그래서 나도 여러분처럼 만들라고 여러분과 공감을 해야 되니까 나도 맹장 수술도 하고, 아픈 설정도 하고, 고아도 되고, 머슴도 살고, 종업원도, 직장도 서로 몇 군데를 다니고, 야간 중학교, 고등학교, 대학을 야간으로 다 다녔어요. 그래 안 그래? 이런 설정을 가지고 여러분의 아픔을 내 몸에 다 가지고 있어. 그래야 그래. 그렇죠? 그러니까 신인이 편안하게 된 거 아니야.

먹고 나면 그렇게 든든해. 그러면 산행할 때 도시락 있나? 없어요. 나는 남의 집에 머슴을 사니까. 그래서 내 똥은 또 그렇게 맛있어.

어릴 때. 그러니까 내가 산에서 먹은 그걸 생각해보면 여러분들하고는 차이가 많아. 너무 내가 어릴 때는 아름답고 깨끗해. 그리고 그걸 먹고 오줌은 동네 사람들이 받아가 버려.

아침에 내 오줌을 서로 받아가려고. 내 오줌 먹고 병난 사람이 많으니까 오줌을 다 받아가. 내야 말고도 동네 꼬마들 오줌 다 받아 갔죠. 어른들이 받아가 먹어요.

그래 어른들도 자기 오줌을 자기가 먹으면 피부가 좋아져. 기미가 일단 없어져 버려. 기미가 많은 사람은 자기 소변을 먹으면 기미는 다 없어져 버려요. 그게 비위생적인 건 아니야, 깨끗한 거예요.

그런데 나는 어려서 술, 담배 뭐 이런 걸 안 하고 깨끗하게 자랐잖아. 그러니까 신인은 특별히 장이 좋아. 그래서 항상 대변이 특별한 냄새가 안 나고 맛이 좋아. 그런데 특징은 대변이 좀 싱거워요.

배변이 짜지 않고 싱거워요. 소금기는 다 콩팥으로 이렇게 빠져나가 버려요. 그런데 산에 나무하러 갈 때 겨울에 이렇게 올라가면 되게 춥잖아. 그럴 때 이제 그 내가 눈 녹은 물을 잘 안 버리고 내가 먹는데, 그걸 먹고 나면 나무를 지고 올 때 허기가 안 들어.

그리고 힘이 좋아. 그리고 공부를 하면 기억이 잘 돼요. 알겠죠? 그렇다고 요새 애들 대변 먹이면 안 돼요. 여자애들은 깨끗하지가 않아.

경제 성장률이 마이너스 1%. 일본은 경제 성장률이 25%. 중국은 27%. 미국은 28%.

이게 우리는 뭡니까? 전 세계가 초황이야. 우리나라는 최고의 불황이야. 무슨 이해가죠? 그렇다고 나는 정치하는 사람, 이 정권 잡은 사람 욕한 적은 없어. 그러나 이런 식으로 가면 여러분들이 이제 허경영을 찾게 돼 있어.

백화점 갈 돈이 없어. 아니, 월급이 200만 원 받는데 주택 문제로 해서 우리나라 국민의 많은 사람이 주택 문제로 주택의 이자를 내다 보니까 이게 시장에 가서 물건 사야 될 돈이 은행에 다 들어가 버려. 이러니까 어떻게 되냐? 부채 디플레이션. 디플레이션이 생기는 원인이 물가가 내려가는 원인이 돈이 은행으로 직행을 해버리니까 가게를 돌아서 돌아서 물건을 사고 팔고 이래가 은행으로 가열하지 않고 바로 그냥 우리 이자로 원금 상환, 이자 상환, 뭐 이사하니까 카드 값, 뭐 이사하니까 예를 들어서 여러분들이 쓸 돈이 없다 이 소리야.

그러니까 백화점에 물건이 차 있어도 살 수가 없습니다. 시장에 일주일에 한 번도 안 가. 뭐 가지고 밥 먹냐? 그냥 김치 가지고 먹어. 그러면서 은행만 날짜만 심장이 뛰어.

이게 여러분들의 어려운 사람이 많아요. 알겠죠? 그래서 200만 명이 사채를 쓰고 있어. 사채. 지난번에 내 가족이 자살을 했어.

아버지, 어머니, 아들, 딸 자살했죠. 그때 그 양반이 뭐라 그랬어? 왜 자살했냐면 사채가 5천만 원 때문에 자살했어요. 사채 5천만 원에 이자가 연 100% 한 달에 500만 원 꼴이었어. 두 부부가 직장을 다녔는데 이자 내고 나니까 돈이 없는 거야.

그러니까 이 사람들이 한만 생각해도 5천만 원이 사채가 자꾸 불어나는 거야. 그러니까 자살을 결심한 거야. 그래서 그 사람이 죽을 때 거기에 원인이 사채라고 나와 있어. 왜 사채의 금리가 연 100%입니다.

그것도 싼 거예요, 정말이에요. 이 두 사람이 자영업을 하다가 5천만 원 빚을 져서 사채를 써서 그러면 그 사채 이자가 눈덩이같이 불어나니까 그거 안 불안하게 하느라고 이자를 안 밀리고 주느라고 용을 쓰다가 쓰다가 희망이 없는 거예요. 이건 지쳐버렸어 나중에. 그리고 이 자식들이 집에 와서 막 자기 딸을 발로 차고 협박을 하고 이러니 이거 살 수가 없는 거야.

그럼 어떻게 하면 이 5천만 원 4.1에 태어나느냐? 도망가면 죽인데. 이게 국가에서 이렇게 사채를 두는 것을 나는 대책이 다 있어요. 봤죠? 나는 뭐 한다고요? 양적 완화한다고 그랬죠. 양적 완화라는 건 뭡니까? 지하에 들어가 버린 돈만큼 찍어내 찍은 애가 국민들에게 경제가 돌아가게 해 줘.

하니까 왜 남의 빚을 갚아주냐, 그 모르는 사람이야. 왜 경제 살리기 위해서 이자를 더 주는 돈, 그 사람들이 그거 세금 낼까? 돈이 해외로 가니까. 여러분들은 사채를 갚아 주거나 은행 부채를 정리해 주면, 그 사람들이 그 돈을 생활비로 쓰니까 경제가 금방 호황이 돼 버려요. 알겠죠? 그래서 이 디플레이션은 부채 디플레이션이고, 양적 완화로 인해서 인플레이션이 약간 생겨 물가가 약간 상승하게 돼.

맞죠? 약간의 우리 몸에 혈압이 좀 있는 게 낫지, 저혈압보다 아니겠습니까? 약간의 인플레이션을 만들어 줘야 돼. 깡통 주택이 되면 됩니까? 은행 이자하고 원금은 그대로 있는데, 전세금은 그대로 있는데 집값이 자꾸 내려가네. 나중에 은행 융자받은 금액보다 더 집값이 안 나가면, 어디에 깡통 주택이야. 이런 현상이 디플레이션의 종말이야.

그러면 나라가 망해버려. 그냥 약간의 인플레이션이 있어야 돼. 집값이 조금은 있어야 되겠죠. 이것을 만들어 주는 기술자가 여기서 있는 거예요.

나는요, 나는 여러분들 때문에 내 이름을 이름으로도 돼. 맨날 불러주니까 허경영하니까 내가 누군지 알겠어. 왜 내가 내 이름을 몰라도 하도 불러서 알겠다 이 말이야. 그래요.

아니, 수출이 맨날 몇십% 늘어나다가 마이너스 7%? 작년에 우리나라 수입이 마이너스 7%야. 웃기죠? 우리는 많은 걸 수입해 가지고 석유를 수입해 가지고 석유를 가공해 가지고 나이롱을 만들어서 해외에다 팔고. 그러니까 석유를 수입해서 수많은 자재를 만들어서 해외에다 팔죠. 그런 거 하는 국가에 알죠.

그러니까 수입을 내가지고 뭘 만들어서 팔아요. 그게 수출이야. 근데 수입도 마이너스 7%, 수출도 마이너스 7% 됩니까? 나는 지금 우리나라 경제를 한눈에 다 분석해 가지고 결론을 딱 가지고 있는데, 어떤 교수도 텔레비전에 나와서 그거를 정확하게 보는 사람한테 본 적이 없어. 알겠죠? 여러분들, 그 사람들이 현인은 될 수 있어.
