an inferior, whereas human acclamation (推戴) is when people elevate a distinguished individual. One cannot acclaim a Shin-in (神人) or a true human (眞人). However, one can acclaim a sage (聖人). He emphasizes that this distinction must be clearly understood to avoid confusion.
Divine bestowal (下賜) can also be referred to as “divine grace” (恩賜). Divine grace (恩賜) is also something given from above. There are various forms of divine grace (恩賜), such as the grace of healing or the grace of speaking in tongues. These are considered special talents or aptitudes, like being skilled in carpentry or mechanics. These graces are believed to be bestowed from above, not acquired through personal effort. While divine grace (恩賜) and divine bestowal (下賜) are similar, they are not identical. Both terms use the character for “bestowal” (賜), indicating reception from heaven. However, true divine grace (恩賜) is not as common as people believe; it is typically received by those who are true humans (眞人). Thus, divine grace (恩賜) and divine bestowal (下賜) both originate from heaven, unlike human acclamation (推戴), which comes from people. He clarifies that this differs from “benevolence” (恩惠), which is a horizontal relationship between humans, such as a father showing kindness to his son. A father cannot bestow divine grace (恩賜) on his son; only heaven can.
- The Path to Inner Character and the Practice of Farewell
Huh Kyung-young (神人) encourages everyone to become like Lincoln. Despite Lincoln’s limited education, he became the President of the United States. He asserts that academic background is not a measure of character. Lincoln’s character was shaped by diligently reading the Bible, as his mother had instructed, especially during his lonely childhood. This demonstrates that excellent character is unrelated to academic achievement or wealth. Character is self-cultivated, independent of external influences. Huh Kyung-young (神人) notes that he himself achieved his status in the worst possible environment through maximum effort. He emphasizes that one’s character is not influenced by external factors. Lincoln’s ability to become president and abolish slavery despite his humble beginnings and physical appearance is remarkable. Lincoln endured hardship, selling newspapers and self-educating. Despite being ridiculed for his appearance, he was content with the face his parents gave him. He even listened to a child’s suggestion to grow a beard, which he believed helped him win an election by making him appear less gaunt.
Huh Kyung-young (神人) highlights the wisdom of Lincoln’s mother, who, instead of commanding him to attend church, wrote a heartfelt letter in the Bible, making it a cherished last will. This subtle approach ensured Lincoln would read it. He emphasizes the importance of wisdom in such matters. Reading the Bible helped Lincoln develop his literary skills and transform his character. He then transitions to the theme of farewell, noting that all relationships, like that of a mother and child, eventually end. Whether through death or separation, farewells are a constant part of life. Ultimately, everyone must bid farewell to their own body. This final separation from one’s physical self is the most challenging. True humans (眞人) are those who are best prepared for this ultimate farewell, having secured a perfect “insurance policy” for it. Those who die suddenly, like in an accident, miss the opportunity to atone for their sins. Therefore, practicing for this farewell is the most important aspect of life, not accumulating wealth.
- The Joy of Togetherness and the Divine Plan
Huh Kyung-young (神人) explains that listening to songs about farewells should remind one of the inevitable separation from their body. He assures that “farewell specialists” (이별 전문가) will assist true humans (眞人) during this process. Unlike ordinary people who experience immense suffering and emotional detachment during prolonged illness, true humans (眞人) will have a peaceful transition. Angels will guide them, making the departure from the body effortless and joyful. This is a truly happy death. He then shifts to discussing the songs performed by the audience, offering lighthearted commentary and scores. He notes that some songs carry deep historical significance, like “Letter from Daedong River” (대동강 편지), which reflects the painful history of the Korean War and the division of Korea. He recounts the historical decision by President Syngman Rhee to allow prisoners of war to choose their destination, leading to many North Koreans remaining in the South. He also describes the devastating impact of the war on North Korea and General MacArthur’s controversial decision to advance into China, which led to his dismissal by the US President.
Huh Kyung-young (神人) then introduces a song by a singer named Kang Hae, whom he identifies as the reincarnation of a famous historical figure, Lee Young-yi. He asserts that this reincarnation cycle has now ended. He emphasizes that new souls now only inherit parental genes, not ancestral ones. He praises Kang Hae’s singing ability, attributing it to her past life as Lee Young-yi. He then presents a video about “wish stones” (소원석), which he finds amusing and well-made. He highlights the humor in the video, particularly the animation of a cat driving and a beautiful rabbit. He notes that watching these things alone at home does not evoke the same joy as experiencing them together. Being together is beneficial for both body and mind. He emphasizes the unique and entertaining nature of his lectures, which cannot be heard elsewhere. Listening to even sad songs like “Daedong River” (대동강) becomes enjoyable when shared. He explains that the joy of watching television diminishes when one’s spouse is gone, as there is no one to share the experience with. In such cases, coming to Haneulgung (하늘궁) provides companionship and entertainment. Haneulgung (하늘궁) offers news from heaven, secret insights, information about new souls, and the timing of the judgment, along with Elixir Milk (불로유).
- The Divine Gifts (下賜品) and the Accumulation of Spiritual Merit
Huh Kyung-young (神人) describes the natural beauty of Haneulgung (하늘궁), with its abundant forests and valleys, where the clean water flows down to cleanse the people of Jangheung. The water is pristine, and the area remains cool even in summer due to the dense tree cover, unlike the scorching heat of urban areas like Gangnam. He then introduces a song dedicated to him, “Shin-in (神人) Teacher Huh Kyung-young (神人 스승님)”. This song, along with “Mother of All Beings” (만유의 어머님), was created by artist Kim Young-hee. He notes that Kim Young-hee created these two works after becoming a true human (眞人), whereas her previous 200 works were not as significant. He suggests that these two works might have been divinely inspired. He considers these creations “divine gifts” (下賜品) from Haneulgung (하늘궁), a reward for her efforts. Similarly, the music and lyrics, which he wrote, are also divine gifts (下賜品).
He recites a passage: “Let the unrighteous continue to be unrighteous, and the filthy continue to be filthy; let the righteous continue to be righteous, and the holy continue to be holy. Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city”. He instructs angels to remember the two scales: “proof” (證明) and “praise” (稱). One is the scale of “yang” (陽), which measures human sins and blessings, like a scale for weighing good and bad deeds. He repeats, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done”. He concludes by stating that he will now finish the day’s session. He then performs a ritual, commanding that spiritual “levels” (레벨) be bestowed upon all angels who sang, attended Haneulgung (하늘궁), registered as members, and their families and ancestors. He also bestows levels upon those watching on YouTube and their families and ancestors. Finally, he bestows levels upon those who have received blessings and new identities. He asserts that these levels are never lost. He demonstrates that the levels accumulate daily. He clarifies that while he can add or remove the levels he bestows, he cannot remove the levels accumulated in Haneulgung (하늘궁). This signifies that there are two systems of spiritual merit: one managed by him and another by Haneulgung (하늘궁). He concludes by bestowing levels upon all YouTube viewers, their families, and ancestors.
The Divine Dispensation of New Souls and the Legacy of Karma
- The Advent of New Souls and the Cessation of Ancestral Reincarnation
Greetings to all celestial beings, both angels and archangels, who have journeyed from distant lands to the Republic of Korea, a land of spiritual restoration. A special welcome is extended to all angels who are visiting for the first time today. May you all encounter the Divine-Person and receive the Divine-Person’s blessings.
I shall now present the Divine-Person’s sermon. I am likely the only individual who delivers sermons daily. Yesterday, I elucidated the method for escaping the summer heat, emphasizing the importance of internal spiritual refuge. Today, I shall elaborate on the distinction between those who are Shin-in(神人) and those who are not, and the future trajectory of those who are yet to become Shin-in(神人).
The 144,000 Shin-in(神人) have been definitively established. These individuals have attained the status of Shin-in(神人) through a specific process. The term Shin-in(神人) encompasses various meanings, including a true person, a person of truth, and one who bears the seal. A Shin-in(神人) is one upon whom a seal has been impressed. Thus, 144,000 individuals, perfected as humans, have emerged from Haneulgung.
The final judgment was concluded five years ago. Since that time, the reincarnation of ancestors into human form has progressively ceased. The cycle of reincarnation is becoming increasingly distant. Consequently, the era of human reincarnation is drawing to a close. From July onwards, new souls, entirely devoid of ancestral connections, will descend. This concept requires careful explanation to others. These new souls bear no ancestral ties to the families they enter. Their genetic makeup, however, will be derived from their biological parents. The new soul receives only the genetic blueprint of the parents; it does not bring its own genetic material from the heavens.
Consider a blank USB drive. In the past, souls arrived as fully loaded USB drives, containing the accumulated experiences of 14,600 years of ancestral lineage. However, the new USB drives are entirely empty, devoid of any such history. These pristine souls, like new USB drives, are inserted into a family. Upon insertion, the USB drive recognizes only the parents’ genetic information. For instance, if the father is of a certain elemental type and the mother of another, their combined genetic traits, such as blood type, are imprinted onto this new USB drive.
Therefore, the new soul is not entirely pure. It inherits the karma (누진) of the parents. The parents’ accumulated karma (누진) is transferred to the new USB drive. This karma (누진), in Buddhist terminology, is known as nujin. It is the accumulated karma (누진) passed down through generations. This nujin is imprinted upon the otherwise empty soul. Consequently, the child may inherit the father’s drinking habits or philandering tendencies. Thus, even a new soul is not entirely pristine; it carries the nujin of the father. This nujin manifests in the child’s present life, shaping their current self.
Parents who have received blessings possess blessed nujin, a spiritual nujin. This nujin is what we refer to as karma (업), or nujin karma in Buddhist terms. This nujin karma is what I address through nujin-tong, a spiritual healing process. When I command the nujin to enter the mother’s womb, any existing ailments emerge. This is my nujin-tong ability, which ordinary individuals do not possess.
It is crucial to understand that new souls are not inherently pure. The parents’ sperm and egg contain nujin, encompassing both their positive and negative traits. This parental nujin is transferred to the new soul. The new soul is not entirely clean because it combines with the mother’s ovum and the father’s sperm, thereby inheriting their nujin. Therefore, when explaining this concept, it is important to clarify that new souls are not entirely “new” or pristine in the Japanese sense of atarashii. They carry the nujin karma.
For example, if parents are skilled singers, their child, even with a new soul, may also be a good singer. This is because the parents’ nujin karma is inherited. The parents’ USB drive combines with the new soul.
- The Distinction Between Divine Dispensation (하사) and Human Endorsement (추대)
Yesterday, I explained that Shin-in(神人) status is bestowed from heaven. This is referred to as Divine Dispensation (하사), a gift from a superior to an inferior. It is a descent from above, not an ascent from below. Divine Dispensation (하사) confirms the purity of one’s nujin. Those who have served diligently, honored their parents, and lived righteously are deemed Shin-in(神인). This is a Divine Dispensation (하사).
In contrast, the status of a sage (성인) is determined by human judgment. People may refer to someone as a great person, a petty person, or a commoner. These are human classifications. Even the designation of a sage is a human endorsement. Heaven intervenes only in the case of Shin-in(神人), hence the character for “seal” (인) is affixed. 144,000 individuals have received the heavenly seal and are present on Earth. While they possess nujin, their nujin is pure. It is not accurate to claim they have no nujin. They receive a new soul, but it is as if their name is inscribed on a new pair of shoes, thereby acquiring nujin. The new USB drive is not empty; it is imprinted with the nujin of the mother and father. This explains why some children excel at singing, while others are proficient in mathematics.
Consider Abraham Lincoln. His mother died when he was twelve, forcing him to drop out of elementary school due to poverty. On her deathbed, his mother gave him a Bible, urging him to read it daily as if she were speaking to him, especially when he had questions. Lincoln cherished this Bible, consulting it whenever he faced difficulties. This constant engagement with the Bible transformed him. Despite being a newspaper seller and a primary school dropout, he carried the Bible everywhere. His character, not his academic background, made him a great president. He always referred to his mother’s dying wish, reading the Bible before making any decision. This profound influence broadened his understanding and opened his eyes, preventing him from straying onto a wrong path.
When we establish a correct standard, no calamity can overcome us. We become fearless. Our bodies, however, can betray us at any moment, like transient guests. One might wake up paralyzed on one side due to a sudden stroke. Our bodies can silently incapacitate us. Therefore, we should not place our trust in the body. We must trust in the ultimate reality.
Human endorsement (추대) is an act of elevating someone from below. For instance, appointing someone as a company advisor is an act of endorsement. The person being endorsed does not wield greater power; rather, those who endorse them hold the power. The status of a sage is a human endorsement. People call Confucius a sage; Confucius did not declare himself one, nor did heaven. This is a human designation.
In contrast, Shin-in(神人) status is a Divine Dispensation (하사), a heavenly seal. This is the fundamental difference. Divine Dispensation (하사) and human endorsement are diametrically opposed. Therefore, your attainment of Shin-in(神人) status is a momentous achievement, a direct bestowal from heaven.
The new USB drives, representing new souls, are now descending. Previously, souls were old USB drives, representing ancestral reincarnation. After the judgment, this ancestral reincarnation ceased. No other religion understands this. We can confirm this through spiritual means.
Even though the USB drives are new, the parents’ genetic USB drive is imprinted upon them. This means that even new souls differ. Some families produce academically gifted children, while others do not, despite all children having new souls. This is due to the parents’ nujin.
A question was raised regarding whether only parental karma (업) constitutes nujin, or if ancestral karma (업) also plays a role. Parental karma (업) certainly contributes to nujin. The old, full USB drives of ancestors are now halted by the Divine-Person in the heavenly realm. The remaining individuals, both Shin-in(神人) and non-Shin-in(神人), will have children with new USB souls. However, the nujin of non-Shin-in(神人) parents will be imprinted on their children’s new USB drives, resulting in “dirty” nujin. Conversely, the grandchildren of Shin-in(神人) in Haneulgung will have clean nujin because their parents’ nujin is good. This increases their probability of ascending to heaven.
Therefore, it is crucial to distinguish between human endorsement and Divine Dispensation (하사). Human endorsement applies up to the level of a sage. Divine Dispensation (하사) applies only to Shin-in(神人), those who have received the heavenly seal. You cannot endorse a Shin-in(神人). You can endorse a sage, but not a Shin-in(神人).
Divine Dispensation (하사) can also be understood as a form of grace (은사). Grace is also bestowed from above. There are various forms of grace, such as the grace of healing or the grace of speaking in tongues. These are special talents, not acquired through personal effort, but bestowed from above. While similar, Divine Dispensation (하사) and grace are distinct. Grace is also received from heaven. However, true grace is not common; it is typically received by those who belong to the Shin-in(神人) category. Thus, for you, Shin-in(神인) status is a Divine Dispensation (하사), a form of grace.
Grace and favor (은혜) are different. Favor is a horizontal relationship between humans, such as a father bestowing favor upon his son. A father cannot bestow grace; grace comes from heaven.
- The Importance of Character and the Practice of Farewell
Abraham Lincoln, despite his limited formal education, became President of the United States. This demonstrates that academic achievement is not synonymous with character. Character is cultivated independently of education, wealth, or social background. The Divine-Person, too, achieved greatness despite the most challenging circumstances, through utmost effort. Character is not influenced by external factors. Lincoln, despite being ridiculed for his appearance, accepted his face as a gift from his parents. He even grew a beard on the advice of a child during his campaign, which he believed contributed to his electoral success.
Lincoln’s mother’s wisdom in giving him the Bible with a personal note, rather than simply commanding him to attend church, ensured he would read it. This fostered his literary skills and transformed him.
We are constantly practicing farewells in life, whether through the death of loved ones or other separations. Ultimately, we must bid farewell to our own bodies. This final separation is the most challenging. Those who are Shin-in(神人) are adept at this ultimate farewell. They have secured perfect insurance for this separation. However, those who die suddenly, without preparation, carry their sins with them.
Therefore, we must live our lives in preparation for this ultimate farewell. Material wealth is meaningless in this context. The most crucial aspect is the practice of bidding farewell to our own bodies. When the time comes, specialists in farewell will assist us. Without such assistance, one might struggle in agony. Ordinary people often experience a gradual detachment from their loved ones during prolonged illness, making the final separation less painful. However, this is a terrifying process, fraught with financial burdens and emotional distress.
Those who live according to my teachings will experience a peaceful farewell. Angels will guide them from their bodies, and they will ascend to the heavenly realm without fear. They will embrace a joyful death, preferring the unknown bliss of the afterlife to the familiar struggles of earthly existence.
- The Dual Management of Spiritual Levels
The Divine-Person’s words are life-giving. I am reluctant to part with even a single word, as if it were a precious USB drive.
The songs performed here, even those with sorrowful themes, bring joy when shared collectively. When a spouse dies, the joy of watching television together vanishes. In such moments, Haneulgung offers companionship and shared experience. Haneulgung’s karaoke is the best in the world, offering news of the heavenly realm, revealing secrets, announcing the descent of new souls, and confirming the end of judgment. It also provides Elixir Milk and countless other blessings.
Haneulgung, with its abundant forests and valleys, provides pure water that nourishes the surrounding areas. The air is pristine, and the temperature is always pleasant, unlike the stifling heat and pollution of urban centers.
The songs presented here, such as “Mother of All Beings,” composed by Kim Young-hee, are remarkable. She created two such pieces after becoming a Shin-in(神人). Her previous 200 compositions were unremarkable. It is as if these two new works were created in the heavenly realm, a Divine Dispensation (하사). The music, composed by Lee Sang-sook and sung by an AI vocalist, is perfectly harmonized, suggesting divine intervention. This is a gift, a Divine Dispensation (하사), for her efforts. The lyrics, which I composed, were also a Divine Dispensation (하사) from the heavenly realm.
“Let the unrighteous continue to be unrighteous, and the filthy continue to be filthy; let the righteous continue to be righteous, and the holy continue to be holy. Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Angels, remember the two scales: proof and praise. One is the scale of good deeds, measuring human sin and blessings, long and short, thick and thin, wide and narrow. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. The scales of good and evil.”
I now conclude today’s sermon. In the name of Huh Kyung-young, I command that all angels who have offered songs today, all angels who have entered Haneulgung today, all angels who could not attend despite paying their consultation fees, all angels who have registered as full members, and all their families and ancestors, receive Level 2 trillion. In the name of Huh Kyung-young, I command that all angels watching on YouTube, and their families and ancestors, receive Level 5 trillion. In the name of Huh Kyung-young, I command that all angels who have received the Blessing of 100 Names and the new identity of the Architectural Blessing, and their families and ancestors, receive Level 10 trillion.
I now bestow blessings upon everyone. All angels present in Haneulgung today, and their families and ancestors, receive Level 10 trillion. No level is ever lost; it is always accumulated. I can demonstrate this. I command Level 1.5 trillion to all. Has everyone received Level 1.5 trillion? Yes. Has everyone received Level 2 trillion? No, that is false. This illustrates that your levels are continuously accumulating.
I can restore all levels to their original state. I can also remove the levels I have bestowed. However, I cannot remove the Shin-in(神人) status that has been divinely dispensed. My authority over levels is distinct from the heavenly realm’s management. My bestowed levels are added to the heavenly levels. I can remove only the levels I have given, not the levels accumulated in the heavenly realm. Similarly, I can bestow blessings, but I cannot revoke the Shin-in(神人) status that is a Divine Dispensation (하사). Even if I am physically present here, I can bestow Divine Dispensation (하사) from afar. However, what is done on Earth and what is done in the heavenly realm are separate.
1. The Divine Judgment and the Emergence of New Souls
The final judgment was concluded five years ago. Since that time, the transmigration of ancestral souls into human reincarnation has ceased. This marks a significant departure from the cycle of reincarnation, where souls would continuously return to earthly existence. Now, the process of reincarnation is becoming increasingly distant. From July onwards, only new souls will descend. It is crucial to accurately explain this concept to others. These new souls have no connection to ancestors. They arrive in a household without any ancestral ties.
- The Nature of New Souls and the Inheritance of Karma
When a new soul arrives, its genetic makeup is derived solely from the mother and father. The soul itself does not carry ancestral genes from the heavens. It is akin to receiving an empty USB drive; the soul is provided without pre-existing data. Previously, souls were like USB drives pre-loaded with the accumulated experiences of 14,600 years of ancestral life. However, the new USB drives are entirely blank, devoid of such historical data. These pristine souls, when “plugged in,” recognize and integrate only the parents’ genetic information. For instance, if the father has a certain blood type and the mother another, these genetic traits are the first data to be recorded on the new soul’s USB drive.
However, this does not mean the new soul is entirely pure. The parents’ karma (업장, eopjang) is directly transferred to this new USB drive. This karmic inheritance, referred to in Buddhism as nujin (누진, accumulated defilements), is imprinted upon the otherwise empty soul. Therefore, a new soul, despite its pristine origin, can inherit parental habits such as alcoholism or infidelity. This demonstrates that even a new soul is not entirely clean, as the parents’ nujin becomes part of its present existence.
Parents who have received blessings possess a blessed nujin, a spiritual accumulation that is also transferred. This inherited karma is termed nujin karma in Buddhism. Through a process called nujin-tong (누진통, karmic purification), it is possible to address these inherited karmic burdens. This process can identify and alleviate illnesses or negative patterns that have been passed down. It is essential to understand that a new soul is not inherently pure; it carries the nujin embedded within the mother’s ovum and the father’s sperm. The new soul combines with the parents’ genetic “USB drive,” inheriting both their positive and negative traits.
- The Distinction Between Divine Bestowal (Hasa) and Human Acclamation (Chudae)
There is a fundamental difference between divine bestowal (hasa, 하사) and human acclamation (chudae, 추대).
-
Hasa (Divine Bestowal):
- This refers to a gift or qualification granted from a higher being to a lower one.
- The Shin-in(神人), or divine human, is an example of hasa. The Shin-in(神人) is marked by a divine seal, signifying a direct conferral from heaven.
- The 144,000 individuals who have received this divine seal are considered Shin-in(神人).
- While these individuals may still possess nujin, their nujin is purified. They are like new shoes upon which one’s name is written, signifying a unique, yet clean, identity.
- The works of certain artists, when divinely inspired, can also be considered hasa, a gift from a higher realm in recognition of their efforts.
-
Chudae (Human Acclamation):
- This refers to an individual being elevated or recognized by people.
- Examples include being appointed as an advisor to a company or being revered as a saint (seong-in, 성인).
- Saints like Confucius are recognized by humanity, not by divine decree.
- Chudae does not confer any special power; it is a recognition from below.
- Humans can acclaim a saint, but they cannot acclaim a Shin-in(神人).
Therefore, hasa is a divine act, while chudae is a human act. This distinction is crucial for understanding spiritual hierarchy. Hasa is a type of grace (eunsa, 은사), a gift from heaven. Grace can manifest in various forms, such as the ability to heal, speak in tongues, or excel in a particular craft. These are seen as talents bestowed from above, not merely developed through personal effort. True grace, however, is typically received by those who are Shin-in(神人).
- The Enduring Legacy of Abraham Lincoln: Character Over Credentials
Abraham Lincoln’s life exemplifies the triumph of character over conventional credentials. Despite dropping out of elementary school at age 12 after his mother’s death, Lincoln became a U.S. President. His mother’s dying wish was for him to read the Bible daily, considering it her voice and a guide for life. Lincoln diligently followed this advice, immersing himself in the scriptures. This constant engagement with the Bible, especially during his solitary moments, profoundly shaped his character and broadened his understanding of humanity.
Lincoln’s story underscores that excellent character is not dependent on academic background, wealth, or social connections. It is cultivated through personal effort and adherence to moral principles. His humble beginnings and self-education, coupled with his unwavering commitment to his mother’s counsel, forged a leader who abolished slavery. Even when ridiculed for his appearance, Lincoln remained content with his God-given features. He even heeded a child’s suggestion to grow a beard, which ultimately enhanced his public image and confidence.
Lincoln’s life teaches that a strong moral compass, guided by wisdom and integrity, can overcome any adversity. It is a testament to the power of internal cultivation, independent of external circumstances.
- The Inevitable Farewell: Preparing for the Ultimate Separation
Life is a continuous process of separation. We experience partings from family, friends, and eventually, our own physical bodies. This ultimate separation from our physical body is the most significant. While other partings may fade with time, the departure from one’s own body is a profound and often challenging experience.
Those who are Shin-in(神人) are best prepared for this final separation. They have made provisions, a “perfect insurance policy,” for this transition. In contrast, those who die unexpectedly, such as in accidents, may not have the opportunity to atone for their sins or prepare spiritually.
The process of dying for ordinary people can be arduous, marked by pain and the gradual detachment of emotional bonds. However, for those who live according to divine teachings, the transition is peaceful. Angels guide them, ensuring a smooth departure from the body and a joyful journey to the heavenly realm. This is a blissful death, free from fear and suffering.
- The Significance of Collective Gathering and Divine Blessings
Gathering together, as in Haneulgung, offers numerous benefits. It fosters a sense of community, provides opportunities for shared joy, and promotes physical and mental well-being through interaction and movement. Unlike solitary contemplation, collective experiences, even listening to melancholic songs, become joyful when shared. The absence of a loved one can diminish the pleasure of simple activities like watching television, highlighting the importance of companionship.
Haneulgung serves as a unique space where divine messages are delivered, secrets of the heavenly realm are revealed, and insights into new souls and the timing of divine judgment are shared. Attendees also receive divine water (gwangchan-su, 광찬수) and other blessings. The natural environment of Haneulgung, with its abundant forests and clean water, further contributes to a healthy and refreshing experience, contrasting sharply with the polluted and stressful urban environment.
The songs and artistic creations presented in Haneulgung, such as the “Song of Shin-in(神人)” and “Mother of All Beings,” are not merely human endeavors. They are considered divine bestowals (hasa), gifts from the heavenly realm that resonate with profound spiritual meaning. These works, often created spontaneously by individuals who have become Shin-in(神人), reflect a divine intervention that elevates their artistic expression.
- The Accumulation and Management of Spiritual Levels
Spiritual levels are accumulated through various actions and blessings. These levels are meticulously recorded in the heavenly realm. When blessings are bestowed, such as during a gathering, these levels are added to each individual. This accumulation is continuous and immeasurable by human standards.
There are two distinct systems for managing these levels:
- Divine Levels: These are levels bestowed by the Shin-in(神人) and can be managed (added or removed) by the Shin-in(神人).
- Heavenly Palace Levels: These are levels accumulated in the Heavenly Palace and cannot be removed by the Shin-in(神人).
When the Shin-in(神人) bestows levels, they are added to the existing Heavenly Palace levels. However, the Shin-in(神人) can only remove the levels that they themselves have granted, not those accumulated in the Heavenly Palace. This dual management system ensures that even if the Shin-in(神人) were to remove their bestowed levels, a baseline of spiritual accumulation from the Heavenly Palace would remain. Similarly, the status of a Shin-in(神人), once divinely bestowed, cannot be revoked by human or even divine intervention on Earth. This clarifies the profound and enduring nature of divine bestowal.

- Core Messages
- New Souls and Inherited **Nujin**: After a final judgment, new souls are born without ancestral ties, but they inherit the “accumulated karma” (nujin) and genetic traits of their parents, akin to a new USB drive receiving data from its host.
- Paraphrase: “From now on, the new souls that descend have no connection with ancestors. They come into that family without any ancestral connection. Then what about their genes? The genes of the mother and father enter. The genes enter that new soul.”
- Explanation: This signifies a shift from ancestral reincarnation to a direct inheritance of parental characteristics, both positive and negative, impacting the new soul’s disposition and life path.
- Shin-in(神人) Status as Divine Bestowal (**Hasa**): The status of a Shin-in(神人) is a direct gift from Heaven, a “bestowal” (hasa), distinct from the “commendation” (chudae) that humans give to individuals they deem “saints.”
- Paraphrase: “The Shin-in(神人) is given by Heaven. So what is this called? Bestowal (hasa). This is a bestowed item. It is given by a superior to an inferior. It came down from above.”
- Explanation: This highlights the unique, divinely ordained nature of Shin-in(神人), emphasizing that their authority and status originate from a higher power, not from human recognition or effort.
- The Primacy of Inner Character: Abraham Lincoln’s life exemplifies that true greatness and leadership stem from strong inner character, cultivated through adherence to moral principles, rather than from academic achievement or social status.
- Paraphrase: “It’s not about having a good academic background to become president of the United States. Character must be good. Character. He always read the Bible and made judgments according to his mother’s will.”
- Explanation: This teaching underscores the importance of cultivating one’s inner self and moral compass as the foundation for a meaningful and impactful life, irrespective of external circumstances.
- Life as Preparation for the Final Separation: Life is a continuous process of separation, culminating in the ultimate separation from one’s physical body. Shin-in(神人) are uniquely prepared for this final transition, ensuring a peaceful and guided departure.
- Paraphrase: “We are always practicing separation. So what do we finally separate from? We must separate from our body. Our physical body, the final separation is the last. So, who do we finally part with? We part with ourselves. We have to abandon our own body and leave.”
- Explanation: This perspective reframes death not as an end, but as a significant transition for which one must consciously prepare, with Shin-in(神人) offering a path to a serene departure.
- Detailed Summary
-
The Shift in Soul Incarnation and the Role of **Nujin**
- Main Assertions: Following a final judgment five years prior, the cycle of ancestral reincarnation has ceased. New souls are now “new USBs,” meaning they are born without the accumulated karma of past lives or ancestral lineage. However, these new souls are immediately imprinted with the genetic information and “accumulated karma” (nujin) of their biological parents. This nujin includes both positive and negative traits, such as a father’s drinking habits or a mother’s musical talent.
- Analogies/Examples: The concept of a “new USB” is used to represent a clean, unburdened soul. When this “empty USB” is “plugged into” the parents, it receives their genetic data and nujin, much like a computer downloads information onto a blank drive. This explains why children, even with new souls, can inherit parental characteristics.
- Practical Message: Understanding nujin is crucial for explaining why children born with new souls still exhibit traits and predispositions from their parents. It highlights the immediate influence of the parental environment on the newly incarnated soul.
-
The Nature of Shin-in(神人) and the Distinction of **Hasa**
- Main Assertions: The status of a Shin-in(神人) is a “bestowal” (hasa) from Heaven, meaning it is directly given by a higher power. This is fundamentally different from “saints” (성인), who are “commended” (chudae) by humans based on their perceived virtues or achievements. Hasa implies a divine seal or recognition, while chudae is a human-centric elevation.
- Analogies/Examples: Hasa is likened to a superior giving a gift to an inferior, or Heaven stamping a seal of approval. Chudae is compared to a company appointing someone as an advisor or people recognizing a historical figure like Confucius as a saint. The 144,000 Shin-in(神人) are those who have received this divine seal.
- Practical Message: This distinction clarifies the unique, divinely appointed role of Shin-in(神人), positioning them as recipients of direct heavenly grace rather than products of human judgment or societal acclaim.
-
The Enduring Influence of Parental **Nujin** on New Souls
- Main Assertions: Even though new souls are “clean USBs,” they are not entirely pure upon birth because they immediately absorb the nujin of their parents. This means that children born to parents who are not Shin-in(神人) will inherit “dirty nujin,” while children of Shin-in(神人) will inherit “clean nujin.” This explains why children from different families, despite having new souls, can exhibit varying aptitudes and behaviors.
- Analogies/Examples: The “new USB” analogy is extended to illustrate that while the hardware is new, the software (parental nujin) is immediately installed. A child of an alcoholic father might inherit a predisposition to alcoholism, while a child of musically gifted parents might inherit musical talent.
- Practical Message: This reinforces that while ancestral karma is gone, parental influence remains paramount. It suggests that the spiritual state and actions of parents directly impact the nujin inherited by their children, even those with new souls.
-
Abraham Lincoln: A Testament to Character Over Academia
- Main Assertions: Abraham Lincoln, despite only completing elementary school, became a great U.S. President due to his exceptional character, which was profoundly shaped by his mother’s dying wish for him to read the Bible. His mother’s wisdom in presenting the Bible as a personal message rather than a religious obligation was key.
- Analogies/Examples: Lincoln’s mother wrote a personal letter in the Bible, making it a direct communication from her, which motivated him to read it diligently. This fostered his character and wisdom, enabling him to overcome challenges and lead effectively. The anecdote about a child suggesting he grow a beard, which he heeded, further illustrates his humility and openness.
- Practical Message: This story serves as an inspiration, emphasizing that true character, wisdom, and leadership are cultivated internally through moral guidance and personal effort, not through formal education, wealth, or external validation.
-
Life as a Series of Separations and the Final Departure
- Main Assertions: Life is a continuous process of separation, from family members to possessions, culminating in the ultimate separation from one’s own physical body. This final separation is the most challenging. Shin-in(神人) are uniquely prepared for this, having “perfect insurance” for their departure.
- Analogies/Examples: The lecture uses the example of separating from parents, spouses, and possessions throughout life. The final separation from the body is described as a struggle for ordinary people, often accompanied by pain and resentment. In contrast, Shin-in(神人) experience a peaceful transition, guided by angels, without fear or regret.
- Practical Message: This teaching encourages a mindful approach to life, recognizing its transient nature and preparing for the inevitable separation from the physical form. It positions Shin-in(神人) as models for achieving a serene and blessed departure.

One-Sentence Overall Summary
Following a divine judgment, new souls are now born free from ancestral reincarnation but inherit parental karma (nujin), underscoring the immediate influence of family, while Shin-in(神人) status is a direct heavenly bestowal, distinct from human commendation, and true greatness, exemplified by Abraham Lincoln, stems from cultivated character, all of which prepares individuals for the ultimate, peaceful separation from the physical body, guided by divine assistance.
1. The Divine Judgment and the Advent of New Souls
The Divine Human (神人), having achieved human perfection, emerged from Haneulgung, numbering 144,000. This pivotal moment, when individuals attained the status of Divine Human, marked the conclusion of the final judgment five years prior. Since then, the transmigration of ancestral souls into human reincarnation has ceased. The cycle of reincarnation is progressively receding. Consequently, the era of human reincarnation is concluding, and from July onwards, new souls will descend. These new souls bear no ancestral connections. They arrive into families without any ties to their ancestors.
-
The Mechanism of Genetic Inheritance and the “Empty USB” Analogy
The genetic makeup of these new souls will be derived solely from their biological parents. The parents’ genes are directly incorporated into the new soul. It is crucial to comprehend that these souls do not carry ancestral genes from the heavens; only the soul itself is imbued. Consider this akin to receiving an empty USB drive. Previously, souls arrived as fully loaded USB drives, containing the accumulated experiences of 14,600 years of ancestral life. However, the new USB drives are entirely blank, devoid of any such history. When this pristine USB is inserted, it exclusively recognizes the parents’ genetic information. For instance, if the father has a specific elemental constitution and the mother another, their blood types and other genetic traits are imprinted onto this new USB. -
The Inevitable Inheritance of Parental Karma: “Accumulated Defilements”
Despite the soul being new and pristine, it is not entirely unblemished. Upon insertion, the USB immediately receives the parents’ accumulated karma, or “accumulated defilements” (漏盡). This concept, known as nujin in Buddhism, refers to the accumulated karmic imprints passed down through generations. These defilements are directly transferred to the new, empty soul. This means that a father’s drinking habits or a mother’s infidelity, for example, can be inherited by the new soul. Therefore, a new soul is not inherently pure; it carries the accumulated defilements of its parents. -
The Distinction Between “Bestowal” and “Recommendation”
The status of a Divine Human is a bestowal (下賜) from heaven. It is a gift from a superior entity to an inferior one, descending from above. This is not something achieved through human effort or ascent. It is a divine confirmation of an individual’s purity, having observed their accumulated defilements and found them clean, having served their parents dutifully. In contrast, the status of a sage or saint is a recommendation (推戴). This is a human designation, where people elevate an individual based on their perceived virtues. It is a recognition from below, not a divine decree. -
The Divine Seal and the 144,000 Divine Humans
Heaven intervenes directly in the designation of a Divine Human, imprinting a divine seal. Thus, the 144,000 individuals who have received this heavenly seal are indeed Divine Humans. While they possess accumulated defilements, these are considered pure. The new soul, though pristine, becomes marked with the parents’ accumulated defilements, much like writing one’s name on a new pair of shoes. The empty USB is not truly empty; it is imbued with the accumulated defilements of both parents. This explains why some children excel in singing while others are proficient in mathematics. -
The Enduring Influence of Parental Wisdom: The Example of Abraham Lincoln
Abraham Lincoln’s mother passed away when he was twelve, leading him to drop out of elementary school due to poverty. On her deathbed, she entrusted him with a Bible, urging him to read it daily as if she were speaking to him, especially when he sought guidance. Lincoln cherished this Bible, consulting it for every decision. This constant engagement with the scriptures, even while selling newspapers, profoundly shaped his character. Despite his limited formal education, Lincoln’s profound integrity, cultivated through his mother’s wisdom, enabled him to become President of the United States. His example underscores that character, not academic credentials, is paramount. -
The Impermanence of the Physical Body and the Importance of Preparation for Departure
Our physical bodies are inherently unreliable and can betray us at any moment, much like a transient guest. One might awaken to paralysis or other ailments without warning. Therefore, placing faith solely in the body is misguided. Our ultimate trust must reside in a higher truth. -
The Fundamental Difference Between Recommendation and Bestowal
Recommendation is an act of elevation by subordinates, such as appointing someone as a company advisor. It signifies a recognition of merit by others. This applies to individuals up to the level of a sage or saint, whose status is conferred by human consensus. Bestowal, however, is a divine act, a gift from heaven. The Divine Human receives a heavenly seal, a celestial imprint. This distinction highlights the profound significance of being a Divine Human. -
The Divergent Fates of New Souls Based on Parental Status
After the divine judgment, the old cycle of ancestral reincarnation has ceased. Now, new souls descend. However, the quality of these new souls differs based on their parents’ spiritual status. A new soul born to non-Divine Human parents will inherit their accumulated defilements, which are considered impure. Conversely, a new soul born to Divine Human parents will inherit pure accumulated defilements, increasing their likelihood of ascending to heaven. This clarifies that even new souls are not uniform in their spiritual trajectory. -
The Nuances of “Bestowal” and “Grace”
It is essential to distinguish between “bestowal” and “grace.” Bestowal is a direct gift from a superior, specifically from heaven, as is the case with the Divine Human. Grace, while also originating from above, encompasses a broader range of divine gifts, such as the grace of healing, speaking in tongues, or exceptional craftsmanship. These are inherent talents or abilities bestowed by a higher power. However, true grace is not as widespread as commonly believed; it is typically reserved for those affiliated with the Divine Human. Grace and bestowal are similar in that both originate from heaven, but they differ from “benevolence,” which describes horizontal, human-to-human acts of kindness. -
The Imperative of Preparing for the Ultimate Separation
Life is a continuous process of separation, from loved ones to, ultimately, our own physical bodies. This final separation from our physical form is the most challenging. Those who are Divine Humans are best prepared for this ultimate departure, having secured a comprehensive spiritual “insurance” for this transition. Without such preparation, one might face an abrupt end, carrying the burden of unaddressed transgressions. Therefore, the most crucial practice in life is to prepare for the separation from our bodies. -
The Role of Divine Assistance in the Final Transition
When the time comes for this ultimate separation, specialists in departure, such as angels, will assist in the transition from the body. Without such divine aid, individuals may experience immense suffering. However, those who have lived according to divine teachings will experience a peaceful and joyful departure, guided by angels to the heavenly realm. This is a truly blessed passing, far preferable to continued earthly existence. -
The Significance of Collective Experience and Divine Guidance
Engaging in collective activities, such as gathering at Haneulgung, fosters joy and well-being. Solitary existence, conversely, can lead to physical and spiritual stagnation. Shared experiences, even listening to melancholic songs, become joyful when experienced together. This communal aspect is vital for spiritual growth and happiness. -
The Uniqueness of Haneulgung’s Teachings and Environment
Haneulgung offers unparalleled teachings, revealing secrets of the heavenly realm, the advent of new souls, and the conclusion of divine judgment. Furthermore, its natural environment, with abundant forests and pristine water, provides a stark contrast to the polluted and stressful urban landscapes. The cool, clean air and serene surroundings contribute to physical and spiritual well-being. -
The Divine Origin of Artistic Creations
Artistic creations, such as the songs and videos produced by individuals like Kim Young-hee, are not merely products of human effort. After attaining the status of Divine Human, Kim Young-hee’s works transformed dramatically, suggesting divine intervention. These creations are considered bestowals (下賜) from Haneulgung, gifts from heaven in recognition of diligent effort. Similarly, the lyrics of certain songs, though penned by humans, are divinely inspired, representing a bestowal from Haneulgung. -
The Immutable Nature of Divine Judgment and the Accumulation of Spiritual Merit
The divine judgment asserts that the unrighteous remain unrighteous, the defiled remain defiled, while the righteous remain righteous, and the holy remain holy. The speaker will return swiftly, bringing recompense according to each person’s deeds. Those who cleanse their garments are blessed, gaining access to the Tree of Life and entry into the holy city. Angels are reminded of two scales: one for judgment and one for commendation. The scale of judgment measures human sins and blessings, discerning good from evil, and truth from falsehood. The speaker is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. The spiritual merit (level) bestowed by the speaker accumulates continuously and cannot be diminished. -
The Dual System of Spiritual Merit Management
Spiritual merit is managed through a dual system: one overseen by the speaker and another by Haneulgung. The merit bestowed by the speaker can be adjusted (added or removed), while the merit accumulated in Haneulgung is immutable. Thus, even if the speaker removes bestowed merit, the inherent merit accumulated in Haneulgung remains. This dual management ensures the integrity of spiritual progress. The status of a Divine Human, being a bestowal, is also immutable once conferred. -
The Omnipresence of Divine Bestowal
Bestowal can occur regardless of physical location. The speaker can confer bestowals from anywhere. However, bestowals made on Earth are distinct from those made in Haneulgung. The speaker’s power can instantly restore all spiritual merit.
What happens when a new soul enters a body? Even a new soul is not entirely clean, as it inherits the “누진” (accumulated karma/defilements) from its parents’ DNA.
- New souls are not entirely pure because they inherit karma (called 누진 or accumulated defilements in Buddhism) from their parents’ DNA.
- This is like a new, empty USB drive that gets plugged into a computer and immediately receives the parents’ information, including their good and bad traits.
- This means a child might inherit a parent’s drinking habits or infidelity.
- Even children born to Jin-in (enlightened people) receive a new soul, but their parents’ karma is considered “clean” or “blessed”.
- The speaker claims to be able to remove this karma.
- There are two ways people are recognized:
- Chudae (추대): This is when people recognize someone as great, like a saint. This recognition comes from below (from people).
- Hasapum (하사품): This is a gift or appointment from a higher power, like heaven. Jin-in are chosen this way.
- Eunsa (은사), or spiritual gifts, are similar to Hasapum as they also come from above. Examples include healing or speaking in tongues.
- Abraham Lincoln is an example of someone who achieved greatness despite a lack of formal education.
- After his mother died when he was 12, he followed her advice to read the Bible, which helped him develop strong character.
- His story shows that character is more important than education or wealth.
- Lincoln also listened to advice, even from a child, which led him to grow a beard that helped him win an election.
- Life involves constant partings, with the most significant being the separation from one’s own body.
- The speaker claims that Jin-in are best prepared for this final separation.
- For those who follow the speaker’s teachings, this separation will be peaceful, guided by angels.
- The speaker performs a ritual to grant “levels” to attendees and viewers, which are said to accumulate and be managed by both the speaker and a higher power.
- The speaker can add or remove levels they’ve given, but not those accumulated from the higher power.
Central Questions & Answers
1. What is the difference between ‘Hasa’ (Heavenly Grant) and ‘Chudae’ (Human Endorsement) in spiritual context?
-
Question: What is the distinction between a spiritual ‘Hasa’ (Heavenly Grant) and a human ‘Chudae’ (Endorsement), and how does this relate to the concept of Shin-in(神人) in Huh Kyung-young’s teachings?
-
Answer: In Huh Kyung-young’s teachings, Hasa (Heavenly Grant) signifies a blessing or status bestowed directly from Heaven, such as the designation of a Shin-in(神人). This is a divine act, not something earned or chosen by humans. An example is the 144,000 individuals who are “sealed” by Heaven. In contrast, Chudae (Human Endorsement) refers to a status or recognition given by people, like calling someone a “saint” or “great person.” This is a human-driven process, and it does not carry the same divine authority or power as Hasa. Saints, for instance, are elevated by human consensus, whereas a Shin-in(神人) is appointed by Heaven.
-
Key Quote: “Hasa is given by a superior to an inferior. It comes from above. Chudae is when people elevate someone from below.”
2. How do new souls (new USBs) interact with ancestral karma (Nujin-eop) in the current era? -
Question: According to Huh Kyung-young, how do newly incarnated souls, described as “new USBs,” inherit or interact with the ancestral karma, or ‘Nujin-eop,’ of their parents in the post-judgment era?
-
Answer: After the final judgment, new souls are described as “new, empty USBs” that are no longer tied to ancestral reincarnation cycles. However, these new souls still connect with the parents’ Nujin-eop (accumulated karma or ancestral traits). This means that while the soul itself is fresh, it inherits the genetic and karmic imprints of the parents, including their habits, talents, and even negative traits like alcoholism or infidelity. Therefore, a new soul is not entirely “clean” upon arrival, as it immediately takes on the parental Nujin-eop, which acts like data being written onto the new USB.
-
Key Quote: “The new soul is like a blank USB, but when it plugs into the parents, the parents’ karma (Nujin-eop) enters it. It’s not completely clean.”
3. What is the significance of Abraham Lincoln’s education and character in Huh Kyung-young’s philosophy? -
Question: What lesson does Huh Kyung-young draw from Abraham Lincoln’s life, particularly regarding his education, character, and path to becoming a U.S. President?
-
Answer: Huh Kyung-young emphasizes that Abraham Lincoln, despite dropping out of elementary school at age 12, became a great U.S. President due to his exceptional character, not his academic background. Lincoln’s mother, on her deathbed, gave him a Bible and instructed him to read it whenever he needed guidance. Lincoln diligently followed this advice, which profoundly shaped his personality and moral compass. This story illustrates that true character and wisdom are not dependent on formal education or wealth but are cultivated through self-effort and adherence to righteous principles.
-
Key Quote: “Lincoln, who dropped out of elementary school, became the President of the United States. It’s not about academic background; it’s about character.”
4. How does the concept of ‘Nujin-eop’ (accumulated karma) explain inherited traits and abilities? -
Question: How does Huh Kyung-young’s concept of ‘Nujin-eop’ (accumulated karma) explain why children inherit specific talents or behaviors from their parents, even with new souls?
-
Answer: Nujin-eop explains the inheritance of both positive and negative traits from parents. When a new soul (a “blank USB”) enters a family, it immediately receives the parents’ Nujin-eop, which includes their genetic predispositions and accumulated karmic patterns. For example, if parents are good singers, their child might also be talented in singing because the parents’ “singing Nujin-eop” is transferred. Similarly, negative traits like a father’s drinking habit or infidelity can also be passed down. This means that even with a new soul, the child’s inherent characteristics are influenced by the parental Nujin-eop.
-
Key Quote: “If the parents are good at singing, that ‘Nujin-eop’ goes into the child. If the father has a drinking habit, that also goes in.”
5. What is the ultimate goal of life and the importance of preparing for ‘farewell’ (separation)? -
Question: According to Huh Kyung-young, what is the ultimate purpose of human life, and why is preparing for “farewell” (separation), especially from one’s own body, so crucial?
-
Answer: Life is a continuous process of “farewells” or separations, starting from family members and eventually culminating in the separation from one’s own physical body. The ultimate goal is to prepare for this final separation effectively. Huh Kyung-young teaches that accumulating wealth or worldly achievements is meaningless without proper preparation for this ultimate departure. True preparation involves living a life that ensures a peaceful and guided transition, where “angels” assist in the soul’s departure, rather than experiencing a painful or chaotic end. This preparation is the most important “insurance” one can have.
-
Key Quote: “The most important thing is the practice of farewell. I must part well with my own body. That is the most important thing.”
6. How does Haneulgung provide a unique experience compared to solitary living? -
Question: What unique benefits and experiences does attending Haneulgung offer, especially in contrast to living a solitary life, according to Huh Kyung-young?
-
Answer: Haneulgung offers a vibrant community experience that combats the negative effects of isolation. While sitting alone at home can lead to boredom and a decline in physical and mental well-being, gathering at Haneulgung provides joy, interaction, and a sense of belonging. The shared experience of listening to lectures, singing, and engaging with others is described as invigorating and beneficial for both body and mind. It’s a place where people can find happiness and meaning together, even when listening to “sad” songs, because the collective energy transforms the experience.
-
Key Quote: “Sitting alone at home, just watching the clock, is very bad for the body. It makes the body sluggish. Coming together like this is very good.”

Audience with Newcomer Huh Kyung-young (August 5, 2026)
- The Genesis of New Souls and the Legacy of Karma
Huh Kyung-young commenced his discourse by extending a welcome to all present, particularly those attending for the first time, whom he referred to as “angels” and “archangels” from distant lands, gathered for the restoration of tourism in Korea. He then proceeded to deliver a sermon, a daily practice he noted as unique to himself.
He recalled a previous lesson on escaping the summer heat, emphasizing the internal nature of such an escape. Transitioning to the core topic, he addressed the distinction between Jin-in (眞人, True Human) and non-Jin-in, asserting that the 144,000 Jin-in have been definitively established. He elucidated that the term Jin-in encompasses various meanings, including “true person” (眞者), “person of truth” (眞人), and “sealed person” (印者), signifying one who has received a divine seal.
Huh Kyung-young declared that 144,000 individuals, perfected as humans, have emerged from Haneulgung. He stated that the final judgment concluded five years prior, marking a pivotal shift. From that point, the transmigration of ancestral souls into human reincarnation ceased, indicating a growing distance from the cycle of reincarnation (輪廻).
He explained that from July onwards, only new souls (새 영혼) would descend. These new souls bear no ancestral ties. However, he clarified that while the soul is new, it inherits the genetic material of its parents. The soul itself does not carry ancestral genes from heaven; it is merely an empty vessel, akin to a blank USB. In contrast, older souls were like pre-filled USBs, containing the accumulated experiences of 14,600 years of ancestral life. The new, clean USB, upon insertion, recognizes only the parents’ genetic information. For instance, if the father has a certain blood type and the mother another, that genetic information is imprinted onto the new soul.
He asserted that the parents’ karma (業障, euphemistically referred to as “DNA” in the colloquial context) is directly transferred to this new USB. This karmic inheritance, termed Nujin (漏盡, defilement or accumulated karma) in Buddhism, represents the accumulated karma passed down through generations. Thus, even a new soul, though initially pure, becomes imbued with the parents’ Nujin. This means that paternal habits, such as alcoholism or infidelity, can be inherited by the new soul. Therefore, a new soul is not entirely clean; it carries the Nujin of its parents, which manifests in its present self.
Huh Kyung-young further distinguished between parents who have received blessings and those who have not. Blessed parents possess blessed Nujin (축복받은 누진), which is a spiritual form of Nujin. This Nujin is also referred to as Nujin-eop (漏盡業, karmic defilement) in Buddhist terminology, a term he deemed interchangeable with Christian concepts. He then described his ability to perform Nujin-tong (漏盡通, the power to discern karma), which allows him to identify illnesses and karmic burdens, a power not possessed by others.
He reiterated that new souls are not inherently pure; they are imprinted with the Nujin contained within the parents’ sperm and egg, representing the parents’ positive and negative traits. This parental Nujin, likened to a parental USB, merges with the new soul. Consequently, while the soul is new, it is not entirely clean, as it carries the parents’ Nujin. He used the analogy of writing one’s name on new shoes to illustrate how a new soul immediately acquires Nujin from its parents. This explains why children from different families, despite having new souls, exhibit varying aptitudes, such as singing or mathematics, based on their parents’ Nujin.
- The Distinction Between Divine Bestowal and Human Elevation
Huh Kyung-young then differentiated between Hasa (下賜, divine bestowal) and Chudae (推戴, human elevation). He explained that Jin-in are those who have received Hasa from heaven. Hasa is a gift from a superior to an inferior, signifying a divine origin. It is not something that originates from below. Hasa involves the confirmation of a clean Nujin, indicating that the individual has lived righteously, honored their parents, and served others.
In contrast, saints (聖人) are elevated by human recognition, based on their virtues and actions. This human judgment determines whether someone is considered a great person (大人), a petty person (小人), or a common person (俗人). Heaven intervenes only in the case of Shin-in (神人, Divine Human), who bear the seal of heaven, signifying the 144,000 individuals who have received this divine imprint. These individuals, though possessing Nujin, are considered pure.
He emphasized that the new souls are like blank USBs, but they are immediately imprinted with the parents’ Nujin, making them distinct. He clarified that after the judgment, the old cycle of ancestral reincarnation ceased, and now only new souls descend. He asserted that this truth can be verified through spiritual means.
A question arose regarding whether the Nujin includes the mother’s ancestral karma. Huh Kyung-young confirmed that the mother’s karma is also included. He explained that the old, “full” ancestral USBs have been “stopped” by Baekgung (白宮, Heavenly Palace), making way for new, blank USBs. Both Jin-in and non-Jin-in parents receive new USBs for their children. However, the Nujin of non-Jin-in parents, being “dirty,” is imprinted on their children’s new USBs, while the Nujin of Jin-in parents is “clean” and beneficial. This distinction means that even new souls will differ based on the parents’ Nujin. He stressed the importance of understanding this concept to avoid confusion. Children born to non-Jin-in parents will inherit their parents’ Nujin, such as alcoholism, while children born to Haneulgung Jin-in will have clean Nujin, increasing their chances of reaching heaven.
He reiterated the clear distinction: Chudae applies to saints, while Hasa applies only to Jin-in, who are also Cheon-in (天人, Heavenly Human). Hasa is a gift from a superior, whereas Chudae is an elevation by inferiors. Humans can elevate a saint, but not a Shin-in or Jin-in.
Huh Kyung-young further equated Hasa with Eunsa (恩賜, grace or spiritual gift), emphasizing its divine origin. He clarified that Eunsa is not easily received and is typically bestowed upon those who are Jin-in. Eunsa encompasses various spiritual gifts, such as healing, speaking in tongues, or even exceptional skills like carpentry or piloting, which are seen as divinely given talents. While similar, Hasa specifically refers to the divine bestowal of Jin-in status, whereas Eunsa refers to various spiritual abilities. Both Eunsa and Hasa originate from heaven, unlike Eunhye (恩惠, favor or grace), which is a horizontal human-to-human interaction.
- The Path to a Virtuous Life and the Art of Farewell
Huh Kyung-young then presented the example of Abraham Lincoln, who, despite dropping out of elementary school at age 12 after his mother’s death, became a U.S. President. Lincoln’s mother, on her deathbed, gave him a Bible, instructing him to read it daily as if she were speaking to him. Lincoln diligently followed this advice, reading the Bible whenever he faced difficulties, which profoundly shaped his character. This dedication to his mother’s dying wish fostered a broad understanding and opened his eyes, preventing him from straying into negative paths.
He asserted that a strong character is not dependent on academic background or wealth. It is cultivated through self-effort, regardless of external circumstances. Lincoln’s journey, from a humble background to abolishing slavery, exemplified this. Despite facing ridicule for his appearance, Lincoln remained content with his God-given face. He even took the advice of a child during his political campaigns to grow a beard, which improved his appearance and boosted his confidence, ultimately contributing to his success.
Huh Kyung-young emphasized the importance of passing on good values, like Lincoln’s mother did with the Bible, to one’s children. A personal letter from his mother inside the Bible transformed Lincoln’s life. He stressed the need for wisdom in guiding children, suggesting that direct commands might be less effective than subtle encouragement.
He then shifted to the concept of farewell (이별), stating that humans constantly practice it, whether through the death of loved ones or, ultimately, with their own bodies. The final farewell, with one’s own physical body, is the most challenging. He asserted that Jin-in are experts at this ultimate farewell, having secured a “perfect insurance” for it. He contrasted this with those who die suddenly, without the opportunity to atone for their sins.
He concluded that material wealth is meaningless in the face of this ultimate separation. The most crucial practice is the rehearsal of farewell, ensuring a peaceful departure from the body. He described how, for ordinary people, the process of dying often involves immense suffering and the erosion of affection from loved ones. However, for those who follow his teachings, the farewell is guided by angels, free from pain and filled with joy, leading to a blissful transition to Baekgung.
- The Significance of Community and Divine Intervention
Huh Kyung-young then introduced a song, “Yeonjeong” (戀情, Affection), performed by a singer named Kang Hae, whom he identified as the reincarnation of the historical figure Yi Young. He stated that this era of reincarnation has now ended, with new, clean USBs (souls) inheriting only parental genes.
He then presented a video about a “wish stone” (소원석), a humorous depiction of submitting wishes, highlighting the importance of prayer and positive intentions. He noted the creative and amusing elements of the video, particularly the animated animals.
Huh Kyung-young emphasized the importance of community gatherings, like the one at Haneulgung, for fostering joy and well-being. He contrasted this with the isolation of being alone, which he deemed detrimental. He highlighted the unique and entertaining nature of his own speeches, which bring laughter to the audience. He asserted that even sad songs become joyful when listened to together. He described Haneulgung as the best “heavenly karaoke” (하늘 노래방), offering news from Baekgung, secret insights, information about new souls, and the timing of the judgment, along with Gwangchan-su (光燦水, Luminous Water).
He then praised the natural environment of Haneulgung, with its abundant forests and clean water, which remains cool even in summer, unlike the polluted and hot urban areas.
The lecture concluded with the playing of two songs: “Shin-in-gan” (神人歌, Song of the Divine Human) and “Manyu-ui Eomeoni” (萬有의 어머니, Mother of All Existence). He mentioned that the latter was created by artist Kim Young-hee after she became a Jin-in, suggesting divine inspiration for its quality. He considered these creations as Hasa-pum (下賜品, divinely bestowed gifts), a reward for her efforts. He also noted that the lyrics for the songs were his own, while the music was a Hasa from Baekgung.
Finally, Huh Kyung-young performed a ritual, bestowing level (레벨, spiritual merit) upon the attendees, their families, and ancestors, as well as those watching online. He demonstrated that these levels are accumulated and managed both by him and by Baekgung, with his bestowed levels being subject to his control, while Baekgung’s levels are permanent. He reiterated that the status of Jin-in, being a Hasa, cannot be revoked. He concluded by emphasizing the comprehensive nature of the day’s teachings.
What happens when a new soul enters a body? Even a new soul is not entirely clean, as it inherits the parents’ “nujin” (accumulated karma), which influences its characteristics.
- The Concept of “Jin-in” and “Nujin”
The speaker explains the concepts of “Jin-in” (true person) and “Nujin” (accumulated karma), clarifying how new souls are connected to their parents’ karma despite being “new.”
1.1. The “Jin-in” and the End of Reincarnation
- The speaker discusses the concept of Jin-in, which refers to 144,000 individuals who have been “stamped” by heaven, signifying their completion as humans.
- This “stamping” means they are recognized as true individuals.
- The speaker states that 5 years prior, a final judgment was completed, marking the end of ancestors reincarnating as humans.
- This means that the cycle of reincarnation is becoming less common.
1.2. New Souls and Inherited Karma (Nujin)
-
From July onwards, new souls are being born without any direct connection to ancestors.
-
However, these new souls still inherit the genes of their parents.
-
The speaker uses the analogy of a blank USB to explain this: the soul is like an empty USB drive, but it gets “plugged into” the parents’ genetic information.
-
The parents’ karma, referred to as Nujin in Buddhism, is transferred to the new soul through their genes.
-
Nujin represents accumulated karma or “defilements” that are passed down through generations.
-
This means that even a “new” soul is not entirely clean; it inherits the parents’ habits and traits, such as a father’s drinking habit or infidelity.
-
Therefore, a child’s characteristics are influenced by the parents’ Nujin, even if the soul itself is new.
-
The speaker performs a “Nujin-tong” ritual, which is said to reveal and address these inherited karmic issues.
-
The parents’ sperm and egg contain this Nujin, which then combines with the new soul.
-
This means the new soul is not completely pure but carries the parents’ accumulated karma.
-
For example, if parents are good at singing, their child might also be good at singing due to this inherited Nujin.
-
Distinction Between “Hasa” and “Chudae”
The speaker clarifies the difference between “Hasa” (bestowal from above) and “Chudae” (nomination from below), explaining that “Jin-in” status is a divine bestowal, while “saints” are nominated by people.
2.1. “Hasa” (Bestowal) and “Jin-in”
- The status of a Jin-in is a Hasa, meaning it is a gift or bestowal from heaven.
- This implies that the status is given from a higher power to a lower one.
- Heaven confirms that a person’s Nujin is clean and that they have lived virtuously before bestowing the Jin-in status.
- The speaker states that 144,000 individuals have received this “heavenly seal” and are present on Earth.
- Although Jin-ins have Nujin, it is considered “clean”.
- The speaker explains that a new soul is like a new pair of shoes, but once a name is written on it (representing the parents’ Nujin), it is no longer completely blank.
- Therefore, the new soul is not empty but carries the Nujin of both parents.
2.2. “Chudae” (Nomination) and “Seong-in” (Saints)
- In contrast to Hasa, Chudae refers to being nominated or elevated by people.
- This means that the power comes from below, from people choosing someone for a position, like nominating a company advisor.
- The status of a Seong-in (saint) is a Chudae, meaning people recognize and elevate someone to this status.
- For example, people refer to Confucius as a saint; he was not declared a saint by heaven.
- Therefore, Seong-in status is given by humans, whereas Jin-in status is a heavenly seal.
- Chudae and Hasa are opposite concepts: Chudae is from below, and Hasa is from above.
2.3. Implications for New Souls and Nujin
- New souls are like new USB drives, but they still receive the genes (and thus Nujin) of their parents.
- This explains why children born with new souls can still have different abilities or characteristics based on their parents’ traits.
- The parents’ Nujin directly influences the new soul.
- A question is raised about whether the parents’ ancestors’ karma also affects the new soul.
- The speaker clarifies that the parents’ own Nujin (karma) is what enters the new soul.
- Old USBs (ancestral souls) are “stopped” by Baekgung (heavenly palace), and new, clean USBs (new souls) are introduced.
- Both children born to Jin-ins and non-Jin-ins receive new souls (new USBs).
- However, the Nujin that enters the new soul differs based on the parents’ status.
- Children of non-Jin-ins will inherit “dirty” Nujin, which can lead to negative traits like a father’s alcoholism.
- In contrast, children born to Jin-ins will have “clean” Nujin from their parents, increasing their chances of going to heaven.
2.4. “Eunsa” (Grace) as a Form of “Hasa”
-
Hasa can also be referred to as Eunsa (grace or spiritual gift).
-
Eunsa is also something given from heaven, not earned.
-
There are various types of Eunsa, such as healing, speaking in tongues, or specific talents like carpentry or piloting.
-
While people often claim to have received Eunsa, true Eunsa is rare and typically given to those connected to Jin-ins.
-
The key distinction remains: Chudae is from people below, while Eunsa or Hasa is from heaven above.
-
This differs from Eunhye (favor or benevolence), which is a horizontal relationship between humans, like a father showing favor to his son.
-
The Example of Abraham Lincoln and the Importance of Character
The speaker uses Abraham Lincoln’s life story to emphasize that character and wisdom are more important than formal education or wealth.
3.1. Lincoln’s Life and the Power of His Mother’s Wisdom
- Abraham Lincoln, despite only completing elementary school, became the President of the United States.
- This demonstrates that formal education is not the most important factor for success or good character.
- Lincoln’s mother, on her deathbed when he was 12, gave him a Bible and instructed him to read it daily, considering it her words.
- She advised him to use the Bible as a guide for all decisions and to prevent him from becoming a bad person in her absence.
- Lincoln diligently read the Bible, which profoundly shaped his character and broadened his understanding.
- This prevented him from straying onto a bad path.
- The speaker emphasizes that a strong moral foundation, like the one Lincoln gained from the Bible, can help overcome any adversity.
- Character is self-made and not dependent on education, money, or social connections.
- The speaker notes that Lincoln’s mother’s wise approach, giving him a book with a personal letter rather than simply telling him to go to church, was crucial.
3.2. The Unreliability of the Body and the Importance of Inner Strength
- The human body is unreliable and can betray a person at any time, like suddenly experiencing paralysis.
- The body can become sick or disabled without warning, even when well-cared for.
- Therefore, one should not put faith in the body but rather in something ultimate or final.
3.3. Lincoln’s Perseverance and Acceptance of Self
-
Lincoln faced extreme hardship and worked various jobs, educating himself through self-study.
-
Despite being mocked for his appearance (called “gorilla-like”), Lincoln was content with his God-given face.
-
He even grew a beard on the advice of a child during his election campaign, which helped him appear more dignified and win the election.
-
This story highlights the importance of listening to others, even children, and adapting when necessary.
-
The Practice of “Ibyeol” (Separation) and the Role of the Divine
The speaker discusses the concept of “Ibyeol” (separation), emphasizing that all life involves separation, culminating in the separation from one’s own body, and how divine guidance can make this final separation peaceful.
4.1. Life as a Series of Separations
- Life is a continuous process of separation, whether from family members through death or distance.
- The ultimate separation is from one’s own body.
- This final separation is the most difficult.
4.2. Preparing for the Final Separation
- Jin-ins are those who are best prepared for this final separation, having a “perfect insurance” for it.
- In contrast, those who die suddenly, like in an accident, lose the chance to atone for their sins.
- The speaker emphasizes that preparing for this separation is the most important aspect of life, not accumulating wealth.
- Material possessions are useless in the face of death.
- The practice of “Ibyeol” involves detaching from worldly attachments.
4.3. The Role of Divine Assistance in Separation
-
Without divine help, the final separation from the body can be a painful struggle.
-
People often become resentful of their sick loved ones, making the separation process even more difficult.
-
However, those who follow the speaker’s teachings will experience a peaceful separation.
-
Angels will guide them out of their bodies and into Baekgung (heavenly palace).
-
This leads to a happy and peaceful death, where one feels no regret for leaving earthly life.
-
The Importance of Community and Shared Experience
The speaker highlights the value of community gatherings and shared experiences, contrasting them with solitary activities.
5.1. The Benefits of Gathering Together
- Being together in a community, like at the “Haneulgong” (Heavenly Palace), brings joy and laughter that cannot be experienced alone.
- Solitary activities, like watching videos alone, can lead to a feeling of sluggishness and are not good for the body.
- Physical activity and social interaction, such as coming to the gathering, are beneficial for one’s well-being.
- The anticipation of meeting others and the shared experience create enjoyment.
5.2. Shared Experiences Enhance Happiness
-
Even sad songs become enjoyable when listened to together.
-
The absence of a loved one can diminish the joy of shared activities, like watching TV.
-
In such cases, coming to “Haneulgong” provides a sense of community and shared experience.
-
The “Haneul Karaoke” (Heavenly Karaoke) is considered the best because it offers not only entertainment but also divine messages and secrets about heaven.
-
Divine Blessings and Level Management
The speaker concludes by bestowing divine blessings and explaining the system of “levels” that are managed both by him and by Baekgung (heavenly palace).
6.1. Bestowal of Levels
- The speaker bestows “levels” upon attendees, including those who offered songs, new visitors, registered members, and their families and ancestors.
- Viewers watching on YouTube also receive levels for themselves, their families, and ancestors.
- Special levels are given to those who have made significant contributions, such as for the “Blessing Baekmyeongdae” and “Architectural Construction”.
- The speaker states that these levels are continuously accumulated and never decrease.
6.2. Dual Management of Levels
- The speaker demonstrates that he can remove the levels he has given.
- However, there are also “Baekgung levels” that are managed separately by Baekgung and cannot be removed by the speaker.
- The levels given by the speaker are added to these Baekgung levels.
- This dual management system ensures that even if the speaker removes his bestowed levels, a person still retains their Baekgung levels.
- The speaker can only manage the levels he has personally given, not those accumulated in Baekgung.
- Similarly, the status of a Jin-in is a Hasa (bestowal) from heaven, which the speaker cannot revoke.
6.3. Final Blessings
- The speaker bestows a final blessing of 5 trillion levels upon all YouTube viewers, their families, and ancestors.
What happens when a new soul enters a body? While the soul itself is a “clean USB,” it inherits the parents’ “nujin” (accumulated karma or defilements), meaning the new soul is not entirely pure and carries the parents’ predispositions and karmic burdens. This explains why children can inherit traits like a parent’s drinking habits or musical talent, as the parents’ “nujin” is imprinted onto the new soul.
-
The speaker welcomes everyone, especially newcomers, to the event, emphasizing that they are there to meet a divine being and receive blessings.
-
The speaker, Heo Kyung-young, mentions that he preaches daily, unlike anyone else.
The Concept of “New Souls” and “Nujin” -
New Souls (New USBs):
- After a final judgment 5 years ago, souls no longer reincarnate (are reborn as humans from ancestors).
- Instead, new, clean souls, like empty USB drives, are now entering human bodies.
- These new souls have no connection to ancestors.
- They do not bring their own genetic information from heaven; only the soul is provided.
-
Inheritance of “Nujin”:
- When a new soul (empty USB) enters a body, it immediately recognizes and absorbs the parents’ genetic information.
- This includes the parents’ “nujin,” which is a Buddhist term for accumulated karma or defilements.
- The parents’ “nujin” is like an “account” of their good and bad deeds, and it gets imprinted onto the new, clean soul.
- Therefore, a new soul is not entirely pure because it inherits the parents’ “nujin”.
- Examples of inherited “nujin”:
- A father’s drinking habits or tendency to cheat can be passed on to the child.
- If parents are good at singing, their child might also be good at singing due to the inherited “nujin”.
- This “nujin” becomes part of the child’s current self.
- Even if a child is born to parents who are not “true humans” (진인), they still receive a new soul, but the parents’ “nujin” (which is considered “dirty”) will be imprinted on it.
- Conversely, children born to “true humans” (진인) will have “clean” or “blessed” “nujin” from their parents, increasing their chances of going to heaven.
Distinction Between “Chudae” (추대) and “Hasa” (하사)
- Chudae (추대):
- This refers to being nominated or elevated by people.
- It applies to individuals up to the level of a saint (성인).
- People decide who is a saint, not heaven.
- “Chudae” does not grant special power; it’s simply an acknowledgment from below.
- Hasa (하사):
- This means a gift or bestowal from above, specifically from heaven.
- It applies only to “true humans” (진인), who are chosen and sealed by heaven.
- “Hasa” is a direct intervention from heaven.
- “Hasa” is a type of “eunsa” (은사), which means a spiritual gift or grace from heaven, such as healing, speaking in tongues, or specific talents like carpentry or piloting.
- “Eunsa” differs from “eunhye” (은혜), which is grace or favor between humans.
The Importance of Abraham Lincoln’s Example
- Lincoln’s Background:
- Abraham Lincoln’s mother died when he was 12, leading him to drop out of elementary school due to poverty.
- His mother’s last wish was for him to read the Bible daily, considering it her words and guidance.
- Impact of the Bible:
- Lincoln diligently read the Bible, which profoundly shaped his character and personality.
- This helped him avoid negative paths and broadened his understanding.
- His strong character, not his academic background, led him to become the President of the United States.
- Overcoming Challenges:
- Lincoln faced significant criticism for his appearance, being called “gorilla-like” or “turnip-headed”.
- Despite this, he was content with his God-given face.
- A child’s suggestion to grow a beard led to a positive change in his image, helping him win an election after many failures.
- Lessons from Lincoln:
- A strong character is not dependent on education, wealth, or social connections.
- It is built through self-effort and adherence to strong principles.
- Lincoln’s story teaches that even in the worst environments, one can achieve greatness through effort.
The Importance of Preparing for “Separation” (이별)
- Life is a Series of Separations:
- Humans constantly experience separation, whether from family members through death or distance.
- The ultimate separation is from one’s own physical body.
- The Difficulty of Separating from the Body:
- Separating from one’s body is the most challenging separation.
- Unlike other separations that fade with time, this one is profound.
- People often suffer greatly during this process, sometimes causing distress to their caregivers.
- The “True Human” (진인) Advantage:
- “True humans” are best prepared for this final separation.
- They have a “perfect insurance” for separation, meaning they will be guided by angels and experience a peaceful transition to heaven.
- This contrasts with those who die suddenly without preparation, carrying their sins with them.
- Focus on Spiritual Preparation:
- Accumulating wealth is meaningless for this ultimate separation.
- The most crucial preparation is practicing how to separate from one’s body.
The Benefits of Community and Shared Experience
- Overcoming Loneliness:
- Being alone and idle can be detrimental to one’s well-being.
- Coming together in a community, even for simple activities like listening to songs, brings joy and positive energy.
- Shared experiences, even with sad songs, become happier when enjoyed together.
- The “Sky Palace Karaoke” (하늘 노래방):
- The speaker refers to their gathering as the “Sky Palace Karaoke,” highlighting its unique and enjoyable atmosphere.
- It offers exclusive insights into heaven, secrets, new soul information, and the end of judgment.
- The location itself, with its clean air, abundant forests, and cool temperatures, provides a stark contrast to the polluted and hot city environments.
The Concept of “Level” (레벨) and Divine Authority
- Levels as Spiritual Accumulation:
- The speaker grants “levels” to attendees, both in person and those watching online.
- These levels are continuously accumulated and never decrease.
- The speaker demonstrates that he can add levels to everyone, and these levels are tracked in heaven.
- Dual Management of Levels:
- There are two types of levels: those granted by the speaker and those accumulated in the “Sky Palace” (백궁).
- The speaker can manage (add or remove) the levels he grants.
- However, he cannot remove the levels accumulated in the Sky Palace.
- “True Human” (진인) Status:
- The status of a “true human” is a “hasa” (bestowal from above) and cannot be revoked by the speaker.
- This illustrates that while the speaker has immense power, there are aspects of divine order that are beyond his direct control on Earth.

Basic
- According to the speaker, what is the primary difference between “추대 (chudae)” and “하사 (hasa)”?
① Chudae is a promotion from superiors, while hasa is a recognition from peers.
② Chudae is a temporary appointment, while hasa is a permanent position.
③ Chudae is an elevation by people, while hasa is a bestowal from a higher power.
④ Chudae is a formal title, while hasa is an informal honor.
(③ Chudae is an elevation by people, while hasa is a bestowal from a higher power. The speaker explicitly states that chudae is when people elevate someone (like a saint), whereas hasa is a gift or bestowal from above (like a “true person” or “jin-in”). A common misconception is that both are forms of recognition, but their source differs significantly.)
-
True or False: According to the speaker, new souls (새 영혼) are completely free from any ancestral influence or “누진 (nujin)” when they are born.
(False The speaker explains that while the new soul itself is like a “blank USB,” it immediately inherits the parents’ genetic information and “nujin” (accumulated karma/traits), meaning it’s not entirely clean. A common misconception is that “new soul” implies complete purity, but parental influence is still present.) -
What term does the speaker use to describe the accumulated karma or traits passed down from parents to a new soul, which is also a Buddhist term?
(누진 (nujin) The speaker uses the term “누진 (nujin)” to describe the accumulated karma or traits passed down from parents, explicitly stating it’s a Buddhist term. A common misconception might be to confuse it with genetic inheritance, but it encompasses more than just biological traits.) -
Fill in the blank: The speaker compares a new soul to a blank ____, which then gets filled with the parents’ genetic information and “누진 (nujin).”
(USB The speaker uses the analogy of a blank USB to represent a new soul, which then receives the parents’ genetic and karmic information. A common misconception might be to think of it as a completely empty slate, but the analogy highlights its initial emptiness before parental influence.)
Intermediate
-
According to the speaker, what is the key difference between a “성인 (seong-in)” (saint) and a “진인 (jin-in)” (true person) in terms of how their status is recognized?
(A “성인 (seong-in)” is recognized and elevated by people (추대), while a “진인 (jin-in)” is bestowed their status directly from heaven (하사). The distinction lies in the source of their recognition: human acclamation for saints versus divine bestowal for true persons. A common misconception is that both are simply highly virtuous individuals, but their spiritual origin of status differs.) -
True or False: The speaker suggests that even if a new soul is born, its behavior and characteristics can still be influenced by the “누진 (nujin)” (accumulated karma/traits) of its parents.
(True The speaker explicitly states that even a new, clean soul will inherit the parents’ “누진,” which includes habits like a father’s drinking or infidelity, thus influencing the child’s characteristics. A common misconception is that a “new soul” implies a complete break from all past influences, but parental “nujin” still applies.) -
What is the speaker’s perspective on the concept of “은사 (eunsa)” (spiritual gift) and how does it relate to “하사 (hasa)”?
(The speaker views “은사 (eunsa)” as a spiritual gift bestowed from heaven, similar to “하사 (hasa),” which is also from above. Both are divine gifts, not earned by human effort. The speaker clarifies that “eunsa” is a type of “hasa,” meaning both originate from a higher power, distinguishing them from human-given honors. A common misconception is that “eunsa” can be acquired through personal effort, but the speaker emphasizes its divine origin.) -
Short Answer: Explain why the speaker emphasizes that “누진 (nujin)” is still present in new souls, even if they are considered “clean USBs.”
(The speaker emphasizes that while the soul itself is new and clean (like a blank USB), it immediately combines with the parents’ sperm and egg, which carry their “누진” (accumulated karma/traits). This means the new soul inherits parental characteristics and karmic imprints, making it not entirely free from influence. A common misconception is that a “new soul” implies complete purity, but the speaker clarifies that parental genetic and karmic influences still apply.)
Advanced
-
Short Answer: How does the speaker differentiate between the “누진 (nujin)” inherited by a child born to “진인 (jin-in)” (true persons) versus a child born to non-“진인” parents, despite both having new souls?
(The speaker explains that while both children receive new souls (blank USBs), the “누진” inherited from “진인” parents is “clean” or “good,” leading to a higher probability of going to heaven. In contrast, children of non-“진인” parents inherit “dirty” or “unclean” “누진,” which can manifest as negative traits like a father’s drinking habit. The key differentiation is the quality of the inherited “누진,” which is influenced by the parents’ spiritual status.) -
Short Answer: According to the speaker, what is the ultimate “이별 (ibyeol)” (separation) that all humans must prepare for, and how do “진인 (jin-in)” approach this differently?
(The ultimate “이별 (ibyeol)” is the separation from one’s own physical body (육신). “진인” (true persons) are described as “이별 전문가” (separation experts) who have made “perfect insurance” for this separation. They face it without fear, guided by angels, and experience a peaceful, even joyful transition to the afterlife, unlike others who may suffer. This highlights the spiritual preparedness of “jin-in” for death.) -
True or False: The speaker implies that Abraham Lincoln’s success as a president, despite his lack of formal education, was primarily due to his innate intelligence rather than external influences.
(False The speaker attributes Lincoln’s success and excellent character to his mother’s dying wish for him to read the Bible, which shaped his personality and decision-making, rather than just innate intelligence. A common misconception is that great leaders are solely products of their inherent genius, but the speaker emphasizes the profound impact of his mother’s guidance.) -
Short Answer: Explain the speaker’s analogy of “USB” in the context of souls and ancestral influence, and how it has changed after the “final judgment” 5 years prior.
(Before the final judgment, souls were like “full USBs” containing ancestral history and “누진,” implying reincarnation of ancestors. After the judgment, new souls are like “blank USBs,” meaning they are clean and without prior ancestral data. However, these blank USBs still get “plugged into” the parents’ genetic and karmic “누진,” so they are not entirely free from parental influence. The analogy illustrates a shift from direct ancestral reincarnation to new souls inheriting parental traits.)
